首先,对本申请的应用场景进行说明,本申请可以应用于会议预约的场景,在该场景中,用户可以通过某个会议室门口的会议门牌查看该某个会议室门口的会议预约情况,以便根据会议预约情况对该会议室进行预约。比如用户可以查看该会议室的已预约时间段,然后可以根据已预约时间段确定空闲时间段,接着从空闲时间段中选择满足用户需求的一个时间段以进行预约。
下面结合具体实施例对本申请进行详细说明。
图1为本申请实施例示出的一种会议门牌管理系统,如图1所示,会议门牌管理系统包括:服务器11和会议门牌12,该会议门牌12包括显示屏,该会议门牌12可以是与该服务器11对应的会议门牌。
可以理解的是,服务器11,用于定时获取目标会议室的会议预约信息,根据会议预约信息生成待展示信息,发送待展示信息,并且在接收到目标会议室的任务更新指令时,发送任务更新指令,该任务更新指令用于更新待展示信息。
会议门牌12,用于接收待展示信息,并展示待展示信息。
会议门牌12,用于接收任务更新指令,并基于任务更新指令更新待展示信息。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的会议门牌管理系统,通过服务器定时向会议门牌发送展示信息,并由服务器来对会议门牌的展示信息进行更新,实现了服务器对于会议门牌的管理。该服务器可以在定时获取会议预约信息的同时,还可以在目标会议室的会议预约信息发生变更时接收目标会议室的任务更新指令,并发送该任务更新指令,以便该会议门牌根据该任务更新指令对待展示信息进行更新,无需服务器实时重新生成待展示信息,减少了信息处理量。

在一种实施例中,每个会议室可以分别设置一个或多个会议门牌;在另一种实施例中,为了降低成本,若干个相邻的会议室可以共用一个会议门牌,本申请对此不做限制。
可选地,服务器11可以直接向会议门牌12发送数据,也可以由其他设备中转的方式,来向会议门牌12发送数据。在本申请的可选实施例中,如图1所示,会议门牌管理系统还包括:无线刷新设备13,无线刷新设备13与服务器11之间能够建立无线连接,无线刷新设备13的信号范围覆盖会议门牌12。
可选地,服务器11,还用于向无线刷新设备13发送目标门牌标识;无线刷新设备13,用于接收服务器11发送的待展示信息和目标门牌标识,以及根据目标门牌标识发送待展示信息,并且在接收到服务器发送的任务更新指令时,发送任务更新指令。这样,会议门牌12,用于接收无线刷新设备13发送的待展示信息,以及展示待展示信息,并在接收到任务更新指令时,更新待展示信息。
在本申请实施例中,无线刷新设备可能覆盖多个会议室设置的会议门牌,所以本申请实施例中,服务器可以根据目标门牌标识确定需要发送的会议门牌,进而向确定的会议门牌发送该待展示信息,提高了信息的传输准确率。
其中,无线刷新设备采用特定协议向会议门牌发送待展示信息,该特定协议可以为蓝牙私有协议或者2.4GHz私有协议,当然,该特定协议还可以为其他能够保证信息传输安全性的协议,本申请对此不做限制。
其中,服务器可以通过但不限于以下方式获取目标会议室的会议预约信息:
方式一、会议门牌12显示有会议预约码,该会议预约码包括二维码和会议室电子标签中的至少一种。该情况下,当会议预约码用于跳转至会议门牌管理系统的第一会议预约页面时,服务器,还用于通过会议预约码接收目标会议室的会议预约消息;上述会议预约信息可以包括预约时间段、预约人、联系方式以及目标会议室对应的目标门牌标识(比如门牌号或者会议室名称等)中的至少一项。
可选地,服务器可以将不同会议室的会议预约信息分别进行存储,以便于服务器快速读取需要使用的目标会议室的会议预约信息。
