本发明涉及锅炉技术领域,具体为一种固定稳定的锅炉用加固装置。
背景技术
锅炉是一种能量转换设备,现有的锅炉一般是焊接在支架上的,然后通过固定支架对锅炉进行安装,然而单一的焊接方式长时间使用容易损坏,影响锅炉固定的稳定性,并且无法将锅炉从支架上拆下来,导致拆卸锅炉时需要将支架也拆下来,增加了锅炉的占用空间,不方便进行携带,为此,我们提出一种固定稳定的锅炉用加固装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种固定稳定的锅炉用加固装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种固定稳定的锅炉用加固装置,包括底座,底座顶部中央外壁对称设置有两组弹性座,弹性座顶部外壁与安装座连接,两组安装座顶部外壁设置有锅炉本体,安装座顶部中央外壁开设有安装槽,安装槽底部内壁设置有弹簧,弹簧顶端与压杆连接,压杆顶端延伸至安装座的顶部外壁并与锅炉本体底部外壁相贴合,压杆前后两侧底部外壁均设置有拉杆,安装座顶部前后两侧外壁均设置有吸盘,吸盘顶部外壁与锅炉本体底部相贴合,安装座顶部前后两侧外壁均开设有密封槽,吸盘底部外壁开设有孔洞,孔洞位于密封槽的正上方,密封槽内腔设置有塞板,塞板底部外壁与导向杆连接,导向杆底端延伸至安装槽的内腔,且两组导向杆底端分别与两组拉杆顶部外壁连接,底座顶部左右两侧外壁均设置有套管,两组套管相互远离的一侧外壁均螺接有螺纹杆,螺纹杆靠近锅炉本体的一端贯穿套管,两组螺纹杆相互靠近的一端均设置有夹板,两组夹板相互靠近的一侧外壁与锅炉本体左右两侧外壁相贴合。
优选的,安装座后侧外壁与固定带连接,固定带远离安装座的一端与固定块连接,固定块后侧外壁设置有卡块,安装座前侧外壁开设有与卡块相匹配的卡槽,卡块后端插接在卡槽的内腔,锅炉本体位于固定带的下方。
优选的,夹板底部外壁与滑块连接,底座顶部左右两侧外壁均开设有滑槽,滑块底端插接在滑槽的内腔,两组滑块相互远离的一侧外壁均设置有支撑弹簧,两组支撑弹簧相互远离的一端与两组滑槽相互远离的一侧内壁连接。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:装置中通过锅炉本体将压杆压下去,使拉杆带着导向杆和塞板下移,使塞板顶部的空间增加,增加吸盘吸附锅炉本体的稳定性,使锅炉本体不会上下移动,并且拧动螺纹杆,使两组夹板相互靠拢,从左右将锅炉本体固定住,进一步提高锅炉本体固定的稳定性,确保锅炉本体在使用时不会发生移动,不需要通过焊接的方式将支架与锅炉本体进行焊接,保证锅炉本体可以单独进行拆卸,减小锅炉本体的占用空间,也降低安装锅炉本体的难度。

夹板17与螺纹杆16的连接部位开设有转动槽,螺纹杆16靠近锅炉本体4一端插接在转动槽的内腔,转动槽与螺纹杆16的连接部位均匀设置有滚珠,减小螺纹杆16转动时对夹板17造成损坏,增加夹板17的使用寿命;
弹性座2底部设置有移动块,底座1顶部中央外壁开设有移动槽,移动块底端插接在移动槽的内腔中,使弹性座2与安装座3的位置可以根据需求进行调节,使装置可以安装不同大小的锅炉本体4。
工作原理:安装时,将锅炉本体4放到安装座3的上方,锅炉本体4将压杆7压入到安装槽5中,使拉杆8带着导向杆12和塞板11向下移动,使塞板11顶部的空间增加,提高吸盘10与锅炉本体4之间连接稳定性,使锅炉本体4不会上下移动,然后拧动螺纹杆16,使两组夹板17相互靠拢,从左右将锅炉本体4固定住,进一步提高锅炉本体4固定的稳定性,确保锅炉本体4在使用时不会发生移动,不需要通过焊接的方式将支架与锅炉本体4进行焊接,保证锅炉本体4可以单独进行拆卸,减小锅炉本体4的占用空间,也降低安装锅炉本体4的难度,同时改变两组夹板17之间的间距,使装置可以固定不同大小的锅炉本体4,增加装置的实用性。
