采用上述结构本发明取得的有益效果如下:本方案一种摆动工具用多功能快速装配安装孔结构简单,设计合理,可配置各种不同形状的安装孔形,适用 范围广,通过更换不同技术参数的工具头,就能拓展摆动式电动工具的使用空间,实现全方位,多角度的锯割,极大的提高了电动工具的利用率,由于采用多角度限位,保证了操作上的安全性和稳定性,在更换时,只要用手捏紧摆动式电动工具上捏手的主体,松开摆动锯上的涨紧心轴,就能方便、快捷、轻松的实现更换,无需将螺母从锯轴上全部旋下,通过避空开口以插拔的方式实现快速安装,方便快捷,适用于多种安装孔,通用性强,真正实现一次性快速、方便、安全切割完成。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例;基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-6所示,本发明一种摆动工具用多功能快速装配安装孔,包括装配底板1、折弯过渡段2和工具头连接板3,所述折弯过渡段2设于装配底板1与工具头连接板3之间,所述折弯过渡段2倾斜设置,折弯过渡段2与装配底板1、工具头连接板3之间圆弧过渡;所述装配底板1上设有装配定位凸台一4和快装定位凸台二5,所述快装定位凸台二5的中心处设有快装通孔6,所述装配底板1的一侧设有与快装通孔6贯通相连的避空开口7,避空开口7便于直接以插拔方式对锯轴进行固定,所述装配底板1上设有贯穿装配底板1与快装定位凸台二5且与快装通孔6贯通相连的限位避空通孔8,所述限位避空通孔8对称设于快装定位凸台二5的两侧,所述避空开口7对称设于快装定位凸台二5的两侧,所述快装通孔6两侧对称设有与快装通孔6贯通相连的内侧限位孔10;所述快装定位凸台二5上壁开设有外侧定位孔11,所述外侧定位孔11绕快装通孔6中心呈花形矩阵阵列分布;所述装配定位凸台一4呈下端开口的正棱台设置,所述装配定位凸台一4上壁设有上下贯通的中心孔12以及与中心孔12贯通相连的花型孔13,所述花型孔13沿中心孔12边沿等间距圆周分布,所述装配定位凸台一4侧壁设有与装配定位凸台一4贯通相连的中空的弧形凸起14。
其中,所述装配定位凸台一4的上顶面的边的数量为6-24条,所述中心孔12的直径为6-15mm,所述花型孔13的数目为4-12个;所述弧形凸起14的厚度为3-6mm;所述外侧定位孔11包括贯通相连且流线型过渡连接的半圆通孔15和方形通孔16,所述方形通孔16的边缘由多段不规则弧形段17拼接而成且多段不规则弧形段17流线型过渡连接,所述半圆通孔15靠近快装通孔6设置,所述半圆通孔15的半径为1-1.5mm,所述避空开口7的夹角为60°-85°,所述限位避空通孔8的夹角为90°-120°,所述装配底板1两侧设有加强筋18。
所述限位避空通孔8的圆心与快装通孔6的中心在同一轴线上;所述装配定位凸台一4到装配底板1的高度与快装定位凸台二5到装配底板1的高度相等;所述内侧限位孔10的数量为六个,所述外侧定位孔11包括外侧中部定位孔20和外侧侧边定位孔21,所述外侧中部定位孔20设于快装通孔6中部两侧,所述外侧侧边定位孔21设于外侧中部定位孔20两侧,所述内侧限位孔10包括内侧中部限位孔22和内侧侧边限位孔23,所述内侧中部限位孔22设于快装通孔6中部两侧,所述内侧侧边限位孔23设于内侧中部限位孔22两侧,所述内侧中部限位孔22与外侧中部定位孔20之间设有隔断或互相连通,所述工具头连接板3上设有焊点凹槽19。
实施例一:如图4所示,所述工具头连接板3可以设于装配底板1远离避空开口7的一侧侧边上,便于固定直锯片,所述折弯过渡段2设有多个加强筋凸点9。
实施例二:如图5所示,所述工具头连接板3也可设于装配底板1的两侧边上,便于连接圆锯片。
如图6所示,在一种实施例中,所述设于快装通孔6中部两侧的两个内侧限位孔10可以与外侧定位孔11互相连通,以便更好的对摆动锯锯轴进行定位 安装,且固定更加牢固。
具体使用时,根据不同工况将工具连接板通过焊点凹槽19以焊接方式或者以铆接方式与不同工具头进行固定连接;如图4所示,工具头连接板3可以设于装配底板远离避空开口的一侧侧边上并通过焊接或铆接的方式连接固定直锯片;如图5所示,工具头连接板3也可设于装配底板的两侧边上并通过焊接或铆接的方式连接固定圆锯片;然后根据不同形状安装孔形选择不同的安装固定方式,对于通过螺母固定的摆动锯,将摆动锯的锯轴上的螺母拧松,然后将摆动锯的锯轴通过避空开口7插入快装通孔6内,通过快装安装孔9和内侧限位孔10对摆动锯锯轴进行限位安装,再次旋紧锯轴上的螺母使得装配底板1被固定在螺母和摆动锯之间,实现工具头的快速安装,对于通过环形排列的凸台进行固定的摆动锯,将外侧定位孔11对准摆动锯上的凸台插入,使得工具头稳固固定在摆动锯上,避免产生错位,采用多角度限位,保证了操作的安全性和稳定性,对于通过摆动锯上的涨紧心轴固定的摆动锯,只要用手捏紧摆动式电动工具上捏手的主体插入中心孔12后松开摆动锯上的涨紧心轴,就能方便、快捷、轻松的实现更换。