方式二、本申请中的会议门牌管理系统可以支持与第三方会议预约系统对接,所以会议门牌管理系统具备兼容性。如图2所示,该图示出了一种会议门 牌管理系统与该第三方会议预约系统14之间的交互示意图。其中,第三方会议预约系统14可以包括会议预约系统141以及用户设备142,该会议门牌管理系统包括的服务器11可以与该第三方会议预约系统14连接。可选地,一种可选实施例中,用户可以在用户设备142上通过网络进行会议预约操作,以便用户设备142根据用户的会议预约操作生成会议预约信息,并将会议预约信息发送至会议预约系统141,从而会议预约系统141将会议预约信息发送至服务器11,以便服务器11可以存储该会议预约信息。另一种可选实施例中,会议门牌12显示有会议预约码;会议预约码包括二维码和会议室电子标签中的至少一种,当会议预约码用于跳转至第三方会议预约系统的第二会议预约页面时,服务器,还用于在第三方会议预约系统通过会议预约码接收到第二会议预约页面包括的目标会议室的预约指令,并根据目标会议室的预约指令生成会议预约消息后,接收第三方会议预约系统发送的会议预约消息。
综上,本申请中的目标会议室的会议预约信息可以为第三方会议预约系统14发送的会议预约信息。
示例性地,如图3所示,示出了一种会议预约页面的界面图,该会议预约页面可以为上述的第一会议预约页面或者第二会议预约页面。其中,该会议预约页面中可以包括会议名称、参会人数、联系人、联系方式、所属会议室、会议日期、会议时间、参会人等信息的选择功能。当然,还可根据实际需求对功能进行增删。
应理解,本申请中的第一调用接口与该第二调用接口可以理解为应用程序编程接口(application programming interface,API)。
可选地,对会议门牌的门牌标识进行更改可以理解为门牌标识的增加、删除、修改等。这样,当安装新的会议门牌时,增加该新的会议门牌的门牌标识;当拆除某个会议门牌时,删除该某个会议门牌的门牌标识;当某个会议门牌从第一会议室拆除,并安装至第二会议室时,可以将该某个会议门牌的门牌标识进行相应的修改。可见,如果会议门牌发生变更,可以通过第一调用接口对会议门牌的门牌标识进行更改。
另外,会议室的会议预约信息可能会发生更改。例如,用户可能本来预约了第一会议室的第一时间段,但是由于突发状况需要将预约第一会议室的第一时间段更改为预约第一会议室的第二时间段,所以需要对第一会议室的预约时间段进行修改;又如,用户可能预约了第一会议室的第一时间段,但临时需要 将预约第一会议室的第一时间段更改为预约第二会议室的第二时间段,所以需要将预约第一会议室的第一时间段的预约信息进行删除,并添加预约第二会议室的第二时间段的预约信息。再如,若用户需要临时预约目标会议室的第三时间段,则根据该用户的会议预约操作生成会议更新预约信息,并在待展示信息中添加该会议更新预约信息。还如,若用户临时需要取消预约目标会议室的第四时间段,则根据该用户的会议取消操作在待展示信息中删除相应的会议预约信息,等等。
综上所述,服务器可以在定时获取会议预约信息的同时,如此便可以准确地展示目标会议室的预约情况。此外,还可以在目标会议室的会议预约信息发生变更时接收目标会议室的任务更新指令,并发送该任务更新指令,以便该会议门牌根据该任务更新指令对待展示信息进行更新,无需服务器实时重新生成待展示信息,减少了信息处理量。
考虑到目标会议室的会议预约一般存在两种情况:一种为目标会议室的至少一个时间段已预约,另一种为无人对该目标会议室进行预约。针对不同情况,本申请生成的待展示信息存在差异,以便当目标会议室的至少一个时间段已预约时,该待展示信息可以便于用户查看空闲时间段,当无人对该目标会议室进行预约时,该待展示信息可以提示用户进行预约,比如该待展示信息中可以展示有欢迎预约的文本信息,或者与企业文化相关的信息等等。
可选地,待展示信息可以包括第一展示信息或者第二展示信息。此时,服务器还用于确定会议预约信息的信息类型。并且,当信息类型为存在预约信息时,根据会议预约信息和第一预设类型展示模板,生成会议门牌的第一展示信息;当信息类型为不存在预约信息时,根据第二预设展示模板生成会议门牌的第二展示信息。也即是,服务器可以用于:当会议预约信息存在内容时,根据会议预约信息和第一预设类型展示模板,生成第一展示信息,以作为待展示信息;当会议预约信息不存在内容时,根据第二预设展示模板生成第二展示信息,以作为待展示信息。
