Abstract
Es ist ein Leistungsumrichtersystem (1) offenbart, das aus einem Halbleiterleistungsmodul (2) und einem Kondensatormodul (3) besteht. Das Halbleiterleistungsmodul (2) trägt mehrere Halbleiterschaltelemente (4) und das Kondensatormodul (3) umfasst eine Platine (7), die mehrere Kondensatoren (5) trägt. Jeder der Kondensatoren (5) weist Powerkontakte (10) auf. Die Kondensatoren (5) sind auf einer Oberseite (7O) der Platine (7) und einer Unterseite (7U) der Platine (7) angeordnet.
Description
Leistunqsumrichtersvstem
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Leistungsumrichtersystem. Das Leistungsumrichtersystem umfasst ein Kondensatormodul, das eine Platine besitzt, die mehrere Kondensatoren trägt, von denen jeder Powerkontakte aufweist. Ferner umfasst das
Leistungsumrichtersystem ein Modul mit Halbleiterschaltelementen, das elektrisch leitend mit dem Kondensatormodul verbunden ist.
Die deutsche Offenlegungsschrift DE 10 2011 003 307 A1 offenbart zur Erzielung einer Verlustreduzierung ein Halbleiterleistungsmodul und Gleichstromanschlüsse, die mit einem Kondensatormodul verbunden sind. Das Halbleiterleistungsmodul wird in
Kombination mit einem Kühlmantel zum Kühlen verwendet. Die Gleichstromanschlüsse stehen über dem Kühlmantel hinaus zum Kondensatormodul hin vor.
Das Dokument DE 102012 218 579 A1 offenbart eine Ausgestaltung eines Kondensatormoduls. Das Kondensatormodul umfasst ein Substrat mit einer ersten Metallisierung, die auf eine erste Seite des Substrats aufgebracht ist, eine Vielzahl von Anschlüssen die elektrisch leitend mit der ersten Metallisierung verbunden sind, und eine Vielzahl von Kondensatoren, die auf der ersten Metallisierung angeordnet sind. Die Vielzahl von Kondensatoren umfasst einen ersten Satz von Kondensatoren, die elektrisch zwischen einem ersten Satz von Anschlüssen und einem zweiten Satz von Anschlüssen zueinander parallel geschaltet sind.
Bei einem typischen Leistungsumrichtersystem bzw. Konverter, wie z.B. einem DC/DC- Konverter oder einem AC/DC-Konverter ist der Abstand zwischen den Kondensatoren und den Schaltelementen (IGBT, MOSFETs, etc.) der bestimmende Faktor für die Schleifeninduktivität. Die Schleifeninduktivität ist der bestimmende Faktor für die elektromagnetische Kompatibilität und dem Leistungsverlust der Schaltelemente (IGBT, MOSFETs, etc.).
Es ist daher die Aufgabe der Erfindung, ein Leistungsumrichtersystem, das ein DC/DC- Konverter oder ein AC/DC-Konverter sein kann, mit einem Kondensatormodul
bereitzustellen, das den Bauraum optimal ausnutzt und die Schleifeninduktivität im Leistungsumrichtersystem reduziert.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Leistungsumrichtersystem gelöst, das die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 umfasst. Das erfindungsgemäße Leistungsumrichtersystem besteht aus einem
Halbleiterleistungsmodul und einem Kondensatormodul. Das Kondensatormodul umfasst eine Platine, die mehrere Kondensatoren trägt, von denen jeder Powerkontakte aufweist. Das Kondensatormodul ist erfindungsgemäß derart ausgestaltet, dass auf einer Oberseite der Platine und einer Unterseite der Platine jeweils mehrere Kondensatoren angeordnet sind.
Durch die Anordnung der Kondensatoren auf der Oberseite und der Unterseite der Platine (Printed Circuit Board), kann der Abstand zwischen den Kondensatoren und den Halbleiterschaltelementen optimiert bzw. minimiert werden, was folglich die Schleifeninduktivität reduziert. Ferner können mittels der Erfindung mehr Kondensatoren auf der gleichen Fläche der Platine angeordnet werden.
Die Kondensatoren sind auf der Oberseite der Platine und der Unterseite der Platine derart angeordnet, dass die Powerkontakte der Kondensatoren von der Oberseite aus bzw. von der Unterseite der Platine aus zugänglich sind. Es sind somit die Powerkontakte der Kondensatoren auf der Oberseite der Platine von der Unterseite der Platine aus frei zugänglich. Die Powerkontakte der Kondensatoren auf der Unterseite der Platine sind von der Oberseite der Platine aus frei zugänglich.
