本申请要求于2020年11月24日提交中国专利局、申请号为2020113290525,发明名称为“会议演示方法、装置、设备以及介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及互联网技术领域,尤其涉及一种会议控制方法、装置、设备以及介质。
随着多媒体技术的不断发展和各种社交软件的涌现,越来越多的用户使用通讯应用来交流生活及工作,如会议应用由于可以实现多人远程视频/语音沟通,已经成为用户日常沟通中不可或缺的一部分。
一些会议应用的会议场景中,当用户在会议过程中需要在浏览器内做演示时,该用户可以开启会议应用中的共享屏幕功能,在会议应用中对该用户在浏览器中的演示操作进行投屏显示,使得参与会议的其余用户均可以看到该用户在浏览器中的演示操作。
技术内容
本申请实施例提供一种会议控制方法、装置、设备以及介质,可以提高会议演示过程中用户隐私数据的保密性。
本申请实施例一方面提供了一种会议控制方法,包括:
响应于共享屏幕功能选项的开启操作,在会议应用的共享内容选择页面中显示一个或多个会议演示入口,每个会议演示入口对应一个除所述会议应用之外的其他应用;所述会议应用与每个所述其他应用均预先定制协议参数,所述协议参数用于在所述会议应用中对每个所述其他应用进行共享投屏;

一些会议应用的会议场景中,当用户在会议过程中需要在浏览器内做演示时,该用户可以开启会议应用中的共享屏幕功能,在会议应用中对该用户在浏览器中的演示操作进行投屏显示,使得参与会议的其余用户均可以看到该用户在浏览器中的演示操作。然而,在该用户开启共享屏幕功能之后,该用户的整个终端屏幕均会共享投屏到会议应用中,造成原本无需在会议应用中进行演示的内容同样会共享投屏到会议应用中(例如,该用户在终端中所开启的文档文件、除会议应用之外的其余通讯应用的展示页面等),容易泄露用户 的个人隐私信息。
请参见图1,图1是本申请实施例提供的一种网络架构的结构示意图。如图1所示,该网络架构可以包括用户终端10a、服务器10b以及服务器10c等,该网络架构可以包括一个或者多个用户终端,还可以包括至少两个服务器,这里将不对用户终端和服务器的数量进行限制。如图1所示,用户终端10a可以分别与服务器10b和服务器10c等进行网络连接,以便于用户终端10a可以通过网络连接与服务器之间进行数据交互。
如图1所示的用户终端10a可以包括:智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、掌上电脑、移动互联网设备(mobile internet device,MID)、可穿戴设备(例如智能手表、智能手环等)以及智能电视等具有应用安装功能的智能设备。服务器10b和服务器10c均可以是独立的物理服务器,也可以是多个物理服务器构成的服务器集群或者分布式系统,还可以是提供云服务、云数据库、云计算、云函数、云存储、网络服务、云通信、中间件服务、域名服务、安全服务、CDN、以及大数据和人工智能平台等基础云计算服务的云服务器。
其中,用户终端10a可以安装有应用程序,该应用程序可以包括会议应用、即时通讯应用、多媒体应用(例如,视频应用、音乐应用、广播应用等)、娱乐类应用(例如,游戏应用等)、教育类应用、浏览器等;如图1所示的服务器10b和服务器10c可以为用户终端10a中所安装的不同应用所对应的后台服务器。为便于描述,下面以用户终端10a中安装有会议应用和浏览器为例,此时的服务器10b可以为会议应用对应的后台服务器,服务器10c可以为浏览器对应的后台服务器。当用户终端10a的使用者(例如,用户A)可以启动该用户终端10a中的会议应用,在会议应用中与其余用户进行在线会议,参与在线会议的各用户可以通过各自使用的用户终端与服务器10b之间的数据交互进行互动交流;若用户A在会议过程中需要在浏览器内进行会议演示,则该用户A可以触发会议应用中内置的浏览器演示入口,根据会议应用与浏览器之间预先定制的协议参数启动浏览器,在用户A确认浏览器内的隐私信息安全时,可以在浏览器中开启会议演示模式,即用户A在浏览器内的全部操作均可以在会议应用中进行共享投屏;对于用户A在浏览器外的操作,均不会在会议应用中进行共享投屏,这样可以有效保障用户A的隐私信息的安全性。用户A在浏览器内执行演示操作时,用户终端10a可以监听用户A在浏览器中的演示操作,并与服务器10c进行数据交互,在浏览器中显示演示操作所对应的界面内容,在会议应用中对界面内容进行共享投屏。
请一并参见图2,图2是本申请实施例提供的一种浏览器会议演示场景示意图。如图2所示,当处于不同地域的多个用户需要进行工作交流时,可以在会议应用中创建会议(创建该会议的用户可以称为会议创建人),在会议创建成功后,会议创建人可以向其余用户发送邀请信息,以邀请其余用户加入该会议,其中,该邀请信息可以包括会议时间、会议链接以及会议号等信息,其余用户可以通过会议创建人所发送的邀请信息加入该会议。例如,用户A在会议应用中创建了会议号为123456的会议后,可以邀请用户B、用户C、用户D、用户E以及用户F加入会议。
当用户终端20a的使用者(如用户B)接收到用户A发送的会议邀请信息后,可以通过会议邀请信息加入会议号为123456的会议。当用户B对会议邀请信息中的会议链接执行点击操作时,用户终端20a可以响应针对会议链接的点击操作,将用户B加入会议。当然,用户B还可以在会议应用中输入会议号123456请求加入会议。用户B加入会议后, 可以在用户终端20a的终端屏幕中显示该会议的会话页面20b,在会话页面20b中可以显示该会议的会议号:123456,参与该会议的所有用户的用户信息(如用户A、用户B、用户C、用户D、用户E以及用户F的头像、昵称、视频画面等信息),该会议应用中的功能选项等。其中,功能选项可以包括语音功能选项、视频功能选项、共享屏幕功能选项、邀请功能选项、聊天功能选项、表情功能选项、文档功能选项以及设置功能选项等。语音功能选项可以用于切换语音功能的开启状态和关闭状态,当语音功能处于开启状态时,用户终端20a可以采集用户B讲话的声音以及周围环境中的声音,即在用户B讲话时,该会议中的用户均可以收听到用户B的声音;当语音功能处于关闭状态时,用户终端20a停止采集声音数据,即会议中除用户B自己之外的用户均无法收听到用户B的声音,如该会议中的用户A、用户B、用户C、用户D、用户E以及用户F均开启了语音功能。