可选地,当信息类型为存在预约信息时,该会议预约信息存在对应的第一预设类型展示模板,可以将该会议预约信息添加至第一预设类型展示模板中得到该第一展示信息;当信息类型为不存在预约信息时,由于预先设置有不存在预约信息对应的第二预设类型展示模板,所以一种方式为将第二预设类型展示模板作为该第二展示信息,另一种方式为将目标会议室对应的目标门牌标识添 加至第二预设类型展示模板得到该第二展示信息。
如此服务器便可以根据会议预约信息中是否存在内容,向会议门牌推送不同形式的会议预约信息,以便会议门牌可以准确展示预约信息。
其中,当信息类型为存在预约信息(也即是会议预约信息中存在内容)时,由于该目标会议室的各个时间段可能全部被预约,也可能部分时间段被预约。所以在目标会议室的部分时间段被预约时,第一展示信息可以包括目标会议室分别对应的已预约信息和未预约信息;或者,在目标会议室的各个时间段全部被预约时,第一展示信息可以包括:目标会议室对应的已预约信息。
可选地,已预约信息包括以下至少一项:预约时间段、预约人、联系方式以及已预约状态;未预约信息包括空闲时间段以及空闲状态。如此便能够通过第一展示信息使得用户可以查看到目标会议室当天的各种预约情况。
应理解,在第一展示信息包括目标会议室分别对应的已预约信息和未预约信息的情况下,为了肉眼明显区分已预约信息和未预约信息,会议门牌可以用于将已预约信息和未预约信息按照不同展示样式进行展示。
例如,该展示样式可以为字体颜色。比如,可以将已预约信息按照第一字体颜色(如黑色或者蓝色等)展示,以及将未预约信息按照第二字体颜色(如红色或者紫色等)展示。
又如,该展示样式可以为字体是否加粗。比如,可以将已预约信息按照字体未加粗进行展示,以及将未预约信息按照字体加粗进行展示。
再如,该展示样式可以为字体是否倾斜。比如,可以将已预约信息按照字体未倾斜进行展示,以及将未预约信息按照字体倾斜进行展示。
上述示例只是示例性说明,当然,本申请中的展示样式可以为多种类型的样式。示例性的,图4示出了一种第一展示信息的显示界面图,如图4所示,将已预约信息按照字体未倾斜以及未加粗进行展示,以及将未预约信息按照字体倾斜以及字体加粗进行展示。这样,可以根据不同的展示样式,用户可以快速识别到需要查看的信息。
图5示出了一种第二展示信息的显示界面图,如图5所示,该显示界面中可以展示该目标会议室对应的中文门牌号以及英文门牌号,以及日期和“欢迎预约”的文本信息。这样,当用户看到图5所示的显示界面时,可以确定当前无人预约使用该目标会议室。
此外,在第一展示信息包括目标会议室分别对应的已预约信息和未预约信 息的情况下,服务器还用于确定第一展示信息包括的已预约信息和未预约信息的总信息数量,并当总信息数量大于或等于预设个数时,在第一预定时刻发送预约时间段靠前的第一目标展示信息(该预约时间段靠前的第一目标展示信息可以包括按照预约时间段从早至晚顺序排列的预设个数的预约信息),并在第二预定时刻重新获取目标会议室的会议更新预约信息,根据会议更新预约信息生成第一更新展示信息,在第一更新展示信息对应的总信息数量大于或等于预设个数时,发送第一更新展示信息中除第一目标展示信息外的展示信息。
本申请实施例中,会议门牌中的显示屏可以为电子墨水屏,可以理解的是,电子墨水屏的刷新频率较低,以及电子墨水屏可以承载的信息数量有限,即可以根据电子墨水屏(或会议门牌)的尺寸确定可以承载的最大信息数量(即上述的预设个数),以及基于刷新频率确定上述的第一预定时刻和第二预定时刻之间的展示时长。综上,本申请可以在展示时长内展示一定信息数量的信息。可选地,该展示时长大于或等于30分钟。
示例性的,如果该最大信息数量为10,且第一展示信息包括的已预约信息和未预约信息的总信息数量为n条。那么若n≤10,则可以上午展示n条信息;若n>10,上午展示预约时间段靠前的10条信息。接着,在中午13:00可以重新获取第一更新展示信息,第一更新展示信息的总信息数量为m条,当m>10,展示剩余的(m-10)条信息,剩余的(m-10)条信息为第一更新展示信息中除上午展示的10条信息外的信息。其中,n和m均为正整数,从而便于用户可以查看完整信息。上述示例只是示例性说明,本申请对此不做特殊限制。
