Claims (9)
- 一种超声穿刺针,其特征在于,包括压电换能器、变幅杆和穿刺针,所述压电换能器与超声波发生器连接,将电能转换为机械振动;所述变幅杆与所述压电换能器连接,将所述机械振动幅度以一定比例放大;所述穿刺针与所述变幅杆连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的超声穿刺针,其特征在于,所述压电换能器通过法兰与所述变幅杆连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的超声穿刺针,其特征在于,所述压电换能器包括铜垫片组、压电陶瓷片,所述压电陶瓷片设置在所述法兰上方,所述铜垫片组设置在所述压电陶瓷片上方。
- 根据权利要求3所述的超声穿刺针,其特征在于,所述铜垫片组包括第一铜垫片和第二铜垫片,所述第一铜垫片和第二铜垫片均包括环形部和突耳部,所述突耳部上设置圆孔。
- 根据权利要求4所述的超声穿刺针,其特征在于,所述超声波发生器与所述压电陶瓷片通过第一铜垫片和第二铜垫片的圆孔连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的超声穿刺针,其特征在于,所述铜垫片组上方设置固定盖。
- 根据权利要求6所述的超声穿刺针,其特征在于,所述超声穿刺针还包括预紧螺栓,所述预紧螺栓穿过所述固定盖、所述铜垫片组、所述压电陶瓷片的中心轴,与所述法兰螺纹连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的超声穿刺针,其特征在于,所述变幅杆与所述法兰之间通过连接螺栓螺纹连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的超声穿刺针,其特征在于,所述超声波发生器发出超高频次交变电流。
