Description
本实用新型属于卡钳配件技术领域领域,涉及一种用于汽车制动卡钳导向套的防尘罩。
制动卡钳,作为汽车内制动总成系统中的一部分,具有非常重要的作用,其质量的好坏直接影响了汽车在高速行驶中当驾驶人员踩下刹车后能否对汽车提供有效的制动力,属于关键的零部件。卡钳式制动卡钳在制动时,会沿着导向套来回滑动。导向套防尘罩是安装在导向套与制动卡钳之间的一个橡胶件,主要用于防止灰尘、液体等污染物进入导向套。在长期的使用过程中,防尘罩可能应外在因素或内在因素而损坏,在长时间没有察觉的情况下,造成灰尘、液体等污染物进入导向套,造成导向套与制动卡钳的磨损加剧,影响制动卡钳的使用寿命,甚至造成制动卡钳的损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供了一种使用寿命长且具有多重防护效果、损坏更换方便且降低更换成本的防尘罩。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种用于汽车制动卡钳导向套的防尘罩,包括可伸缩的防尘罩体,其特征在于,所述的防尘罩体的左右两端分别设置有与防尘罩体相固连的限位套部,所述防尘罩体上套设有两端分别与相对应限位套部相抵触的防护罩体,且防护罩体由两个对称设置的橡胶件拼接而成,并通过密封胶使两个橡胶件形成一个整体,所述的防护罩体与相对应限位套部相抵触的端面均设置有轴向向外延伸且延伸至相对应限位套部上的连接部,所述的限位套部位于相对应连接部处的外周壁上均设置有套设于相对应连接部上且使连接部与相对应限位套部相固连的连接机构。
在上述的一种用于汽车制动卡钳导向套的防尘罩中,所述的防尘罩体上还套设有贴合棉层,且贴合棉层设置于防尘罩体和防护罩体之间,所述的贴合棉层的内周壁与相对应防尘罩体的外周壁相贴合,该贴合棉层的外周壁与相对应防护罩体的内周壁之间留有间隙,且该贴合棉层的两端面均与相对应限位套部相抵触。
在上述的一种用于汽车制动卡钳导向套的防尘罩中,所述的连接机构由连接环和若干个连接销组成。
与现有技术相比,本用于汽车制动卡钳导向套的防尘罩具有以下优点:
1、防尘罩体的左右两端分别设置有与防尘罩体相固连的限位套部,防尘罩体上套设有两端分别与相对应限位套部相抵触的防护罩体,防护罩体由两个对称设置的橡胶件拼接而成,并通过密封胶使两个橡胶件形成一个整体,防护罩体与相对应限位套部相抵触的端面均设置有轴向向外延伸且延伸至相对应限位套部上的连接部,限位套部位于相对应连接部处的外周壁上均设置有套设于相对应连接部上且使连接部与相对应限位套部相固连的连接机构,上述结构的设置,具有多重防护效果,当防护罩体损坏后还能进行更换,在未发现损坏时,贴合棉层和防尘罩体还具有防护作用,从而延长了防尘罩的使用寿命,同时也保证制动卡钳的使用寿命。
图1是本用于汽车制动卡钳导向套的防尘罩中的剖视结构示意图。
图中,1、防尘罩体;2、限位套部;3、防护罩体;4、连接部;5、连接机构;6、贴合棉层;7、连接环;8、连接销。
以下是本实用新型的具体实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本实用新型并不限于这些实施例。
如图1所示,本用于汽车制动卡钳导向套的防尘罩,包括可伸缩的防尘罩体1,防尘罩体1的左右两端分别设置有与防尘罩体1相固连且外端部为封闭结构的限位套部2,限位套部2通过焊接、密封胶或黏合与防尘罩体1相固连,防尘罩体1上套设有两端分别与相对应限位套部2相抵触的防护罩体3,防护罩体3由两个对称设置的橡胶件拼接而成,并通过密封胶使两个橡胶件形成一个整体,当然还能用其他方式固连,比如焊接或黏合方式,此处的整体为防护罩体3,防护罩体3与相对应限位套部2相抵触的端面均设置有轴向向外延伸且延伸至相对应限位套部2上的连接部4,限位套一和限位套二上均开设有供相对应连接部4延伸安装的缺口,限位套部2位于相对应连接部4处的外周壁上均设置有套设于相对应连接部4上且使连接部4与相对应限位套部2相固连的连接机构5,连接机构5由连接环7和若干个沿连接环7圆周方向设置的连接销8组成,若干个连接销8均贯穿相对应连接环7和连接部4并穿进相对应限位环套内。
进一步细说,为了防止防护罩体3损坏后,再次对防尘罩体1进行损坏,防尘罩体1上还套设有贴合棉层6,贴合棉层6设置于防尘罩体1和防护罩体3之间,贴合棉层6的内周壁与相对应防尘罩体1的外周壁相贴合,贴合棉层6的外周壁与相对应防护罩体3的内周壁之间留有间隙,贴合棉层6的两端面均与相对应限位套部2相抵触,间隙的大小为1- 2mm。

- 一种用于汽车制动卡钳导向套的防尘罩,包括可伸缩的防尘罩体(1),其特征在于,所述的防尘罩体(1)的左右两端分别设置有与防尘罩体(1)相固连的限位套部(2),所述防尘罩体(1)上套设有两端分别与相对应限位套部(2)相抵触的防护罩体(3),且防护罩体(3)由两个对称设置的橡胶件拼接而成,并通过密封胶使两个橡胶件形成一个整体,所述的防护罩体(3)与相对应限位套部(2)相抵触的端面均设置有轴向向外延伸且延伸至相对应限位套部(2)上的连接部(4),所述的限位套部(2)位于相对应连接部(4)处的外周壁上均设置有套设于相对应连接部(4)上且使连接部(4)与相对应限位套部(2)相固连的连接机构(5)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车制动卡钳导向套的防尘罩,其特征在于,所述的防尘罩体(1)上还套设有贴合棉层(6),且贴合棉层(6)设置于防尘罩体(1)和防护罩体(3)之间,所述的贴合棉层(6)的内周壁与相对应防尘罩体(1)的外周壁相贴合,该贴合棉层(6)的外周壁与相对应防护罩体(3)的内周壁之间留有间隙,且该贴合棉层(6)的两端面均与相对应限位套部(2)相抵触。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车制动卡钳导向套的防尘罩,其特征在于,所述的连接机构(5)由连接环(7)和若干个连接销(8)组成。