视频功能选项可以用于切换视频功能的开启状态和关闭状态,当视频功能处于开启状态时,用户终端20a可以通过摄像头采集用户B的实时环境画面,此时的在会话页面20b中可以显示用户B的实时环境图像(如包含用户B人脸的图像),该会议中用户均可以看到用户B所处的实时环境;当视频功能处于关闭状态时,用户终端20a无需采集用户B的实时环境画面,即会议中的用户均无法看到用户B的实时环境画面,此时的会话页面20b中显示用户B在会议应用中预存的头像信息。共享屏幕功能选项用于切换共享屏幕功能的开启状态和关闭状态,当共享屏幕功能处于开启状态时,在该会议中可以对用户终端20a中某些应用的界面显示内容进行共享投屏,将用户终端20a中某些应用的界面显示内容共享给其余用户;共享屏幕功能处于关闭状态时,该会议应用无法对用户终端20a中的界面显示内容进行共享投屏。邀请功能选项可以用于邀请用户加入该会议,聊天功能选项可以用于在该会议中开启聊天功能,用户B还可以触发文档功能选项上传文档,所上传的文档可以共享给该会议中的其余用户,等等。
在会议过程中,若用户B需要在浏览器内进行会议演示,以向参与该会议的其余用户更直观地展示自己想要表达的内容,则该用户B可以对会话页面20b中的共享屏幕功能选项20c执行开启操作,在目标会议中对用户终端20a中的浏览器界面内容进行共享投屏,使得参与该会议的其余用户均可以看到用户终端20a中的浏览器界面内容。
在用户B对共享屏幕功能选项20c执行开启操作时,用户终端20a可以响应该用户B针对共享屏幕功能选项20c的开启操作,在会话页面20b中显示共享内容选择页面20d,在该共享内容选择页面20d中显示该会议应用中内置的会议演示入口,会议演示入口的数量可以为一个或者多个,本申请实施例对会议演示入口的数量不做限定;如图2所示,会议应用中所包含的会议演示文档可以包括文档会议演示入口,白板会议演示入口,仅共享电脑音频会议演示入口,浏览器演示模式入口以及应用A演示模式入口等。每个会议演示入口均可以对应一个除会议应用之外的其余应用,如文档会议演示入口所指示的应用为word应用,白板会议演示入口所指示的应用为文本编辑应用,仅共享电脑音频会议演示入口所指示的应用为音频应用,浏览器演示模式入口所指示的应用为浏览器,应用A演示模式入口所指示的应用为应用A等。用户B可以在共享内容选择页面20d中选择一个自己需要的会议演示入口并确认共享,以在用户终端20a中启动所选会议演示入口所指示的应用,并在会议应用中对所选会议演示入口所指示的应用的界面内容进行共享投屏。需要说明的是,会议应用可以与每个会议演示入口所指示的应用之间预先制定协议参数,建立会议应 用与每个会议演示入口所指示的应用之间的会议通信联系,即每个会议演示入口所指示的应用均对会议应用开启了共享投屏权限。
如图2所示,当用户B想要在浏览器中进行会议演示时,可以在共享内容选择页面20d所显示一个或多个会议演示入口中选择浏览器演示模式入口并确认共享,此时的用户终端20a可以在会议应用中获取针对浏览器的协议参数信息,并将该协议参数信息传输至用户终端20a中的浏览器;若用户终端20a中已经安装有浏览器,则可以直接将会议应用中的协议参数信息传输至已安装的浏览器,浏览器可以对接收到的协议参数信息进行识别,当检测到所接收的协议参数信息为会议应用和浏览器之间预先定制的协议参数时,可以在用户终端20a中开启浏览器;若用户终端20a中还未安装有浏览器,则可以在用户终端20a的终端屏幕中显示浏览器安装提示信息(例如,浏览器安装提示信息可以为“未检测到浏览器,是否立即安装浏览器”),用户B对浏览器安装提示信息进行确认之后,可以在用户终端20a中安装浏览器,浏览器安装成功后,用户终端20a可以将会议应用中协议参数信息传输至已安装好的浏览器,检测到所接收的协议参数信息为会议应用和浏览器之间预先定制的协议参数时,可以在用户终端20a中开启已安装好的浏览器。
进一步地,在开启浏览器时通常会有下面两种情况:在用户B触发会议应用中的浏览器演示模式入口之前,浏览器中没有开启过窗口,此时的浏览器可以根据协议参数信息开启一个新的窗口,如图2所示的窗口20e,可以在浏览器中显示会议演示提示信息20f(如“即将进入会议演示模式?”),若用户B对会议演示提示信息20f执行确认操作,则浏览器可以向会议应用返回回执成功信息,会议应用在接收到浏览器返回的回执成功信息后,可以对浏览器中的窗口20e进行共享投屏,即用户B在浏览器中的操作演示过程均可以通过共享投屏的方式,展示给参与会议的其余用户(例如,用户A、用户C、用户D、用户E以及用户F等)。若用户B对会议演示提示信息20f执行取消操作,则浏览器可以向会议应用返回回执失败信息,会议应用在接收到浏览器返回的回执失败信息后,可以对浏览器取消共享投屏。
在一些实施例中,在用户B触发会议应用中的浏览器演示模式入口之前,浏览器中没有开启过窗口,可以向会议应用直接返回回执成功信息,会议应用接收到浏览器的回执成功信息后,可以在该会议应用中对浏览器中的界面内容进行共享投屏,即可以无需在浏览器中显示会议演示提示信息20f。
在一些实施例中,在用户B触发会议应用中的浏览器演示模式入口之前,浏览器中已经存在开启的窗口,为了保障用户B的个人信息安全,可以在浏览器中显示会议演示提示信息,用户B可以根据自己的实际情况确认是否直接演示,或者关闭已开启的窗口后再进行会议演示;当用户B认为已开启的窗口没有涉及到个人隐私信息,可以在会议应用中进行共享投屏时,用户B可以对会议演示提示信息执行确认操作,浏览器可以向会议应用返回回执成功信息,会议应用在接收到浏览器返回的回执成功信息后,可以对浏览器中已开启的窗口进行共享投屏;当用户B认为已开启的窗口涉及到个人隐私信息时,用户B可以对会议演示提示信息执行取消操作,进而浏览器可以向会议应用返回回执失败信息,会议应用在接收到浏览器返回的回执失败信息后,可以对浏览器取消共享投屏,用户B关闭浏览器中已开启的窗口后,可以重新触发会议应用中的共享屏幕功能选项20c,执行上述操作流程,在会议应用中对浏览器进行共享投屏。
