Claims (10)

  1. 一种鞋底除尘清洁装置,包括刷洗装置(2),其特征是:所述的刷洗装置(2)包括内芯(6)、刷盘(14)和洗刷芯(22),内芯(6)盛放在刷盘(14)的刷洗槽(15)内且内芯(6)的上表面呈网格状,在内芯(6)的上表面设有摩擦区,洗刷芯(22)卡设在内芯(6)上且洗刷芯(22)的刷头(4)从内芯(6)上表面摩擦区的刷头安装槽(10)中露出,所述的刷头安装槽(10)具有卡紧结构,在刷洗装置(2)背面设有与地面紧固连接机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的鞋底除尘清洁装置,其特征是:在内芯(6)上表面设有数根向下延伸的横向格栅,所述格栅包括第一格栅(12)和第二格栅(20),且第二格栅(20)的长度大于第一格栅(12)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的鞋底除尘清洁装置,其特征是:在内芯(6)上设有数根纵向挡板,所述挡板包括第一档板(9)和第二挡板(11)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的鞋底除尘清洁装置,其特征是:所述刷头安装槽(10)的卡紧结构包括呈“[]”状的两外扩边(19),刷头(4)从刷头安装槽(10)的“[]”型两外扩边(19)中部穿出。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的鞋底除尘清洁装置,其特征是:内芯(6)上表面中部为摩擦区,第二挡板(11)设在摩擦区对应下方,第一档板(9)设在摩擦区两侧区域下方,摩擦区边界处下方的第二挡板(11)与第一档板(9)之间形成夹持槽(18)。
  6. 根据权利要求3或5所述的鞋底除尘清洁装置,其特征是:在第一档板(9)下边等间距设有数个供水流通的第一豁口(16),在第二挡板(11)下边等间距设有数个第二豁口(17)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的鞋底除尘清洁装置,其特征是:洗刷芯(22)卡放在第二豁口(17)内,洗刷芯(22)两端的余边(21)窝折在夹持槽(18)内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的鞋底除尘清洁装置,其特征是:所述的洗刷芯(22)为吸水性PVA材质海绵。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的鞋底除尘清洁装置,其特征是:包括清洗区和吸干区,在清洗区设有刷洗装置(2),在吸干区设有踏脚垫(1),在踏脚垫(1)背面设有 与地面紧固连接机构,在所述的踏脚垫(1)一边设置豁口(3),刷洗装置(2)安放在豁口(3)处与踏脚垫(1)相配合组合成一套。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的鞋底除尘清洁装置,其特征是:在内芯(6)上表面上设有观察孔(8),在观察孔(8)旁设有挡片形成扳扣(7)。
