本发明涉及纺织设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种便于固定纺织辊的纺织辊支架系统。
背景技术
纺织辊一种用于纺织设备的用具,它的主要功是将生产完毕的纺织品卷入其上,从而完成对纺织品的存放,纺织辊在纺织设备中起到不可缺少的作用。而纺织辊支架就是对纺织辊进行存放,避免纺织辊上存放的纺织品受到污染的一种设备。
现有的纺织棍支架在现场操作时经常需要运送纺织辊,然而现有的纺织棍支架存在以下缺陷:
1、纺织棍在移动的过程中,由于晃动等原因,纺织棍可能从纺织棍支架上脱落,易造成设备的损坏,同时也易砸伤工作人员;
2、现有的纺织棍支架对纺织棍的固定过程繁琐,效率低下。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种便于固定纺织辊的纺织辊支架系统,其固定方便快捷,提高效率;减震装置的设置可以有效的降低移动时,晃动对纺织棍的冲击力,避免了纺织棍因晃动力度过大从支架上脱落;通过驱动电机动作带动压板移动,使定压板与顶板之间的压力增大,进一步避免了纺织棍从定压板与顶板之间脱离。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:

本发明的工作原理为:

  1. 一种便于固定纺织辊的纺织辊支架系统,包括两个底座(1),其特征在于,两个所述底座(1)的上端均固定连接有支撑杆(2),两个所述支撑杆(2)相对的一侧均固定连接有固定板(5),所述固定板(5)的侧壁通过推动机构固定连接有横板(6),所述横板(6)的上端通过减震装置固定连接有两个竖杆(9),两个所述竖杆(9)的上端共同固定连接有顶板(3),两个所述竖杆(9)上共同滑动连接有动压板(4),所述动压板(4)的上端贯穿设置有第一螺纹杆(12),所述第一螺纹杆(12)的上端固定连接有定压板(10),所述顶板(3)的下端转动连接有第二螺纹杆(13),所述第二螺纹杆(13)的下端贯穿动压板(4)且所述第二螺纹杆(13)与动压板(4)螺纹连接,所述第二螺纹杆(13)的下端固定连接有齿轮(17),所述固定板(5)的侧壁通过导向机构固定连接有齿条(18),所述齿条(18)与所述齿轮(17)啮合,所述顶板(3)与动压板(4)相对的一侧分别设置有红外线发射器(14)和红外线接收器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于固定纺织辊的纺织辊支架系统,其特征在于,开设有与装置腔(21)连通的圆腔,所述圆腔内转动连接有圆筒(27),所述圆筒(27)位于装置腔(21)内的一端固定连接有第一锥齿轮(28),所述条形板(25)的下端固定连接有驱动电机(26),所述驱动电机(26)的输出轴贯穿条形板(25)的下端,所述驱动电机(26)的输出轴位于装置腔(21)内的一端固定连接有与第一锥齿轮(28)啮合的第二锥齿轮(22),所述圆筒(27)内螺纹连接有第三螺纹杆(24),所述第三螺纹杆(24)远离圆筒(27)的一端固定连接在横板(6)的侧壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于固定纺织辊的纺织辊支架系统,其特征在于,所述减震装置包括固定连接在横板(6)上端的两个固定座(7),两个所述固定座(7)的上端固定连接有导柱(23),两个所述导柱(23)之间共同套设有U形架(15),所述导柱(23)位于U形架(15)与固定座(7)之间的部分套设有第一弹簧(16)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于固定纺织辊的纺织辊支架系统,其特征在于,所述导向机构包括固定连接在固定板(5)侧壁上的套筒(19),所述套筒(19)内滑动连接有导向杆(20),所述导向杆(20)通过第二弹簧弹性连接在套筒(19)的内壁上,所述导向杆(20)远离套筒(19)的一端固定连接在齿条(18)的侧壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便于固定纺织辊的纺织辊支架系统,其特征在于,所述U形架(15)与横板(6)之间固定连接有缓冲胶垫(8)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于固定纺织辊的纺织辊支架系统,其特征在于,所述定压板(10)与顶板(3)相对的一侧均固定连接有楔形插块(11)。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便于固定纺织辊的纺织辊支架系统,所述导柱(23)位于U形架(15)的上端部分设置有螺纹端,且导柱(23)的上端螺纹连接有限位盘。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于固定纺织辊的纺织辊支架系统,所述底座(1)的下端设置有行走轮,且所述行走轮为万向轮。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于固定纺织辊的纺织辊支架系统,所述第一螺纹杆(12)的下端固定连接有手轮,所述手轮上套设有橡胶套,且所述橡胶套的表面设置有多道防滑槽。