本申请实施例中,由于用户B所触发的是浏览器演示模式入口,因此会议应用在接收到浏览器的回执成功信息后,在会议应用中可以对浏览器中的窗口进行共享投屏,而对于浏览器之外的其余内容,均不能在会议应用中进行共享投屏,可以提高用户B的个人隐私信息的保密性。
请参见图3,图3是本申请实施例提供的一种会议控制方法的流程示意图。可以理解地,该会议控制方法可以由计算机设备来执行,该计算机设备可以为用户终端(如上述图2所对应实施例中的用户终端20a),或者为服务器,或者为用户终端与服务器组成的系统,本申请不做具体限定。如图3所示,该会议控制方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S101,响应于共享屏幕功能选项的开启操作,在会议应用的共享内容选择页面中显示一个或多个会议演示入口,每个会议演示入口对应一个除所述会议应用之外的其他应用;所述会议应用与每个所述其他应用均预先定制协议参数,所述协议参数用于在所述会议应用中对每个所述其他应用进行共享投屏。
具体的,当多个用户在会议应用中参与在线会议时,参与会议的每个用户所使用的设备均可以显示该会议所对应的会话页面(如上述图2所对应实施例中的会话页面20b),该会话页面中可以显示该会议的基本信息(例如,会议号)、参与该会议的用户基本信息(例如,参与该会议的人员昵称、头像、视频画面)以及会议应用所提供的功能菜单栏等信息,其中,功能菜单栏可以包括语音功能选项、视频功能选项、共享屏幕功能选项、邀请功能选项等功能选项。当会议的参与用户在会议的会话页面对功能菜单栏中的共享屏幕功能选项执行触发操作时,该参与用户所使用的设备(此时可以将该参与用户称为演示用户,该演示用户所使用的设备称为计算机设备)可以响应针对共享屏幕功能选项的触发操作,在会话页面中显示共享内容选择页面,该共享内容选择页面中可以显示一个或者多个会议演示入口(如上述图2所对应实施例中,共享内容选择页面20d中所显示的会议演示入口),每个会议演示入口均可以对应一个应用,会议应用与每个会议演示入口所指示的应用均可以预先定制协议参数,预先定制的协议参数可以用于在会议应用中对会议演示入口所指示的应用进行共享投屏。可以理解的是,共享内容选择页面可以为独立显示于会话页面中的子页面,或者为会话页面中的某个区域,这里将不对共享内容选择页面在会话页面中的显示形式进行限定。
在一些实施例中,会议应用中的一个或多个会议演示入口可以直接显示在会话页面的功能菜单栏中。请一并参见图4,图4是本申请实施例提供的一种会议演示入口的显示界面图。如图4所示,用户终端30a可以为会议中的任一参与用户所使用的用户终端,在会议的会话页面30b中可以显示会议号、会议参与用户的基本信息以及功能菜单栏30c,在功能菜单栏30c中可以显示一个或多个或者多个会议演示入口,如图4所示,功能菜单栏30c的区域30d中可以具体显示文档演示入口、浏览器演示模式入口以及应用A演示模式入口等,当该会议中的参与用户需要在目标会议之外的应用内做会议演示时,可以直接在功能菜单栏30c中选择合适的会议演示入口,并启动所选会议演示入口所指示的应用。
步骤S102,响应针对一个或多个会议演示入口的触发操作,将触发操作所触发的会议演示入口确定为目标会议演示入口,将目标会议演示入口所对应的应用确定为目标应用。
具体的,会议中的演示用户可以在一个或多个会议演示入口中选择自己想要进行演示的会议演示入口,当演示用户对一个或多个会议演示入口执行触发操作时,计算机设备可 以响应针对一个或多个会议演示入口的触发操作,将演示用户所触发的会议演示入口确定为目标会议演示入口,将目标会议演示入口所指示的应用确定为目标应用。其中,目标应用可以是计算机设备中除会议应用之外的任意一个应用,如目标应用可以包括浏览器、多媒体应用、即时通讯应用、办公应用(例如,word办公软件、excel办公软件、幻灯片办公软件等)、编程应用等。
需要说明的是,若会议应用中仅包括一个会议演示入口,则演示用户需要进行会议演示时只能触发该会议演示入口,可以将该会议演示入口确定为目标会议演示入口;若会议应用中包括多个会议演示入口,则演示用户需要进行会议演示时,可以从多个会议演示入口中选择合适的会议演示入口,将演示用户从多个会议演示入口中所选择的会议演示入口确定为目标会议演示入口。如图2所示,当用户B(演示用户)在共享内容选择页面20d中选中了浏览器演示模式入口时,用户终端20a(计算机设备)可以将用户B所选择的浏览器演示模式入口确定为目标会议演示入口,将浏览器演示模式入口所指示的浏览器确定为目标应用。
在一些实施例中,演示用户在会议应用中选择了会议演示入口并确认共享后,计算机设备可以在会议应用中获取目标会议演示入口对应的协议参数信息,并将协议参数信息传输至目标应用;目标应用在接收到会议应用所传输的协议参数信息后,可以对协议参数信息进行识别,进而可以根据协议参数信息的识别结果,确定会议应用是否具备对目标应用的共享投屏权限,即检测目标应用所接收到的协议参数信息是否与预先定制的协议参数保持一致,若接收到的协议参数信息与预先定制的协议参数是一致的,则可以确定会议应用可以通过目标会议演示入口启动目标应用,具备对目标应用的共享投屏权限;若接收到的协议参数信息与预先定制的协议参数不一致,则可以确定会议应用不可以目标会议演示入口启动目标应用,不具备对目标应用的共享投屏权限;当目标应用确定会议应用具备共享投屏权限时,此时的目标应用可以进入会议模式,并在目标应用中显示与目标会议演示入口相关联的会议演示模式。
其中,协议参数信息可以包括模式申明参数、身份申明参数、来源申明参数等。模式申明参数可以表示为mode(模式)=meeting(会议),用于指示目标应用可以开始进入会议模式,此处的会议模式可以理解为从会议应用中调起目标应用(也可以称为启动目标应用)的模式;可以理解地,该目标应用还可以包括非会议模式,非会议模式可以理解为通过非会议应用启动目标应用的模式,如通过触发目标应用的图标启动目标应用,或者通过触发非会议应用中的链接启动目标应用等。身份申明参数可以用于表明需要进行会议演示的用户(即演示用户)的身份信息;例如,身份申明参数可以表示为author(演示用户账号)=A,表明演示用户账号为A。来源申明参数可以用于表明进行会议演示的会议应用的具体名称;例如,来源申明参数可以表示为from(来源)=tencentmeetiong(腾讯会议),表明调起目标应用的会议应用可以为腾讯会议。
