上述新型金属包装容器能够适用于需要抽真空后充氮气的包装方式,也能够适用于在完成封口后置于高温环境下(如121℃-125℃)进行杀菌的生产需求。新型金属包装容器可以作为多种食品的包装容器,按容量大小主要分为下列三类:(1)小容量包装容器:用于存储蜂蜜,调味品,牛油以及奶酪等;(2)中容量包装容器:用于存储蛋挞,双皮奶,花式高端奶制品,高端营养品(如燕窝、海参、雪蛤),汤料,粥类及东南亚特色食品等;(3)大容量包装容器:用于存储肉类、鱼类、宠物食品、甜品粥(八宝粥)、应急食品等。
本实用新型的新型金属包装容器中,容器本体采用覆膜铁制成,由于覆膜铁兼有塑料薄膜和金属板材双重特点的金属功能材料,加工性能优良,具有耐深冲、耐磨,在加工中易成形、不易破损等优点,使得容器本体的整体结构强度高,并且翻边和卷边的设计可以很大程度上加强容器本体开口处的强度,确保容器本体整体不易变形;塑料薄膜用于防止金属直接接触食品而对食品造成污染,并且提供封口片的下表面能够封合在翻边的上表面的能力。在对容器本 体进行封口时,先将封口片放置在开口上面,并使封口片的边沿部分与翻边的位置相对应,再将封口片的下表面与翻边的上表面封合在一起,由于翻边的上表面处在一水平面上,卷边的最上部与翻边的上表面相平齐,因此在进行封口时对封口片放置位置的精准度要求较低,即使封口片位置略有偏差也能顺利完成封口,封口方便,并且封口后的金属包装容器具有良好的密封性和阻隔性能,这样可减少防腐剂的使用,并有效延长对食品的保质期(一般可达到18-20个月)。在开启容器本体时,捏住封口片一端并反向拉动封口片,使封口片的下表面与翻边的上表面逐渐分离开,即可方便地将其打开。在消费者食用完新型金属包装容器中的食品后,可将容器本体清洗干净,将其作为日常盛放食品的容器使用。另外,上述容器本体、封口片均采用可回收利用的材料制成,使用更环保。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,这种新型金属包装容器包括容器本体1和封口片2,容器本体1采用覆膜铁制成,容器本体1的顶部设有开口11,开口11处设有向外延伸的翻边12,且翻边12沿开口11的周向设置,翻边12的上表面处在一水平面上;翻边12的外边缘设有向下翻卷的卷边13,且卷边13的最上部与翻边12的上表面相平齐;封口片2处在开口11上面,且封口片2的下表面与翻边12的上表面封合在一起。
在本实施例中,制成容器本体1的覆膜铁包括金属板材101和复合在金属板材101内侧的塑料薄膜102,金属板材101的壁厚为0.19mm,金属板材101 为不锈钢板或马口铁,塑料薄膜102为PP膜。
在本实施例中,封口片2由铝箔层201和复合在铝箔层201下侧的热封层202构成,热封层202的下表面与翻边12的上表面封合在一起,铝箔层201由铝箔构成,热封层202由PP构成。封口片2的厚度为0.15mm。
下面简述一下本新型金属包装容器的使用方法:
在将食品装填至容器本体1中后,先将封口片2放置在开口11上面,并使封口片2的边沿部分与翻边12的位置相对应,再将封口片2的下表面与翻边12的上表面封合在一起,封口后的金属包装容器具有良好的密封性和阻隔性能,可减少防腐剂的使用,并有效延长对食品的保质期。在开启容器本体1时,捏住封口片2一端(一般指凸耳部分)并反向拉动封口片2,使封口片2的下表面与翻边12的上表面逐渐分离开,即可方便地将其打开。在消费者食用完新型金属包装容器中的食品后,可将容器本体1清洗干净,将其作为日常盛放食品的容器使用。
在另一种可选择的实施例中,在上述的基础上,在翻边12表面设置环形凸起,环形凸起可以为连续,也可以为不连续,通过设置环形凸起,提高封口片2与翻边12的结合强度。
