技术方案:本实用新型的一种高稳定型多功能电力开关柜,其特征在于:包括柜体与底座且底座为顶部开口的中空结构并在前后两侧侧壁开设有若干个定位孔,底座中部开设有通孔并在通孔内设有隔网且底座底部设有若干个支撑柱,底座在通孔四周设有若干个缓冲弹簧且缓冲弹簧与定位孔交错排列;所述支撑柱底部开设有内嵌的内部螺纹段且支撑柱与顶部设有外部螺纹段的连接杆通过内部螺纹段、外部螺纹段活动连接;所述连接杆上设有弹簧段且连接杆底部与轮轴连接;所述轮轴两端端部与滚轮活动连接;所述柜体底部开设有与通孔对应的通孔且柜体底部侧部开设有与定位孔对应的螺纹孔,柜体与底座通过穿过对应定位孔、螺纹孔的螺栓进行连接。

本实用新型的一种高稳定型多功能电力开关柜,包括柜体12与底座1且底座1为顶部开口的中空结构并在前后两侧侧壁开设有若干个定位孔2,底座1中部开设有通孔4并在通孔4内设有隔网且底座1底部设有若干个支撑柱5,底座1在通孔4四周设有若干个缓冲弹簧3且缓冲弹簧3与定位孔2交错排列;支撑柱5底部开设有内嵌的内部螺纹段6且支撑柱5与顶部设有外部螺纹段8的连接杆7通过内部螺纹段6、外部螺纹段8活动连接;连接杆7上设有弹簧段9且连接杆7底部与轮轴10连接;轮轴10两端端部与滚轮11活动连接;柜体12底部开设有与通孔4对应的通孔13且柜体12底部侧部开设有与定位孔2对应的螺纹孔14,柜体12与底座1通过穿过对应定位孔2、螺纹孔14的螺栓15进行连接。其中,定位孔2为2或者3个一组设置在底座1的前后两侧侧壁。底座1的前后两侧侧壁设有3组以上的定位孔2。定位孔2之间设有2个以上的缓冲弹簧3。支撑柱5的数量为4、8或者12。滚轮11外部设有塑料层或者橡胶层。螺栓15的螺帽位于底座1外侧且螺母位于柜体12内侧。
使用时,将电力开关柜的柜体12放置在底座1内,柜体12底部与通孔4四周的缓冲弹簧3贴合,柜体12底部侧部开设有螺纹孔14,通过穿过螺纹孔14与定位孔2的螺栓15进行柜体12与底座1的连接。柜体12底部开设有与通孔4对应的通孔13,便于柜体12内设备进行及时的散热通风。
底座1通过底部的若干个支撑柱5进行支撑,支撑柱5底部开设有内嵌的内部螺纹段6且支撑柱5与顶部设有外部螺纹段8的连接杆7通过内部螺纹段6、外部螺纹段8活动连接;需要对柜体12进行移动时,安装上连接杆7,通过滚轮11进行柜体的移动;不需要对柜体进行移动时,卸下连接杆7,直接通过支撑柱5进行柜体的支撑。
