固定框架用来固定接插连接模块,其中固定框架配备许多不同的接插连接模块,接着装入接插连接壳体内,并与它用螺钉连接在一起。这里固定框架必须稳固,以便在拼接或拆散时能够经受得住所出现的接插和拉伸力。
从CN107925192B中可知现有技术提供一种固定框架由两个相互铰接的半框组成,其中固定框架垂直于框架侧壁分开,铰链这样地设置在固定框架的紧固端上,使得在固定框架拧紧在固定面上时框架体的方向调整成这样,使固定框架的侧壁垂直于固定面,并且接插连接模块具有一个通过固定装置的与固定框架的形状贴合的连接。采用这种安装方式实现模块化插芯的安装时,在使用过程中当操作人员将模块化插芯安装到正确位置时,需要安装附件,防止框架旋转,在安装过程中增大了安装的难度,在安装过程中花费的时间较多,降低了效率。组装这种保持框架是一项耗时的操作。例如,只要一个模块需要更换,就必须将这种保持框架拧开和/或与插接式连接器解除卡锁。根本不希望移除的其他模块可能从保持框架掉出并且在框架半部再次拧在一起之前和/或在框架半部卡锁在一起之前必须再次插入。在框架半部可以连接之前,所有模块必须同时处于为它们提供的位置,使得当框架半部连接在一起时它们最终可以固定在保持框架中。这使得组装更加困难。
从CN10055794C可知现有技术中还提供了一种固定框架,固定框架在其插塞侧上具有多个通过缝隙分开的壁段,其中每两个对称地相对的壁段构成一个用于插塞模块的插入区域;壁段具有窗形的开口,在插塞模块的窄边上形成突起;并且在插塞模块插入到固定框架的插入区域内时,所述突起止动到窗形开口内。采用这种方式时,安装过程中由于少了将两个框架半部进行组合的步骤,消耗的时间较短,但是由于固定框架的实施主要是利用材料本身的性能来实现插芯的插入,安装的可靠性主要依靠材料本身的变形来实现,采用这种方式将会对材料本身的要求较高,由于大多数固定框架为模具一体成形,则在注塑过程中保证每个框架的性能一致较困难,会花费较大的费用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够能够实现产品的快速安装和拆卸的且保证了产品的安全性的一种模块化插芯的固定支架和连接器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种模块化插芯的固定支架,其特征在于,所述固定支架用于接收类似和/或不同的模块化插芯,其中固定支架包括:
第一框体,第一框体内设置有用于容纳所述模块化插芯的腔体,所述模块化插芯从所述第一框体的开口方向进入第一框体内设置的腔体内;
所述模块化插芯通过第二框体固定于第一框体内,其中所述第二框体可拆卸的与所述第一框体相连接。
进一步的,本发明还提供了一种连接器,所述连接器包括插头和插座,其中所述插头和插座相配合,插头和插座均包括固定支架和设置于固定支架内的模块化插芯,其中固定支架用于接收类似和/或不同的模块化插芯,其中固定支架包括:
第一框体,第一框体内设置有用于容纳所述模块化插芯的腔体,所述模块化插芯从所述第一框体的开口方向进入第一框体内设置的腔体内;
所述模块化插芯通过第二框体固定于第一框体内,其中所述第二框体可拆卸的与所述第一框体相连接;
当插头和插座相配合时,所述设置于插头和插座内的模块化插芯相插合。
由以上技术内容可知,本发明的有益效果在于:由于模块化插芯通过第二框体固定于第一框体内,且第二框体可拆卸的与第一框体相连接,在这种情况下可知,第一框体与第二框体为可两个分离的部件,在模块化插芯的安装过程中,可以将模块化插芯放入第一框体后,将第二框体与第一框体相连接,在拆卸过程中,通过单手操作第二框体,即可实现第一框体和第二框体的分离,提高了工作效率。在这种方式中,主要利用了第二框体本身的变形,在注塑过程中没有困难,且第二框体为一四边形围成的密封件,注塑的难度较低。若在使用环境中需要高频率的拆装第一框体和第二框体时,可将第二框体的材料替换为金属件,提高了第二框体的使用寿命。