需要说明的是,本申请中的展示模板(即第一预设类型展示模板和第二预设类型展示模版)中规定了各个字段的内容,故当接收到会议预约信息时,可根据展示模板生成指定图像形式的待展示信息,该指定图像形式具备指定分辨率和指定图像格式中的至少一种,此时,该待展示信息可以为图像。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的会议门牌管理系统,通过服务器定时向会议门牌发送展示信息,并由服务器来对会议门牌的展示信息进行更新,实现了服务器对于会议门牌的管理。该服务器可以在定时获取会议预约信息的同时,还可以在目标会议室的会议预约信息发生变更时接收目标会议室的任务更新指令,并发送该任务更新指令,以便该会议门牌根据该任务更新指令对待展示信息进行更新,无需服务器实时重新生成待展示信息,减少了信息处理量。
另外,由于电子墨水屏的功耗较低,因而该会议门牌管理系统实现了降低 功耗,节约能源的效果,且会议门牌管理系统的成本较低。可以理解的是,考虑到电子墨水屏具备低功耗、电池使用寿命长以及无需连接电源的特性,所以在会议室门牌这类显示画面无需频繁刷新的应用场景下,本申请采用电子墨水屏的会议门牌替代液晶显示屏,能够实现无需布线、成本较低以及超低功耗的效果。
图6为基于图1所示实施例示出的另一种会议门牌管理系统,如图6所示,该会议门牌管理系统还包括:

可以理解的是,本申请中的会议管理客户端15可以是全球广域网(World Wide Web,web)页面或者应用程序等。其中,会议管理客户端15可以预先设置在一个终端设备中,也可以预先设置在本申请中所提供的会议门牌13中,等等,本申请对此不做特殊限制。
在本申请实施例中,通过会议管理客户端15的界面交互的方式,实现了信息管理。可选地,会议管理客户端15用于执行以下至少一种:将目标会议室与目标会议室设置的会议门牌的目标门牌标识进行绑定,更新会议门牌的门牌信息,查询会议门牌,以及设置会议门牌的展示模板。
该门牌信息包括目标门牌标识和门牌尺寸中的至少一种。
其中,该展示模板可以为图1所示实施例中的第一预设类型展示模板和第二预设类型展示模版。
应理解,通过将目标会议室与目标门牌标识进行绑定,实现了可以将展示信息准确推送至会议室设置的会议门牌。
另外,更新会议门牌的目标门牌标识可以理解为:当接收到信息更改指令后,根据信息更改指令更新会议门牌的目标门牌标识。其中,该信息更改指令可以包括:用于指示添加新门牌标识的第一指令,用于指示删除第一指定门牌标识的第二指令,用于指示对会议门牌的第二指定门牌标识进行修改的第三指令等等。这样,若该信息更改指令为第一指令,则添加新门牌标识;若该信息更改指令为第二指令,则删除第一指定门牌标识;若该信息更改指令为第三指令,则修改第二指定门牌标识。
在本申请实施例中,可以在会议管理客户端15存储的预设模板中选取需要的展示模板,或者,可以在会议管理客户端15中自定义展示模板。这样,用户 可以根据使用需求选择对应的展示模版。并且当选择完成展示模版之后,若会议预约信息发生变化,展示模版不会随之发生变化,从而实现在展示模板中对会议预约信息更新,进而提高了展示信息的生成效率。如此便可以提高用户的使用体验,以及提高视觉效果。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的会议门牌管理系统,通过服务器定时向会议门牌发送展示信息,并由服务器来对会议门牌的展示信息进行更新,实现了服务器对于会议门牌的管理。该服务器可以在定时获取会议预约信息的同时,还可以在目标会议室的会议预约信息发生变更时接收目标会议室的任务更新指令,并发送该任务更新指令,以便该会议门牌根据该任务更新指令对待展示信息进行更新,无需服务器实时重新生成待展示信息,减少了信息处理量。

