Abstract

Est décrite ici une machine (1) destinée à couper un matériau en feuille comprenant une table de travail (2), par exemple un plan fixe, qui est conçue pour fournir un plan de support pour une feuille de matériau à découper, ladite table de travail (2) ayant au moins deux côtés opposés d'extension supérieure et au moins deux côtés opposés d'extension mineure, au moins une unité de coupe (3) conçue pour couper la feuille disposée sur la table de travail (2), au moins un bras (4) qui est disposé au moins partiellement au-dessus de la table de travail (2) et qui est conçu pour soutenir l'unité de coupe (3) et un moyen de support (9) du bras (4), qui est soutenu en porte-à-faux sur la table de travail (2) et est mobile le long d'une direction de coulissement (X). De manière appropriée, le moyen de support (9) du bras (4) se présente sous la forme d'une structure de support de traverse maintenue suspendue au-dessus de la table de travail (2) par au moins un montant de support (9a), ladite table de travail (2) étant exempte d'encombrements le long d'au moins deux côtés opposés d'extension supérieure à ce dernier.
