家用定温水龙头混水阀 技术领域
本实用新型涉及将冷水和热水混合后出水的水龙头。
背景技术
家用水龙头混水阀主要是指用于菜盆、脸盆及花洒的将冷水和热水混合后出水的水龙头,目前这种混水阀大都是一个手柄完成调温和调节出水量,其结构是一个陶瓷压片压在条形热水进口和冷水进口上,通过手柄旋转陶瓷压片调整从而调整混合水的温度,通过手柄的上下运动带动陶瓷压片移动调整热水进口和冷水进口的大小来调整混水阀的出水量,这种结构当混水阀出水量由当前水量调小或调大时,由于热水进口和冷水进口的大小变化并不是性线的,因此会造成水温发生急剧变化,需要再通过旋转手柄来调整水温,这样操作起来非常麻烦,且水温和水量往往难以很快达到要求,带来不便。且这种结构在小流量的情况下很难调整出水温度,造成水的浪费。为解决这一问题,有一种双阀水龙头混水阀,用两个阀分别调整进入混水阀冷水量和热水量,这种混水阀虽能解决温度陡变的问题,但调整温度和出水量需要多次反复调整两个手柄,较为麻烦,也会浪费大量的水。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的是提供一种调整出水量温度不变化的家用定温水龙头混水阀,本实用新型的技术方案如附图1所示,家用定温水龙头混水阀,包括一个水龙头主体(13),水龙头主体的下端有冷水进口(9)和热水进口(10),水龙头主体有出水量调节阀(1),其特征在于水龙头主体上靠近冷水进口和热水进口处有一个冷热水混合阀(7),冷热水混合阀的阀腔(6)与冷水进口和热水进口连通,冷热水混合阀的出水端通过混合水通道(4)与出水量调节阀 (1)连通。本实用新型调整水温和调整出水量分别由两个独立的阀完成,冷热水混合阀(7)将冷水和热水配比调整到需要水温后,水温为一定值,混合的后水与出水量调节阀连通,再由出水量调节阀调整出水量,这样无论出水量大或小都不会造成出水温度的变化,使用极为方便,也为节约用水提供了有利条件。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示,为一个立式混水阀,水龙头主体(13)为铜质,水龙头主体的下端有冷水进口(9)和热水进口(10),出水量调节阀(1)在水龙头主体中部,出水量调节阀(1)通过出水量调节阀出水通道(2)与混合水出水道(3)连通,冷热水混合阀(7)设置在水龙头主体下部,冷热水混合阀的阀腔(6)与冷水进口(9)和热水进口(10)连通。冷热水混合阀(7)为陶瓷压片旋转式结构,陶瓷压片(5)压在冷热水混合阀冷水进口(11)和冷热水混合阀热水进口(12)上,通过旋转陶瓷压片(5)调整冷水和热 水的进水量,冷热水混合阀的出水端通过混合水通道(4)与出水量调节阀(1)连通。
本实施例冷热水混合阀(7)与出水量调节阀(1)设置在同一平面上,也可以互成90°角设置。

  1. 家用定温水龙头混水阀,包括一个水龙头主体,水龙头主体的下端有冷水进口和热水进口,水龙头主体有出水量调节阀,其特征在于水龙头主体上靠近冷水进口和热水进口处有一个冷热水混合阀,冷热水混合阀的阀腔与冷水进口和热水进口连通,冷热水混合阀的出水端与出水量调节阀连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的家用定温水龙头混水阀,其特征在于冷热水混合阀为陶瓷压片旋转式结构,冷热水混合阀的出水端通过混合水通道与出水量调节阀连通。