另一种实施方案中,第二框体包括第一主体、第二主体和弹性件,其中所述第一主体和第二主体均包括第一腿部,第二腿部和连接第一腿部和第二腿部 的侧压边,其中所述第一腿部带有第一限位面,第二腿部带有第二限位面,其中第二腿部上设置有能够容纳第一腿部的腔体,所述第一主体和第二主体安装于第一框体上设有的容纳腔内,其中所述第一主体的第一腿部的第一限位面与第二主体的第二腿部的第二限位面、第一主体的第二腿部的第二限位面与第二主体的第一腿部的第一限位面分别形成一可移动的空间,其中所述可移动的空间内设置有弹性件,在这种实施方案中,通过将第一腿部和第二腿部安装后具有的移动的空间中设置弹性件,通过弹性件的变形来实现第一腿部和第二腿部的分离,按安装过程中,在使用过程中,由于第二框体与第一框体已经安装为一个整体,使用人员将模块化插芯放入所述第一框体内设有的腔体内,在这种情况下,由于需要向下将模块化插芯安装入腔体内,则模块化插芯挤压第二框体,使第一腿部和第二腿部之间的可移动的空间变小,弹性件在挤压力的作用下处于压缩状态,当模块化插芯继续向下运动至固定位置时,此时模块化插芯与第二框体处于相互无左右方向作用力的情况,则弹性件在自身弹性力的状态下回复原状,从而将第一框体和第二框体实现连接。这种安装方式简单快捷且有效性好,不需要依赖第一框体和地二框体材料本身的弹性力来实现功能的运用,在对材料没有特殊要求的情况下对第一框体和第二框体的材料无较大要求,节省了成本。
第一安装阶和第二安装阶的长度尺寸不相同则可实现模块化插芯在安装过程中的防错插,提高了安全性。

一种模块化插芯2的固定支架,所述固定支架用于接收类似和/或不同的模块化插芯2,其中固定支架包括:第一框体1,第一框体1内设置有用于容纳所述模块化插芯2的腔体,所述模块化插芯2从所述第一框体1的开口方向进入第一框体1内设置的腔体内;所述模块化插芯2通过第二框体3固定于第一框体1内,其中所述第二框体3可拆卸的与所述第一框体1相连接。
其中模块化插芯2的结构可参考菲尼克斯公司的样本,其中模块化插芯2又分为孔式插头和针脚式插座,其中针脚式插座和孔式插头相配合,用于实现电气连接。孔式插头和针脚式插座分别安装于不同模块化插芯2的固定支架内,通过孔式插头和针脚式插座的插合实现电路的接通和分断。
第二框体3的材料与第一框体1的材料相同或不同,其中大部分使用情况下第一框体1的材料均为塑料材质,第二框体3的材料可以与第一框体1的材料相同,即可以为塑料材质,也可以为非塑料材质,如金属。其中第二框体3的材料可根据第一框体1被拆卸的情况二选用不同的材质,如需要利用第二框体3本身的变形力实现对第二框体3多次拆卸时,则第二框体3优选金属材质。
如图1至图5所示,其中一个实施方案一,第二框体3包括有相对设置的按压部4和支撑部5组成,其中所述按压部4和支撑部5相邻设置,形成一四边形结构件,第二框体3的安装方向与模块化插芯2的安装方向相同,在此情况下,在模块化插芯2安装入第一框体1后第二框体3通过同样的方向使第一框体1与第二框体3相卡接。
第一框体1和第二框体3的卡接主要是通过如下技术方案实现,按压部4的外侧设置有用于实现与第一框体1相连接的凸出耳6,所述第一框体1上设置有与所述凸出耳6相配合的配合部7,当第一框体1和第二框体3相连接时,所述凸出耳6与配合部7呈接触状态。即在实施过程中,将模块化插芯2安装入第一框体1时,第二框体3沿着与模块化插芯2的安装方向相同的方向进入第一框体1,在安装过程中,凸出耳6与配合部7相接触,则实现第二框体3和第一框体1的连接,由于第二框体3位于模块化插芯2的上方,故第二框体3能够将模块化插芯2固定在第一框体1内。
其中凸出耳6与配合部7的位置可以根据实际的情况进行调整,不限于凸出耳6设置于第二框体3,配合部7设置于第一框体1中,能够实现第一框体1和第二框体3的连接即可满足本发明的要求。
第一框体1内设置有安装所述模块化插芯2的安装阶,模块化插芯2的两端设置有与安装阶相卡接的卡接部9,所述卡接部9与安装阶相配合用于实现模块化插芯2和第一框体1的连接,其中卡接部9为凸出于模块化插芯2的外表面的凸出部件,该凸出部件设置于第一框体1内的安装阶内,其中安装阶的形状与凸出部件的形状相一致。
为了实现模块化插芯2与第一框体1的安装,通常第一框体1内设置的安装阶通常为相对设置的一组或多组。当用户需要连接多路电路时,可在第一框体1内增加安装阶的组数,由于模块化插芯2为标准化模块,在第一框体1内设置有多个安装阶时,即可放置多个模块化插芯2。模块化插芯2分为孔式插头和针脚式插座两种,而孔式插头和针脚式插座相配合实现电路的连接,由于一个第一框体1内通常设置有多个模块化插芯2,为了防止电路的紊乱,需要在实施过程中设置防止电路连接错误的装置,防止造成电路的错接而导致不可弥补的损失,在此情景下,每组安装阶均有第一安装阶10和第二安装阶11,其中所述第一安装阶10和第二安装阶11的长度尺寸不相同,由于每组设置的安装阶的尺寸均不相同,所以在插错的情况下,则不能将模块化插芯2放入第一框架内。采用这种方式能够避免在接线过程中的错插,第一框体1内侧设置有凸起部12,该凸起部用于实现模块化插芯2的壳体的固定和导向作用。与此同时,由于本方案中为了实现节约材料的目的故设置了凸起部12,在实际使用过程中亦可将该凸起部所在平面设置为第一安装阶10和第二安装阶11的前端面相平 行的面,其同时也能实现本发明的目的。
