Abstract

Procédé de traitement de données de traitement et de diagnostic intelligent, dispositif, appareil et support de stockage lisible par ordinateur, se rapportant à l'intelligence artificielle et à la médecine numérique, à utiliser dans le domaine de la médecine intelligente dans des villes intelligentes. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à extraire, d'une base de données de modèles de cas, un modèle de cas départemental prédéfini correspondant à des informations de consultation de pré-diagnostic acquises ; à démarrer des instructions de consultation personnelle de patient associées à l'avance au modèle de cas départemental prédéfini ; à charger des informations de réponse à l'instruction de consultation personnelle de patient dans le modèle de cas de pré-diagnostic départemental prédéfini, pour générer un cas de pré-diagnostic structuré ; à charger un résultat de diagnostic provenant d'un médecin dans le cas de pré-diagnostic structuré afin de générer un cas électronique de patient externe ; et, en fonction d'un grade de maladie du patient dans le cas électronique de patient externe, et selon une règle de suivi prédéfinie, à assurer le suivi du patient correspondant au cas électronique de patient externe. Le procédé permet de résoudre les problèmes de faible efficacité de communication entre médecins et patients, des charges de travail importantes pour les médecins, et des mauvais résultats de suivi après le diagnostic, de l'état de la technique.