在一些实施例中,除了上述模式申明参数、身份申明参数、来源申明参数之外,协议参数信息可以基于实际需求增加扩展参数;对于个人计算机(personal computer,PC)和移动端(例如,智能手机)中的扩展参数可能会有所差异,PC端的扩展参数可以包括目标应用在该PC中的访问路径,以及上述模式申明参数、身份申明参数、来源申明参数,移动端的扩展参数可以理解为使用intent.putextra()方法(一种移动端操作系统中用于 传输数据的方法)来传递上述模式申明参数、身份申明参数以及来源申明参数。例如,PC端的扩展参数可以表示为:"D:\Program Files\Tencent\Browser\Browser.exe"-mode=meeting&author=AA&from=xxxmeetiong,表明目标应用为浏览器,演示用户为AA,会议应用名称为xxx会议,目标应用在PC端的访问路径为"D:\Program Files\Tencent\Browser\Browser.exe"。移动端的扩展参数可以表示为:intent.putextra(mode,meeting);intent.putextra(author,AA);intent.putextra(from,xxxmeetiong);该扩展参数表示可以使用intent.putextra()方法来传递模式申明参数(mode,meeting)、身份申明参数(author,AA)以及来源申明参数(from,xxxmeetiong)。
其中,目标应用中所显示的会议演示模式可以包括通用演示模式、分端演示模式以及独立演示模式等。其中,通用演示模式可以是指每个计算机设备可以创建一个独立的会议身份,不区分来源(from),不区分演示用户账号(author),该通用演示模式可以适用于自己经常使用的个人设备,可以保障设备隐私;分端演示模式可以是指在每个计算机设备中根据来源(from)创建身份,即不同的会议应用可以对应不同的目录,如会议应用A和会议应用B在目标应用中所演示的相关数据可以分开存储在计算机设备的不同目录中,一个会议应用对应一个存储目录,该分端演示模式可以适用于经常使用不同的会议工具参加各种会议的计算机设备,可以保障设备隐私;独立演示模式可以是指在每个计算机设备中根据演示用户账号(author)创建身份,即不同的演示用户账号可以对应不同的目录,演示用户账号1和演示用户账号2在目标应用中所演示的相关数据可以分开存储在计算机设备的不同目录中,一个演示用户账号对应一个目录,该独立演示模式可以适用于多人公用的计算机设备,可以保障个人信息完全隐私。
在一些实施例中,演示用户对目标应用中所显示的会议演示模式执行选取操作后,计算机设备可以响应针对会议演示模式的选取操作,在目标应用中显示会议演示提示信息(如上述图2所对应实施例中的会议演示提示信息20f),该会议演示提示信息用于提示演示用户确认目标应用中已开启页面的信息安全状态。在目标应用中显示了会议演示提示信息后,演示用户可以对目标应用中的界面内容进行确认,若演示用户确认目标应用中的界面内容不涉及个人信息隐私,则可以对会议演示提示信息执行确认操作,此时的计算机设备可以响应针对会议演示提示信息的确认操作,在目标应用中生成回执成功信息,并将回执成功信息传输至会议应用,会议应用接收到目标应用的回执成功信息后,可以对目标应用中的目标界面内容进行共享投屏;若演示用户确认目标应用中的界面内容涉及个人信息隐私,则演示用户可以对会议演示提示信息执行取消操作,此时的计算机设备可以响应针对会议演示提示信息的取消操作,在目标应用中生成回执失败信息,并将回执失败信息传输至会议应用,会议应用接收到目标应用传输的回执失败信息后,可以在会议应用中对目标应用取消共享投屏。在一些实施例中,若目标应用中的界面内容涉及个人隐私信息,演示用户可以直接在目标应用中关闭该界面内容所属的界面,将涉及个人隐私信息的界面关闭之后,对会议演示提示信息执行确认操作,此时的目标应用同样可以将回执成功信息发送给会议应用,在会议应用中实现对目标应用的共享投屏,而无需对会议演示提示信息执行取消操作,重新从会议应用中触发会议演示入口并确认等一系列操作,可以提高会议演示的开启效率。
在一些实施例中,演示用户对目标应用中所显示的会议演示模式执行选取操作后,若计算机设备检测到目标应用中没有已开启的界面,如目标应用中仅包含当前空白界面,则可以在目标应用中显示会议演示提示信息,或者无需在目标应用中显示会议演示提示信息(即无需演示用户对目标应用的界面内容进行确认)。在目标应用中显示会议演示提示信息时的操作流程如上述描述;在目标应用中不显示会议演示提示信息时,可以直接在目标应用中生成回执成功信息,并将回执成功信息传输至会议应用,会议应用接收到目标应用的回执成功信息后,可以对目标应用中的目标界面内容进行共享投屏,进而可以提高会议演示效率。
可以理解的是,当用户在一个或者多个会议演示入口中选择了目标会议演示入口后,可以在会议应用中显示会议演示模式,也可以在目标应用中显示会议演示模式。当会议演示模式显示在会议应用中时,表示计算机设备将会议应用中的协议参数信息传输至目标应用后,在计算机设备的终端界面中仍然显示会议应用的会话页面,在演示用户对会议演示模式执行选取操作后,计算机设备可以响应该选取操作,在终端屏幕中将会议应用的会话页面切换显示为目标应用的界面,并在目标应用中显示会议演示提示信息。当会议演示模式显示在目标应用中时,表示计算机设备将会议应用中的协议参数信息传输至目标应用后,在终端屏幕中将会议应用的会话页面切换显示为目标应用的界面,并在目标应用中显示会议演示模式。
