本发明涉及家用电器技术领域,尤其涉及一种操作组件及家用电器。
背景技术
在相关技术中,家用电器,例如微波炉、电烤箱、燃气灶等设置有供用户进行操作的旋钮。其中,旋钮用于家用电器的功能、时间或功率的调整。然而,现有的旋钮功能较为单一,难以满足家用电器的多功能化需求,不方便用户使用。
发明内容
本发明实施方式提供一种操作组件及家用电器。
本发明实施方式提供的一种操作组件,用于家用电器,所述操作组件包括:
第一操作部;
第二操作部,所述第一操作部至少部分地设置在所述第二操作部内,所述第二操作部能够位于所述第一操作部的第一位置和第二位置,以及能够在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间来回移动;
所述操作组件被配置为:
在所述第二操作部位于所述第一位置的情况下,所述第二操作部能够相对于所述第一操作部旋转以产生第一电信号;
在所述第二操作部位于所述第二位置的情况下,所述第二操作部能够带动所述第一操作部旋转,所述第一操作部旋转时产生第二电信号;
所述第一操作部能够被按压以产生第三电信号。

本发明实施方式的操作组件10中,在对第一操作部11和第二操作部12进行不同的操作时,可使操作组件10输出多个电信号,通过两个操作部的设置,能够增加操作组件10的功能,从而满足家用电器100的多功能化需求,结构简单,易于实现,提升用户使用的便利性。
具体地,家用电器100包括但不限于燃气灶、电磁炉、微波炉、烤箱、洗衣机、洗碗机、烟机等电器。操作组件10用于控制家用电器100的工作。例如,在家用电器100为燃气灶的情况下,操作组件10可以用于点火、调节燃气灶的火力大小和调节燃气灶的工作参数,如配置值调节、烹饪程序选择、界面移动等。又例如,在家用电器100为电磁炉的情况下,操作组件10可以用于调节电磁炉的火力大小和调节电磁炉的工作模式。再例如,在家用电器100为洗衣机的情况下,操作组件10可以用于调节洗衣机的工作时间和工作模式等。也即是说,在家用电器100具备多个不同功能时,能够通过操作组件10来进行控制,结构简单,易于实现,提升用户使用的便利性。

由上述可知,通过操作组件10的设置,使得操作组件10能够适应不同的家用电 器100的多项功能,结构简单,易于实现。并且,用户只需要旋转或者是按压操作组件10即可实现不同的控制效果,方便快捷。
其中,在第二操作部12位于第二位置的情况下,第二操作部12可以带动第一操作部11旋转,此时,第一操作部11的旋转可以是用户旋转第二操作部12或者是直接旋转第一操作部11,也即是说,用户可以选择旋转第二操作部12来带动第一操作部11旋转,或直接旋转第一操作部11,具体可以根据不同情况来选择,在此不做限定。
另外,第二操作部12外周面可设置有防滑结构,防滑结构围绕第二操作部12的表面设置,防滑结构的设置能够增加第二操作部12的表面的摩擦系数,如此,方便用户使用第二操作部12,提升用户体验。其中,防滑结构可以为防滑凸起、橡胶层等。在此不对防滑结构的具体类型做限定。只需要防滑结构能够增加第二操作部12的表面的摩擦系数即可。
在本发明实施方式中,第一操作部11和第二操作部12均大致呈圆柱状。在其他实施方式中,第一操作部11和第二操作部12还可以为其他形状。在此不做限定。只需要第一操作部11和第二操作部12能够相对移动和旋转即可。在此不对第一操作部11和第二操作部12的具体形状做限定。
具体地,第二操作部12可以采用塑料制成。塑料的延展性高并且易于获取,如此有利于第二操作部12的制作和第二操作部12的量产化,降低操作组件10的成本。可以理解的是,第二操作部12不仅仅可以采用塑料制成。具体可以根据不同情况来设置第二操作部12的具体材质。例如,在其他实施方式中,第二操作部12还可以采用金属制成。在此不对第二操作部12的具体材质做限定。

如此,在结合结构15分离的情况下,第一弹性件16能够自动驱动第二操作部12从第二位置移动至第一位置,结构简单,易于实现。