Erfindungsgemäß sind die Kondensatoren paarweise derart auf der Platine angeordnet, dass ein Kondensator auf der Unterseite der Platine gegenüber dem zugeordneten Kondensator auf der Oberseite der Platine derart gedreht ist, dass die Powerkontakte der Kondensatoren auf der Unterseite der Platine von der Oberseite der Platine und die Powerkontakte der Kondensatoren auf der Oberseite der Platine von der Unterseite der Platine frei zugänglich sind.
Gemäß einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform sind die Kondensatoren derart paarweise auf der Platine angeordnet, dass ein Kondensator auf der Oberseite der Platine mit einem ihm zugeordneten Kondensator auf der Unterseite der Platine zusammen ein Kreuz bilden. Bevorzugt ist das Kreuz ein gleichschenkliges Kreuz. Gemäß einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfindung können die Kreuze, die aus einem Kondensator der Oberseite der Platine und aus einem Kondensator der Unterseite der Platine bestehen, gleichverteilt und unverzahnt angeordnet sein.
Gemäß einer anderen vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfindung können die Kreuze, die aus einem Kondensator der Oberseite der Platine und einem Kondensator der Unterseite der Platine bestehen, verzahnt angeordnet sein.
Die Kondensatoren des Kondensatormoduls können vier Powerkontakte besitzen, die jeweils paarweise unter einem Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind, der kleiner ist als die Längenausdehnung (Länge) des Kondensators. Die Kondensatoren des Kondensatormoduls können zwei Powerkontakte besitzen, die unter einem Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind, der kleiner ist als die Längenausdehnung (Länge) des Kondensators. Bevorzugt können die Kondensatoren eine quaderförmige Form besitzen. Die quaderförmige Gestalt der Kondensatoren hat den Vorteil, dass dadurch die Ausnutzung des Raums an der Oberseite und der Unterseite der Platine optimiert ist. Durch die Platzierung der Kondensatoren auf beiden Seiten der Platine ist es möglich, dass die Kondensatoren optimal platziert werden. Dadurch ist es möglich, dass pro Flächeneinheit der Platine die Anzahl der Kondensatoren bzw. der verfügbaren Kapazität erhöht werden kann.
Ebenso kann durch die Anordnung der Kondensatoren auf den beiden Seiten der Platine der Abstand zwischen den Kondensatoren und den Halbleiterschaltelementen reduziert werden. Dies ermöglicht eine Optimierung der elektromagnetischen Verträglichkeit und der Leistungsverluste durch die Schaltelemente, was die Effizienz des Leistungsumrichtersystems erhöht.
Anhand der beigefügten Zeichnungen werden nun die Erfindung und ihre Vorteile durch Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert, ohne dadurch die Erfindung auf das gezeigte Ausführungsbeispiel zu beschränken. Die Größenverhältnisse in den Figuren entsprechen nicht immer den realen Größenverhältnissen, da einige Formen vereinfacht und andere Formen zur besseren Veranschaulichung vergrößert im Verhältnis zu anderen Elementen dargestellt sind.
Figur 1 zeigt schematisch eine Draufsicht auf ein Leistungsumrichtersystem des Standes der Technik.
Figur 2 zeigt schematisch eine Seitenansicht des aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Leistungsumrichtersystems aus Fig. 1 .
Figur 3 zeigt schematisch eine Draufsicht auf ein Leistungsumrichtersystem gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung.
Figur 4 zeigt schematisch eine Seitenansicht des Leistungsumrichtersystems der in Fig. 3 gezeigten Ausführungsform. Figur 5 zeigt schematisch eine Draufsicht auf ein Leistungsumrichtersystem gemäß einerweiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung.
Figur 6 zeigt schematisch eine Seitenansicht des Leistungsumrichtersystems der in Fig. 5 gezeigten Ausführungsform.
Figur 7 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht eines 4-poligen Kondensators. Figur 8 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht eines 2-poligen Kondensators.
