Abstract
L'invention concerne une composition à faible odeur de caoutchouc de carcasse en semi-acier. Les constituants de matière première correspondants comprennent, en parties en poids : 55-100 parties de caoutchouc naturel SCR 5, 1-45 parties d'un matériau copolymère de styrène et de butadiène, 20-80 parties d'une charge de renforcement, 2-30 parties d'une huile hydrocarbonée aromatique respectueuse de l'environnement, 1-8 parties de soufre et 0,5-3,5 parties d'un accélérateur. Par l'utilisation du caoutchouc naturel 5, qui présente moins d'impuretés et une odeur moindre, au lieu d'un caoutchouc naturel et d'un mélange de caoutchouc synthétique présentant une odeur plus lourde et en outre par l'utilisation d'un accélérateur de sulfénamide CBS, qui présente une odeur moindre, au lieu de l'accélérateur TBBS, la composition de caoutchouc présente une faible odeur.
