烹饪器具 技术领域
本申请涉及机械技术领域,特别是涉及一种烹饪器具。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,烹饪器具的产品越来越丰富,例如各种锅具、烤箱以及空气炸锅等。
然而,现有的各种锅具、烤箱以及空气炸锅等都是底部加热或者是顶部加热,尤其是烤箱、空气炸锅以及压力锅都是顶部加热或底部加热,这样由于食物堆放在锅的底部,且由于空气对流的问题,很容易造成食物加热不均匀。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对上述技术问题,提供一种能够保证食物均匀加热的烹饪器具。
一种烹饪器具,所述烹饪器具包括:
锅盖总成;
锅体总成,所述锅盖总成盖合于所述锅体总成上;
发热部件,所述发热部件固定于所述锅体总成的侧面,并对位于所述锅体总成内部的食物进行加热;
旋转部件,所述旋转部件安装于所述锅体总成的侧面,且所述旋转部件的旋转轴的方向与所述发热部件的热辐射方向成一定角度;
烹饪支架,所述烹饪支架可拆卸地固定于所述锅体总成内,当所述烹饪支架固定于所述锅体总成内时,所述烹饪支架内盛放有待加热的食物,所述烹饪支架与所述旋转部件的旋转轴相连接,以使得所述烹饪支架旋转以均匀地接收所述发热部件散发的热辐射。
在其中一个实施例中,所述旋转部件的旋转轴插入所述锅体总成的侧壁,且未伸入所述锅体总成的内部。
在其中一个实施例中,所述旋转部件还包括旋转电机,所述旋转电机安装在所述锅体总成的外侧壁,所述旋转轴与所述旋转电机相连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述锅体总成上还设置有支架限位孔,所述烹饪支架的一端与所述旋转部件的旋转轴相连接,另一端插入所述支架限位孔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述锅体总成的侧壁上开设有通风孔,所述发热部件设置在所述锅体总成的外侧壁上,且所述发热部件正对所述通风孔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述加热部件包括发热管和发热管罩,所述发热管固定于所述发热管罩上,所述发热管罩固定于所述锅体总成的外侧壁上;或者
所述加热部件包括发热管、对流部件和发热管罩,所述发热管和所述对流部件固定于所述发热管罩上,且所述发热管位于所述对流部件和所述锅体总成之间,所述发热管罩固定于所述锅体总成的外侧壁上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述发热管罩包括底面和与所述底面相连接的侧面,所述侧面上设置有安装孔,所述发热管通过所述安装孔固定于所述发热管罩上,所述侧面固定于所述锅体总成的外侧壁上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述旋转部件的旋转轴的方向与所述发热部件的热辐射方向相垂直。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括接油盘,所述接油盘位于所述锅体总成的底部,所述接油盘用于在所述发热部件对所述烹饪支架中的食物进行加热时,盛接所述烹饪支架滴落的残渣油污。
在其中一个实施例中,所述器具还包括发热盘和内锅,所述发热盘位于所述锅体总成的底部,当所述内锅位于所述锅体总成内,且与所述发热盘相接触,所述锅盖总成盖合于所述锅体总成时,所述内锅与所述锅盖总成形成密闭空间,所述发热盘用于对盛放在所述内锅内的食物进行压力加热。
在其中一个实施例中,所述器具还包括烘烤盘,当所述烘烤盘位于所述锅体总成内,且与所述发热盘接触时,所述发热盘和所述发热部件对位于所述烘烤盘内的食物进行加热。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括控制器,所述控制器固定于所述锅体总成的外侧壁上,且所述控制器分别与所述发热部件、所述旋转部件以及所述发热盘 的温控器相连接,所述控制器用于在所述烹饪支架安装于所述锅体总成内时,控制所述发热部件和所述旋转部件工作;在所述内锅安装于所述锅体总成内时,控制所述发热盘工作;在所述烘烤盘安装于所述锅体总成内时,控制所述发热盘和所述发热部件工作。