如图6至图9所示,本发明还提供了另一种实施方案二,该实施方案的主要内容如下:第二框体3包括第一主体13、第二主体14和弹性件15,所述第一主体13和第二主体14为“匚”形,所述第一主体13和第二主体14相配合的部分设置有一可移动的空间,所述弹性件15设置于该可移动的空间内。
其中所述第一主体13和第二主体14均包括第一腿部16,第二腿部17和连接第一腿部16和第二腿部17的侧压边18,其中所述第一腿部16带有第一限位面19,第二腿部17带有第二限位面20,其中第二腿部17上设置有能够容纳第一腿部16的腔体,所述第一主体13和第二主体14安装于第一框体1上设有的容纳腔21内,其中所述第一主体13的第一腿部16的第一限位面19与第二主体14的第二腿部17的第二限位面20、第一主体13的第二腿部17的第二限位面20与第二主体14的第一腿部16的第一限位面19分别形成一可移动的空间,其中所述可移动的空间内设置有弹性件15。
所述第一框体1上设置有导向凸台27,第二框体3上设置有导向凹槽26,其中所述导向凸台27和导向凹槽26配合,导向凸台27用于限制第二框体3在第一框体1上运动的范围。导向凸台27包括用于容纳第一腿部16和第二腿部17的包容部25,其中所述包容部25与第一框体1为一个完整的整体或为能够与第一框体1实现连接的非完整的整体,其中该包容部25可以为敞开式也可为抽芯式,当采用抽芯式时,即所述包容部25与第一框体1为一个完整的整体时,可移动的空间的上方位置处设置有小于可移动的空间的开口部28,该开口部28用于实现弹性件15的安装。
当包容部25为敞开式时,则可通过在第一框体1上设置有可移动或旋转的 盖板,其目的是为防止在挤压过程中弹性件15的弹出,同时给第一主体13、第二主体14和弹性件15一个上下方向的限制力,防止其与第一框体1相分离。
其中侧压边18位于第一框体1的外侧,其中侧压边18在拆卸模块化插芯2的过程中能够沿着第一框体1上设置的导向凸台27移动,侧压边18与第一框体1相配合的部分设置有导向凹槽26,导向凸台27为至少一个,导向凹槽26的数量与导向凸台27的数量相一致。
其中第一限位面19所在平面与第一腿部16所在平面相交,第二限位面20所在平面与第二腿部17所在平面相交,且第一限位面19和第二限位面20向“匚”形结构的外侧或内侧延伸。本发明中以第一限位面19和第二限位面20向“匚”结构的外侧延伸为例。第一限位面19和第二限位面20之间形成可移动的空间。
本发明另一方面还提供了一种连接器,连接器包括插头和插座,其中所述插头和插座相配合,插头和插座均包括固定支架和设置于固定支架内的模块化插芯2,其中固定支架用于接收类似和/或不同的模块化插芯2,其中固定支架包括:
第一框体1,第一框体1内设置有用于容纳所述模块化插芯2的腔体,所述模块化插芯2从所述第一框体1的开口方向进入第一框体1内设置的腔体内;
所述模块化插芯2通过第二框体3固定于第一框体1内,其中所述第二框体3可拆卸的与所述第一框体1相连接;
当插头和插座相配合时,所述设置于插头和插座内的模块化插芯2相插合。
其中插头和插座在使用过程中,根据使用的场景的不同,可以将该插头和插座安装在相关的防水、防尘外壳中进行保护。
由于模块化插芯2又分为孔式插头和针脚式插座,其中针脚式插座和孔式 插头相配合,用于实现电气连接。孔式插头和针脚式插座分别安装于不同模块化插芯2的固定支架内,通过孔式插头和针脚式插座的插合实现电路的接通和分断。故在使用过程中需要将孔式插头和针脚式插座分别安装于插头或插座的固定支架内。在该连接器的实施方案中可以包括如上所述的实施方案一和实施方案二,由于篇幅限制不再此进行赘述。
所述插头的第一框体1上设置有卡扣31,插座的第一框体1上设置有与卡扣31相配合的接合部32。在使用过程中将卡扣31与接合部32相连接,从而插头和插座的连接。