Für gleiche oder gleich wirkende Elemente der Erfindung werden identische Bezugszeichen verwendet. Ferner werden der Übersicht halber nur Bezugszeichen in den einzelnen Figuren dargestellt, die für die Beschreibung der jeweiligen Figur erforderlich sind. Die Figuren stellen lediglich Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung dar, ohne jedoch die Erfindung auf die dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele zu beschränken.
Figur 1 zeigt schematisch eine Draufsicht auf ein Leistungsumrichtersystem 1 des Standes der Technik und Figur 2 zeigt hierzu schematisch eine Seitenansicht des Leistungsumrichtersystems 1 aus Fig. 1. Das Leistungsumrichtersystem 1 besteht aus einem Halbleiterleistungsmodul 2 und einem Kondensatormodul 3. Das Halbleiterleistungsmodul 2 umfasst mehrere Halbleiterschaltelemente 4. Das Kondensatormodul 3 trägt auf einer Platine 7 auf einer Seite mehrere Kondensatoren 5. Das Halbleiterleistungsmodul 2 und das Kondensatormodul 3 sind elektrisch leitend miteinander verbunden.
Jeder der Kondensatoren 5 ist mit vier Powerkontakten 10 versehen. Die Kondensatoren 5 sind in einer regelmäßigen Matrixanordnung auf der Platine 7 angeordnet. Die Powerkontakte 10 der Kondensatoren 5 greifen durch die Platine 7 hindurch, um auf der Unterseite 7U der Platine 7 verlötet zu werden.
Figur 3 zeigt schematisch eine Draufsicht auf ein Leistungsumrichtersystem 1 gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung. Figur 4 zeigt schematisch eine Seitenansicht des Leistungsumrichtersystems 1 der in Fig. 3 gezeigten Ausführungsform. Die Kondensatoren 5 des Kondensatormoduls 3 sind auf der Oberseite 70 und der Unterseite 7U der Platine 7 des Kondensatormoduls 3 angeordnet. Bei der in Fig. 3 gezeigten Ansicht sind die auf der Unterseite 7U (siehe Fig. 4) der Platine 7 angeordneten Kondensatoren 5 gestrichelt dargestellt. Bei der hier gezeigten Ausführungsform besitzt jeder der Kondensatoren 5 vier Powerkontakte 10, die jeweils paarweise mit einem Abstand A voneinander beabstandet sind.
Aus der Darstellung der Ausführungsform der Fig. 3 in der seitlichen Ansicht (Fig. 4) ist die Anordnung der Kondensatoren 5 auf der Oberseite 70 und der Unterseite 7U der Platine zu erkennen. Die Powerkontakte 10 der Kondensatoren 5 auf der Oberseite 70 der Platine 7 greifen durch die Platine 7 und sind von der Unterseite 7U der Platine 7 aus zugänglich. Analog dazu greifen die Powerkontakte 10 der Kondensatoren 5 auf der Unterseite 7U der Platine 7 durch die Platine 7 und sind von der Oberseite 70 der Platine 7 aus zugänglich. Dadurch ist es möglich, dass die Powerkontakte 10 für das Verlöten der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung der Kondensatoren 5 von der Oberseite 70 bzw. von der Unterseite 7U der Platine 7 zugänglich sind.
Die Zugänglichkeit der Powerkontakte 10 von der Oberseite 70 bzw. der Unterseite 7U aus wird durch eine geeignete Orientierung der Kondensatoren 5 an der Oberseite 70 bzw. von der Unterseite 7U erreicht. Wie aus den Darstellungen der Fign. 3 und 4 ersichtlich ist, sind die Kondensatoren 5 paarweise angeordnet. Es ist also jedem Kondensator 5 der Oberseite 70 der Platine 7 ein Kondensator der Unterseite 7U der Platine 7 zugeordnet. Die paarweise Anordnung auf der Platine 7 (Oberseite 70 und Unterseite 7U) ist derart, dass ein Kondensator 5 auf der Unterseite 7U der Platine 7 gegenüber dem zugeordneten Kondensator 5 auf der Oberseite 70 der Platine 7 derart gedreht ist, dass die Powerkontakte 10 der Kondensatoren 5 auf der Unterseite 7U der Platine 7 von der Oberseite 70 der Platine 7 aus zugänglich sind. Analog sind auch die Powerkontakte 10 der Kondensatoren 5 auf der Oberseite 70 der Platine 7 von der Unterseite 7U der Platine 7 aus frei zugänglich.