在一些实施例中,演示用户在会议应用中首次调起目标应用时所选择的会议演示模式,可以存储在目标应用中进行存储,当演示用户后续在会议应用中调起目标应用时,可以为该演示用户推荐其上一次所选择的会议演示模式,或者演示用户连续选择某会议演示模式的次数超过次数阈值(如3次)时,可以在该演示用户再一次调起该目标应用时,为该演示用户推荐连续选择次数超过次数阈值的会议演示模式。例如,用户A上一次在浏览器中进行会议演示时,选择了通用演示模式,则该用户A再一次在浏览器中进行会议演示时,可以为该用户A推荐通用演示模式。
请一并参见图5,图5是本申请实施例提供的一种目标应用生成回执信息的示意图。下面以目标会议演示入口所指示的目标应用是浏览器为例,对目标应用生成回执信息的过程进行具体描述。如图5所示,计算机设备中安装有会议应用40a和浏览器40b,当计算机设备的使用者对会议应用40a中的浏览器演示模式入口(可以称为目标会议演示入口)执行触发操作并确认共享时,计算机设备可以在会议应用40a中获取与浏览器演示模式入口对应的协议参数信息40c,并将协议参数信息40c从会议应用40a传输至浏览器40b,其中,该协议参数信息40c可以包括模式申明参数、身份申明参数以及来源申明参数等参数信息。
如图5所示,浏览器40b在接收到协议参数信息40c后,可以对协议参数信息40c进行识别,当浏览器40b识别到模式申明参数为mode=meeting时,可以进入会议模式,此时的计算机设备可以将终端屏幕中所显示的目标应用40a切换为浏览器40b。当浏览器40b中已经存在开启的界面40d时,可以在浏览器40b的界面40d中显示会议演示模式选择页面40e,会议演示模快选择页面40e可以包括通用演示模式、分端演示模式以及独立演示模式,演示用户可以根据自身的实际情况选择合适的会议演示模式。例如,演示用户所使用的计算机设备为自己的个人设备时,该演示用户可以选择通用演示模式进行会议演示。 当演示用户在会议演示模式选择页面40e中选择了通用演示模式后,可以在浏览器40b的界面40d中显示会议演示提示信息40f。
进一步地,演示用户可以选择会议演示提示信息40f对应的确认选项,在会议应用中直接对界面40d进行共享投屏,或者可以选择会议演示提示信息40f对应的取消选项,在会议应用中对浏览器取消共享投屏,进行一系列关闭界面的操作后再重新进行发起会议演示。当演示用户对会议演示提示信息40f执行确认操作(选择确认选项)时,浏览器40b可以生成回执成功信息,并向会议应用40a发送该回执成功信息,可以在会议应用40a中对浏览器40b中的界面40d进行共享投屏。当演示用户对会议演示提示信息40f执行取消操作(选择取消选项)时,浏览器40b可以生成回执失败信息,并向会议应用40a发送该回执失败信息,可以在会议应用40a中对浏览器40b取消共享投屏。
在一些实施例中,会议演示提示信息可以包括地址输入框,响应针对该地址输入框的输入操作,将地址输入框中的输入内容确定为网络地址,在目标应用中显示该网络地址对应的目标界面内容,生成与该目标界面内容相关联的回执成功信息,将该回执成功信息传输至会议应用。换言之,演示用户可以在会议演示提示信息的输入框中输入网络地址,并对会议演示提示信息执行确认操作,可以在目标应用中打开该网络地址对应的目标界面,并显示目标界面内容,此时的目标应用可以将回执成功信息发送给会议应用,在会议应用中可以对目标界面内容进行共享投屏,对该目标界面内容之外的其余内容无法进行共享投屏。其中,网络地址可以是指统一资源定位符(Uniform Resource Locator,URL),URL是对互联网上资源的位置和访问方法的一种简洁表示,是互联网上标准资源的地址。
请一并参见图6,图6是本申请实施例提供的一种目标应用生成回执成功信息的示意图。下面以目标会议演示入口所指示的目标应用是浏览器为例,对目标应用生成回执成功信息的过程进行描述。如图6所示,会议演示提示信息40f可以包括地址输入框40g,当演示用户不在地址输入框40g中输入网络地址,直接对会议演示提示信息40f执行确认操作或者取消操作时,操作过程可以参见上述图5所对应实施例中的描述。当浏览器40b中的界面40d涉及演示用户的个人隐私信息时,演示用户不想对界面40d直接进行会议演示,此时可以在地址输入框40g中输入想要进行会议演示的网络地址,如演示用户可以在地址输入框40g中输入网络地址1并选择确认,计算机设备可以响应针对地址输入框40g的输入操作,可以在浏览器40b中打开网络地址1对应的界面40h(界面40h中的显示内容可以称为目标界面内容),并生成回执成功信息,将回执成功信息返回至会议应用40a,在会议应用40a中可以对界面40h进行共享投屏,此场景下,会议应用40a仅可以对浏览器40b中的界面40h进行共享投屏,对浏览器40b中的界面40d无法进行共享投屏。
在一些实施例中,地址输入框40g中可以输入多个网络地址,在演示用户输入完成并选择确认后,计算机设备可以响应针对地址输入框40g的输入操作,在浏览器40b中打开多个网络地址分别对应的界面,将回执成功信息返回至会议应用40a,演示用户在浏览器40b中对多个网络地址分别对应的界面进行切换显示时,会议应用40a可以对多个网络地址分别对应的界面进行共享投屏。
步骤S103,响应于所述目标应用发送的回执成功信息,在会议应用中,仅针对目标应用中的目标界面内容基于所述会议应用与所述目标应用的协议参数进行共享投屏;所述目标界面内容是所述会议应用具有共享投屏权限的内容。
具体的,会议应用接收到目标应用返回的回执成功信息后,可以获取目标应用中的目标界面内容,并在会议应用中对目标界面内容进行共享投屏,这样可以实现演示用户在目标应用中进行演示时,参与会议的其余用户可以在会议应用中看到演示用户在目标应用中的演示操作。演示用户在目标应用中进行会议演示时所产生的数据(例如,界面内容,访问痕迹等),可以存储到目标应用的对应目录中,存储数据的目录与演示用户所选择的会议演示模式相关联,不同会议演示模式下所产生的数据可以存储在不同的目录中。
其中,当演示用户所选择的会议演示模式为通用演示模式时,计算机设备可以根据网络协议参数中的模式申明参数,在目标应用的存储空间中创建通用演示模式对应的会议目录,如会议目录的名称可以为meeting(会议),将共享投屏后的目标界面内容存储至会议目录中;在会议目录中存储演示用户在演示过程中所产生的数据,可以与非会议演示模式下产生的数据进行区分。其中,目标应用的存储空间可以云存储空间、本地存储空间以及硬盘存储空间等。
