根据至少一项填写信息的匹配结果,确定非合格档案文件,对非合格档案文件进行标识,从而能够在多个档案文件中区分非合格档案文件,确定非合格档案文件的档案编号,输出对应于档案编号的提示信息,从而能够及时提醒工作人员或用户对非合格档案文件进行处理,进而有利于提高档案文件的数据质量。
在上述实施例中,档案信息包括:个人信息、时间信息、支付信息和疾病信息。
在该实施例中,档案信息中包括个人信息、时间信息、支付信息和疾病信息,使得档案信息包含内容较多,从而能够更加全面的体现用户的各方面信息,有利于对用户信息进行全面的统计。
个人信息包括:健康档案编码、户籍地址、常住类型。
时间信息包括:建档日期、出生日期、既往史疾病确诊时间。
支付信息包括:医疗费用支付方式、医疗费用支付方式其他。
疾病信息包括:遗传病史、遗传病史疾病名称、残疾情况、残疾情况其他残疾、既往史疾病、既往史疾病恶性肿瘤、既往史疾病职业病、既往史手术、既往史手术名称、既往史外伤、既往外伤名称、既往史输血、既往输血原因、家族史、家族史其他、药物过敏史、药物过敏史其他。
在上述实施例中,本实施例提供的档案质量评估方法,如图4所示,包括:
步骤S402,获取至少一份档案文件中的每份档案文件的至少一项填写信息。
步骤S404,将至少一项填写信息的信息格式替换为预定格式。
步骤S406,判断填写信息是否为空白项,其中,填写信息为第一特征信息,若填写信息为空白项,则执行步骤S406,若填写信息不为空白项,则执行步骤S408。
步骤S408,确定填写信息符合预设匹配条件。
步骤S410,确定至少一份档案文件中任一档案文件的至少一项填写信息与预设匹配条件的匹配数量。
步骤S412,判断匹配数量是否大于或等于预设值,若匹配数量大于或等于预设值,则执行步骤S414,若匹配数量小于预设值,则执行步骤S410。
步骤S414,确定任一档案文件为合格的档案文件。
步骤S416,确定至少一份档案文件中合格的档案文件数量。
在该实施例中,在填写信息为第一特征信息时,确定至少一项填写信息与预设匹配条件是否匹配的方式为判断填写信息是否为空白项,在填写信息为非空白项,即填写信息处填写有内容时,即确定该填写信息符合预设匹配条件,在填写信息为空白项,即填写信息处未填写有内容,即确定该填写信息不符合预设匹配条件,实现了对至少一项填写信息与预设匹配条件的匹配过程。
第一特征信息包括:健康档案编码、医疗费用支付方式其他、遗传病史疾病名称、残疾情况其他残疾、既往史疾病确诊时间、既往史疾病恶性肿瘤、既往史疾病职业病、既往史手术名称、既往外伤名称、既往输血原因、家族史其他、药物过敏史其他。
在上述实施例中,本实施例提供的档案质量评估方法,如图5所示,包括:
步骤S502,获取至少一份档案文件中的每份档案文件的至少一项填写信息。
步骤S504,将至少一项填写信息的信息格式替换为预定格式。
步骤S506,判断填写信息是否为预设填写信息,其中,填写信息为第二特征信息,若填写信息为预设填写信息,则执行步骤S508,若填写信息不为预设填写信息,则执行步骤S506。
步骤S508,确定填写信息符合预设匹配条件。
步骤S510,确定至少一份档案文件中任一档案文件的至少一项填写信息与预设匹配条件的匹配数量。
步骤S512,判断匹配数量是否大于或等于预设值,若匹配数量大于或等于预设值,则执行步骤S514,若匹配数量小于预设值,则执行步骤S510。
步骤S514,确定任一档案文件为合格的档案文件。
步骤S516,确定至少一份档案文件中合格的档案文件数量。
在该实施例中,在填写信息为第二特征信息时,确定至少一项填写信息与预设匹配条件的是否匹配的方式为确定填写信息是否为预设填写信息,在填写信息为预设填写信息时,即确定该填写信息符合预设匹配条件,在填写信息不是预设填写信息时,即确定该填写信息不符合预设匹配条件,实现了对至少一项填写信息与预设匹配条件的匹配过程。
第二特征信息包括:建档日期、出生日期、户籍地址、常住类型、医疗费用支付方式、遗传病史、残疾情况、既往史疾病、既往史手术、既往史外伤、既往史输血、家族史、药物过敏史。
将填写信息分为第一特征信息和第二特征信息,通过对第一特征信息和第二特征信息限定了不同的判断条件,从而能够更加准确地实现填写信息与预设匹配条件的匹配过程,提高至少一项填写信息与预设匹配条件的匹配准确率,进而提高对档案质量的评估准确度。
