Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif électrochimique, un système et un procédé de récupération et/ou de régénération électrochimique de dioxyde de carbone (CO2) à partir d'un courant, tel qu'une solution de régénération provenant d'un lit de résine échangeuse d'ions. Le dispositif électrochimique selon l'invention comprend un boîtier de dispositif électrochimique comportant : un compartiment d'anode, muni d'au moins une entrée de compartiment d'anode qui est configurée pour fournir un liquide et/ou un gaz au compartiment d'anode ; un compartiment de cathode, muni d'au moins une entrée de compartiment de cathode qui est configurée pour fournir un liquide et/ou un gaz au compartiment de cathode, et muni d'au moins une sortie de compartiment de cathode qui est configurée pour retirer un liquide et/ou un gaz du compartiment de cathode ; et un compartiment intermédiaire, prévu entre le compartiment d'anode et le compartiment de cathode, muni d'au moins une entrée de compartiment intermédiaire qui est configurée pour fournir le courant au compartiment intermédiaire, et muni d'au moins une sortie de compartiment intermédiaire ; un ensemble d'électrodes reliant fonctionnellement le compartiment d'anode et le compartiment de cathode, et comprenant au moins une anode et une cathode ; une alimentation électrique, pour fournir de l'électricité à l'ensemble d'électrodes ; et un séparateur gaz-liquide CO2, le séparateur gaz-liquide CO2 étant couplé fonctionnellement à la sortie du compartiment intermédiaire et à l'entrée du compartiment de cathode.
