本发明的实施方式
为达成上述目的及功效,本发明所采用的技术手段及构造,兹绘图就本发明较佳实施例详加说明其特征与功能如下,以利完全了解。
请参阅图1至图8所示,本发明揭示了一种花洒,包括:一花洒本体1、一切换出水机构2、一具有两分水流道31的分水机构3、一出水板4、一导水体5及一面盖6,所述导水体5一体注塑成型有多个间隔设置的第一功能出水嘴51,所述面盖6间隔设有多个通孔61,所述第一功能出水嘴51穿伸出对应的通孔61,所述第一功能出水嘴51与对应的通孔61的孔壁具有可作为第二功能出水的间隙;所述出水板4与导水体5之间形成第一出水腔45,所述导水体5与面盖6之间形成第二出水腔56,所述面盖6将导水体5及出水板4压固于花洒本体1内,所述切换出水机构2及分水机构3均容设于花洒本体1内;所述切换出水机构2选择性切换连通花洒本体1的进水处及分水流道31,所述分水机构3的其中一分水流道31连通至第一出水腔45,所述分水机构3的另一分水流道31连通至第二出水腔56。
因此,本发明通过花洒本体1、切换出水机构2、分水机构3、出水板4、导水体5及面盖6的结构设置,本发明于导水体5一体注塑成型第一功能出水嘴51,利用第一功能出水嘴51与面盖6的通孔61的孔壁形成作为第二功能出水的间隙,所述出水板4与导水体5之间形成第一出水腔45,所述导水体5与面盖6之间形成第二出水腔56,所述切换出水机构2选择性切换连通花洒本体1的进水处及分水流道31,所述分水机构3的其中一分水流道31连通至第一出水腔45,所述分水机构3的另一分水流道31连通至第二出水腔56,当水进入第一出水腔45时,第一功能出水嘴51出水,当水进入第二出水腔56时,间隙出水,实现本发明可以出两种功能水,本发明仅需加工制出第一功能出水嘴51,且第一功能出水嘴51直接一体注塑而成,使得本发明的加工成本低,且第一功能出水嘴51于安装过程中不会变形,使得本发明的安装便利。
进一步,为了便于流出第二功能水,所述第一功能出水嘴51的外侧壁可以间隔凹设有多条垂直流水槽52,从而增大第二功能水的出水面,当没有设置垂直流水槽52,第二功能水可以为截面是圆环的水流。
再者,所述垂直流水槽52的截面可以为V形,使得垂直流水槽52与通孔61的孔壁之间可以形成三角形出水截面,从而让第二功能水为截面是三角形的水流,但是并不以此为限,厂家可以根据客户的不同需求进行不同的结构设计,如让垂直流水槽52与通孔61的孔壁之间可以形成圆形出水截面或者正方形出水截面等,在此不赘述。
接着,为了便于安装,减小本发明的花洒的搬运体积,实现可拆装,所述花洒本体1可以包括一手柄11、一花洒头部12及一接头13,所述手柄11螺合密封连接所述接头13,所述接头13密封连接所述花洒头部12,所述面盖6将导水体5及出水板4压固于花洒头部12内,所述切换出水机构2及分水机构3均容设于花洒头部12内,所述接头13容设于花洒头部12内。
进一步,所述切换出水机构2可以为按钮21控制的切换出水机构2。
另外,为了过滤流入本发明的花洒内的水流,所述手柄11内可以设有可过滤水的滤芯组件14,所述滤芯组件14的结构为本领域的常采用的结构,在此不赘述,所述滤芯组件14的进水处连通手柄11的进水处,所述滤芯组件14的出水处密封连通接头13的进水处,所述接头的出水处131通过切换出水机构2选择性连通分水机构3的分水流道31。