在一些实施例中,当演示用户所选择的会议演示模式为分端演示模式时,计算机设备可以根据协议参数信息中的模式申明参数,在目标应用的存储空间中创建分端演示模式对应的会议目录,如会议目录可以为meeting(会议),进而可以根据协议参数信息中的来源申明参数,在会议目录中创建与来源申明参数相对应的来源子目录,将共享投屏后的目标界面内容存储至来源子目录。换言之,可以将目标应用在会议演示过程中所产生的数据按照会议应用进行分开存储,不同的会议应用可以在会议目录中创建不同的来源子目录。例如,xx1会议应用在目标应用的存储空间中所创建的来源子目录可以表示为meeting/xx1meeting,任何用户在xx1会议应用中启动目标应用进行会议演示时,所产生的数据均可以存储在子目录meeting/xx1meeting中;xx2会议应用在目标应用的存储空间中所创建的来源子目录可以表示为meeting/xx2meeting,任何用户在xx2会议应用中启动目标应用进行会议演示时,所产生的数据均可以存储在子目录meeting/xx2meeting中。
在一些实施例中,当演示用户所选择的会议演示模式为独立演示模式时,计算机设备可以根据协议参数信息中的模式申明参数,在目标应用的存储空间中创建独立演示模式对应的会议目录,如会议目录可以为meeting(会议),进而可以根据协议参数信息中的身份申明参数,在会议目录中创建与身份申明参数相对应的身份子目录,将共享投屏后的目标界面内容存储至身份子目录。换言之,可以将目标应用在会议演示过程中所产生的数据按照演示用户账号进行分开存储,不同的演示用户账号可以在会议目录中创建不同的身份子目录。例如,A在目标应用的存储空间中所创建的来源子目录可以表示为meeting/A,A在任一会议应用中启动目标应用进行会议演示时,所产生的数据均可以存储在子目录meeting/A中;B在目标应用的存储空间中所创建的来源子目录可以表示为meeting/B,B在任一会议应用中启动目标应用进行会议演示时,所产生的数据均可以存储在子目录meeting/B中。本申请实施例中,不同的会议演示模式,可以在目标应用对应的存储空间中创建不同的目录,有利于保障会议演示过程中的数据安全性。
在一些实施例中,会议应用对目标应用中的目标界面内容进行共享投屏的过程中,计算机设备可以根据目标应用返回的回执成功信息,从目标应用中获取待演示界面内容,获取目标应用中的用户隐私数据类型;若待演示界面内容中存在属于用户隐私数据类型的隐私内容,则在待演示界面内容中清除隐私内容,将清除隐私内容的待演示界面内容确定为 目标界面内容,在会议应用中对目标界面内容进行共享投屏。换言之,计算机设备在获取到目标应用中的待演示界面内容后,可以确定该待演示界面内容中是否包含演示用户的隐私内容,若检测到该待演示界面内容中包含隐私内容,则可以将待演示界面内容中所包含的隐私内容进行清除,将清除隐私内容后的待演示界面内容确定为目标界面内容,进而可以在会议应用中对目标界面内容进行共享投屏,对于参加该会议的其余用户(除演示用户之外的其余参数用户)所看到的目标界面内容是不包含隐私内容的界面内容;若检测到该待演示界面内容中不包含隐私内容,则可以在会议应用中直接对待演示界面内容进行共享投屏。其中,隐私内容可以包括个人身份证号、联系方式、购买记录、账单等信息。本申请实施例中,通过待演示界面内容进行隐私内容过滤,可以进一步降低用户隐私数据泄露的风险,可以提高用户隐私数据的保密性。
请一并参见图7,图7是本申请实施例提供的一种在会议应用中对目标应用进行共享投屏的示意图。如图7所示,以目标应用为浏览器为例,对会议应用中的共享投屏过程进行说明。用户A和用户F为同一个会议中的参与用户,用户A为该会议中进行会议演示的用户,用户A所使用的终端设备为用户终端50a,用户F为该会议中除用户A之外的任意一个参与用户,该用户F可以看到用户A在会议应用中的共享投屏画面,用户F所使用的终端设备为用户终端50c。
用户A在浏览器进行会议演示时,用户终端50a可以实时获取浏览器中的界面内容,将在会议应用中对获取到的界面内容进行共享投屏。如图7所示,用户A在浏览器中打开界面50b时,用户终端50a可以获取浏览器中的界面50b,当界面50b中包含用户A的身份证号、联系方式等隐私内容时,可以将界面50b中的隐私内容进行清除或者隐藏,在用户终端50a的会议应用中,可以对清除或者隐藏隐私内容的界面50b进行共享投屏。此时用户F所使用的用户终端50c中可以显示清除或者隐藏隐私内容的界面50b(即界面50d),该界面50d是显示在用户终端50c的会议应用中的,此外,用户终端50c的会议应用中还可以显示用户F的头像、昵称等信息。
当用户A在用户终端50a中缩小界面50b所属的窗口1时,在用户终端50a的会议应用中仍然保持对清除或者隐藏隐私内容的界面50b进行共享投屏,该会议应用无法对界面50b之外的其余终端屏幕内容进行共享投屏。对于用户F而言,用户终端50c的会议应用中仍然显示界面50d,直至用户终端50a中的界面50b发生变化。
当用户A在用户终端50a中最小化界面50b所属的窗口1时,用户终端50a的会议应用无法获取到界面内容进行共享投屏,但是此时会议应用还是属于会议演示状态。对于用户F而言,用户终端50c的会议应用仍然可以保持前一时刻的界面50d不变,或者可以恢复为该会议的会话页面,在用户终端50a的会议应用重新进行共享投屏时,再在用户终端50c的会议应用中显示用户A进行共享投屏的界面内容。
