根据我国一项名称为“一种恒温恒压阀”的专利得知:该恒温恒压阀由阀芯外壳、阀芯底座、手柄一、螺柱、柱塞、芯棒组件、复位弹簧、动片和定片组成,柱塞套设于芯棒组件上沿芯棒组件的外壁轴向移动,另外该恒温恒压阀还包括有将螺柱、柱塞、芯棒组件和复位弹簧包裹于内的手柄二,手柄二伸入阀芯外壳内与动片组合联动连接,通过转动手柄一带动螺柱、柱塞、芯棒组件和复位弹簧同步旋转用于调节混合水的出水温度,通过转动手柄二带动动片旋转,动片会随着手柄二的转动而发生径向转动,从而调节动片与定片的过水间隙,最终调节混合水的出水流量,另外该恒温阀的冷、热进水口和出水口均位于底部。该恒温恒压阀中通过双手柄的设计分别控制混合水的出水温度大小以及混合水的出水流量大小,且可对混合水的出水温度微调,使出水温度达到使用者所需的温度值,使调节出的温度十分精确。
基于上述“一种恒温恒压阀”,本设计师发现虽然该恒温恒压阀通过双柄的设置能够达到调节精准的出水温度(人们理想的出水效果),但是由于该恒温恒压阀中供冷水进入的冷进水流道以及供热水进入的热进水流道均位于柱塞外,导致该恒温恒压阀的体积较大,并且该恒温恒压阀的内部结构无法适用于其他恒温阀内,通用性差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供了一种具有关闭及分水功能的双控恒温阀,该恒温阀采用同轴双柄设计,通过转动双手柄可控制关闭混合水流出、控制调节混合水的出水方向、控制调节混合水出水流量以及控制混合水的出水温度,另外该 恒温阀通过内部结构的改进达到整体体积变小从而实现侧部进水,底部出水,并且具备通用性好的优点。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种具有关闭及分水功能的双控恒温阀,包括壳体、手柄一、手柄二、调节手柄座、动片和定片,所述壳体的上下两端分别紧固连接有壳体压盖和底座,所述的壳体内由上往下依次设置有螺柱组件、上顶盖、柱塞和芯棒组件,所述的手柄一、螺柱组件、柱塞和芯棒组件组合联动连接,其特征在于,所述的手柄二底部具有若干根朝底座方向延伸且穿过柱塞并伸入动片内可带动该动片旋转的传动杆,通过转动手柄二带动动片旋转从而控制关闭混合水流出或控制调节混合水的出水方向。
在上述的一种具有关闭及分水功能的双控恒温阀中,所述的壳体外周壁上靠近柱塞的位置处上下间隔开设有分别供冷水和热水流入的冷进水口和热进水口,所述的底座上具有若干个供混合水流出的底座出水孔。
在上述的一种具有关闭及分水功能的双控恒温阀中,所述的底座出水孔为两个且分别开设于底座底部的两侧,开设于底座底部两侧的底座出水孔与动片和定片之间均形成供混合水流动的出水流道。
在上述的一种具有关闭及分水功能的双控恒温阀中,所述的动片上具有供混合水通过的动片出水孔,所述的定片上相对应底座出水孔的位置处具有供混合水流出的定片出水孔,所述的动片上开设有若干个间隔分布且供相对应传动杆伸入并与动片出水孔相连通的调节通孔,所述两间隔分布的调节通孔将动片形成具有用于调节混合水出水流量且与定片相贴合的调节凸台,所述的调节凸台上均开设有与定片出水孔相连通的缺口部。
在上述的一种具有关闭及分水功能的双控恒温阀中,所述的动片上具有供混合水通过的动片出水孔,所述的定片上相对应底座出水孔的位置处具有供混合水流出的定片出水孔,所述的动片上开设有若干个间隔分布且供相对应传动杆伸入并与动片出水孔相连通的调节通孔,所述两间隔分布的调节通孔将动片形成具有用于控制关闭混合水流出和控制调节混合水的出水方向以及控制调节混合水出水流量的调节凸台,所述其中一个调节凸块上开设有与定片出水孔相连通的缺口部,所述的调节通孔内设有可将定片出水孔部分密封或将出水孔完全密封的密封过渡条,所述其中一个密封过渡条上开设有与定片出水孔相连通的缺口。
在上述的一种具有关闭及分水功能的双控恒温阀中,所述的壳体上相对应冷进水口的位置处套设有冷进水滤网,所述的壳体上相对应热进水口的位置处套设有热进水滤网。
在上述的一种具有关闭及分水功能的双控恒温阀中,所述的壳体与底座之间通过卡接组件一相卡接,所述的壳体与壳体压盖之间通过卡接组件二相卡接。