于本实施例中,所述切换出水结构可以包括一按钮21、一端部间隔设有顶推齿221的顶推杆22、一转盘23、一弹簧24及一枢接轴25,所述枢接轴25为不锈钢,所述按钮21凸出花洒头部11外,所述转盘23具有两连通流道231及一间隔设有多个配合斜面2321的配合块232,所述连通流道231设于转盘23的一侧,所述连通流道231与接头的出水处131连通,所述顶推齿221抵于配合斜面2321上,所述枢接轴25套设弹簧24,所述弹簧24设于转盘23及接头的出水处131的内壁之间,所述枢接轴25穿伸过转盘23且局部容设于顶推杆22内,所述顶推杆22穿设过分水机构3,所述顶推杆22的另一端部抵于按钮21的内壁上;当按压按钮21,所述顶推杆22朝向接头13的内壁靠近,所述顶推齿221沿其中一配合斜面2321移动,并推动转盘23转动及朝向接头13的内壁靠近,所述弹簧24压缩,当释放按钮21,所述弹簧24弹性恢复,所述转盘23及顶推杆22远离接头13的内壁,同时所述顶推杆22的顶推齿221爬上相邻的另一配合斜面2321上,随着转盘23的转动,所述转盘23的连通流道231选择性与对应的分水流道31连通,上述原理与生活中的自动圆珠笔式机构的原理相同,从而可以实现当使用者每按压一次按钮21,会依次使得转盘23转动,当转盘23转动至所述转盘23的连通流道231连通分水流道31,会让水流由接头的出水处131流入所连通的分水流道31,如果仅有一个分水流道31连通对应的转盘23的连通流道231,那么本发明的花洒只出一种功能水,当两分水流道31均连通对应的转盘23的连通流道231,那么本发明的花洒出两种功能水,如果两分水流道31均没有连通转盘23的连通流道231,那么本发明的花洒不出水。
进一步,为了便于将分水机构3的分水流道31依次连通至对应的第一出水腔45及第二出水腔56,所述分水机构3可以包括一控制盒32及一盖板33,所述分水流道31设于控制盒32,所述顶推杆22的另一端部穿设出控制盒32及盖板33,所述控制盒32一端凸设有两间隔设置的进水流道321,所述进水流道321分别与对应的分水流道31连通,所述进水流道321选择性与对应的转盘23的连通流道231连通,所述盖板33盖合于控制盒32的分水流道31,所述盖板33凸设有两出水端331,所述出水端331分别连通对应的控制盒32另一端的分水流道31,所述出水板4上具有两进水道41,所述导水体5设有一入水道53,其中一出水端331密封连通出水板4的其中一进水道41,另一出水端331密封连通出水板4的另一进水道41,所述出水板4的另一进水道41密封连通至导水体5的入水道53。
其中,所述控制盒32及盖板33可以通过螺钉7锁固于接头13,使得控制盒32及盖板33与接头13牢固配合。
为了提升本发明的整体密封性,所述进水流道321与转盘23之间可以容设有一分水垫8,所述进水流道321与接头的出水处131之间可以设有一密封圈9,所述接头13与手柄11的连接处可以设有一密封圈9,所述盖板33与控制盒32之间可以设有一供顶推杆22穿设的密封圈9,其中一出水端331与出水板4的其中一进水道41的连接处及另一出水端331与出水板4的另一进水道41的连接处均分别可以设有一密封圈9。
本发明的技术内容及技术特点已揭示如上,本发明的组成并不以上述为限,本领域的技术人员仍可能基于本发明的揭示而作各种不背离本发明创作精神的替换及修饰。因此,本发明的保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示,而应包括各种不背离本发明的替换及修饰,并为权利要求书所涵盖。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种花洒,其特征在于,包括:一花洒本体、一切换出水机构、一具有两分水流道的分水机构、一出水板、一导水体及一面盖,所述导水体一体注塑成型有多个间隔设置的第一功能出水嘴,所述面盖间隔设有多个通孔,所述第一功能出水嘴穿伸出对应的通孔,所述第一功能出水嘴与对应的通孔的孔壁具有可作为第二功能出水的间隙;