具体地,在本实施方式中,第二操作部12的内表面凸设有第三部121,第一弹性件16连接在第二缺口50的底面。在第二操作部12位于第一位置的情况下,第一弹性件16的上端可抵持第三部121,或与第三部241分离。在第二操作部12位于第二位置的情况下,第一弹性件16的上端抵持第三部121的下表面,下端抵持第二缺口50的底面,进而给第二操作部12提供向上的作用力。其中,第一弹性件16包括弹簧、扭 簧、弹片或其他具有弹性的元件。在本发明实施方式中,第一弹性件16为弹簧。在第二操作部12位于第二位置的情况下,第一弹性件16处于压缩状态。在第二操作部12位于第一位置的情况下,第一弹性件16处于相对于压缩状态的伸长状态。
需要指出的是,在第二操作部12位于第二位置的情况下,第二操作部12与第一操作部11之间的相对旋转通过结合结构15限制,在这样的情况下,第二操作部12能够在自第二位置朝向第一位置的方向上自由活动。也即是说,在用户手动操作第二操作部12以给第二操作部12提供一个向下的作用力的情况下,第二操作部12能够从第一位置移动至第二位置,在这样的情况下,卡座152与卡块为151卡合状态,此时,用户一直保持在给第二操作部12提供一个向下的作用力的状态然后旋转第二操作部12,即可实现第一操作部11的旋转。另外,上述用户给第二操作部12提供的向下的作用力大于上述第一弹性件16给第二操作部12提供的向上的作用力,如此使得第二操作部12能够从第一位置移动至第二位置。
当需要第二操作部12从第二位置回复至第一位置时,用户只需要撤销上述给第二操作部12提供的向下的作用力,此时,上述给第二操作部12提供的向下的作用力撤销,由于上述第一弹性件16给第二操作部12提供的向上的作用力一直存在,在用户撤销上述给第二操作部12提供的向下的作用力的情况下,第一弹性件16给第二操作部12提供的向上的作用力会带动第二操作部12自动地从第二位置移动至第一位置,如此,用户不需要去手动操作以将第二操作部12从第二位置移动至第一位置,只需要将上述给第二操作部12提供平的向下的作用力撤销即可。结构简单,易于实现,提升用户体验。
在这样的实施方式中,结合结构15仅仅具有限制第二操作部12与第一操作部11之间相对旋转的功能,而不能够限制第二操作部12在自第二位置朝向第一位置的方向上的移动。
当然,在其他实施方式中,在第二操作部12位于第二位置的情况下,第二操作部12与第一操作部11之间的相对旋转通过结合结构15限制,第二操作部12在自第二位置朝向第一位置的方向上活动也可通过结合结构15限制。也即是说,在这样的实施方式中,当第二操作部12位于第二位置时,结合结构15固定连接第一操作部11和第二操作部12,此时第二操作部12不能够相对第一操作部11发生相对旋转或者是相对移动。如此,一来方便用户操作,以防止第二操作部12在第一弹性件16的作用下错误的从第二位置移动至第一位置;二来能够省力,如此,用户不需要一直给第二操作部12施加向下的作用力以使得第二操作部12维持在第二位置。
例如,用户可手动操作第二操作部12以给第二操作部12提供一个向上的作用力,第二操作部12在此作用力的作用下能够从第二位置移动至第一位置,并在此作用力的作用下,卡块??与卡座152能够分离,进而使得第二操作部12能够从第二位置移动至第一位置。在这样的实施方式中,卡座152上可形成有嵌合槽,在第二操作部12位于第二位置的情况下,卡块151嵌于嵌合槽内以实现卡块151与卡座152的卡合。
在这样的实施方式中,结合结构15仅仅具有限制第二操作部12与第一操作部11之间相对转动的功能,同时具有限制第二操作部12在自第二位置朝向第一位置的方向上的移动的功能。例如,卡块151与卡座152在卡合的情况下为过盈配合的状态。
当然,在其他实施方式中,结合结构15也可以由其他结构组件构成。例如,在一个例子中,结合结构15可包括第一磁性件和第二磁性件,第一磁性件位于第一操作部11和第二操作部12的其中一个,第二磁性件位于第一操作部11和第二操作部12的另一个。第一磁性件和第二磁性件被配置为在通电的情况下具备有磁性。在这样的实施方式中,在第二操作部12位于第二位置的情况下,可给第一磁性件和第二磁性件通电以使得第一磁性件与第二磁性件的磁性相反,如此,第一磁性件和第二磁性件能够相互吸引以使得第一磁性件和第二磁性件之间形成稳定的连接。在需要第二操作部12从第二位置移动至第一位置时,可给第一磁性件和第二磁性件通电以使得第一磁性件和第二磁性件的磁性相同,如此第一磁性件和第二磁性件能够相互排斥以使得第一磁性件和第二磁性件之间分离。
