Description

一种玻璃纤维布分切机用后对齐装置 (一)技术领域
本发明属于玻璃纤维布生产技术领域,特别涉及一种玻璃纤维布分切机用后对齐装置。
(二)背景技术
玻璃纤维布是无捻粗纱平纹织物,玻璃纤维是一种性能优异的无机非金属材料,具有绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好、机械强度高等优点。用玻璃纤维制成的布料能够用于生产各种电绝缘层压板、印刷线路板、各种车辆车体、贮罐、船艇、模具等。玻璃纤维布制成后需要进行卷绕,在成卷的过程中,玻璃纤维布经过纺织后宽度是确定的,并不适合直接应用于接下来的产品生产,需要对玻璃纤维布进行裁剪。在裁剪时,选择与所需产品宽度相同的间距切刀对玻璃纤维布进行裁切,但是,成卷的玻璃纤维布在放布裁切过程中,布面经常会造成横向偏移,导致切刀切出的玻璃纤维布宽度不一致,不但造成布料的浪费,也浪费了时间,耽误了工期,目前还没有对布料横向位移纠偏的装置。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种纠偏效率高、避免原料浪费、调节方便的玻璃纤维布分切机用后对齐装置。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种玻璃纤维布分切机用后对齐装置,包括机体和放置玻璃纤维布辐的支撑座,其特征是:所述玻璃纤维布辐前方设有激光控制器,激光控制器连接螺杆 电机,螺杆电机与支撑座相连接,支撑座底部安装有滚轮,滚轮置于轨道上,轨道安装于底座上。
所述激光控制器安装于吊杆上,吊杆固定于移动块上,移动块内穿设有横杆,横杆固定于机体上。
所述吊杆穿入移动块内用第一锁紧螺栓固定,移动块与横杆通过第二锁紧螺栓固定。
所述螺杆电机通过固定块与底座一体连接。
所述机体上安装有若干张紧辐。
本发明的有益效果是:可及时对从玻璃纤维布辐放出的玻璃纤维布进行横向位移的纠偏,保证其按原设定轨道续入而裁切出所需宽度一致的布料;纠偏效率高、避免原料浪费、调节方便,保证了产品质量。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括机体1和放置玻璃纤维布辐 2的支撑座3,玻璃纤维布辐2前方设有激光控制器4,激光控制器4连接螺杆电机5,螺杆电机5与支撑座3相连接,支撑座3底部安装有滚轮6,滚轮6置于轨道7上,轨道7安装于底座8上。激光控制器4安装于吊杆9上,吊杆9固定于移动块10上,移动块10内穿设有横杆11,横杆11固定于机体1上。吊杆9穿入移动块10内用第一锁紧螺栓12固定,移动块10与横杆11通过第二锁紧螺栓13固定。螺杆电机5通过固定块14与底座8一体连接。机体1上安装有若干张紧辐15。
采用本发明的一种玻璃纤维布分切机用后对齐装置,将缠满玻璃纤维布的玻璃纤维布辐2置于支撑座3上,然后拉出玻璃纤维布依次绕过机体1的若干张紧辐15送入机体1。然后,将激光控制器4对准玻璃纤维布的布边,当在裁切过程中,玻璃纤维布有横向偏移时,激光控制器4便会给螺杆电机5发射信号,螺杆电机5即会使螺杆推出或拉进,从而带动支撑座3移动,使玻璃纤维布的布边回到激光控制器4下方,完成纠偏,如此循环往复o支撑座3的移动是通过滚轮6沿轨道7完成的。对于不同宽度的玻璃纤维布,可通过调整移动块10在横杆11的横向位置进行激光控制器4的横向调节,然后拧紧第二锁紧螺栓13即可。同时,可通过调整吊杆9相对移动块10的位置,从而调节激光控制器4的高度,然后拧紧第一锁紧螺栓12即可。

  1. 一种玻璃纤维布分切机用后对齐装置,包括机体(1)和放置玻璃纤维布辐(2)的支撑座⑶,其特征是:所述玻璃纤维布辐(2)前方设有激光控制器(4),激光控制器(4)连接螺杆电机(5),螺杆电机(5)与支撑座(3)相连接,支撑座(3)底部安装有滚轮(6),滚轮(6)置于轨道(7)上,轨道(7)安装于底座(8)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的玻璃纤维布分切机用后对齐装置,其特征是:所述激光控制器安装于吊杆(9)上,吊杆(9)固定于移动块(10)上,移动块(10)内穿设有横杆(11),横杆(11)固定于机体(1)上。