在上述的一种具有关闭及分水功能的双控恒温阀中,所述的调节手柄座与手柄一之间设有起密封作用的密封圈,所述的调节手柄座与手柄二之间设有起密封作用的密封圈,所述的手柄二与上顶盖之间设有起密封作用的密封圈,所述的上顶盖与壳体之间设有起密封作用的密封圈,所述的柱塞与壳体之间设有起密封作用的密封圈,所述的壳体与动片之间设有起密封作用的密封圈,所述的底座与定片之间设有起密封作用的密封圈,所述的底座底部嵌设有起密封作用的密封圈。
在上述的一种具有关闭及分水功能的双控恒温阀中,所述的上顶盖和手柄二之间设置具有耐磨作用的垫片,所述的调节手柄座与手柄一之间设置具有耐磨作用的垫片。
与现有技术相比,本具有关闭及分水功能的双控恒温阀采用同轴双控的设计分别控制混合水的出水温度和混合水的出水流量;其中,手柄二的底部具有朝底座方向延伸且穿出柱塞并伸入动片内带动动片旋转的传动杆,通过该结构使本恒温阀形成侧部进水、底部出水的效果,因此本恒温阀中的冷水流道和热水流道均位于柱塞内部,从而减小本恒温阀的体积;
另一方面,本恒温阀中的动片具有两种设计:
1、动片上具有供混合水通过的动片出水孔,动片上开设有若干个间隔分布且供相对应传动杆伸入并与动片出水孔相连通的调节通孔,两间隔分布的调节通孔将动片形成具有用于调节混合水出水流量且与定片相贴合的调节凸台,调节凸台上均开设有与定片出水孔相连通的缺口部,通过转动手柄二带动动片旋转,位于动片上的调节凸台同样随之旋转并根据使用者旋转的角度大小决定调节凸台对定片出水孔密封的密封面大小,从而控制混合水的出水流量大小;
2、动片上具有供混合水通过的动片出水孔,动片上开设有若干个间隔分布且供相对应传动杆伸入并与动片出水孔相连通的调节通孔,两间隔分布的调节通孔将动片形成具有用于控制关闭混合水流出和控制调节混合水的出水方向以及控制调节混合水出水流量的调节凸台,其中一个调节凸块上开设有与定片出水孔相连通的缺口部,调节通孔内设有可将定片出水孔部分密封或将出水孔完全密封的密封过渡条,其中一个密封过渡条上开设有与定片出水孔相连通的缺口部,转动手轮二带动动片旋转,位于动片上的调节凸台以及密封过渡条同样随之旋转,当其中一个密封过渡条旋转至其中一个定片出水孔的位置处时,与该密封过渡条相对设置的密封过渡条将另一个定片出水孔完全密封,此时混合水只能从其中一个出水流道流出,手柄二旋转至相反方向时同理,当其中两个调节凸台旋转至相对应定片出水孔的位置处时,该调节凸台将定片出水孔密封使混合水无法流出,形成关闭状态;
更换不同结构的动片实现相对应的功能,并且该结构能够应用于多种类型的恒温阀内,具有极佳的通用性。

以下是本实用新型的具体实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本实用新型并不限于这些实施例。
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6所示,本具有关闭及分水功能的双控恒温阀,包括壳体1、手柄一2、手柄二3、调节手柄座4、动片5和定片6,壳体1的上下两端分别紧固连接有壳体压盖7和底座8,壳体1内由上往下依次设置有螺柱组件9、上顶盖10、柱塞11和芯棒组件12,壳体压盖7底部与上顶盖10紧固配合,壳体压盖7顶部具有径向向外延伸的凸檐13,凸檐13的底部朝上顶盖10方向延伸有若干个可与壳体1定位卡接的卡块14,壳体1顶部相对应卡块14的位置处开设有若干个供相对应壳体压盖7上的卡块14伸入卡接的卡位槽15,底座8顶部朝壳体1方向延伸有若干个同样可与壳体1定位卡接的卡块14,壳体1底部相对应底座8中卡块14的位置处开设有若干个供相对应底座8上的卡块14伸入卡接的卡位槽15,卡块14和卡位槽15的设置将壳体1径向限位,手柄一2、螺柱组件9、柱塞11和芯棒组件12组合联动连接,螺柱组件9由顶柱16、压缩弹簧17和供 压缩弹簧17下端套设的调节座18组成,芯棒组件12由芯棒19、推杆20和复位弹簧21组成,推杆20的上端部伸入调节座18内与调节座18配合连接,柱塞11套设于推杆20上沿推杆20的外壁轴向移动,上顶盖10与柱塞11之间留有过水间隙,手柄二3与上顶盖10紧固配合,手柄二3底部具有若干根朝底座8方向延伸且穿过柱塞11并伸入动片5内可带动该动片5旋转的传动杆22,通过转动手柄二3带动动片5旋转从而控制关闭混合水流出或控制调节混合水的出水方向,芯棒19通过热胀冷缩的原理通过推杆20带动柱塞11上下移动,从而调节与上顶盖10之间的过水间隙,达到恒温的出水效果,传统恒温阀与水龙头装配通常通过螺纹配合,本恒温阀底座8的底部具有与水龙头相配合连接的安装杆23,该安装杆23插入水龙头的安装孔内与之配合连接,实现装配轻松及牢固的效果。