上述烹饪器具,发热部件和旋转部件均设置在锅体总成的侧壁,且旋转部件的旋转轴的方向与发热部件的热辐射方向成一定角度,这样当烹饪支架随着旋转部件的旋转轴进行旋转的时候,加热部件的热辐射向烹饪支架中散发,且由于烹饪支架是旋转的,保证了烹饪支架内的食物被均匀加热。

请参见图1和图2所示,图1为一个实施例中的烹饪器具的结构示意图,图2为一个实施例中的烧烤模式的示意图,在该实施例中烹饪器具可以包括锅盖总成100、锅体总成200、发热部件300、旋转部件400以及烹饪支架900。其中锅盖总成100盖合于锅体总成200上,发热部件300固定于锅体总成200的侧面,并用于对位于锅体总成200内部的食物进行加热,旋转部件400安装于锅体总成200的侧面,烹饪支架900可拆卸地固定于锅体总成200内。
其中旋转部件400的旋转轴403的方向与发热部件300的热辐射方向成一 定角度,这样使得发热部件300发出的热量可以朝向与旋转部件400相连接的烹饪支架900上,从而使得烹饪支架900内的待加热的食物被加热。且为了加热均匀,该烹饪支架900可以随着旋转轴403的旋转而进行旋转,从而使得烹饪支架900内的食物可以均匀地接收发热部件300散发的热辐射。其中可选地,该烹饪支架900可以为烧烤架、烧烤篮等。参见图2所示,在该实施例中,烹饪支架900安装在锅体总成200内,并可以进行旋转。
请继续参见图1,其中的发热部件300可以设置在锅体总成200的内侧壁或者是锅体总成200的外侧壁,当发热部件300设置在锅体总成200的内侧壁时,发热部件300的高度低于所述锅体总成200的侧壁的高度,从而不影响压力锅以及烘烤盘804的使用;当发热部件300设置在锅体总成200的外侧壁时,该锅体总成200的侧壁则对应开孔,以使得发热部件300散发的热量进入锅体总成200的内部。
同样地,该旋转部件400可以设置在锅体总成200的内侧壁或者是外侧壁,当旋转部件400安装在锅体总成200的内侧壁时,则旋转部件400设置在锅体总成200的侧壁里,且旋转部件400旋转轴403未伸出该锅体总成200的侧壁,从而不影响压力锅以及烘烤盘804的使用;当旋转部件400设置在锅体总成200的外侧壁时,该锅体总成200的侧壁则对应开孔,以使得旋转部件400的旋转轴403伸入锅体总成200的侧壁,且为了不影响压力锅,即内锅600以及烘烤盘804的使用,该旋转部件400的旋转轴403伸入锅体总成200的侧壁,且未伸入锅体总成200内,从而烹饪支架900可以伸入锅体总成200的侧壁,且与旋转轴403相连接。
上述烹饪器具,发热部件300和旋转部件400均设置在锅体总成200的侧壁,且旋转部件400的旋转轴403的方向与发热部件300的热辐射方向成一定角度,这样当烹饪支架900随着旋转部件400的旋转轴403进行旋转的时候,加热部件的热辐射向烹饪支架900中散发,且由于烹饪支架900是旋转的,保证了烹饪支架900内的食物被均匀加热。
具体地,请参阅图3~图6所示,图3为一个实施例中烧烤模式时的烹饪器具的爆炸图,图4为一个实施例中烧烤模式时烹饪支架900的安装图,图5为 一个实施例中烧烤模式时旋转部件400的结构图,图6为一个实施例中烧烤模式时热辐射示意图。其中上述烹饪器具还可以包括一外锅700,该外锅700设置于锅体总成200内部,并可以与该锅体总成200可拆卸地或者是集成一体。
在其中一个实施例中,旋转部件400的旋转轴403插入锅体总成200的侧壁,且未伸入锅体总成200的内部。如图5,其中锅体总成200的侧壁上开设有电机轴孔203,旋转部件400的旋转轴403伸入锅体总成200的侧壁,且该旋转轴403的高度低于锅体总成200的侧壁,即旋转轴403未伸入锅体总成200内,这样不影响压力锅和烘烤盘804的使用。且当锅体总成200内包括外锅700时,该外锅700上也设置有电机轴孔203,且锅体总成200的侧壁上可以直接开设旋转部件400安装孔303,旋转部件400安装在该旋转部件400安装孔303上,且旋转轴403伸入外锅700上的电机轴孔203内,且未伸入锅体总成200的内部,这样不影响压力锅和烘烤盘804的使用。
