1、本发明通过吸气机构、净化机构和第一气泵的配合,使用者通过第二气泵将厕所本体内的浑浊气体进行快速吸收,随后使用者通过第一气泵对浑浊气体进行引流,同时使用者通过鼓风机将室外的新鲜空气传送至固定箱内,便于使用者将新鲜空气与浑浊气体进行混合,降低浑浊气体的浓度,从而对浑浊气体进行快速净化,随后过滤棉板、活性炭过滤网和HEPA过滤网对淡化浑浊气体内的灰尘和有害气体进行快速过滤和吸附,此时第一气泵将净化之后的气体快速传送回厕所本体内,便于使用者对厕所本体内的浑浊气体进行快速置换,同时对浑浊气体进行净化,防止浑浊气体再次进入厕所本体内,影响装置的换气效果,解决了传统移动厕所用通风装置无法快速换气和无法对置换出去的浑浊气体进行净化的问题;
2、本发明通过第二气泵、吸气管和通气管的配合,便于使用者对厕所本体内的浑浊气体进行快速吸收,从而加快了装置的换气效果,通过过滤棉板、活性炭过滤网和HEPA过滤网的配合,便于使用者对浑浊气体内的灰尘和有害物质进行快速的过滤和吸附,防止浑浊气体再次进入厕所本体,从而影响装置的换气效果,通过气缸、限位板、压板和限位柱的配合,便于使用者对厕所本体进行限位,防止厕所本体在静止时,因为外力发生移动,增加了厕所本体的稳定性,通过安装板和把手的配合,便于使用者对过滤棉板、活性炭过滤网和HEPA过滤网进行快速更换,通过第一遮阳板和第二遮阳板的配合,防止阳光直接对顶板进行照射,便于厕所本体保持恒温,通过镀膜玻璃的配合,对厕所本体内提供光源,同时防止外界人员对厕所本体内的情况进行观察,通过把手的配合,便于使用者对活动门进行开启。

请结合参阅图1、图2和图3,其中图1为本发明提供的一种具有快速换气功能移动厕所用通风装置的一种较佳实施例的结构示意图;图2为图1所示固定箱的结构剖视图;图3为图1所示箱体的结构剖视图,一种具有快速换气功能移动厕所用通风装置,包括:厕所本体1,所述厕所本体1的顶部固定连接有顶板6,所述厕所本体1正面的左侧通过合页活动连接有活动门11,所述厕所本体1右侧的顶部固定连接有固定箱2,所述固定箱2内腔内侧的顶部和底部从上至下依次固定连接有第一支撑板和第二支撑板,所述固定箱2内腔的顶部设置有吸气机构3,所述固定箱2内腔的中心处设置有净化机构4,所述固定箱2内腔底部的左侧栓接有第一气泵12,所述第一气泵12的右端连通有第一管道,且第一管道远离第一气泵12的一端贯穿第二支撑板并连通有第一吸头,所述第一气泵12的左端连通有第二管道,且第二管道的左侧依次贯穿固定箱2和厕所本体1并连通有喷头,所述固定箱2正面的顶部固定连接有安装块,且安装块的顶部栓接有鼓风机8,所述鼓风机8的右端连通有输气管9,所述输气管9远离鼓风机8的一端贯穿至固定箱2的内腔,所述厕所本体1两侧底部的中心处均固定连接有箱体10,所述箱体10的内腔设置有限位机构5,所述厕所本体1底部的四周均通过安装架活动连接有辅助轮。
所述吸气机构3包括第二气泵31、吸气管32和通气管33,所述固定箱2内腔左侧顶部的中心处开设有通孔,且通孔的内腔活动连接有吸气管32,所述吸气管32的左端贯穿厕所本体1并连通有第二吸头,所述吸气管32的右端连通有第二气泵31,所述第二气泵31的底部与第一支撑板的顶部栓接,所述第二气泵31的右端连通有通气管33,所述通气管33远离第二气泵31的一端贯穿第一支撑板并向下延伸,通过第二气泵31、吸气管32和通气管33的配合,便于使用者对厕所本体1内的浑浊气体进行快速吸收,从而加快了装置的 换气效果。
所述净化机构4包括过滤棉板41、活性炭过滤网42和HEPA过滤网43,所述固定箱2内腔左侧的中心处从上至下均依次开设有卡槽,且卡槽的内腔从上至下依次卡接有过滤棉板41、活性炭过滤网42和HEPA过滤网43,所述过滤棉板41、活性炭过滤网42和HEPA过滤网43的右侧贯穿固定箱2并向右侧延伸,通过过滤棉板41、活性炭过滤网42和HEPA过滤网43的配合,便于使用者对浑浊气体内的灰尘和有害物质进行快速的过滤和吸附,防止浑浊气体再次进入厕所本体1,从而影响装置的换气效果。