在本申请可选实施例中,还提供一种会议门牌,该会议门牌,用于接收目标会议室的待展示信息,以及展示该待展示信息;并且,在接收到目标会议室的任务更新指令时,更新待展示信息;待展示信息包括第一展示信息或者第二展示信息。

在本申请实施例中,会议门牌显示有会议预约码;会议预约码包括二维码和会议室电子标签中的至少一种。这样,会议预约码用于跳转至图1或者图6所示实施例中的会议门牌管理系统的第一会议预约页面,或者,会议预约码用于跳转至第三方会议预约系统的第二会议预约页面,本申请对此不做特殊限制。
需要说明的是,若该待展示信息为图像,则该会议门牌可以按照指定图像形式展示该待展示信息。

在可选实施例中,会议门牌管理系统还包括:会议管理客户端,会议管理客户端与服务器连接。该方法还包括:
步骤1、会议管理客户端接收目标会议室的管理指令,并根据管理指令对目标会议室的会议室门牌信息进行信息处理得到信息处理结果,将信息处理结果发送至服务器。
步骤2、服务器根据信息处理结果更新目标会议室的会议室门牌信息。
其中,当管理指令包括绑定指令时,会议管理客户端根据绑定指令将目标会议室与目标会议室设置的会议门牌的目标门牌标识进行绑定;
当管理指令包括门牌信息更新指令时,会议管理客户端根据门牌信息更新指令更新会议门牌的门牌信息。
当管理指令包括门牌信息查询指令时,会议管理客户端根据门牌信息查询指令展示会议门牌的门牌信息。
当管理指令包括门牌模板设置指令时,会议管理客户端根据门牌模板设置指令设置会议门牌的展示模板。
其中,门牌信息包括目标门牌标识和门牌尺寸中的至少一种。
步骤1可以在执行步骤701之前,也可以在执行步骤704之后,还可以在执行步骤707之后,等等,本申请对此不做特殊限制。
本申请实施例的具体内容可以参考图1和图6所示实施例的内容,此处不再赘述。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的会议门牌管理方法,通过服务器定时向会议门牌发送展示信息,并由服务器来对会议门牌的展示信息进行更新,实现了服务器对于会议门牌的管理。该服务器可以在定时获取会议预约信息的同时,还可以在目标会议室的会议预约信息发生变更时接收目标会议室的任务更新指令,并发送该任务更新指令,以便该会议门牌根据该任务更新指令对待展示信息进行更新,无需服务器实时重新生成待展示信息,减少了信息处理量。
另外,由于电子墨水屏的功耗较低,因而该会议门牌管理系统实现了降低 功耗,节约能源的效果,且会议门牌管理系统的成本较低。可以理解的是,考虑到电子墨水屏具备低功耗、电池使用寿命长以及无需连接电源的特性,所以在会议室门牌这类显示画面无需频繁刷新的应用场景下,本申请采用电子墨水屏的会议门牌替代液晶显示屏,能够实现无需布线、成本较低以及超低功耗的效果。
采用本申请实施例所述提供的会议门牌管理系统,通过服务器对会议门牌进行统一管理,以及按照不同推送方式推送会议预约信息,以便会议门牌可以准确展示预约信息。另外,通过设置会议管理客户端,实现了对会议门牌的门牌标识进行管理,以及将门牌标识与会议室进行绑定,从而可以准确推送展示信息,提高了信息的展示准确率。
本申请中术语“A和B的至少一种”,仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和B的至少一种,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。同理,“A、B和C的至少一种”表示可以存在七种关系,可以表示:单独存在A,单独存在B,单独存在C,同时存在A和B,同时存在A和C,同时存在C和B,同时存在A、B和C这七种情况。同理,“A、B、C和D的至少一种”表示可以存在十五种关系,可以表示:单独存在A,单独存在B,单独存在C,单独存在D,同时存在A和B,同时存在A和C,同时存在A和D,同时存在C和B,同时存在D和B,同时存在C和D,同时存在A、B和C,同时存在A、B和D,同时存在A、C和D,同时存在B、C和D,同时存在A、B、C和D,这十五种情况。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的系统,装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以 是电性,机械或其它的形式。
