Abstract
Ce groupe d'invention se rapporte au domaine de l'ingénierie tissulaire et notamment à des membranes de collagène que l'on utilise comme xéno-implants, et concerne une membrane de collagène faite de tissus biologiques de calmar, ainsi qu'un procédé de production de celle-ci. Cette membrane de collagène en tissus biologiques de calmar du genre Dosidicus Gigas de la famille des Ommastrephinae possède une résistance à la traction de 150-250 MPa, un allongement relatif à la rupture d'au moins 20%, une épaisseur de 20 à 100 microns avec un écart de l'épaisseur par rapport à la valeur moyenne de moins de 5%, et avec un contenu en collagène d'au moins 98% en termes de substance absolument sèche. Le procédé de production consiste séparer la carcasse du calmar en parties anatomiques distinctes selon un procédé mécanique en séparant les tissus biologiques conjonctifs de couverture du manteau, lesquels sont ensuite trempés dans une solution de sel neutre, dans une solution faiblement alcaline contenant des ferments lipolytiques et protéolytiques, puis rincés avec de l'eau, avec une solution d'acide ayant une forte action ionique puis avec une solution alcaline et de l'eau distillée avant d'être séchés. La membrane de collagène possède une biocompatibilité et une capacité de résorption dans des conditions physiologiques, et peut être utilisée comme xéno-implant en ingénierie tissulaire, pour la croissance de cultures cellulaires et dans manipulations cosmétiques, pratiquement sans aucune limitation.