在其中一个实施例中,旋转部件400还包括旋转电机401,旋转电机401安装在锅体总成200的外侧壁,旋转轴403与旋转电机401相连接。结合图3和4,旋转部件400包括旋转电机401和旋转轴403,旋转电机401与旋转轴403相连接,且旋转轴403伸入锅体总成200合外锅700上的电机轴孔203,从而保证烹饪支架900与电机轴孔203中的旋转轴403相连接,进而当旋转电机401输出驱动时,可以带动旋转轴403旋转,进而带动旋转烹饪支架900旋转,从而保证烹饪支架900中的或者是烹饪支架900上的食物被加热。
此外,该烹饪器具还可以包括电机支架402,该电机支架402可以安装在锅体总成200的外部,例如通过螺栓或者是卡扣的方式固定在锅体总成200的外侧壁上,这样旋转电机401固定在该电机支架402上,保证了旋转电机401的稳定性,此外,为了保证旋转电机401不被环境等污染,该旋转电机401上还可以套设有带有散热孔的保护套,这样即不影响散热,还可以保证旋转电机401的安全性。
其中结合图2和图4所示,在其中一个实施例中,锅体总成200上还设置有支架限位孔202,烹饪支架900的一端与旋转部件400的旋转轴403相连接,另一端插入支架限位孔202。锅体总成200上还设置有支架限位孔202,该支架 限位孔202的位置与电机轴孔203的位置相对设置,这样烹饪支架900的一端伸入电机轴孔203,以与旋转轴403相连接,另一端则可以插入支架限位孔202,从而当旋转电机401输出驱动时,旋转轴403转动,带动烹饪支架900转动,从而实现了均匀加热。
具体地,请结合图3和图6所示,在其中一个实施例中,锅体总成200的侧壁上开设有通风孔201,发热部件300设置在锅体总成200的外侧壁上,且发热部件300正对通风孔201。
本实施例中,主要介绍发热部件300的位置以及作用,锅体总成200的侧壁上可以开设有通风孔201,例如开设多个通风孔201,从而发热部件300正对该通风孔201,以保证发热部件300散发的热量可以进入锅体总成200内部,此外,该通风孔201的尺度可以较大,进而在该通风孔201上可以安装通风格栅,这样也可以保证发热部件300散发的热量可以进入锅体总成200内部。
可选地,当锅体总成200内安装有一外锅700时,该外锅700的对应位置处也设置有通风孔201,或者是与通风孔201结合的通风格栅。
在其中一个实施例中,结合图3所示,加热部件包括发热管302和发热管罩301,发热管302固定于发热管罩301上,发热管罩301固定于锅体总成200的外侧壁上。在其中一个实施例中,发热管罩301包括底面和与底面相连接的侧面,侧面上设置有安装孔303,发热管302通过安装孔303固定于发热管罩301上,侧面固定于锅体总成200的外侧壁上。;或者加热部件包括发热管302、对流部件和发热管罩301,发热管302和对流部件固定于发热管罩301上,且发热管302位于对流部件和锅体总成200之间,发热管罩301固定于锅体总成200的外侧壁上。
具体地,发热部件300可以包括发热管302和发热管罩301,这样发热管302固定在发热管罩301中,例如图3中发热管罩301的侧面上设置有两个安装孔303,这样发热管302可以为U型,从而发热管302的两个脚伸入该两个安装孔303以固定在发热管罩301上,并通过发热管302的两个脚分别与电源连接,以保证发热管302的能量的输入,该发热管罩301则固定于锅体总成200的外侧壁上,例如可以通过螺栓或者是卡扣的方式进行固定,此外,为了保证 安全性,该发热管罩301的侧面伸入锅体总成200内部,以保证发热管罩301的侧面的两个安装孔303伸入锅体总成200的侧壁,而非裸露在外界,这样可以防止触电。