作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所涉及方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种会议门牌管理系统,所述会议门牌管理系统包括:服务器和会议门牌,所述会议门牌包括显示屏;
    所述服务器,用于定时获取目标会议室的会议预约信息,根据所述会议预约信息生成待展示信息,发送所述待展示信息,并且在接收到所述目标会议室的任务更新指令后,发送所述任务更新指令;所述任务更新指令用于更新所述待展示信息;
    所述会议门牌,用于接收所述待展示信息,并通过所述屏幕展示所述待展示信息;
    所述会议门牌,用于接收所述任务更新指令,并基于所述任务更新指令更新所述待展示信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的会议门牌管理系统,所述会议门牌管理系统包括:无线刷新设备,所述无线刷新设备与所述服务器连接,所述无线刷新设备的信号范围覆盖所述会议门牌;
    所述服务器,还用于向所述无线刷新设备发送目标门牌标识;
    所述无线刷新设备,用于接收所述服务器发送的待展示信息和所述目标门牌标识,以及根据所述目标门牌标识发送所述待展示信息,并且在接收到所述服务器发送的任务更新指令时,发送所述任务更新指令。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的会议门牌管理系统,
    所述会议门牌,用于接收所述无线刷新设备发送的待展示信息,以及展示所述待展示信息,并在接收到所述无线刷新设备发送的任务更新指令时,更新所述待展示信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的会议门牌管理系统,所述会议门牌管理系统还包括:会议管理客户端,所述会议管理客户端与所述服务器连接;
    所述会议管理客户端,用于执行以下至少一种:将所述目标会议室与所述会议门牌的目标门牌标识进行绑定,更新所述会议门牌的门牌信息,查询所述会议门牌,以及设置所述会议门牌的展示模板;
    所述门牌信息包括所述目标门牌标识和门牌尺寸中的至少一种。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的会议门牌管理系统,所述会议门牌的显示屏显示有会议预约码,所述会议预约码包括二维码和会议室电子标签中的至少一种;
    当所述会议预约码用于跳转至所述会议门牌管理系统的第一会议预约页面时,所述服务器,还用于通过所述会议预约码接收所述目标会议室的会议预约消息。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的会议门牌管理系统,所述会议门牌的显示屏显示有会议预约码,所述会议预约码包括二维码和会议室电子标签中的至少一种;
    当所述会议预约码用于跳转至第三方会议预约系统的第二会议预约页面时,所述服务器,还用于在所述第三方会议预约系统通过所述会议预约码接收到所述第二会议预约页面包括的所述目标会议室的预约指令,并根据所述目标会议室的预约指令生成所述会议预约消息后,接收所述第三方会议预约系统发送的所述会议预约消息。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的会议门牌管理系统,所述服务器,还用于当所述会议预约信息存在内容时,根据所述会议预约信息和第一预设类型展示模板,生成第一展示信息,以作为所述待展示信息;
    当所述会议预约信息不存在内容时,根据第二预设展示模板生成第二展示信息,以作为所述待展示信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的会议门牌管理系统,当所述会议预约信息存在内容时;