Die paarweise Anordnung der Kondensatoren 5 ist bevorzugt derart, dass je ein Kondensator 5 der Oberseite 70 der Platine 7 mit einem Kondensator 5 der Unterseite 7U der Platine 7 ein Kreuz 8 bildet. Da es sich bei den Kondensatoren 5 der Unterseite 7U und der Oberseite 70 um baugleiche Kondensatoren 5 handelt, sind folglich auch deren Powerkontakte 10 gleich angeordnet. Bei jedem der Kondensatoren 5 sind die Powerkontakte 10 paarweise unter einem Abstand A zueinander angeordnet.
Bei der in Figur 5 gezeigten Draufsicht auf das Leistungsumrichtersystem 1 sind die auf der Oberseite 70 der Platine 7 angeordneten Kondensatoren 5 mit durchgezogenen Linien dargestellt. Die auf der Unterseite 7U der Platine 7 angeordneten Kondensatoren 5 sind mit gestrichelten Linien dargestellt. Figur 6 zeigt eine Seitenansicht der in Fig. 5 gezeigten Anordnung der Kondensatoren 5 auf der Oberseite 70 und der Unterseite 7U der Platine 7. Wie bereits in der Beschreibung zu den Fign.3 und 4 erwähnt, sind auch in der durch die Fign. 5 und 6 dargestellten Ausführungsform die Kondensatoren 5 auf der Oberseite 70 und der Unterseite 7U der Platine 7 jeweils paarweise angeordnet. Die Anordnung bzw. Orientierung der Kondensatoren 5 auf der Oberseite 70 und der Unterseite 7U der Platine 7 ist derart, dass ein Kondensator 5 auf der Unterseite 7U der Platine 7 gegenüber dem zugeordneten Kondensator 5 auf der Oberseite 70 der Platine 7 gedreht ist. Dadurch sind die Powerkontakte 10 der Kondensatoren 5 auf der
Unterseite 7U der Platine 7 von der Oberseite 70 der Platine 7 aus und die Powerkontakte 10 der Kondensatoren 5 auf der Oberseite 70 der Platine 7 von der Unterseite 7U der Platine 7 aus zugänglich.
Bevorzugt bilden auch hier die paarweise auf der Oberseite 70 und der Unterseite 7U der Platine 7 angeordneten Kondensatoren 5 ein Kreuz 8. Besonders bevorzug ist das Kreuz 8 ein gleichschenkliges Kreuz.
Die Kondensatoren 5 der in Figuren 3 bis 6 beschriebenen Ausführungsformen sind baugleiche Kondensatoren 5. Bei jedem der Kondensatoren 5 sind die Powerkontakte 10 paarweise unter einem Abstand A zueinander angeordnet, wobei der Abstand A kleiner ist als eine Länge L der Kondensatoren 5. Durch die paarweise Anordnung der Kondensatoren 5 erzielt man die Zugänglichkeit der Powerkontakte 10 von der Unterseite 7U bzw. der Oberseite 70 der Platine 7.
Die durch die paarweise Anordnung der Kondensatoren 5 gebildeten Kreuze 8 können in unterschiedlicher Weise im Kondensatormodul 3 angeordnet werden. Fig 3 zeigt eine gleichverteilte und unverzahnte Anordnung der Kreuze 8, die jeweils aus einem
Kondensator 5 der Oberseite 70 der Platine 7 und einem Kondensator 5 der Unterseite 7U der Platine 7 bestehen. Fig. 5 zeigt eine verzahnte Anordnung der Kreuze 8, die jeweils aus einem Kondensator 5 der Oberseite 70 der Platine 7 und einem Kondensator 5 der Unterseite 7U der Platine 7 bestehen. Figur 7 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht einer möglichen Ausführungsform eines Kondensators 5, der bei der gegenwärtigen Erfindung Verwendung findet. Der Kondensator 5 besitzt eine Länge L und eine Breite B. Die hier dargestellte Ausführungsform des Kondensators 5 besitzt vier Powerkontakte 10, die paarweise in einem Abstand A zueinander angeordnet sind. Figur 8 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht einer weiteren möglichen Ausführungsform eines Kondensators 5. Der Kondensator 5 besitzt zwei Powerkontakte 10, die in einem Abstand A zueinander angeordnet sind.
