In one embodiment, the calcium formed into particles may contain a binder. For example, the primary particles can be mixed with a binder to aggregate and promote the formation of secondary particles. In one embodiment, the binder includes, but is not limited to, cyclodextrin (eg, α-cyclodextrin, β-cyclodextrin, γ-cyclodextrin), water-soluble cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, methyl cellulose and the like. .. In one embodiment, cyclodextrin can prevent the aggregation of calcium salts when wet grinding is performed to further refine the primary particles. In one embodiment, the binder (eg, cyclodextrin) can dissolve in the presence of water and promote the disintegration of secondary particles and the dispersion of primary particles. For example, the binder can be used in the secondary particles in a proportion of about 5-20% by weight. Calcium particles in the compositions of the present disclosure for preparing beverages preferably contain a binder, as calcium is poorly soluble in water.

A beverage was prepared by adding 500 mL of water to the composition having the above weight. The composition components were immediately dispersed and dissolved. The prepared beverage was transparent. When dissolved in 500 mL of water, the osmotic pressure of compositions 1 and 4 for warming up is about 280 mOsm / L, which is isotonic. Further, when dissolved in 500 mL of water, the osmotic pressures of compositions 2, 3 and 5 to 8 for exercise are about 210 to 220 mOsm / L, which is hypotonic.
Compositions 4, 7 and 8 (when dissolved in 500 mL of water) may be particularly suitable.