其中,对流部件可以包括风扇电机以及扇叶,风扇电机固定在发热管罩301上,扇叶则与风扇电机相连接,从而风扇电机输出动力至扇叶,可以带动扇叶旋转,扇叶旋转引起空气流动,经过发热管302之后被加热,然后进入锅体总成200的内部,以实现对锅体总成200内的食物进行加热。
该发热管302正对锅体总成200上的通风孔201,这样可以最大化热效率。
在其中一个实施例中,结合图6所示,旋转部件400的旋转轴403的方向与发热部件300的热辐射方向相垂直。这样垂直加热保证了热效率的最大化,且保证了烹饪支架900中的食物快速加热。
在其中一个实施例中,为了保证清洁方便,该烹饪工具还包括接油盘803,接油盘803位于锅体总成200的底部,接油盘803用于在发热部件300对烹饪支架900中的食物进行加热时,盛接烹饪支架900滴落的残渣油污。其中当锅体总成200内部还包括外锅700时,则接油盘803位于外锅700底部,用于在发热部件300对烹饪支架900中的食物进行加热时,盛接烹饪支架900滴落的残渣油污,这样当加热完成,则可以直接取出接油盘803进行清洗,而不用清洗整个锅,或者是取出外锅700和接油盘803进行清洗即可。且为了保证残渣油污不落在接油盘803之外,还可以设置烹饪支架900的结构,例如,烹饪支架900的两端均设置一定的缓存区域,该缓存区域中不能盛放食物,这样保证了烹饪支架900盛放食物的区域均正对接油盘803,进而保证了残渣油污全部落入接油盘803之内。
上述实施例中介绍了烧烤模式时各部件的运行原理,旋转部件400有旋转电机401和电机支架402组成,旋转电机401固定在电机支架402上,电机支架402固定在锅体总成200的外侧壁,旋转轴403可通过外锅700侧壁上的电机轴孔203与外锅700内部相通,电机支架402支撑电机,且使得旋转轴403隐藏在锅体总成200侧壁内,即旋转轴403轴不高出锅体总成200的内壁,有效避免在压力烹饪时与内锅600的干涉。烹饪支架900一端装配在旋转轴403 上,另一端和锅体总成200上的支架限位孔202搭载,在旋转电机401带动下旋转。这样烹饪支架900的转动过程与发热部件300的发热管302的辐射热始终保持垂直,形成了垂直旋转烧烤,最大的利用热能烹饪食物。在旋转烧烤烹饪时,接油盘803放在外锅700底部的放热盘上,用于接住在烹饪过程中掉落的食物残渣或油滴等,食物装夹在烹饪支架900上,烹饪支架900一端装配在旋转电机401轴上,另一端和外锅700上的支架限位孔202搭载,通过控制器500启动发热管302加热,同时启动旋转电机401转动,在电机带动下旋转,完成旋转烧烤烹饪。
在其中一个实施例中,结合图7和图8所示,图7为一个实施例中的压力模式下个部件的分解示意图。图8为一个实施例中压力模式内锅600放在锅体总成200时的示意图。
在其中一个实施例中,器具还包括发热盘801和内锅600,发热盘801位于锅体总成200的底部,当内锅600位于锅体总成200内,且与发热盘801相接触,锅盖总成100盖合于锅体总成200时,内锅600与锅盖总成100形成密闭空间,发热盘801用于对盛放在内锅600内的食物进行压力加热。其中在使用时,锅盖总成100旋拧在锅体总成200上,且与放在锅体总成200内的内锅600进行紧密接触,保证锅盖总成100和内锅600之间形成密闭空间,这样发热盘801对内锅600进行加热使得内锅600内的压力上升,实现压力模式,且可选地,锅盖总成100上可以开设有透气孔,当内锅600内的压力达到一定值时,则开透气孔开启,以平衡内锅600内的压力,防止爆炸,保证安全。
具体地,使用内锅600,食物放在内锅600里,内锅600放置外锅700底部的放热盘上,内锅600底部与温控器802接触,通过控制器500仅控制发热盘801加热,锅盖内锅600形成了一个密闭的容器,实现普通电压力锅的自动烹饪加热效果。
在其中一个实施例中,结合图9和图10所示,图9为一个实施例中的烘烤模式下个部件的分解示意图。图10为一个实施例中压力模式接油盘803放在锅体总成200时的示意图。
