在本实施例中,会议管理设备10a包括会议信息管理平台101、会议任务平台102和会议预约平台103。其中,会议信息管理平台101存储有各会议室的会议控制终端10b与该会议室的绑定关系,以及会议室内的会议终端11b的信息。会议任务平台102接收会议控制终端10b发送的会议创建请求,为该会议室创建会议任务,并根据预存的会议室内的会议终端11b的信息,将会议终端11b接入会议室的会议任务中。会议预约平台103中存储有各会议室预约会议的信息。在实施例中,会议管理设备10a可以为服务器,并不限定服务器的实现形态,例如,会议管理设备10a可以是常规服务器、云服务器、云主机、虚拟中心等服务器设备。其中,服务器设备的构成主要包括处理器、硬盘、内存、系统总线等,和通用的计算机架构类型。服务器可以包含一台网站服务器,也可以包含多台网站服务器。
在本实施例中,会议控制终端10b安装于会议室内,用于会议的发起、对会议室内的会议终端11b进行管控以及向其他参会人员发出会议邀请接入会议任务中。其中,会 议控制终端10b包括一智能显示屏,可以为计算机设备或者手持设备,其实现形式可以有多种,例如可以是智能手机,个人电脑,平板电脑和智能音箱等。会议控制终端10b功能实现方式包括:APP,终端设备系统,硬件芯片实现会议控制终端的功能。需要说明的是,会议控制终端10b也可以安装于会议室外也同样也能达到同样的功能,一般来说,开会人员在选择会议室后,进入选定的会议室后才会进行会议发起操作,因此,将会议控制终端10b更加人性化、合理化。
在本实施例中,管理用户利用信息配置设备10c预先配置各会议室的会议控制终端10b与该会议室的绑定关系,以及会议室内的会议终端11b的信息。其中,信息配置设备10c包括一智能显示屏,可以为计算机设备或者手持设备,其实现形式可以有多种,例如可以是智能手机,个人电脑,平板电脑和智能音箱等。会议终端11b可以兼容不同类型的音视频设备。
需要说明的是,会议室的会议终端11b,包括但不限于以下几种:视频设备(摄像头,摄像机,电视机等),无线投屏,音频设备和IP电话。
在本实施例中,会议控制终端10b和信息配置设备10c与会议管理设备10a建立通信连接,可选地,会议控制终端10b和信息配置设备10c可以采用WIFI、蓝牙、红外等通信方式与会议管理设备10a建立通信连接,或者,会议控制终端10b和信息配置设备10c也可以通过移动网络与会议管理设备10a建立通信连接。其中,移动网络的网络制式可以为2G(GSM)、2.5G(GPRS)、3G(WCDMA、TD-SCDMA、CDMA2000、UTMS)、4G(LTE)、5G等中的任意一种。
在本实施例中,管理用户需要预先利用信息配置设备10c预先配置各会议室的会议控制终端10b与该会议室的绑定关系,以及会议室内的会议终端11b的信息。一种可实现的方式为,信息配置设备10c展示信息配置界面;响应配置信息输入操作,获取配置信息,配置信息包括会议控制终端与会议室的绑定关系和会议室内的会议终端的信息;将配置信息发送至会议管理设备,以供会议管理设备10a在接收到目标会议控制终端10a发起的会议创建请求后,为与目标会议控制终端10a绑定的会议室创建会议任务,并会议室内的会议终端11b接入会议任务中。响应用户对信息配置设备10c的电子显示屏上的打开操作,在电子显示屏上展示信息配置界面,信息配置界面上包括信息输入项,响应在信息输入项中输入会议控制终端10b、会议室以及会议室内的会议终端11b,以配置各会议室的会议控制终端10b与该会议室的绑定关系,以及会议室内的会议终端11b的信息。
开会用户进入会议室后,可以对其身份进行认证,再启动该会议室的会议任务。一种可实施例为,会议控制终端10b获取身份验证信息;会议控制终端10b向会议管理设备10a发送身份验证信息,以供会议管理设备10a在身份验证通过后返回验证成功结果;会议控制终端10b接收会议管理设备10a发送的身份验证结果。会议控制终端10b的传感器采集用户的身份验证信息,身份验证信息包括但不限于以下几种:生理特征(指纹、虹膜、面相、掌纹、DNA)或行为特征(步态、声音、笔迹等);会议控制终端10b向会议管理设备10a发送身份验证信息,会议管理设备10a预存有用于验证的原始验证信息,会议管理设备10a在接收到该身份验证信息后,与自身存储的原始验证信息进行比对;若验证成功,则向会议控制终端10b发送验证成功结果,会议控制终端10b接收验证成功结果,进入会议控制界面;若验证失败,则会议管理设备10a向会议控制终端10b发送验证失败结果,会议控制终端10b接收验证失败结果,不进入会议控制界面;或者,在验证失败后,会议管理设备10a向会议控制终端10b不发送验证失败结果。