一实施例中,针对健康档案中的个人基本信息的“医疗费用支付方式”数据项计算r1,判断“医疗费用支付方式”取值是否为“8”,如果“医疗费用支付方式”取值不为“8”,则r1=1,如果“医疗费用支付方式”取值为“8”,则获取“医疗费用支付方式其他”数据项,判断“医疗费用支付方式其他”取值是否为空,如果“医疗费用支付方式其他”取值为空,则r1=0,如果“医疗费用支付方式其他”取值不为空,则r1=1。例如,“医疗费用支付方式”取值为2,则r1=1。
针对健康档案中的个人基本信息的“遗传病史”数据项计算r2,判断“遗传病史”取值是否为“2”,如果“遗传病史”取值不为“2”,则r2=1,如果 “遗传病史”取值为“2”,则获取“遗传病史疾病名称”数据项,判断“遗传病史疾病名称”取值是否为空,如果“遗传病史疾病名称”取值为空,则r2=0,如果遗传病史疾病名称”取值不为空,则r2=1。例如,“遗传病史”取值为2,“遗传病史疾病名称”取值为空,则r2=0。
针对健康档案中的个人基本信息的“出生日期”数据项计算r3,判断“出生日期”取值是否早于“建档日期”,如果“出生日期”取值早于“建档日期”,则r3=0,如果“出生日期”取值不早于“建档日期”,则r3=1。例如,“出生日期”为“1990-12-12”早于“建档日期”“2019-5-11”,则r3=1。
针对健康档案中的个人基本信息的“常住类型”数据项计算r4,如果户籍地址的“行政区划编码”和健康档案编号的“行政区划编码”相同,判断“常住类型”数据项的取值,如果“常住类型”取值为1,则r4=1,如果“常住类型”取值不为1,则r4=0,如果户籍地址的“行政区划编码”和健康档案编号的“行政区划编码”不同,判断“常住类型”数据项的取值,如果“常住类型”取值为2,则r4=1,如果“常住类型”取值不为21,则r4=0。例如,户籍地址的“行政区划编码”取值为“440309”,健康档案编号的“行政区划编码”取值为“440309”,“常住类型”取值为2,则r4=0。
针对健康档案中的个人基本信息的“残疾情况”数据项计算r5,判断“残疾情况”取值是否为“8”,如果“残疾情况”取值不为“8”,则r5=1,如果“残疾情况”取值为“8”,则获取“残疾情况其他残疾”数据项,判断“残疾情况其他残疾”取值是否为空,如果“残疾情况其他残疾”取值为空,则r5=0,如果“残疾情况其他残疾”取值不为空,则r5=1。例如,“残疾情况”取值为1,则r5=1。
针对健康档案中的个人基本信息的“既往史疾病”数据项计算r6,如果“既往史疾病”数据项取值为“1”,则r6=1,如果“既往史疾病”数据项取值不为“1”,则获取“既往史疾病确诊时间”数据项,判断“既往史疾病确诊时间”取值是否为空,如果“既往史疾病确诊时间”取值为空,则r6=0,如果“既往史疾病确诊时间”取值不为空,则r6=1,如果“既往史疾病”取值为“6”,则获取“既往史疾病恶性肿瘤”数据项,判断“既往史疾病恶性肿瘤”取值是否为空,如果“既往史疾病恶性肿瘤”取值为空,则r6=0,如果“既往史疾病恶性肿瘤”取值不为空,则r6=1,如果“既往史疾病”数据项取值为“12”,则获取“既往史疾病职业病”数据项,判断“既往史疾病职业病”取值是否为空,如果“既往史疾病职业病”取值为空,则r6=0,如果“既往史疾病职业病”取值不为空,则r6=1。例如,“既往史疾病”取值为1,则r6=1。
针对健康档案中的个人基本信息的“既往史手术”数据项计算r7,判断“既 往史手术”取值是否为“2”,如果“既往史手术”取值不为“2”,则r7=1,如果“既往史手术”取值为“2”,则获取“既往史手术名称”数据项,判断“既往史手术名称”取值是否为空,如果“既往史手术名称”取值为空,则r7=0,如果“既往史手术名称”取值不为空,则r7=1。例如,“既往史手术”取值为1,则r7=1。
针对健康档案中的个人基本信息的“既往史外伤”数据项计算r8,判断“既往史外伤”取值是否为“2”,如果“既往史外伤”取值不为“2”,则r8=1,如果“既往史外伤”取值为“2”,则获取“既往外伤名称”数据项,判断“既往外伤名称”取值是否为空,如果“既往外伤名称”取值为空,则r8=0,如果“既往外伤名称”取值不为空,则r8=1。例如,“既往史外伤”取值为1,则r8=1。