所述限位机构5包括气缸51、限位板52、压板53和限位柱54,所述箱体10内腔顶部的中心处栓接有气缸51,所述气缸51的活塞杆固定连接有限位板52,所述限位板52底部的正面和背面均固定连接有固定柱,且固定柱的底部贯穿固定箱2并固定连接有压板53,所述压板53的底部固定连接有防滑垫,所述箱体10顶部的四周均固定连接有限位柱54,所述限位柱54的底部贯穿限位板52并与箱体10内腔的底部固定连接,通过气缸51、限位板52、压板53和限位柱54的配合,便于使用者对厕所本体1进行限位,防止厕所本体1在静止时,因为外力发生移动,增加了厕所本体1的稳定性。
所述过滤棉板41、活性炭过滤网42和HEPA过滤网43的右侧固定连接有安装板7,所述安装板7右侧的中心处栓接有把手,通过安装板7和把手的配合,便于使用者对过滤棉板41、活性炭过滤网42和HEPA过滤网43进行快速更换。
所述顶板6的正面和背面从前至后依次固定连接有第一遮阳板和第二遮阳板,且第一遮阳板和第二遮阳板远离顶板6的一侧固定连接,通过第一遮阳板和第二遮阳板的配合,防止阳光直接对顶板6进行照射,便于厕所本体1保持恒温。
所述活动门11正面顶部的中心处嵌设有镀膜玻璃,所述活动门11正面右侧的中心处栓接有把手,通过镀膜玻璃的配合,对厕所本体1内提供光源,同时防止外界人员对厕所本体1内的情况进行观察,通过把手的配合,便于使用者对活动门11进行开启。
本发明提供的具有快速换气功能移动厕所用通风装置的工作原理如下:
使用者推动厕所本体1,此时辅助轮辅助厕所本体1移动至适宜的位置, 随后使用者打开气缸51,此时气缸51带动限位板52向下移动,随后限位板52通过固定柱带动压板53向下移动,直至压板53与地面接触,从而对厕所本体1进行限位,随后使用者打开第一气泵12和第二气泵31,第二气泵31将厕所本体1内的浑浊气体进行快速吸收,随后使用者通过第一气泵12对浑浊气体进行引流,同时使用者打开鼓风机8,鼓风机8将室外的新鲜空气传送至固定箱2内,从而将新鲜空气与浑浊气体进行混合,降低浑浊气体的浓度,继而对浑浊气体进行快速净化,随后过滤棉板41、活性炭过滤网42和HEPA过滤网43对淡化浑浊气体内的灰尘和有害气体进行快速过滤和吸附,此时第一气泵12将净化之后的气体快速传送回厕所本体1内,从而对厕所本体1内的浑浊气体进行快速置换,同时对浑浊气体进行净化,防止浑浊气体再次进入厕所本体1内,影响装置的换气效果。
与相关技术相比较,本发明提供的具有快速换气功能移动厕所用通风装置具有如下有益效果:
本发明通过吸气机构3、净化机构4和第一气泵12的配合,使用者通过第二气泵31将厕所本体1内的浑浊气体进行快速吸收,随后使用者通过第一气泵12对浑浊气体进行引流,同时使用者通过鼓风机8将室外的新鲜空气传送至固定箱2内,便于使用者将新鲜空气与浑浊气体进行混合,降低浑浊气体的浓度,从而对浑浊气体进行快速净化,随后过滤棉板41、活性炭过滤网42和HEPA过滤网43对淡化浑浊气体内的灰尘和有害气体进行快速过滤和吸附,此时第一气泵12将净化之后的气体快速传送回厕所本体1内,便于使用者对厕所本体1内的浑浊气体进行快速置换,同时对浑浊气体进行净化,防止浑浊气体再次进入厕所本体1内,影响装置的换气效果,解决了传统移动厕所用通风装置无法快速换气和无法对置换出去的浑浊气体进行净化的问题。