进一步细说,壳体1外周壁上靠近柱塞11的位置处上下间隔开设有分别供冷水和热水流入的冷进水口24和热进水口25,底座8上具有若干个供混合水流出的底座出水孔26,通过“将手柄二3底部设置的传动杆22穿过柱塞11伸入动片5内”的结构设计实现本恒温阀侧部进水,底部出水的效果,底座出水孔26为两个且分别开设于底座8底部的两侧,开设于底座8底部两侧的底座出水孔26与动片5和定片6之间均形成供混合水流动的出水流道27,壳体1上相对应冷进水口24的位置处套设有冷进水滤网35,壳体1上相对应热进水口25的位置处套设有热进水滤网36。
实施例1
如图4所示,动片5上具有供混合水通过的动片出水孔28,定片6上相对应底座出水孔26的位置处具有供混合水流出的定片出水孔29,动片5上开设有若干个间隔分布且供相对应传动杆22伸入并与动片出水孔28相连通的调节通孔30,两间隔分布的调节通孔30将动片5形成具有用于调节混合水出水流量且与定片6相贴合的调节凸台31,调节凸台31上均开设有与定片出水孔29相连通的缺口部32,转动手轮二带动动片5旋转,位于动片5上的调节凸台31同样随之旋转并根据使用者旋转的角度大小决定调节凸台31对定片出水孔29密封的密封面大小,从而控制混合水的出水流量大小。
实施例2
如图5所示,动片5上具有供混合水通过的动片出水孔28,定片6上相对应底座出水孔26的位置处具有供混合水流出的定片出水孔29,动片5上开设有若干个间隔分布且供相对应传动杆22伸入并与动片出水孔28相连通的调节通孔30,两间隔分布的调节通孔30将动片5形成具有用于控制关闭混合水流出和控制调节混合水的出水方向以及控制调节混合水出水流量的调节凸台31,其中一个调节凸块上开设有与定片出水孔29相连通的缺口部32,调节 通孔30内设有可将定片出水孔29部分密封或将出水孔完全密封的密封过渡条33,其中一个密封过渡条33上开设有与定片出水孔29相连通的缺口34,密封过渡条33的两端与相对应调节凸块相连,转动手轮二带动动片5旋转,位于动片5上的调节凸台31以及密封过渡条33同样随之旋转,根据使用者旋转手柄二3的角度大小决定调节凸台31和密封过渡条33对定片出水孔29密封的密封面大小,从而可控制关闭混合水流出和控制调节混合水的出水方向以及控制调节混合水出水流量。
进一步细说,壳体1与底座8之间通过卡接组件一37相卡接,壳体1与壳体压盖7之间通过卡接组件二38相卡接,卡接组件一37由卡凸一和卡槽一组成,所述的卡凸一设置于底座8的外壁上,卡槽一开设于外壳的外壁上且相对应卡凸一的位置处,卡凸一和卡槽一相互对应卡接,卡接组件二38由卡凸二和卡槽二组成,卡凸二设置于壳体压盖7的外壁上,卡槽二开设于外壳的外壁上且相对应卡凸二的位置处,卡凸二和卡槽二相互对应卡接,卡接组件一37和卡接组件对壳体1上下限位,使壳体1不易脱落。
进一步细说,调节手柄座4与手柄一2之间设有起密封作用的密封圈39,调节手柄座4与手柄二3之间设有起密封作用的密封圈39,手柄二3与上顶盖10之间设有起密封作用的密封圈39,上顶盖10与壳体1之间设有起密封作用的密封圈39,柱塞11与壳体1之间设有起密封作用的密封圈39,壳体1与动片5之间设有起密封作用的密封圈39,底座8与定片6之间设有起密封作用的密封圈39,所述的底座8底部嵌设有起密封作用的密封圈39,上顶盖10和手柄二3之间设置具有耐磨作用的垫片40,手柄一2下端部伸入调节手柄座4内,调节手柄座4与手柄一2之间设置具有耐磨作用的垫片40,起耐磨作用的垫片40在一定程度上提高恒温阀整体的使用寿命。

Claims (9)