针对健康档案中的个人基本信息的“既往史输血”数据项计算r9,判断“既往史输血”取值是否为“2”,如果“既往史输血”取值不为“2”,则r9=1,如果“既往史输血”取值为“2”,则获取“既往输血原因”数据项,判断“既往输血原因”取值是否为空,如果“既往输血原因”取值为空,则r9=0,如果“既往输血原因”取值不为空则,则r9=1。例如,“既往史输血”取值为1,则r9=1。
针对健康档案中的个人基本信息的“家族史”数据项计算r10,判断“家族史”取值是否为“12”,如果“家族史”取值不为“12”,则r10=1,如果“家族史”取值为“12”,则获取“家族史其他”数据项,判断“家族史其他”取值是否为空,如果“家族史其他”取值为空,则r10=0,如果“家族史其他”取值不为空,则r10=1。例如,“家族史”取值为1,则r10=1。
针对健康档案中的个人基本信息的“药物过敏史”数据项计算r11,判断“药物过敏史”取值是否为“5”,如果“药物过敏史”取值不为“5”,则r11=1,如果“药物过敏史”取值为“5”,则获取“药物过敏史其他”数据项,判断“药物过敏史其他”取值是否为空,如果“药物过敏史其他”取值为空,则r11=0,如果“药物过敏史其他”取值不为空,则r11=1。例如,“药物过敏史”取值为1,则r11=1。
计算r=r1×r2×r3×r4×r5×r6×r7×r8×r9×r10×r11,如果r=1,则记为合格的健康档案,如果r=0,则记为不合格的健康档案,例如,r=1×0×1×0×1×1×1×1×1×1×1=0,记为不合格的健康档案。
最后统计合格的健康档案的总数。例如合格的健康档案总数为96。
在上述实施例中,本实施例提供的档案质量评估方法,如图6所示,包括:
步骤S602,通过数据接口下载至少一份档案文件。
步骤S604,获取至少一份档案文件中的每份档案文件的至少一项填写信息。
步骤S606,将至少一项填写信息的信息格式替换为预定格式。
步骤S608,确定每份档案文件的至少一项填写信息与预设匹配条件的匹配结果。
步骤S610,确定至少一份档案文件中任一档案文件的至少一项填写信息与预设匹配条件的匹配数量。
步骤S612,判断匹配数量是否大于或等于预设值,若匹配数量大于或等于预设值,则执行步骤S614,若匹配数量小于预设值,则执行步骤S610。
步骤S614,确定任一档案文件为合格的档案文件。
步骤S616,确定至少一份档案文件中合格的档案文件数量。
在该实施例中,通过数据接口下载至少一份档案文件,实现了对至少一份档案文件的获取过程,从而能够对至少一份档案文件的档案质量进行评估。
在上述实施例中,本实施例提供的档案质量评估方法,如图7所示,包括:
步骤S702,确定数据接口的接口类型。
步骤S704,根据接口类型确定档案文件的种类。
步骤S706,根据档案文件的种类下载至少一份档案文件。
步骤S708,获取至少一份档案文件中的每份档案文件的至少一项填写信息。
步骤S710,将至少一项填写信息的信息格式替换为预定格式。
步骤S712,确定每份档案文件的至少一项填写信息与预设匹配条件的匹配结果。
步骤S714,确定至少一份档案文件中任一档案文件的至少一项填写信息与预设匹配条件的匹配数量。
步骤S716,判断匹配数量是否大于或等于预设值,若匹配数量大于或等于预设值,则执行步骤S718,若匹配数量小于预设值,则执行步骤S714。
步骤S718,确定任一档案文件为合格的档案文件。
步骤S720,确定至少一份档案文件中合格的档案文件数量。
在该实施例中,在下载至少一份档案文件之前,确定数据接口的接口类型,根据接口类型确定档案文件的种类,需要对不同种类的档案文件进行数据质量评估时,不同的数据接口对应不同的档案文件种类,例如需要评估居民健康档 案时,在对应于居民健康档案的数据接口下载居民健康档案文件,实现对居民健康档案文件的获取。
根据本申请的实施例,提供了一种档案质量评估装置,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如上述任一实施例限定的档案质量评估方法,该档案质量评估装置具有上述任一实施例的档案质量评估方法所具有的效果,在此不再赘述。
