装置本体的顶端设置有水箱,水箱的出水口贯穿插槽并延伸进装置本体的内部,插槽贯穿开设于装置本体的顶端,水箱的出水口通过密封套与三通管的进水口活动连接,三通管的下方设置有限位板,限位板的一端与装置本体的内部另一侧上端固定连接,且限位板的顶端贯穿开设有三个呈等间距线性分布的限位槽,限位槽的内部插接有喷管,喷管的进水口通过密封套与三通管的出水口配合连接;
限位板的下方设置有多个呈等间距线性分布的第一限位轮,第一限位轮的内侧通过转轴与装置本体的内侧活动连接,且第一限位轮的下方设置有第二限位轮,第二限位轮通过转轴与连接架活动连接,连接架的底端与支撑板的顶端固定连接,支撑板的一端与装置本体的内部另一侧贴合连接,且支撑板的内外侧均固定连接有防水板,两个防水板之间共设置有一个固定板,固定板的一端与装置本体的内部另一侧固定连接,且固定板的顶端设置有多个呈等间距线性分布的电动伸缩杆,电动伸缩杆的伸缩端与支撑板的底端固定连接。

本实用新型中,通过在卷管的两端均设置有卡槽,在卡槽的槽底中部设置有轴承,使轴承与支撑板底端开设的螺纹槽配合连接有螺纹杆和螺纹旋钮,便于对卷管进行安装和更换。

在一个可选的实施例中,支撑架7的底端贯穿开设有螺纹槽22,卷筒6的两端中部均开设有卡槽23,卡槽23的槽底中部固定连接有轴承,轴承与螺纹槽 22配合连接有螺纹杆24,螺纹杆24的一端设置有螺纹旋钮,螺纹旋钮位于支撑架7的外侧。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种宋锦纺织面料生产用水洗设备,其特征在于,装置本体(1)的内部另一侧中部贯穿开设有出料槽(21),面料依次经过卷筒(6)、第二限位轮(15)和出料槽(21)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种宋锦纺织面料生产用水洗设备,其特征在于,支撑架(7)的底端贯穿开设有螺纹槽(22),卷筒(6)的两端中部均开设有卡槽(23)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种宋锦纺织面料生产用水洗设备,其特征在于,卡槽(23)的槽底中部固定连接有轴承,轴承与螺纹槽(22)配合连接有螺纹杆(24)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种宋锦纺织面料生产用水洗设备,其特征在于,螺纹杆(24)的一端设置有螺纹旋钮,螺纹旋钮位于支撑架(7)的外侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种宋锦纺织面料生产用水洗设备,其特征在于,喷管(13)的底端开设有多个喷孔,且喷管(13)在水平位置位于两个第一限位轮(14)中间。