在本实施例中,位于会议室内的会议控制终端10b接收用户发出的会议指令,会议控制终端10b根据该会议指令,向会议管理设备10a发送会议创建请求。本申请对会议控制终端10b,生成会议指令方式不作限定,包括但不限于以下几种指令生成方式:
指令生成方式一:会议控制终端10b接收用户以语音方式发起的会议指令,根据该会议指令,向会议管理设备10a发送会议创建请求。
指令生成方式二:会议控制终端10b的电子显示屏上显示会议控制界面,会议控制界面上包括会议触发控件;会议控制终端10b响应用户对会议触发控件的触发操作,获取用户发出的会议指令,根据该会议指令,向会议管理设备10a发送会议创建请求。
在本实施例中,会议管理设备10a接收会议控制终端10b发送的会议创建请求;根据会议创建请求,为与会议控制终端绑定的会议室创建会议任务。一种可选实施例为,会议管理设备10a接收会议控制终端10b发送的会议创建请求,从会议管理设备10a发送的会议创建请求中解析出会议控制终端10b的标识,从预存的各会议控制终端与会议室绑定关系的信息表中,查找出与会议控制终端10b绑定的会议室,为会议室创建会议任务。
在上述实施例中,会议管理设备10a在为会议室创建会议任务后,将会议室内的会议终端11b接入会议任务中。一种可实现的方式为,会议管理设备10a从预存的各会议室内的会议终端11b的信息表中,获取会议室内的会议终端11b的信息;根据会议终端11b的信息,建立与会议终端11b的通信连接,并建立通信连接与会议任务之间的绑定 关系。
在上述实施例中,每次会议的会议类型根据实际情况可能都不尽相同,会议类型包括但不限于以下几种:电话会议,视频会议,音频会议。会议控制终端10b的会议控制界面还包括会议场景类型信息项,会议场景类型信息项包括以下至少一种:电话会议项,视频会议项和音频会议项;响应用户对会议场景类型信息项的输入操作,获取会议任务的会议类型;向会议管理设备发送会议类型,以供会议管理设备将会议室内与会议类型适配的会议终端接入会议任务中。
在上述实施例中,会议控制终端10b将本次会议的会议类型携带于会议创建请求中;会议管理设备10a设备从会议室内的会议终端11b中选择与会议类型适配的会议终端,将与会议类型适配的会议终端11b接入该会议任务中。需要说明的是,与会议类型适配的会议终端11b指的是,该会议类型需要使用到的会议终端11b,例如,视频会议需要用到的会议终端11b包括摄像头和麦克风;音频会议需要用到的会议终端11b包括麦克风或IP电话。
在上述实施例中,会议管理设备10a将会议任务的信息返回给会议控制终端10b,会议控制终端10b在接收到会议任务的信息后,将会议任务的信息展示给用户,以供用户查看会议信息的实时进展。会议任务的信息包括:会议类型,接入设备和用户ID等。
在会议管理设备10a为会议室创建会议任务后,在会议控制终端10b的展示会议页面,会议页面展示会议任务的信息,会议页面还包括参会人员接入控件,以供用户可以在会议任务创建后将其他参与会议的参会人员接入当前的会议任务中。一种可现实的方式为,会议控制终端10b响应对参会人员接入控件的触发操作,向会议管理设备10a发送其他参会人员接入请求,以供会议管理设备10a将参会人员使用的终端接入会议任务中,其他参会人员是指除了通过会议室内的会议终端参与会议任务之外的其他人员。其中,其他参会人员可以为会议室,也可以为单个用户。
在上述以及下述各实施例中,会议控制终端10b可直接对会议终端11b进行控制。例如,会议控制终端10b可以接听和挂断其他参会人员,控制摄像头的开启、关闭、画面调节以及控制摄像头转动,控制IP电话进行拨号,调节音频设备的音量等常规功能。此外,会议控制终端10b还可以控制电子显示屏中的会议画面的展示形式,例如,宫格展示,画中画展示以及对宫格展示和画中画展示形式功能的开启和关闭。
在本申请的系统实施例中,通过操作会议控制终端向会议管理设备发送会议创建请求,会议管理设备为该会议室创建会议任务,并将会议室内的会议终端接入会议任务中, 用户直接使用会议室中的会议终端即可执行会议操作,相比现有手动将会议终端接入会议任务的方式,本申请实施例自动接入会议室内的会议终端,开会操作流程简单,整个启动会议的过程用户基本无感,提升用户体验。
图1b为本申请示例性实施例提供的另一种会议系统20的结构示意图。如图1b所示,该会议系统20包括:会议管理设备20a,会议控制终端20b和信息配置设备20c和会议预约设备20d。其中,会议管理设备20a包括会议信息管理平台201、会议任务平台202和会议预约平台203。