根据本申请的实施例,提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质上存储有档案质量评估程序,档案质量评估程序被处理器执行时实现如上述任一实施例中的档案质量评估方法。
在本申请中,术语“多个”则指两个或两个以上,除非另有明确的限定。术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语均应做广义理解,例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;“相连”可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的含义。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种档案质量评估方法,包括:
    响应档案调用请求,在档案数据库中确定所述档案调用请求所对应的至少一份档案文件;
    确定对应于所述至少一份档案文件的匹配指令;
    根据所述匹配指令确定所述至少一份档案文件中的合格档案文件数量。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述匹配指令确定所述至少一份档案文件中的合格档案文件数量,包括:
    确定所述匹配指令中的预设匹配条件;
    获取所述至少一份档案文件中的每份档案文件的至少一项填写信息;
    根据所述预设匹配条件确定所述至少一项填写信息的匹配结果;
    根据所述匹配结果确定所述至少一份档案文件中的合格档案文件数量。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,还包括:
    根据所述至少一项填写信息的匹配结果,确定非合格档案文件;
    标记所述非合格档案文件,确定所述非合格档案文件的档案编号;
    输出对应于所述档案编号的提示信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述档案文件中的档案信息包括:个人信息、时间信息、支付信息和疾病信息。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,在所述填写信息为第一特征信息的情况下,所述根据所述预设匹配条件确定所述至少一项填写信息的匹配结果,包括:
    在所述第一特征信息为空白项的情况下,确定所述第一特征信息不符合所述预设匹配条件;
    在所述第一特征信息为非空白项的情况下,确定所述第一特征信息符合所述预设匹配条件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,在所述填写信息为第二特征信息的情况下,所述根据所述预设匹配条件确定所述至少一项填写信息的匹配结果,包括:
    根据所述第二特征信息是否为预设填写信息,确定所述匹配结果。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,在所述在档案数据库中确定所述档案调用请求所对应的至少一份档案文件之后,还包括:
    通过数据接口下载所述至少一份档案文件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,所述通过数据接口下载所述至少一份档案文件,包括:
    确定所述数据接口的接口类型;
    根据所述接口类型确定所述档案文件的种类;
    根据所述档案文件的种类下载所述至少一份档案文件。
  9. 一种档案质量评估装置,包括:
    存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序;
    所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的档案质量评估方法。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有档案质量评估程序,所述档案质量评估程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的档案质量评估方法。