    所述第一展示信息包括所述目标会议室分别对应的已预约信息和未预约信息,或者,所述第一展示信息包括所述目标会议室对应的已预约信息;
    其中,所述已预约信息包括以下至少一项:预约时间段、预约人、联系方式以及已预约状态;
    所述未预约信息包括空闲时间段以及空闲状态。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的会议门牌管理系统,在所述第一展示信息包括所述目标会议室分别对应的已预约信息和未预约信息时,所述服务器,还用于确定所述第一展示信息包括的已预约信息和未预约信息的总信息数量;
    所述服务器,还用于当所述总信息数量大于或等于预设个数时,在第一预定时刻发送包括所述预设个数的预约信息的第一目标展示信息,所述预约信息包括所述已预约信息和所述未预约信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的会议门牌管理系统,所述服务器,还用于在第二预定时刻重新获取所述目标会议室的会议更新预约信息;
    所述服务器,还用于根据所述会议更新预约信息生成第一更新展示信息,在所述第一更新展示信息对应的总信息数量大于或等于预设个数时,发送所述第一更新展示信息中除所述第一目标展示信息外的展示信息;
    所述第一目标展示信息包括按照预约时间段的从早至晚的顺序排列的所述预设个数的预约信息。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一所述的会议门牌管理系统,所述会议门牌的显示屏为电子墨水屏。
  12. 根据权利要求1-10任一所述的会议门牌管理系统,所述服务器,还用于提供以下至少一种调用接口:
    对所述会议门牌的目标门牌标识进行更改的第一调用接口,以及对所述会议门牌的目标门牌标识进行查询的第二调用接口。
  13. 一种会议门牌,所述会议门牌包括显示屏,所述会议门牌用于接收目标会议室的待展示信息,以及通过所述显示屏展示所述待展示信息;
    在接收到所述目标会议室的任务更新指令时,更新所述待展示信息,所述待展示信息包括第一展示信息或者第二展示信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的会议门牌,当所述会议预约信息存在内容时,所述待展示信息包括所述第一展示信息,所述第一展示信息为根据第一预设展 示模板生成;
    所述第一展示信息包括所述目标会议室分别对应的已预约信息和未预约信息;或者,所述第一展示信息包括所述目标会议室对应的已预约信息;
    其中,所述已预约信息包括以下至少一项:预约时间段、预约人、联系方式以及已预约状态;所述未预约信息包括空闲时间段以及空闲状态;
    当所述会议预约信息不存在内容时,所述待展示信息包括所述第二展示信息,所述第二展示信息为根据第二预设展示模板生成;
    所述显示屏为电子墨水屏。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的会议门牌,所述会议门牌的显示屏显示有会议预约码,所述会议预约码包括二维码和会议室电子标签中的至少一种;
    所述会议预约码用于跳转至权利要求1至12中任一项所述的会议门牌管理系统的第一会议预约页面;
    或者,所述会议预约码用于跳转至第三方会议预约系统的第二会议预约页面。
  16. 一种会议门牌管理方法,所述方法应用于会议门牌管理系统,所述会议门牌管理系统包括:服务器、与所述服务器连接的无线刷新设备以及会议门牌,所述会议门牌包括显示屏,所述无线刷新设备的信号范围覆盖所述会议门牌;
    所述方法包括:
    所述服务器定时获取目标会议室的会议预约信息,并根据所述会议预约信息生成所述会议门牌的待展示信息;
    所述服务器向所述无线刷新设备发送所述待展示信息以及所述会议门牌的目标门牌标识;