在其中一个实施例中,器具还包括烘烤盘804,当烘烤盘804位于锅体总成 200内,且与发热盘801接触时,发热盘801和发热部件300对位于烘烤盘804内的食物进行加热。烘烤烹饪时,使用接油盘803,接油盘803放在外锅700底部的发热盘801上,食物可以放置在接油盘803上,通过控制器500启动发热管302加热,对食物进行烘烤烹饪。其中该烘烤盘804可以与上述的接油盘803是同一部件,且在烘烤时,可以即控制发热盘801进行加热,也控制发热部件300进行加热,从而加快食物的加热效率。
在其中一个实施例中,该烹饪器具还可以包括控制器500,控制器500固定于锅体总成200的外侧壁上,且控制器500分别与发热部件300、旋转部件400以及发热盘801的温控器802相连接,控制器500用于在烹饪支架900安装于锅体总成200内时,控制发热部件300和旋转部件400工作;在内锅600安装于锅体总成200内时,控制发热盘801工作;在烘烤盘804安装于锅体总成200内时,控制发热盘801和发热部件300工作。
具体地,结合图1至图10,详细介绍本申请中的烹饪器具在压力模式、烘烤模式以及烧烤模式下的各个工作过程,该烹饪器具主要包括锅体总成200、锅盖总成100、发热部件300、旋转部件400、控制器500、烹饪支架900、外锅700以及接油盘803(烘烤盘804)等,具体的工作原理如下:
压力模式下的烹饪过程:
如图1、图9和图10,锅体总成200上可以或者不装配有外锅700,锅体总成200底部或外锅700底部安装有发热盘801和温控器802,将内锅600放入到外锅700或者锅体总成200内,内锅600底部与发热盘801和温控器802接触,将食物放入到内锅600内,旋合锅盖总成100,通过控制器500启动发热盘801即可完成压力锅功能的烹饪。
烘烤模式下的烹饪过程:
如图7和图8所示,发热部件300由发热管罩301和发热管302组成,发热部件300固定在锅体总成200的外侧壁,锅体总成200和外锅700上设由通风栅格,发热管302发出的热量可以通过通风栅格进入到锅体总成200和外锅700内部。将接油盘803(烘烤盘804)放入到外锅700(或者说锅体总成200)的底部与发热盘801和温控器802接触,将食物放在接油盘803(烘烤盘804) 上,通过控制器500启动发热管302和发热盘801即可完成烧烤自动烹饪,且由于温控器802的设置,还可以根据需要调节烘烤的温度,使得食物更加美味。
烧烤模式下的烹饪过程:
如图2至图6所示,旋转部件400由旋转电机401和电机支架402组成,旋转电机401固定在电机支架402上,旋转部件400固定在锅体总成200的外侧壁。锅体总成200和外锅700上设有电机轴孔203,旋转电机401的旋转轴403与电机轴孔203配合,电机支架402有效的限制旋转电机401的电机轴不会伸入到外锅700的内部,有效避免在外锅700内部凸出旋转轴403而影响到压力烹饪过程中与内锅600的干涉。在外锅700内壁的另一侧设有烹饪支架900的支架限位孔202,烹饪支架900的一端可以插入到电机轴孔203内并与旋转轴403配合,烹饪支架900的另一端与烹饪支架900的支架限位孔202配合,旋转电机401即可带到烹饪支架900旋转。将食物装载到烹饪支架900上,将接油盘803放入到外锅700内,可接住食物碎屑和油料等的掉落,方便清洁。在控制器500的控制下,启动发热管302和旋转电机401,旋转电机401带动烹饪支架900旋转,完成旋转烧烤烹饪。
本申请通过在外锅700侧壁安装旋转电机401和设计支架限位孔202,外锅700侧壁开通风栅格安装发热管302的方式,实现了垂直旋转烧烤烹饪功能,同时,启用底部温控器802实现了控温烘烤和压力自动烹饪。
以上实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述烹饪器具包括:
    锅盖总成;
    锅体总成,所述锅盖总成盖合于所述锅体总成上;