在一些实施例中,会议应用接收到目标应用返回的回执成功信息后,计算机设备可以根据回执成功信息获取目标应用中的目标界面内容,获取会议应用中的投屏白名单,该投屏白名单包括会议应用具备共享投屏权限的网络地址;若目标界面内容对应的网络地址属于投屏白名单,则在会议应用中对目标界面内容进行共享投屏;若目标界面内容对应的网络地址不属于投屏白名单,则在会议应用中对目标界面内容取消共享投屏。换言之,会议应用中可以预先设置一份投屏白名单,只有投屏白名单中所包含的网络地址对应的界面内 容才可以在会议应用中进行共享投屏。计算机设备在目标应用中获取到目标界面内容后,需要判断目标界面内容对应的网络地址是否属于投屏白名单,若目标界面内容对应的网络地址属于投屏白名单,则可以在会议应用中对目标界面内容进行共享投屏;若目标界面内容对应的网络地址不属于投屏白名单,则不能可以在会议应用中对目标界面内容进行共享投屏。本申请实施例中,通过在会议应用中设置投屏白名单,可以加强共享投屏数据的审核,有利于提高用户数据的安全性。
在一些实施例中,演示用户可以从会议应用中同时选择一个或者多个会议演示入口,演示用户所选择的会议演示入口称为目标会议演示入口,即目标会议演示入口的数量可以为一个或者多个。下面以两个目标会议演示入口为例,两个目标会议演示入口分别指示两个不同的目标应用,即目标应用可以包括第一应用和第二应用,目标界面内容可以包括第一目标内容和第二目标内容。会议应用在接收到第一应用和第二应用分别对应的回执成功信息之后,计算机设备可以根据第一应用对应的回执成功信息,获取第一应用中的第一目标内容,进而可以根据第二应用对应的回执成功信息,获取第二应用中的第二目标内容;在目标会议中,可以按照分屏显示方式对第一目标内容和第二目标内容进行共享投屏。
请一并参见图8,图8是本申请实施例提供的一种在会议应用中对目标应用进行共享投屏的示意图。如图8所示,以目标应用包括浏览器(第一应用)和word办公应用(第二应用)为例,对会议应用中的共享投屏过程进行说明。用户A和用户F为同一个会议中的参与用户,用户A为该会议中进行会议演示的用户,用户A所使用的终端设备为用户终端60a,用户F为该会议中除用户A之外的任意一个参与用户,该用户F可以看到用户A在会议应用中的共享投屏画面,用户F所使用的终端设备为用户终端60c。
对于用户终端60a中的界面60b(第一目标内容)在会议应用中的共享投屏过程,可以参见上述图7所对应实施例中对界面50b的共享投屏过程的描述,这里不再进行赘述。用户A可以在用户终端60a中缩小界面60b所属的窗口1,并在用户终端60a的word办公应用中打开文档1,此时的用户终端60a可以在会议应用中对清除或隐藏隐私内容的界面60b以及文档1对应的界面60e(第二目标内容)进行共享投屏。对于用户F而言,用户终端60c中的会议应用可以对清除或隐藏隐私内容的界面60b(即界面60d)和界面60e进行分屏显示,界面60d和界面60e在用户终端60c中的显示区域大小可以根据界面实际情况进行自适应调整。
本申请实施例中,可以在会议应用中显示一个或多个会议演示入口,响应针对一个或多个会议演示入口的触发操作,将该触发操作所触发的会议演示入口确定为目标会议演示入口,将该目标会议演示入口所指示的应用确定为目标应用,可以在会议应用中,对该目标应用中的目标界面内容进行共享投屏,此时的会议应用不具备目标应用之外的界面内容的共享投屏权限。可见,可以在会议应用中内置一个或多个会议演示入口,通过每个会议演示入口可以启动其对应的应用,当触发目标会议演示入口(可以为一个或多个会议演示入口中的任意一个会议演示入口)时,可以获取该目标会议演示入口所指示的目标应用中的界面内容(即需要在会议中进行演示的内容),在会议应用中仅对目标应用中的界面内容进行共享投屏,而不会对用户终端屏幕中除目标应用之外的界面内容进行共享投屏,可以保护用户终端中的隐私数据,进而可以提高会议演示过程中用户隐私数据的保密性;通过对目标界面内容进行隐私内容过滤,可以降低用户隐私数据泄露的风险,提高用户隐私 数据的安全性。
请参见图9,图9是本申请实施例提供的一种会议控制装置的结构示意图。如图9所示,该会议控制装置1可以包括:显示模块11,确定模块12,共享投屏模块13;
显示模块11,用于响应于共享屏幕功能选项的开启操作,在会议应用的共享内容选择页面中显示一个或多个会议演示入口,每个会议演示入口对应一个除所述会议应用之外的其他应用;所述会议应用与每个所述其他应用均预先定制协议参数,所述协议参数用于在所述会议应用中对每个所述其他应用进行共享投屏;
确定模块12,用于响应针对一个或多个会议演示入口的触发操作,将触发操作所触发的会议演示入口确定为目标会议演示入口,将目标会议演示入口所对应的应用确定为目标应用;
共享投屏模块13,用于响应于所述目标应用发送的回执成功信息,在会议应用中,仅针对目标应用中的目标界面内容基于所述会议应用与所述目标应用的协议参数进行共享投屏;所述目标界面内容是所述会议应用具有共享投屏权限的内容。
其中,显示模块11,确定模块12,共享投屏模块13的具体功能实现方式可以参见上述图3所对应实施例中的步骤S101-步骤S103,这里不再进行赘述。
在一些可行的实施方式中,该会议控制装置1还可以包括:演示模式显示模块14,提示信息显示模块15,投屏确认模块16,投屏取消模块17;

所述共享投屏模块13进一步用于,响应于所述目标应用中对所述多个网络地址分别对应的界面进行切换显示,对上述多个网络地址分别对应的界面进行共享投屏。

请参见图10,图10是本申请实施例提供的一种计算机设备的结构示意图。如图10所示,该计算机设备1000可以包括:处理器1001,网络接口1004和存储器1005,此外,上述计算机设备1000还可以包括:用户接口1003,和一个或多个通信总线1002。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。其中,用户接口1003可以包括显示屏 (Display)、键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。在一些实施例中,网络接口1004可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是非不稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如一个或多个磁盘存储器。在一些实施例中,存储器1005还可以是一个或多个位于远离前述处理器1001的存储装置。如图10所示,作为一种计算机可读存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及设备控制应用程序。