一种模块化插芯2的安装方法,模块化插芯2的安装方法包括如下步骤:
模块化插芯2从所述第一框体1的开口方向进入第一框体1内设置的腔体内,用于将模块化插芯2安装于第一框体1内;
模块化插芯2通过第二框体3固定于第一框体1内,其中所述第二框体3可拆卸的与所述第一框体1相连接。
一种模块化插芯2的安装方法,所述模块化插芯2的安装方法包括如下步骤:
将第一主体13和第二主体14分别从第一框体1上设置的两端安装于第一框体1上;
在第一主体13和第二主体14想配合的部分设置的可移动的空间内安装弹性件15;
模块化插芯2从所述第一框体1的开口方向进入第一框体1内设置的腔体内,用于将模块化插芯2安装于第一框体1内;
模块化插芯2通过第二框体3固定于第一框体1内,其中所述第二框体3 可拆卸的与所述第一框体1相连接。
一种连接器的安装方法,连接器的安装方法包括如下步骤:
将第二框体3安装于所述第一框体1内以形成固定支架;
模块化插芯2从所述第一框体1的开口方向进入第一框体1内设置的腔体内;
模块化插芯2通过第二框体3固定于第一框体1内,其中所述第二框体3可拆卸的与所述第一框体1相连接;
将包括有第一框体1和第二框体3的固定支架分别设置于插头和插座内;
将设置于插头和插座内的模块化插芯2相插合。
在安装过程中,可以根据不同的产品结构采用与之相适应的安装方法,如在第二框体3为由第一主体13、第二主体14和弹性件15组成的整体时,可以根据产品的具体结构不同而采用不同的安装方法。

- 根据权利要求13所述的模块化插芯的固定支架,其特征在于,所述导向部件包括用于容纳第一腿部和第二腿部的包容部,其中所述包容部与第一框体为一个完整的整体或为能够与第一框体实现连接的非完整的整体。
- 根据权利要求11所述的模块化插芯的固定支架,其特征在于,所述侧压边与第一框体相配合的部分设置有至少一个导向凹槽,所述第一框体上设置有至少一个导向凸台,导向凹槽与导向凸台相配合。
- 根据权利要求14所述的模块化插芯的固定支架,其特征在于,当所述包容部与第一框体为一个完整的整体时,所述可移动的空间上方位置处设置有小于可移动的空间的开口部,所述开口部用于实现弹性件的安装。
- 根据权利要求14所述的模块化插芯的固定支架,其特征在于,当所述包容部与第一框体为非完整的整体时,所述包容部的上部设置有能够与第一框体相连接的盖板。
- 一种连接器,其特征在于,所述连接器包括插头和插座,其中所述插头和插座相配合,插头和插座均包括固定支架和设置于固定支架内的模块化插芯,其中固定支架用于接收类似和/或不同的模块化插芯,其中固定支架包括:第一框体,第一框体内设置有用于容纳所述模块化插芯的腔体,所述模块化插芯从所述第一框体的开口方向进入第一框体内设置的腔体内;所述模块化插芯通过第二框体固定于第一框体内,其中所述第二框体可拆卸的与所述第一框体相连接;当插头和插座相配合时,所述设置于插头和插座内的模块化插芯相插合。
- 根据权利要求17所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述插头的第一框体上设置有卡扣,插座的第一框体上设置有与卡扣相配合的接合部。
- 一种模块化插芯的安装方法,其特征在于,所述模块化插芯的安装方法包括如下步骤:模块化插芯从所述第一框体的开口方向进入第一框体内设置的腔体内,用于将模块化插芯安装于第一框体内;模块化插芯通过第二框体固定于第一框体内,其中所述第二框体可拆卸的与所述第一框体相连接。
- 一种模块化插芯的安装方法,其特征在于,所述模块化插芯的安装方法包括如下步骤:将第一主体和第二主体分别从第一框体上设置的两端安装于第一框体上;在第一主体和第二主体想配合的部分设置的可移动的空间内安装弹性件;模块化插芯从所述第一框体的开口方向进入第一框体内设置的腔体内,用于将模块化插芯安装于第一框体内;模块化插芯通过第二框体固定于第一框体内,其中所述第二框体可拆卸的与所述第一框体相连接。
- 一种连接器的安装方法,其特征在于,所述连接器的安装方法包括如下步骤:将第二框体安装于所述第一框体内以形成固定支架;模块化插芯从所述第一框体的开口方向进入第一框体内设置的腔体内;模块化插芯通过第二框体固定于第一框体内,其中所述第二框体可拆卸的 与所述第一框体相连接;将包括有第一框体和第二框体的固定支架分别设置于插头和插座内;将设置于插头和插座内的模块化插芯相插合。
