一种可调节角度的灯具,包括灯体(4)、散热器(3)、连接杆(2)和透光罩(7)。散热器(3)通过连接杆(2)与灯体(4)的侧壁转动连接,并且散热器(3)绕着灯体(4)的纵向中轴线呈旋转对称分布;透光罩(7)设置在散热器(3)远离灯体(4)的一侧,散热器(3)绕着连接杆(2)转动时,透光罩(7)与灯体(4)之间的角度随之改变,通过透光罩(7)透射出的光线的出光角度也随之改变。这种可调节角度的灯具的照明重点位置可以根据用户需要自行调节。

Description

一种可调节角度的灯具 技术领域
本发明涉及发光领域,尤其涉及一种可调节角度的灯具。
背景技术
现有的发光的灯具,如CN103527963,包括灯座和驱动电路板,驱动电路板设于灯座上,所述驱动电路板包括六块长方形面板和一块圆形面板,所述六块长方形面板合围成圆柱状,圆柱一端固定于灯座上,圆形面板固定于圆柱另一端,所述长方形面板和圆形面板上均匀分布有LED光源,LED光源排列组成玉米状,解决了单个LED光源的发光角度有限的问题,使整个LED能向360°发光,光线分布更均匀。但该LED光源发光均匀,没有侧重点,对于需要更多照明的位置无法调节,发光单一受限。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种可调节的灯具,其照明重点位置可以根据用户需要自行调节。
本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案是:
一种可调节角度的灯具,包括灯体、灯头、散热器,连接杆和透光罩;
所述散热器通过连接杆与灯体的侧壁转动连接,并且散热器绕着 灯体的纵向中轴线呈旋转对称分布;
所述透光罩设置在散热器远离灯体的一侧,所述散热器绕着连接杆转动时,所述透光罩与灯体之间的角度随之改变,通过透光罩透射出的光线出光角度也随之改变。
在一较佳实施例中:所述灯体的侧面在对应每一个散热器的位置分别延伸出两个凸耳,所述散热器朝向灯体的一侧具有连接件;所述凸耳、连接件分别设置有让位孔;所述连接杆穿过凸耳和连接件的让位孔后与堵头连接。
在一较佳实施例中:所述散热器的表面设置有格栅状的散热孔.
在一较佳实施例中:所述散热器为3个,散热器为扇形,其内边缘设有让位圆弧,3个散热器3周向均有一间距;
所述散热器上一体成型有安装槽,安装槽内依次装配有LED光源板、透光罩。
在一较佳实施例中:所述3个散热器可相对灯体转动至不同位置,形成平面光源、立面光源、或多面光源。
在一较佳实施例中:所述散热器安装槽的边缘设有定位卡,相应的LED光源板设有定位槽321;所述透光罩的四角均设有定位支柱。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
本发明提供了一种可调节角度的灯具,对于其他角度需要更多光照射的地方,其可以通过转动散热器,进而改变出光罩和灯体之间的角度来实现自由调节,如在展厅里,有些位置需要对墙壁上的壁画给与更多的光,有些位置只需要对来访人员的通道更多的光,即可通过 调节灯具角度来实现。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1,请查阅图1-图4,一种可调节角度的灯具,包括灯体4,散热器3,连接杆2和透光罩7。
所述散热器3通过连接杆2与灯体4的侧壁转动连接,并且散热器3绕着灯体4的纵向中轴线呈旋转对称分布;
所述透光罩7设置在散热器3远离灯体4的一侧,所述散热器3绕着连接杆2转动时,所述透光罩7与灯体4之间的角度随之改变, 通过透光罩7透射出的光线出光角度也随之改变。
为了实现灯体4和散热器3的转动连接,所述灯体4的侧面在对应每一个散热器3的位置分别延伸出两个凸耳8,所述散热器3朝向灯体的一侧具有连接件9;所述凸耳8、连接件9分别设置有让位孔;所述连接杆2穿过凸耳8和连接件9的让位孔后与堵头1连接。
本实施例中,所述散热器3的表面设置有格栅状的散热孔。
本实施例中,所述散热器3为3个,散热器3为扇形,其内边缘设有让位圆弧33,且3个散热器3周向均有一间距,以方便散热器3转到。
所述散热器3上一体成型有安装槽31,安装槽31内依次装配有LED光源板32、透光罩7,并用螺丝6固定。为安装方便,安装槽31的边缘设有定位卡311,相应的LED光源板32设有定位槽321;所述透光罩7的四角均设有定位支柱71。
本实施例中,所述3个散热器3可相对灯体转动至不同位置,形成平面光源(参见图3)、立面光源(参见图2)、或多面光源(参见图4)。
本发明可调节角度的灯具,对于其他角度需要更多光照射的地方,其可以通过转动散热器,进而改变出光罩和灯体之间的角度来实现自由调节,如在展厅里,有些位置需要对墙壁上的壁画给与更多的光,有些位置只需要对来访人员的通道更多的光,即可通过调节灯具角度来实现。这样就可以实现在360°出光的前提下,实现了重点照明区域的自由调节。
实施例2,,请查阅图5,一种可调节角度的灯具与实施例1不同之处在于所述散热器3为2个,绕着灯体4的纵向中轴线呈旋转对称分布。
实施例3,请查阅图6,一种可调节角度的灯具与实施例1不同之处在于所述散热器3为4个,绕着灯体4的纵向中轴线呈旋转对称分布。
本发明一种可调节角度的灯具的散热器3一般为2-5个;所述灯头5可以是旋接式、卡接式。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本一种可调节角度的灯具,其散热器绕着连接杆转动时,所述透光罩与灯体之间的角度随之改变,通过透光罩透射出的光线出光角度也随之改变。上述的可调节的灯具,其照明重点位置可以根据用户需要自行调节,使用方便、结构简单,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种可调节角度的灯具,其特征在于:包括灯体,散热器,连接杆和透光罩;
    所述散热器通过连接杆与灯体的侧壁转动连接,并且散热器绕着灯体的纵向中轴线呈旋转对称分布;
    所述透光罩设置在散热器远离灯体的一侧,所述散热器绕着连接杆转动时,所述透光罩与灯体之间的角度随之改变,通过透光罩透射出的光线出光角度也随之改变。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节角度的灯具,其特征在于:所述灯体的侧面在对应每一个散热器的位置分别延伸出两个凸耳,所述散热器朝向灯体的一侧具有连接件;所述凸耳、连接件分别设置有让位孔;所述连接杆穿过凸耳和连接件的让位孔后与堵头连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节角度的灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器的表面设置有格栅状的散热孔。
  4. 据权利要求2或3所述的一种可调节角度的灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器为2-5个,绕着灯体的纵向中轴线呈旋转对称分布。
  5. 据权利要求4所述的一种可调节角度的灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器为3个,散热器为扇形,其内边缘设有让位圆弧,3个散热器3周向均有一间距;
    所述散热器上一体成型有安装槽,安装槽内依次装配有LED光源板、透光罩。
  6. 据权利要求5所述的一种可调节角度的灯具,其特征在于: 所述3个散热器可相对灯体转动至不同位置,形成平面光源、立面光源、或多面光源。
  7. 据权利要求5所述的一种可调节角度的灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器安装槽的边缘设有定位卡,相应的LED光源板设有定位槽321;所述透光罩的四角均设有定位支柱。