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种具有快速换气功能移动厕所用通风装置,其特征在于,包括:厕所本体(1),所述厕所本体(1)的顶部固定连接有顶板(6),所述厕所本体(1)正面的左侧通过合页活动连接有活动门(11),所述厕所本体(1)右侧的顶部固定连接有固定箱(2),所述固定箱(2)内腔内侧的顶部和底部从上至下依次固定连接有第一支撑板和第二支撑板,所述固定箱(2)内腔的顶部设置有吸气机构(3),所述固定箱(2)内腔的中心处设置有净化机构(4),所述固定箱(2)内腔底部的左侧栓接有第一气泵(12),所述第一气泵(12)的右端连通有第一管道,且第一管道远离第一气泵(12)的一端贯穿第二支撑板并连通有第一吸头,所述第一气泵(12)的左端连通有第二管道,且第二管道的左侧依次贯穿固定箱(2)和厕所本体(1)并连通有喷头,所述固定箱(2)正面的顶部固定连接有安装块,且安装块的顶部栓接有鼓风机(8),所述鼓风机(8)的右端连通有输气管(9),所述输气管(9)远离鼓风机(8)的一端贯穿至固定箱(2)的内腔,所述厕所本体(1)两侧底部的中心处均固定连接有箱体(10),所述箱体(10)的内腔设置有限位机构(5),所述厕所本体(1)底部的四周均通过安装架活动连接有辅助轮。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有快速换气功能移动厕所用通风装置,其特征在于,所述吸气机构(3)包括第二气泵(31)、吸气管(32)和通气管(33),所述固定箱(2)内腔左侧顶部的中心处开设有通孔,且通孔的内腔活动连接有吸气管(32),所述吸气管(32)的左端贯穿厕所本体(1)并连通有第二吸头,所述吸气管(32)的右端连通有第二气泵(31),所述第二气泵(31)的底部与第一支撑板的顶部栓接,所述第二气泵(31)的右端连通有通气管(33),所述通气管(33)远离第二气泵(31)的一端贯穿第一支撑板并向下延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有快速换气功能移动厕所用通风装置,其特征在于,所述净化机构(4)包括过滤棉板(41)、活性炭过滤网(42)和HEPA过滤网(43),所述固定箱(2)内腔左侧的中心处从上至下均依次开设有卡槽,且卡槽的内腔从上至下依次卡接有过滤棉板(41)、活性炭过滤网(42)和HEPA过滤网(43),所述过滤棉板(41)、活性炭过滤网(42)和HEPA过滤网(43)的右侧贯穿固定箱(2)并向右侧延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有快速换气功能移动厕所用通风装置,其特征在于,所述限位机构(5)包括气缸(51)、限位板(52)、压板(53)和限位柱(54),所述箱体(10)内腔顶部的中心处栓接有气缸(51),所述气缸(51)的活塞杆固定连接有限位板(52),所述限位板(52)底部的正面和背面均固定连接有固定柱,且固定柱的底部贯穿固定箱(2)并固定连接有压板(53),所述压板(53)的底部固定连接有防滑垫,所述箱体(10)顶部的四周均固定连接有限位柱(54),所述限位柱(54)的底部贯穿限位板(52)并与箱体(10)内腔的底部固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的具有快速换气功能移动厕所用通风装置,其特征在于,所述过滤棉板(41)、活性炭过滤网(42)和HEPA过滤网(43)的右侧固定连接有安装板(7),所述安装板(7)右侧的中心处栓接有把手。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的具有快速换气功能移动厕所用通风装置,其特征在于,所述顶板(6)的正面和背面从前至后依次固定连接有第一遮阳板和第二遮阳板,且第一遮阳板和第二遮阳板远离顶板(6)的一侧固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的具有快速换气功能移动厕所用通风装置,其特征在于,所述活动门(11)正面顶部的中心处嵌设有镀膜玻璃,所述活动门(11)正面右侧的中心处栓接有把手。
