The present invention discloses a double-web rotary screen printing machine, comprising a cloth feeding frame and A-frames, wherein two cloth feeding channels arranged in a front and rear positioned manner are provided above the cloth feeding frame, a steering roller is provided above the respective cloth feeding channel, single-sided edge-aligners to left and right sides are each provided on the cloth feeding channel, and the A-frames are arranged in a left and right positioned manner and are placed in a front and rear staggered manner. The present invention has the following advantages and effects: by changing the rotary screen printing machine to double-web cloth feeding from the cloth feeding frame, the double-web printing can be realized, thereby greatly reducing expenditures from the aspects of water and electricity, dye, and labor, and at the same time, the printing and dyeing efficiency can be doubled.