在本实施例中,会议预约设备20d用于向会议管理设备20a提供与会议室对应的预约会议信息,预约会议信息包括:会议室的信息、参会人员的信息以及预约的会议时间。会议管理设备20a预存有各会议室的会议控制终端20b与会议室的绑定关系,以及各会议室内的会议终端21b的信息。会议控制终端20b,向会议管理设备20a发送会议创建请求,会议管理设备20a接收到会议控制终端20b发送的会议创建请求后,会议管理设备20a为会议控制终端20b绑定会议室创建会议任务,并将会议室内的会议终端21b和其他参会人员自动接入会议任务中,以供用户直接使用会议终端21b执行会议操作。其中,其他参会人员可以为其他会议室,或者为单个用户。
在本实施例中,会议预约设备20d包括一智能显示屏,可以为计算机设备或者手持设备,其实现形式可以有多种,例如可以是智能手机,个人电脑,平板电脑和智能音箱等。

在本实施例中,会议管理设备20a创建会议任务的过程可参见上述会议系统的相应部分的描述,在此不再赘述。会议管理设备20a在创建会议任务后,会议管理设备20a 判断是否存在与会议室对应的预约会议信息;若存在,则会议管理设备20a根据预约会议信息,将其他参会人员使用的终端接入会议任务中;其他参会人员是指除了通过会议室内的会议终端参与会议任务之外的其他人员;若不存在,则用户通过会议控制终端20b向会议管理设备20a发送其他参会人员接入请求;会议管理设备20a在接收到其他参会人员接入请求后,将参会人员使用的终端接入会议任务中。
在上述实施例中,会议管理设备20a根据预约会议信息,将其他参会人员使用的终端接入会议任务中,一种可实现的方式为,会议管理设备20a从预约会议信息中,解析出参会人员信息,参会人员信息包括其他参会人员信息;会议管理设备20a根据其他参会人员信息,搜索其他参会人员使用的终端;将其他参会人员使用的终端接入会议任务中。其中,其他参会人员包括其他会议室或者其他用户。
图1c为本申请示例性实施例提供的一种使用会议终端建立会议的示意图。如图1c所示,会议终端30响应用户的身份信息采集操作,获取用户的身份信息;会议终端30对用进行身份验证;若身份验证结果为验证通过,则响应会议参与方的确认操作,获取会议参与方31;建立会议终端30与会议参与方31之间的会话连接。
在本实施例中,会议终端30用于会议的发起,以及向其他会议参与方31发出会议邀请接入会议任务中。其中,会议终端包括一智能显示屏,可以为计算机设备或者手持设备,其实现形式可以有多种,例如可以是智能屏,智能手机,个人电脑,平板电脑和智能音箱等。会议终端功能实现方式包括:APP,终端设备系统,硬件芯片实现会议控制终端的功能。
在本实施例中,会议终端响应用户的身份信息采集操作,获取用户的身份信息。包括不限于以下几种采集方式:
采集方式一:响应用户对会议终端的电子显示屏的触发操作,采集用户的身份信息;

在上述采集方式二中,会议终端接收用户发出的语音口令,采集用户的身份信息。例如,用户向会议终端发出“开会”口令,会议终端接收到“开会”口令后,开启会议终端上的视频采集设备,采集用户的身份信息。
在上述及下述实施例中,用户的身份信息,包括但不限于以下任意一种:面部特征, 指纹,掌纹,声纹,虹膜和员工工牌。
在本实施例中,响应会议参与方的确认操作,获取会议参与方,包括但不限于以下几种方式:
方式一:展示会议控制界面,会议控制界面上包括至少一个候选会议方;响应对至少一个候选会议方的选择操作,将被选中的候选会议方,作为会议参与方;

在一些可选实施例中,带屏智能设备响应用户对电子显示屏的触发操作,开启摄像头采集用户的面部图像进行身份识别;在身份验证通过后,在电子显示屏上展示会议控制界面,会议控制界面中包括会议开始控件;带屏智能设备响应对会议开始控件的触发操作,向会议管理设备发出会议创建请求;会议管理设备接收带屏智能设备的会议创建请求后,为带屏智能设备创建会议任务并返回至带屏智能设备;带屏智能设备的会议控制界面展示该会议任务;带屏智能设备根据预先与带屏智能设备关联的终端设备接入到会议任务中。会议控制界面上还包括至少一个候选会议方,带屏智能设备响应用户对至少一个候选会议方的选择操作,将被选中的候选会议方,作为会议参与方依次接入当前的会议任务中。
在另一些可选实施例中,智能音箱接收用户以语音方式发出的开会指令,例如,智能音箱接收用户发出的“开会”语音,对语音进行识别后确认为开会指令后,向会议管理设备发出会议创建请求;会议管理设备接收智能音箱的会议创建请求后,为智能音箱创建会议任务并返回至智能音箱;智能音箱根据预先与智能音箱关联的终端设备接入到会议任务中。进一步,智能音箱响应用户以语音方式输入会议参与方的操作,获取会议参与方,并将各会议参与方依次接入当前的会议任务中。