    所述无线刷新设备根据所述目标门牌标识,向所述会议门牌发送所述待展示信息;
    所述会议门牌通过所述屏幕展示所述待展示信息;
    所述服务器在接收到所述目标会议室的任务更新指令时,向所述无线刷新设备发送所述任务更新指令和所述目标门牌标识;
    所述无线刷新设备根据所述目标门牌标识,向所述会议门牌发送所述任务更新指令;
    所述会议门牌根据所述任务更新指令,更新所述待展示信息。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的会议门牌管理方法,所述会议门牌的显示屏显示有会议预约码,所述会议预约码包括二维码和会议室电子标签中的至少一种;
    所述服务器定时获取目标会议室的会议预约信息包括:
    当所述会议预约码用于跳转至所述会议门牌管理系统的第一会议预约页面时,所述服务器通过所述会议预约码接收所述目标会议室的会议预约消息;
    当所述会议预约码用于跳转至第三方会议预约系统的第二会议预约页面时,所述服务器在所述第三方会议预约系统通过所述会议预约码接收到所述第二会议预约页面包括的所述目标会议室的预约指令,并根据所述目标会议室的预约指令生成所述会议预约消息后,接收所述第三方会议预约系统发送的所述会议预约消息。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的会议门牌管理方法,所述待展示信息包括第一展示信息或者第二展示信息,所述根据所述会议预约信息生成所述会议门牌的待展示信息包括:
    当所述会议预约信息存在内容时,所述服务器根据所述会议预约信息和第一预设类型展示模板,生成所述会议门牌的第一展示信息;
    当所述会议预约信息不存在内容时,所述服务器根据第二预设展示模板生成所述会议门牌的第二展示信息。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的会议门牌管理方法,在所述第一展示信息包括所述目标会议室分别对应的已预约信息和未预约信息时,所述服务器向所述无线刷新设备发送所述待展示信息包括:
    所述服务器确定所述第一展示信息包括的已预约信息和未预约信息的总信息数量,并当所述总信息数量大于或等于预设个数时,在第一预定时刻发送包括所述预设个数的预约信息的第一目标展示信息,并在第二预定时刻重新获取所述目标会议室的会议更新预约信息,根据所述会议更新预约信息生成第一更 新展示信息,在所述第一更新展示信息对应的总信息数量大于或等于预设个数时,发送所述第一更新展示信息中除所述第一目标展示信息外的展示信息,所述预约信息包括所述已预约信息和所述未预约信息,所述第一目标展示信息包括按照预约时间段从早至晚的顺序排列的所述预设个数的预约信息。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的会议门牌管理方法,所述会议门牌管理系统还包括:会议管理客户端,所述会议管理客户端与所述服务器连接,所述方法还包括:
    所述会议管理客户端接收所述目标会议室的管理指令,并根据所述管理指令对所述目标会议室的会议室门牌信息进行信息处理得到信息处理结果,将所述信息处理结果发送至所述服务器;
    所述服务器根据所述信息处理结果更新所述目标会议室的会议室门牌信息;
    其中,当所述管理指令包括绑定指令时,所述会议管理客户端根据所述绑定指令将所述目标会议室与所述目标会议室设置的会议门牌的目标门牌标识进行绑定;
    当所述管理指令包括门牌信息更新指令时,所述会议管理客户端根据所述门牌信息更新指令更新所述会议门牌的门牌信息;
    当所述管理指令包括门牌信息查询指令时,所述会议管理客户端根据所述门牌信息查询指令展示所述会议门牌的门牌信息;
    当所述管理指令包括门牌模板设置指令时,所述会议管理客户端根据所述门牌模板设置指令设置所述会议门牌的展示模板;
    所述门牌信息包括所述目标门牌标识和门牌尺寸中的至少一种。