Wie aus den Darstellungen der Fign. 7 und 8 ersichtlich ist, ist der Abstand der Powerkontakte 10 kleiner als die Länge L des Kondensators 5. Obwohl in der vorangegangenen Figurenbeschreibung ein quaderförmiger Kondensator 5 für die Beschreibung der Erfindung verwendet wird, soll dies nicht als eine Beschränkung der Erfindung aufgefasst werden. Unabhängig von der Form des beim
Leistungsumrichtersystem 1 verwendeten Kondensators 5, ist immer die Bedingung zu erfüllen, dass der Abstand der Powerkontakte 10 kleiner ist als die Länge L des Kondensators 5.
Es wird angenommen, dass die vorliegende Offenbarung und viele der darin erwähnten Vorteile durch die vorhergehende Beschreibung verständlich werden. Es ist offensichtlich, dass verschiedene Änderungen in Form, Konstruktion und Anordnung der Bauteile durchgeführt werden können, ohne von dem offenbarten Gegenstand abzuweichen. Die beschriebene Form ist lediglich erklärend, und es ist die Absicht der beigefügten Ansprüche, solche Änderungen zu umfassen und einzuschließen. Dementsprechend sollte der Umfang der Erfindung nur durch die beigefügten Ansprüche beschränkt sein.

Patentansprüche
1. Leistungsumrichtersystem (1) bestehend aus einem Halbleiterleistungsmodul (2), das mindestens ein Halbleiterschaltelement (4) aufweist und einem Kondensatormodul (3), das eine Platine (7) umfasst, die mehrere Kondensatoren
(5) trägt, von denen jeder Powerkontakte (10) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
- dass auf einer Oberseite (70) der Platine (7) und einer Unterseite (7U) der Platine (7) jeweils mindestens einen Kondensator (5) angeordnet sind. 2. Leistungsumrichtersystem (1) nach Anspruch 1 , wobei die Kondensatoren (5) auf der Oberseite (70) der Platine (7) und die Kondensatoren (5) auf der Unterseite (7U) der Platine (7) derart angeordnet sind, dass die Powerkontakte (10) der Kondensatoren (5) auf der Oberseite (70) der Platine (7) von der Unterseite (7U) der Platine (7) frei zugänglich sind und die Powerkontakte (10) der Kondensatoren (5) auf der Unterseite (7U) der Platine (7) von der Oberseite (70) der Platine (7) frei zugänglich sind.
3. Leistungsumrichtersystem (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Kondensatoren (5) paarweise derart auf der Platine (7) angeordnet sind und ein Kondensator (5) auf der Unterseite (7U) der Platine (7) gegenüber dem zugeordneten Kondensator (5) auf der Oberseite (70) der Platine (7) derart gedreht ist, dass die Powerkontakte
(10) der Kondensatoren (5) auf der Unterseite (7U) der Platine (7) von der Oberseite (70) der Platine (7) und die Powerkontakte (10) der Kondensatoren (5) auf der Oberseite (70) der Platine (7) von der Unterseite (7U) der Platine (7) frei zugänglich sind. 4. Leistungsumrichtersystem (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 2 - 3, wobei die Kondensatoren (5) derart paarweise auf der Platine (7) angeordnet sind, dass ein Kondensator (5) auf der Oberseite (70) der Platine (7) mit einem ihm
zugeordneten Kondensator (5) auf Unterseite (7U) der Platine (7) zusammen ein Kreuz (8) bilden.
5. Leistungsumrichtersystem (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Kreuz (8) ein gleichschenkliges Kreuz ist. 6 Leistungsumrichtersystem (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 - 5, wobei die Kreuze
(8) aus einem Kondensator (5) der Oberseite (70) der Platine (7) und einem Kondensator (5) der Unterseite (7U) der Platine (7) gleichverteilt und unverzahnt angeordnet sind.
7 Leistungsumrichtersystem (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 - 5, wobei die Kreuze (8) aus einem Kondensator (5) der Oberseite (70) der Platine (7) und einem
Kondensator (5) der Unterseite (7U) der Platine (7) verzahnt angeordnet sind.
8. Leistungsumrichtersystem (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Kondensatoren (5) vier Powerkontakte (10) besitzen, die jeweils paarweise unter einem Abstand (A) zueinander angeordnet sind. 9. Leistungsumrichtersystem (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 -7, wobei die Kondensatoren (5) zwei Powerkontakte (10) besitzen, die unter einem Abstand (A) zueinander angeordnet sind.