本申请实施例通过会议预约设备录入预约会议信息,通过操作会议控制终端向会议管理设备发送会议创建请求,会议管理设备为该会议室创建会议任务,并将会议室内的会议终端接入会议任务中,且自动接入预约会议信息中的其他参会人员,开会操作流程简单,整个启动会议的过程用户基本无感,提升用户体验。
除上述提供的会议系统之外,本申请一些实施例还提供一种会议创建方法,本申请所提供的会议创建方法可依赖于上述会议系统实现,但不限于上述实施例提供的会议系统。

例如,图2d为本申请示例性实施例提供的一种会议室的终端配置页面的示意图。如图2d所示,会议室的终端配置页面从上至少依次包括设备类型输入项、设备型号输入项、设备资产编号输入项和设备序列号输入项,通过手动对设备类型输入项、设备型号输入项、设备资产编号输入项和设备序列号输入项的内容的输入操作,获取会议终端的信息。其中,输入项的实现形式可以为下拉菜单或者空白输入项,用于通过下拉菜单选择相应的信息,或者将光标移动至空白输入项上,手动在空白输入项中输入相应的信息。通过上述方式,逐一添加会议室的会议终端。

在上述指令生成方式一中,会议控制终端提前预设发起会议的语音指令,例如,用户朝会议控制终端的麦克风说出“开会”,会议控制终端在接收到“开会”语音指令时,确认其为向会议管理设备发送会议创建请求的指令,则会议控制终端向会议管理设备发送会议创建请求。
在上述指令生成方式二中,会议控制终端的电子显示屏上的会议控制界面上包括会议触发控件,用户通过对会议触发控件的触发操作,其中,会议触发控件的触发形式包括但不限于以下几种:单击、双击、长按和悬停;会议控制终端在接收到用户通过触发会议触发控件发出的会议指令后,会议控制终端向会议管理设备发送会议创建请求。
在本实施例中,会议管理设备接收会议控制终端发送的会议创建请求;根据会议创建请求,为与会议控制终端绑定的会议室创建会议任务。一种可选实施例为,会议管理设备接收会议控制终端发送的会议创建请求,从会议管理设备发送的会议创建请求中解析出会议控制终端的标识,从预存的各会议控制终端与会议室绑定关系的信息表中,查找出与会议控制终端绑定的会议室,为会议室创建会议任务。
在上述实施例中,会议管理设备在为会议室创建会议任务后,将会议室内的会议终端接入会议任务中。一种可实现的方式为,会议管理设备从预存的各会议室内的会议终端的信息表中,获取会议室内的会议终端的信息;根据会议终端的信息,建立与会议终端的通信连接,并建立通信连接与会议任务之间的绑定关系。基于上述实施例的描述,例如,会议管理设备预存有各会议室内的会议终端的信息表,会议管理设备在为会议室创建会议任务后,通过查表获取会议室的终端信息,将会议室内的会议终端接入当前的 会议任务中。
在上述实施例中,每次会议的会议类型根据实际情况可能都不尽相同,会议类型包括但不限于以下几种:电话会议,视频会议,音频会议。会议控制终端的会议控制界面还包括会议场景类型信息项,会议场景类型信息项包括以下至少一种:电话会议项,视频会议项和音频会议项;响应用户对会议场景类型信息项的输入操作,获取会议任务的会议类型;向会议管理设备发送会议类型,以供会议管理设备将会议室内与会议类型适配的会议终端接入会议任务中。例如,用户通过对视频会议的选择操作,选择会议类型为视频会议,会议控制终端将视频会议发送至会议管理设备,会议管理设备根据视频会议,选择与视频会议相关的视频设备和音频设备接入当前的会议任务中。本申请实施例用户可以根据实际情况选择自己的会议类型,会议管理设备自身管理的会议终端,从会议终端中选择出与会议类型对应的会议终端,提供会议操作效率。
在上述实施例中,会议控制终端将本次会议的会议类型携带于会议创建请求中;会议管理设备从会议室内的会议终端中选择与会议类型适配的会议终端,将与会议类型适配的会议终端接入该会议任务中。需要说明的是,与会议类型适配的会议终端指的是,该会议类型需要使用到的会议终端,例如,视频会议需要用到的会议终端包括摄像头和麦克风;音频会议需要用到的会议终端包括麦克风或IP电话。
在上述实施例中,会议管理设备将会议任务的信息返回给会议控制终端,会议控制终端在接收到会议任务的信息后,将会议任务的信息展示给用户,以供用户查看会议信息的实时进展。会议任务的信息包括:会议类型,接入设备和用户ID等。