    发热部件,所述发热部件固定于所述锅体总成的侧面,并对位于所述锅体总成内部的食物进行加热;
    旋转部件,所述旋转部件安装于所述锅体总成的侧面,且所述旋转部件的旋转轴的方向与所述发热部件的热辐射方向成一定角度;
    烹饪支架,所述烹饪支架可拆卸地固定于所述锅体总成内,当所述烹饪支架固定于所述锅体总成内时,所述烹饪支架内盛放有待加热的食物,所述烹饪支架与所述旋转部件的旋转轴相连接,以使得所述烹饪支架旋转以均匀地接收所述发热部件散发的热辐射。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述旋转部件的旋转轴插入所述锅体总成的侧壁,且未伸入所述锅体总成的内部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述旋转部件还包括旋转电机,所述旋转电机安装在所述锅体总成的外侧壁,所述旋转轴与所述旋转电机相连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述锅体总成上还设置有支架限位孔,所述烹饪支架的一端与所述旋转部件的旋转轴相连接,另一端插入所述支架限位孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述锅体总成的侧壁上开设有通风孔,所述发热部件设置在所述锅体总成的外侧壁上,且所述发热部件正对所述通风孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述加热部件包括发热管和发热管罩,所述发热管固定于所述发热管罩上,所述发热管罩固定于所述锅体总成的外侧壁上;或者
    所述加热部件包括发热管、对流部件和发热管罩,所述发热管和所述对流部件固定于所述发热管罩上,且所述发热管位于所述对流部件和所述锅体总成之间,所述发热管罩固定于所述锅体总成的外侧壁上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述发热管罩包括底面和与所述底面相连接的侧面,所述侧面上设置有安装孔,所述发热管通过所述安装孔固定于所述发热管罩上,所述侧面固定于所述锅体总成的外侧壁上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述旋转部件的旋转轴的方向与所述发热部件的热辐射方向相垂直。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,还包括接油盘,所述接油盘位于所述锅体总成的底部,所述接油盘用于在所述发热部件对所述烹饪支架中的食物进行加热时,盛接所述烹饪支架滴落的残渣油污。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任意一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述器具还包括发热盘和内锅,所述发热盘位于所述锅体总成的底部,当所述内锅位于所述锅体总成内,且与所述发热盘相接触,所述锅盖总成盖合于所述锅体总成时,所述内锅与所述锅盖总成形成密闭空间,所述发热盘用于对盛放在所述内锅内的食物进行压力加热。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述器具还包括烘烤盘,当所述烘烤盘位于所述锅体总成内,且与所述发热盘接触时,所述发热盘和所述发热部件对位于所述烘烤盘内的食物进行加热。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,还包括控制器,所述控制器固定于所述锅体总成的外侧壁上,且所述控制器分别与所述发热部件、所述旋转部件以及所述发热盘的温控器相连接,所述控制器用于在所述烹饪支架安装于所述锅体总成内时,控制所述发热部件和所述旋转部件工作;在所述内锅安装于所述锅体总成内时,控制所述发热盘工作;在所述烘烤盘安装于所述锅体总成内时,控制所述发热盘和所述发热部件工作。
