本实用新型涉及一种便捷恒温龙头结构。
背景技术:
恒温龙头也可称作恒温水龙头或恒温花洒混水龙头,它的作用是将冷水和热水自动混合成预先设定温度的温水。
最早的冷热水混合龙头是双旋钮龙头(Two Handle Mixer),使用者需要转动控制冷水和热水的旋纽来调节冷热水的进水量,从而混合成需要温度的温水;第二代冷热水混合龙头是单手柄龙头,它的核心是一个陶瓷片调温阀芯,使用者左右摆动手柄可调节混合水的温度,上下摆动手柄可调节出水量的大小。但是,当热水或冷水的水压突然发生变化时,或者热水的温度突然发生变化的时候,以上两种混水龙头都必须通过人工繁琐的操作去重新调节水温。
发明内容:
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供便捷恒温龙头结构,其可以快速的调节出水水温,减少了水路的长度,节约了龙头整体的占用空间。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现:
本实用新型便捷恒温龙头结构,其特征在于:包括具有冷、热进水管的外壳,所述外壳内依次设置有与冷、热进水管相连通的恒温阀芯,以及与恒温阀芯出水口连通的切换水道杆,所述切换水道杆中心部上设有中心孔道,在切换水道杆表面穿设有与中心孔道连通的排水孔,所述外壳上设有可与该排水孔连通的出水孔,所述排水孔上设有中心具有过水孔的密封垫,所述密封垫与排水孔底面之间设有压缩弹簧,所述恒温阀芯与设在外壳一端部的温控旋把手连接,所述外壳另一端设有与切换水道杆连接的出水切换把手。
进一步的,上述出水孔的轴心线垂直于冷、热进水管轴心线所在的平面,所述外壳上设有两个出水孔,其对称的设在冷、热进水管轴心线所在平面的两侧。
进一步的,上述切换水道杆具有三个工位,一个关水工位和两个出水工位,关水工位时,排水孔的轴心线在冷、热进水管轴心线所在的平面上;出水工位时,排水孔的轴心线垂直于冷、热进水管轴心线所在的平面,此时排水孔与出水孔连通。
本实用新型中与现有技术相比的优点为:结构简单装配方便,成本降低,而且可以快速的调节出水水温,减少了水路的长度,节约了龙头整体的占用空间。

本实用新型便捷恒温龙头结构,包括具有冷、热进水管1、2的外壳3,所述外壳3内依次设置有与冷、热进水管相连通的恒温阀芯4,以及与恒温阀芯出水口连通的切换水道杆5,所述切换水道杆5中心部上设有中心孔道6,在切换水道杆表面穿设有与中心孔道连通的排水孔7,所述外壳上设有可与该排水孔连通的出水孔8,所述排水孔8上设有中心具有过水孔的密封垫9,所述密封垫9与排水孔底面之间设有压缩弹簧10,所述恒温阀芯4与设在外壳一端部的温控旋把手10连接,所述外壳另一端设有与切换水道杆5连接的出水切换把手11。
进一步的,为了设计合理,满足两种不同出水要求,上述出水孔的轴心线垂直于冷、热进水管轴心线所在的平面,所述外壳上设有两个出水孔,其对称的设在冷、热进水管轴心线所在平面的两侧。
进一步的,上述切换水道杆具有三个工位,一个关水工位和两个出水工位,关水工位时,排水孔的轴心线在冷、热进水管轴心线所在的平面上;出水工位时,排水孔的轴心线垂直于冷、热进水管轴心线所在的平面,此时排水孔与出水孔连通。
为了减轻重量及便于调节,切换水道杆5的后端截面为十字型,所述出水切换把手11为一圆套,在圆套底部设有凸柱,所述凸柱上开设有与切换水道杆5后端十字型截面配合的开槽12。
本实用新型便捷恒温龙头结构工作时,冷、热水分别从冷、热进水管1、2进入外壳体内后,经过温控旋把手10调整,由恒温阀芯4混合调节,从恒温阀芯4出水口输出符合温度要求的水,在出水切换把手11的旋转后,排水孔7与出水孔8连通,水从两进水管中间位置的出水孔8排出,本实用新型中与现有技术相比的优点为:结构简单装配方便,成本降低,而且可以快速的调节出水水温,减少了水路的长度,节约了龙头整体的占用空间。

1.一种便捷恒温龙头结构,其特征在于:包括具有冷、热进水管的外壳,所述外壳内依次设置有与冷、热进水管相连通的恒温阀芯,以及与恒温阀芯出水口连通的切换水道杆,所述切换水道杆中心部上设有中心孔道,在切换水道杆表面穿设有与中心孔道连通的排水孔,所述外壳上设有可与该排水孔连通的出水孔,所述排水孔上设有中心具有过水孔的密封垫,所述密封垫与排水孔底面之间设有压缩弹簧,所述恒温阀芯与设在外壳一端部的温控旋把手连接,所述外壳另一端设有与切换水道杆连接的出水切换把手。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便捷恒温龙头结构,其特征在于:所述出水孔的轴心线垂直于冷、热进水管轴心线所在的平面,所述外壳上设有两个出水孔,其对称的设在冷、热进水管轴心线所在平面的两侧。