- 一种具有关闭及分水功能的双控恒温阀,包括壳体(1)、手柄一(2)、手柄二(3)、调节手柄座(4)、动片(5)和定片(6),所述壳体(1)的上下两端分别紧固连接有壳体压盖(7)和底座(8),所述的壳体(1)内由上往下依次设置有螺柱组件(9)、上顶盖(10)、柱塞(11)和芯棒组件(12),所述的手柄一(2)、螺柱组件(9)、柱塞(11)和芯棒组件(12)组合联动连接,其特征在于,所述的手柄二(3)底部具有若干根朝底座(8)方向延伸且穿过柱塞(11)并伸入动片(5)内可带动该动片(5)旋转的传动杆(22),通过转动手柄二(3)带动动片(5)旋转从而控制关闭混合水流出或控制调节混合水的出水方向。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有关闭及分水功能的恒温阀,其特征在于,所述的壳体(1)外周壁上靠近柱塞(11)的位置处上下间隔开设有分别供冷水和热水流入的冷进水口(24)和热进水口(25),所述的底座(8)上具有若干个供混合水流出的底座出水孔(26)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有关闭及分水功能的恒温阀,其特征在于,所述的底座出水孔(26)为两个且分别开设于底座(8)底部的两侧,开设于底座(8)底部两侧的底座出水孔(26)与动片(5)和定片(6)之间均形成供混合水流动的出水流道(27)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有关闭及分水功能的恒温阀,其特征在于,所述的动片(5)上具有供混合水通过的动片出水孔(28),所述的定片(6)上相对应底座出水孔(26)的位置处具有供混合水流出的定片出水孔(29),所述的动片(5)上开设有若干个间隔分布且供相对应传动杆(22)伸入并与动片出水孔(28)相连通的调节通孔(30),所述两间隔分布的调节通孔(30)将动片(5)形成具有用于调节混合水出水流量且与定片(6)相贴合的调节凸台(31),所述的调节凸台(31)上均开设有与定片出水孔(29)相连通的缺口部(32)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有关闭及分水功能的恒温阀,其特征在于,所述的动片(5)上具有供混合水通过的动片出水孔(28),所述的定片(6)上相对应底座出水孔(26)的位置处具有供混合水流出的定片出水孔(29),所述的动片(5)上开设有若干个间隔分布且供相对应传动杆(22)伸入并与动片出水孔(28)相连通的调节通孔(30),所述两间隔分布的调节通孔(30)将动片(5)形成具有用于控制关闭混合水流出和控制调节混合水的出水方向以及控制调节混合水出水流量的调节凸台(31),所述其中一个调节凸块上开设有与定片出水孔(29)相连通的缺口部(32),所述的调节通孔(30)内设有可将定片出水孔(29)部分密封或将出水孔完全密封的密封过渡条(33),所述其中一个密封过渡条(33)上开设有与定片出水孔(29)相连通的缺口(34)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有关闭及分水功能的恒温阀,其特征在于,所述的壳体(1)上相对应冷进水口(24)的位置处套设有冷进水滤网(35),所述的壳体(1)上相对应热进水口(25)的位置处套设有热进水滤网(36)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有关闭及分水功能的恒温阀,其特征在于,所述的壳体(1)与底座(8)之间通过卡接组件一(37)相卡接,所述的壳体(1)与壳体压盖(7)之间通过卡接组件二(38)相卡接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有关闭及分水功能的恒温阀,其特征在于,所述的调节手柄座(4)与手柄一(2)之间设有起密封作用的密封圈(39),所述的调节手柄座(4)与手柄二(3)之间设有起密封作用的密封圈(39),所述的手柄二(3)与上顶盖(10)之间设有起密封作用的密封圈(39),所述的上顶盖(10)与壳体(1)之间设有起密封作用的密封圈(39),所述的柱塞(11)与壳体(1)之间设有起密封作用的密封圈(39),所述的壳体(1)与动片(5)之间设有起密封作用的密封圈(39),所述的底座(8)与定片(6)之间设有起密封作用的密封圈(39),所述的底座(8)底部嵌设有起密封作用的密封圈(39)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有关闭及分水功能的恒温阀,其特征在于,所述的上顶盖(10)和手柄二(3)之间设置具有耐磨作用的垫片(40),所述的调节手柄座(4)与手柄一(2)之间设置具有耐磨作用的垫片(40)。