本发明的多功能摆动式快装工具头,可配置各种不同形状的安装孔形,遇到不同工况、或所锯割的材料软、硬不一致时,更换不同技术参数的工具头,就能拓展摆动式电动工具的使用空间,实现全方位,多角度的锯割,极大的提高了电动工具的利用率,并且在更换摆动锯上的工具头时具有快装功能,由于采用多角度限位,保证了操作上的安全性和稳定性,具有快装功能的工具头,在更换时,只要用手捏紧摆动式电动工具上捏手的主体,松开摆动锯上的涨紧心轴,就能方便、快捷、轻松的实现更换,无需将螺母从锯轴上全部旋下,通过避空开口7以插拔的方式实现快速安装,方便快捷,适用于多种安装孔形, 通用性强,摆动式工具头材质全部为钢性材质,实际操作时,由于工具头重量小,刚性强,可大大的提高电动工具的便用寿命以及实际操作上的整体安全性能,真正实现一次性快速、方便、安全切割完成。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种摆动工具用多功能快速装配安装孔,其特征在于:包括装配底板、折弯过渡段和工具头连接板,所述折弯过渡段设于装配底板与工具头连接板之间,所述折弯过渡段倾斜设置,折弯过渡段与装配底板、工具头连接板之间圆弧过渡;所述装配底板上设有装配定位凸台一和快装定位凸台二,所述快装定位凸台二的中心处设有快装通孔,所述装配底板的一侧设有与快装通孔贯通相连的避空开口,所述装配底板上设有贯穿装配底板与快装定位凸台二且与快装通孔贯通相连的限位避空通孔,所述限位避空通孔对称设于快装定位凸台二的两侧,所述避空开口对称设于快装定位凸台二的两侧,所述快装通孔两侧对称设有与快装通孔贯通相连的内侧限位孔;所述快装定位凸台二上壁开设有外侧定位孔,所述外侧定位孔绕快装通孔中心呈花形矩阵阵列分布;所述装配定位凸台一呈下端开口的正棱台设置,所述装配定位凸台一上壁设有上下贯通的中心孔以及与中心孔贯通相连的花型孔,所述花型孔沿中心孔边沿等间距圆周分布,所述装配定位凸台一侧壁设有与装配定位凸台一贯通相连的中空的弧形凸起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种摆动工具用多功能快速装配安装孔,其特征在于:所述装配定位凸台一的上顶面的边的数量为6-24条,所述中心孔的直径为6-15mm,所述花型孔的数目为4-12个;所述弧形凸起的厚度为3-6mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种摆动工具用多功能快速装配安装孔,其特征在于:所述外侧定位孔包括贯通相连且流线型过渡连接的半圆通孔和方形通孔,所述方形通孔的边缘由多段不规则弧形段拼接而成且多段弧形段流线型过渡连接,所述半圆通孔靠近快装通孔设置,所述半圆通孔的半径为1-1.5mm,所述避空开口的夹角为60°-85°,所述限位避空通孔的夹角为90°-120°。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种摆动工具用多功能快速装配安装孔,其特征在于:所述装配底板两侧设有加强筋。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种摆动工具用多功能快速装配安装孔,其特征在于:所述工具头连接板设于装配底板远离避空开口的一侧侧边上,所述折弯过渡段设有多个加强筋凸点。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种摆动工具用多功能快速装配安装孔,其特征在于:所述工具头连接板设于装配底板的两侧边上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种摆动工具用多功能快速装配安装孔,其特征在于:所述限位避空通孔的圆心与快装通孔的中心在同一轴线上;所述装配定位凸台一到装配底板的高度与快装定位凸台二到装配底板的高度相等。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种摆动工具用多功能快速装配安装孔,其特征在于:所述内侧限位孔的数量为六个,所述外侧定位孔包括外侧中部定位孔和外侧侧边定位孔,所述外侧中部定位孔设于快装通孔中部两侧,所述外侧侧边定位孔设于外侧中部定位孔两侧,所述内侧限位孔包括内侧中部限位孔和内侧侧边限位孔,所述内侧中部限位孔设于快装通孔中部两侧,所述内侧侧边限位孔设于内侧中部限位孔两侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种摆动工具用多功能快速装配安装孔,其特征在于:所述内侧中部限位孔与外侧中部定位孔之间设有隔断或互相连通。
  10. 根据权利要求5或6所述的一种摆动工具用多功能快速装配安装孔,其特征在于:所述工具头连接板上设有焊点凹槽。