在如图10所示的计算机设备1000中,网络接口1004可提供网络通讯功能;而用户接口1003主要用于为用户提供输入的接口;而处理器1001可以用于调用存储器1005中存储的设备控制应用程序,以实现:

- 一种会议控制方法,由计算机设备执行,包括:响应于共享屏幕功能选项的开启操作,在会议应用的共享内容选择页面中显示一个或多个会议演示入口,每个会议演示入口对应一个除所述会议应用之外的其他应用;所述会议应用与每个所述其他应用均预先定制协议参数,所述协议参数用于在所述会议应用中对每个所述其他应用进行共享投屏;响应针对所述一个或多个会议演示入口的触发操作,将所述触发操作所触发的会议演示入口确定为目标会议演示入口,将所述目标会议演示入口所对应的应用确定为目标应用;响应于所述目标应用发送的回执成功信息,在所述会议应用中,仅针对所述目标应用中的目标界面内容基于所述会议应用与所述目标应用的协议参数进行共享投屏;所述目标界面内容是所述会议应用具有共享投屏权限的内容。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,还包括:在所述目标应用中显示与所述目标会议演示入口相关联的会议演示模式;响应针对所述会议演示模式的选取操作,在所述目标应用中显示会议演示提示信息;所述会议演示提示信息用于提示用户确认所述目标应用中已开启页面的信息安全状态;响应针对所述会议演示提示信息的确认操作,在所述目标应用中生成回执成功信息,将所述回执成功信息传输至所述会议应用;则所述响应于所述目标应用发送的回执成功信息,在所述会议应用中,仅针对所述目标应用中的目标界面内容基于所述会议应用与所述目标应用的协议参数进行共享投屏,包括:根据所述回执成功信息获取所述目标应用中的目标界面内容,在所述会议应用中对所述目标界面内容进行共享投屏。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述在所述目标应用中显示与所述目标会议演示入口相关联的会议演示模式,包括:在所述会议应用中获取所述目标会议演示入口对应的协议参数信息,将所述协议参数信息传输至所述目标应用;当所述目标应用根据所述协议参数信息确定所述会议应用具有共享投屏权限时,在所述目标应用中显示与所述目标会议演示入口相关联的会议演示模式。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:响应针对所述会议演示提示信息的取消操作,在所述目标应用中生成回执失败信息,将所述回执失败信息传输至所述会议应用,在所述会议应用中对所述目标应用取消共享投屏。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述会议演示模式包括通用演示模式;所述方法还包括:根据所述协议参数信息中的模式申明参数,在所述目标应用的存储空间中创建所述通用演示模式对应的会议目录,将共享投屏后的目标界面内容存储至所述会议目录。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述会议演示模式包括分端演示模式;所述方法还包括:根据所述协议参数信息中的模式申明参数,在所述目标应用的存储空间中创建所述分 端演示模式对应的会议目录;根据所述协议参数信息中的来源申明参数,在所述会议目录中创建与所述来源申明参数相对应的来源子目录,将共享投屏后的目标界面内容存储至所述来源子目录。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述会议演示模式包括独立演示模式;所述方法还包括:根据所述协议参数信息中的模式申明参数,在所述目标应用的存储空间中创建所述独立演示模式对应的会议目录;根据所述协议参数信息中的身份申明参数,在所述会议目录中创建与所述身份申明参数相对应的身份子目录,将共享投屏后的目标界面内容存储至所述身份子目录。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述会议演示提示信息包括地址输入框;所述方法还包括:响应针对所述地址输入框的输入操作,将所述地址输入框中的输入内容确定为网络地址;在所述目标应用中显示所述网络地址对应的目标界面内容,生成与所述目标界面内容相关联的回执成功信息,将所述回执成功信息传输至所述会议应用。
- 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述地址输入框中的输入内容包括多个网络地址;所述目标应用中打开所述多个网络地址分别对应的界面;所述方法进一步包括:响应于所述目标应用中对所述多个网络地址分别对应的界面进行切换显示,所述会议应用对所述多个网络地址分别对应的界面进行共享投屏。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述回执成功信息获取所述目标应用中的目标界面内容,在所述会议应用中对所述目标界面内容进行共享投屏,包括:根据所述回执成功信息获取所述目标应用中的待演示界面内容,获取所述目标应用中的用户隐私数据类型;若所述待演示界面内容中存在属于所述用户隐私数据类型的隐私内容,则在所述待演示界面内容中清除所述隐私内容;将清除所述隐私内容的待演示界面内容确定为所述目标界面内容,在所述会议应用中对所述目标界面内容进行共享投屏。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述回执成功信息获取所述目标应用中的目标界面内容,在所述会议应用中对所述目标界面内容进行共享投屏,包括:根据所述回执成功信息获取所述目标应用中的目标界面内容,获取所述会议应用中的投屏白名单;所述投屏白名单包括所述会议应用具备共享投屏权限的网络地址;若所述目标界面内容对应的网络地址属于所述投屏白名单,则在所述会议应用中对所述目标界面内容进行共享投屏;若所述目标界面内容对应的网络地址不属于所述投屏白名单,则在所述会议应用中对所述目标界面内容取消共享投屏。