在会议管理设备为会议室创建会议任务后,在会议控制终端的展示会议页面,会议页面展示会议任务的信息,会议页面还包括参会人员接入控件,以供用户可以在会议任务创建后将其他参与会议的参会人员接入当前的会议任务中。一种可现实的方式为,会议控制终端响应对参会人员接入控件的触发操作,向会议管理设备发送其他参会人员接入请求,以供会议管理设备将参会人员使用的终端接入会议任务中,其他参会人员是指除了通过会议室内的会议终端参与会议任务之外的其他人员。其中,其他参会人员可以为会议室,也可以为单个用户。例如,会议控制终端的会议控制界面中包括参会人员接入控件,通过对参会人员接入控件的触发操作,向会议管理设备发送其他参会人员接入请求,其中,可以向会议管理设备一次发送多个参会人员的接入请求,也可为逐一发送单个参会人员的接入请求。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,若会议管理设备预存有预约会议信息,则会议管理设 备在接收到会议创建指令后,为该会议室创建会议任务,同时将预约会议信息中的其他参会人员接入到会议任务中。
在上述实施例中,会议预约设备用于向会议管理设备提供与会议室对应的预约会议信息,预约会议信息包括:会议室的信息、参会人员的信息以及预约的会议时间。图2e为本申请示例性实施例提供一种会议预约页面的示意图。如图2e所示,会议预约页面从上至下依次为参会人员,会议时间,会议地点等信息;用户可手动输入各信息项的内容,完成会议室的预约会议信息。在完成会议室对应的预约会议信息后,将预约会议信息发送至会议管理设备。
会议管理设备在创建会议任务后,会议管理设备判断是否存在与会议室对应的预约会议信息;若存在,则会议管理设备根据预约会议信息,将其他参会人员使用的终端接入会议任务中;其他参会人员是指除了通过会议室内的会议终端参与会议任务之外的其他人员。
在上述实施例中,会议管理设备根据预约会议信息,将其他参会人员使用的终端接入会议任务中,一种可实现的方式为,会议管理设备从预约会议信息中,解析出参会人员信息,参会人员信息包括其他参会人员信息;会议管理设备根据其他参会人员信息,搜索其他参会人员使用的终端;将其他参会人员使用的终端接入会议任务中。例如,会议管理设备根据关键字从预约会议信息查找参会人员信息,并从自身预存的参会人员信息表中,查找参会人员所使用的终端,向参会人员使用的终端发送接入指令,其他参会人员使用的终端接收到接入指令后,自动接入会议任务中。
本申请实施例通过会议预约设备录入预约会议信息,通过操作会议控制终端向会议管理设备发送会议创建请求,会议管理设备为该会议室创建会议任务,并将会议室内的会议终端接入会议任务中,且自动接入预约会议信息中的其他参会人员,开会操作流程简单,整个启动会议的过程用户基本无感,提升用户体验。

内存可能包括计算机可读介质中的非永久性存储器,随机存取存储器(RAM)和/或非易失性内存等形式,如只读存储器(ROM)或闪存(flash RAM)。内存是计算机可读介质的示例。
计算机可读介质包括永久性和非永久性、可移动和非可移动媒体可以由任何方法或技术来实现信息存储。信息可以是计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序的模块或其他数据。计算机的存储介质的例子包括,但不限于相变内存(PRAM)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、其他类型的随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、快闪记忆体或其他内存技术、只读光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能光盘(DVD)或其他光学存储、磁盒式磁带,磁带磁磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备或任何其他非传输介质,可用于存储可以被计算设备访问的信息。按照本文中的界定,计算机可读介质不包括暂存电脑可读媒体(transitory media),如调制的数据信号和载波。
还需要说明的是,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、商品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。

Claims (31)

  1. 一种建立会议方法,包括:
    会议终端响应用户的身份信息采集操作,获取用户的身份信息;
    根据所述用户的身份信息,对用户进行身份验证;
    若身份验证结果为验证通过,则响应会议参与方的确认操作,获取会议参与方;
    建立所述会议终端与会议参与方之间的会话连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,会议终端响应用户的身份信息采集操作,获取用户的身份信息,包括:
    会议终端响应用户对会议终端的电子显示屏的触发操作,获取用户的身份信息;
    或者,
    会议终端响应用户以语音方式发起的操作,获取用户的身份信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,用户的身份信息,包括以下任意一种:面部特征,指纹,掌纹,声纹,虹膜和员工工牌。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,响应会议参与方的确认操作,获取会议参与方,包括:
    展示会议控制界面,所述会议控制界面上包括至少一个候选会议方;
    响应对至少一个候选会议方的选择操作,将被选中的候选会议方,作为所述会议参与方;
    或者,
    响应以语音方式输入会议参与方的操作,获取会议参与方。
  5. 一种会议终端,包括:存储器和处理器;
    所述存储器,用于存储一条或多条计算机指令;
    所述处理器,用于执行所述一条或多条计算机指令以用于:执行权利要求1-4任一项所述的建立会议方法中的步骤。
  6. 一种存储有计算机程序的计算机可读存储介质,计算机程序被执行时能够实现权利要求1-4任一项所述的建立会议方法中的步骤。
  7. 一种会议系统,包括:会议控制终端、会议管理设备以及会议控制终端关联的会议终端;
    所述会议控制终端,用于接收用户发出的会议指令,并根据所述会议指令向会议管理设备发送会议创建请求;
    所述会议管理设备,根据所述会议创建请求,为目标会议创建会议任务,并根据预存的与所述会议控制终端关联的会议终端的信息,将所述会议终端接入所述会议任务中,以供所述用户直接使用所述会议终端执行会议操作。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:
    信息配置设备,用于向所述会议管理设备中配置开会所需的会议控制终端和会议终端的信息。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:
    会议预约设备,用于向所述会议管理设备提供与所述会议控制终端对应的预约会议信息,所述预约会议信息包括:会议室的信息、参会人员的信息以及预约的会议时间。
  10. 一种会议创建方法,适用于会议控制终端,包括:
    接收用户发出的会议指令;
    根据所述会议指令,向会议管理设备发送会议创建请求,以供会议管理设备为目标会议创建会议任务,并将所述会议控制终端关联的会议终端接入所述会议任务中,以供所述用户直接使用所述会议终端执行会议操作。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,接收用户发出的会议指令,包括:
    接收用户以语音方式发起的会议指令。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,接收用户发出的会议指令,包括:
    显示会议控制界面,所述会议控制界面上包括会议触发控件;
    响应用户对所述会议触发控件的触发操作,获取用户发出的会议指令。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,会议控制界面上还包括:会议场景类型信息项;所述方法还包括:
    响应用户对所述会议场景类型信息项的输入操作,获取会议任务的会议类型;
    向所述会议管理设备发送所述会议类型,以供所述会议管理设备将与所述会议类型适配的会议终端接入所述会议任务中。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述会议控制界面中还包括参会人员接入控件,所述方法还包括:
    响应对参会人员接入控件的触发操作,向会议管理设备发送其他参会人员接入请求,以供会议管理设备将参会人员使用的终端接入会议任务中,其他参会人员是指除了通过所述会议终端参与所述会议任务之外的其他人员。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收会议管理设备返回的会议任务的信息;
    显示所述会议任务的信息。
  16. 一种会议创建方法,适用于会议管理设备,包括:
    接收会议控制终端发送的会议创建请求;
    根据所述会议创建请求,为与所述会议控制终端创建会议任务;以及
    将所述会议控制终端关联的会议终端接入所述会议任务中。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述会议控制终端关联的会议终端接入所述会议任务中,包括:
    从预存的会议控制终端关联的会议终端的信息表中,获取所述会议终端的信息;
    根据所述会议终端的信息,建立与所述会议终端的通信连接,并建立所述通信连接与所述会议任务之间的绑定关系。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述会议创建请求中还包括:会议类型;则将所述会议控制终端关联的会议终端接入所述会议任务中,包括:
    从所述会议终端中选择与所述会议类型适配的会议终端;
    将与所述会议类型适配的会议终端接入所述会议任务中。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    将所述会议任务的信息返回给会议控制终端,以供会议控制终端将所述会议任务的信息展示给用户。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    确定是否存在与所述会议控制终端对应的预约会议信息;
    若存在,则根据所述预约会议信息,将其他参会人员使用的终端接入所述会议任务中;其他参会人员是指除了通过所述会议终端参与所述会议任务之外的其他人员。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述预约会议信息,将其他参会人员使用的终端接入所述会议任务中,包括:
    从所述预约会议信息中,解析出参会人员信息,所述参会人员信息包括其他参会人员信息;
    根据所述其他参会人员信息,搜索其他参会人员使用的终端;
    将其他参会人员使用的终端接入所述会议任务中。
  22. 一种会议创建方法,适用于信息配置设备,包括:
    展示信息配置界面;
    响应配置信息输入操作,获取所述配置信息,所述配置信息包括开会所需的会议控制终端和与会议控制终端关联的会议终端的信息;
    将所述配置信息发送至会议管理设备,以供会议管理设备在接收到目标会议控制终端发起的会议创建请求后,为与目标会议创建会议任务,并将所述会议终端接入所述会议任务中。
  23. 一种会议控制终端,包括:存储器和处理器;
    所述存储器,用于存储一条或多条计算机指令;
    所述处理器,用于执行所述一条或多条计算机指令以用于:执行权利要求10-15任一项所述的会议创建方法中的步骤。
  24. 一种存储有计算机程序的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,计算机程序被执行时能够实现权利要求10-15任一项所述的会议创建方法中的步骤。
  25. 一种会议管理设备,包括:存储器和处理器;
    所述存储器,用于存储一条或多条计算机指令;
    所述处理器,用于执行所述一条或多条计算机指令以用于:执行权利要求16-21任一项所述的会议创建方法中的步骤。
  26. 一种存储有计算机程序的计算机可读存储介质,计算机程序被执行时能够实现权利要求16-21任一项所述的会议创建方法中的步骤。
  27. 一种信息配置设备,包括:存储器和处理器;
    所述存储器,用于存储一条或多条计算机指令;
    所述处理器,用于执行所述一条或多条计算机指令以用于:执行权利要求22所述的会议创建方法中的步骤。
  28. 一种存储有计算机程序的计算机可读存储介质,计算机程序被执行时能够实现权利要求22所述的会议创建方法中的步骤。
  29. 一种会议创建方法,适用于智能设备,包括:
    获取用户的身份验证信息;
    向会议管理设备发送所述身份验证信息,以供会议管理设备在身份验证通过后返回验证成功结果;
    若身份验证结果为验证通过,则响应会议开始操作,获取用户发出的会议指令;
    根据所述会议指令,向会议管理设备发送会议创建请求,以供会议管理设备为目标会议创建会议任务,并将会议控制终端关联的会议终端自动接入所述会议任务中,以供所述用户直接使用所述会议终端执行会议操作。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的方法,其特征在于,获取用户的身份验证信息,包括:
    响应身份验证信息采集操作,采集用户的身份验证信息。
  31. 根据权利要求29所述的方法,其特征在于,响应会议开始操作,获取用户发出的会议指令,包括:
    接收用户以语音方式发起的会议指令;
    或者,
    显示会议控制界面,所述会议控制界面上包括会议触发控件;
    响应用户对所述会议触发控件的触发操作,获取用户发出的会议指令。