    所述出水板与导水体之间形成第一出水腔,所述导水体与面盖之间形成第二出水腔,所述面盖将导水体及出水板压固于花洒本体内,所述切换出水机构及分水机构均容设于花洒本体内;
    所述切换出水机构选择性切换连通花洒本体的进水处及分水流道,所述分水机构的其中一分水流道连通至第一出水腔,所述分水机构的另一分水流道连通至第二出水腔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述一种花洒,其特征在于:所述第一功能出水嘴的外侧壁间隔凹设有多条垂直流水槽。
  3. 如权利要求1所述一种花洒,其特征在于:所述花洒本体包括一手柄、一花洒头部及一接头,所述手柄螺合密封连接所述接头,所述接头密封连接所述花洒头部,所述面盖将导水体及出水板压固于花洒头部内,所述切换出水机构及分水机构均容设于花洒头部内。
  4. 如权利要求1或3任一项所述一种花洒,其特征在于:所述切换出水机构为按钮控制的切换出水机构。
  5. 如权利要求3所述一种花洒,其特征在于:所述手柄内设有可过滤水的滤芯组件,所述滤芯组件的进水处连通手柄的进水处,所述滤芯组件的出水处密封连通接头的进水处,所述接头的出水处通过切换出水机构选择性连通分水机构的分水流道。
  6. 如权利要求5所述一种花洒,其特征在于:所述切换出水结构包括一按钮、一端部间隔设有顶推齿的顶推杆、一转盘、一弹簧及一枢接轴,所述按钮凸出花洒头部外,所述转盘具有两连通流道及一间隔设有多个配合斜面的配合块,所述连通流道设于转盘的一侧,所述连通流道与接头的出水处连通,所述顶推齿抵于配合斜面上,所述枢接轴套设弹簧,所述弹簧设于转盘及接头的出水处的内壁之间,所述枢接轴穿伸过转盘且局部容设于顶推杆内,所述顶推杆穿设过分水机构,所述顶推杆的另一端部抵于按钮的内壁上;
    当按压按钮,所述顶推杆朝向接头的内壁靠近,所述顶推齿沿其中一配合斜面移动,并推动转盘转动及朝向接头的内壁靠近,所述弹簧压缩,当释放按钮,所述弹簧弹性恢复,所述转盘及顶推杆远离接头的内壁,同时所述顶推杆的顶推齿爬上相邻的另一配合斜面上,随着转盘的转动,所述转盘的连通流道选择性与对应的分水流道连通。
  7. 如权利要求6所述一种花洒,其特征在于:所述分水机构包括一控制盒及一盖板,所述分水流道设于控制盒,所述顶推杆的另一端部穿设出控制盒及盖板,所述控制盒一端凸设有两间隔设置的进水流道,所述进水流道分别与对应的分水流道连通,所述进水流道选择性与对应的转盘的连通流道连通,所述盖板盖合于控制盒的分水流道,所述盖板凸设有两出水端,所述出水端分别连通对应的控制盒另一端的分水流道,所述出水板上具有两进水道,所述导水体设有一入水道,其中一出水端密封连通出水板的其中一进水道,另一出水端密封连通出水板的另一进水道,所述出水板的另一进水道密封连通至导水体的入水道。
  8. 如权利要求7所述一种花洒,其特征在于:所述控制盒及盖板通过螺钉锁固于接头。
  9. 如权利要求8所述一种花洒,其特征在于:所述进水流道与转盘之间容设有一分水垫,所述进水流道与接头的出水处之间设有一密封圈,所述接头与手柄的连接处设有一密封圈,所述盖板与控制盒之间设有一供顶推杆穿设的密封圈,其中一出水端与出水板的其中一进水道的连接处及另一出水端与出水板的另一进水道的连接处均分别设有一密封圈。
  10. 如权利要求2所述一种花洒,其特征在于:所述垂直流水槽的截面为V形。
