Abstract
本发明公开了一种折叠帐篷开合用腿管滑动锁合机构,包括套接设置在腿管上的滑动支架、跳珠、V形弹簧,V形弹簧的一端与跳珠连接,V形弹簧的另一端固定在腿管内壁上,滑动支架的内壁上还配合安装有衬套,衬套上端向下延伸有按压片且按压片的下端伸出到滑动支架的下端,按压片覆盖住跳珠。本发明通过在滑动支架内配合设置衬套,从而实现在折叠帐篷折叠收缩时无需直接按压跳珠,通过按压面积较大的按压片,实现轻松收缩,防止夹手,该结构改造简单,易于实现。
Description
本发明属于折叠帐篷技术领域,具体涉及一种折叠帐篷开合用腿管滑动锁合机构。
折叠帐篷在使用时展开,不使用时折叠收缩,具有遮阳挡雨,携带方便的优点,因而在日常生活中被广泛是使用,但是,现有的折叠帐篷其在折叠收缩的过程中,需要按住设置在折叠帐篷腿管上的跳珠进行解锁,由于操作者手部直接与跳珠接触,很容易出现夹手现象,收合力度过大,给操作者带来一定的伤害,并且一旦出现夹手情况,还会给操作者留下心理阴影,导致后面按压跳珠都会小心翼翼或者不敢按压,使用不便。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明设计的目的在于提供一种折叠帐篷开合用腿管滑动锁合机构。
本发明通过以下技术方案加以实现:
所述的一种折叠帐篷开合用腿管滑动锁合机构,其特征在于该滑动锁合机构包括套接设置在腿管上的滑动支架、跳珠、V形弹簧,所述V形弹簧的一端与跳珠连接,V形弹簧的另一端固定在腿管内壁上,所述滑动支架的内壁上还配合安装有衬套,所述衬套上端向下延伸有按压片且按压片的下端伸出到滑动支架的下端,所述按压片覆盖住跳珠。
所述的一种折叠帐篷开合用腿管滑动锁合机构,其特征在于所述衬套上对应设置有缺口,所述缺口与按压片呈平行设置。
所述的一种折叠帐篷开合用腿管滑动锁合机构,其特征在于所述衬套的上端设 置有上边沿,所述上边沿的下端与滑动支架的上端抵触。
所述的一种折叠帐篷开合用腿管滑动锁合机构,其特征在于所述跳珠上设置有安装孔,所述V形弹簧的一端插接设置在安装孔内。
所述的一种折叠帐篷开合用腿管滑动锁合机构,其特征在于所述V形弹簧的横截面为圆形。
所述的一种折叠帐篷开合用腿管滑动锁合机构,其特征在于所述跳珠与V形弹簧为一体式设置。
所述的一种折叠帐篷开合用腿管滑动锁合机构,其特征在于所述V形弹簧的弹簧体为板状结构。
本发明通过在滑动支架内配合设置衬套,从而实现在折叠帐篷折叠收缩时无需直接按压跳珠,通过按压面积较大的按压片,实现轻松收缩,该结构改造简单,易于实现。

以下结合说明书附图对本发明做进一步详细描述,并给出具体实施例。
实施例1
本发明一种折叠帐篷开合用腿管滑动锁合机构,折叠帐篷的整体结构如图1所示,该滑动锁合机构安装到折叠帐篷的腿管上,其具体结构如图2-6所示,包括套接设置在腿管上的滑动支架、跳珠、V形弹簧,V形弹簧的一端与跳珠连接,V形弹簧的另一端固定在腿管内壁上,滑动支架的内壁上还配合安装有衬套,衬套上端向下延伸有按压片且按压片的下端伸出到滑动支架的下端覆盖住跳珠,跳珠上设置有安装孔,V形弹簧的一端插接设置在安装孔内,该V形弹簧的弹簧体为圆柱状,其横截面为圆形。
进一步地,衬套采用塑料材质,且衬套上对应设置有缺口,该缺口与按压片呈平行设置,衬套的上端设置有上边沿,上边沿的下端与滑动支架的上端抵触。
实施例2
如图7-8所示,该实施例结构与实施例1结构基本相同,不同之处在于V形弹簧的具体结构不同,该实施例的V形弹簧与跳珠为一体式结构,V形弹簧的弹簧体为板状结构。
本发明折叠帐篷在打开时,滑动支架带动衬套上移,待滑动支架的底部上移到跳珠所在位置的上部时,跳珠弹出卡住滑动支架的下端且顶在衬套的弹性按压片的背面,帐篷被锁住,在收合折叠帐篷时,只需按下按压片,跳珠内缩至腿管内部,滑动支架下移,帐篷收合,该收合过程,避免手指直接按压跳珠,防止夹手现象的发生。
Claims (7)
- 一种折叠帐篷开合用腿管滑动锁合机构,其特征在于该滑动锁合机构包括套接设置在腿管(1)上的滑动支架(2)、跳珠(3)、V形弹簧(4),所述V形弹簧(4)的一端与跳珠(3)连接,V形弹簧(4)的另一端固定在腿管(1)内壁上,所述滑动支架(2)的内壁上还配合安装有衬套(5),所述衬套(5)上端向下延伸有按压片(6)且按压片(6)的下端伸出到滑动支架(2)的下端,所述按压片(6)覆盖住跳珠(3)。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种折叠帐篷开合用腿管滑动锁合机构,其特征在于所述衬套(5)上对应设置有缺口(7),所述缺口(7)与按压片(6)呈平行设置。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种折叠帐篷开合用腿管滑动锁合机构,其特征在于所述衬套(5)的上端设置有上边沿(8),所述上边沿(8)的下端与滑动支架(2)的上端抵触。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种折叠帐篷开合用腿管滑动锁合机构,其特征在于所述跳珠(3)上设置有安装孔(9),所述V形弹簧(4)的一端插接设置在安装孔(9)内。
- 如权利要求4所述的一种折叠帐篷开合用腿管滑动锁合机构,其特征在于所述V形弹簧(4)的横截面为圆形。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种折叠帐篷开合用腿管滑动锁合机构,其特征在于所述跳珠(3)与V形弹簧(4)为一体式设置。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种折叠帐篷开合用腿管滑动锁合机构,其特征在于所述V形弹簧(4)的弹簧体为板状结构。