以上仅仅是通过举例来说明结合结构15的工作方式。在不同的实施方式中,结合结构15的具体结构类型可以根据不同情况来设置。在此不做限定。只需要结合结构15能够限制第一操作部11和第二操作部12之间的相对旋转,和/或能够使得第一操作部11和第二操作部12之间形成连接或者是分离即可。在此不做限定。
请参阅图2和图3,在某些实施方式中,操作组件10包括第一接触件17和第二接触件18,第一接触件17安装在第一操作部11,第二接触件18安装在第二操作部12;
在第二操作部12位于第一位置的情况下,第一接触件17与第二接触件18连接,在第二操作部12位于第一位置且第二操作部12旋转的情况下,第一接触件17与第二接触件18发生相对旋转以产生第一电信号;
在第二操作部12位于第二位置的情况下,第一接触件17与第二接触件18分离。
如此,能够实现第二操作部12旋转时产生不同的电信号。
在本实施方式中,在第二操作部12位于第一位置的情况下,第一接触件17和第二接触件18接触,此时,第二操作部12能够相对第一操作部11旋转,如此使得第一 接触件17与第二接触件18发生相对旋转以产生第一电信号。在第二操作部12位于第二位置的情况下,第一接触件17与第二接触件18分离,在第二操作部12旋转的情况下,由于第一接触件17和第二接触件18分离,所以第二操作部12的旋转能够因为第一接触件17和第二接触件18分离而产生不同的电信号。在第二操作部12位于第二位置的情况下,第二操作部12可带动第一操作部11旋转,因此,第二操作部12旋转时能够带动第一操作部11旋转。如此,能够实现第二操作部12旋转时产生不同的电信号。
在本实施方式中,第一接触件17设在上部件113的下表面,第二接触件18设在第三部121的上表面,第一接触件17与第二接触件18的位置相对应。第一接触件17和第二接触件18均可由导电材料制成。第一接触件17包括间隔的第一触点和第二触点,第二接触件18与两个触点相对应,在第二操作部12位于第一位置的情况下,旋转第二操作部12,此时第二操作部12能够相对第一操作部11旋转,由于此时第二接触件18与两个触点相接触,且第二接触件18固定在第二操作部12,两个触点固定在第一操作部11,所以在第二操作部12旋转的情况下,第二接触件18与两个触点能够之间能够发生相对移动,在第二接触件18与两个触点发生相对移动的情况下,第二接触件18与两个触点之间的位置也在发生改变,此时,第二接触件18与两个触点之间的电阻也在发生变化,从而可以实现电信号的转变。
请参阅图2和图3,在某些实施方式中,操作组件10包括基座19,第一操作部11活动地连接基座19,基座19设有输出端191,输出端191用于输出操作组件10的电信号至家用电器100的控制器。
如此设置,方便操作组件10与家用电器100的控制器连接,进而使得操作组件10能够输出不同的信号至控制器,在控制器接收到不同的信号的情况下,控制家用电器100执行不同的工作。
在本发明实施方式中,输出端191可以通过导线与控制器连接,导线连接的方式能够使得信号的传输变得更加稳定,进而有利于信号的传输。在其他实施方式中,输出端191还可连接有无线传输模组,与控制器进行无线传输信号,无线传输模组可以采用蓝牙连接、红外连接等无线连接的方式进行无线连接。具体可以根据不同情况来设计。在此不做限定。
具体地,在本实施方式中,由第一操作部11及第二操作部12的操作而产生的电信号均可由输出端191输出。例如,第一接触件17的两个触点可通过第一操作部11内部的导线连接输出端191。
请参阅图2至图5,在某些实施方式中,操作组件10包括限位结构20,限位结构20设置在基座19,第一操作部11能够位于基座19的第三位置(图2)和第四位置(图3),及能够在第三位置和第四位置来回切换,在第一操作部11位于第三位置的情况下,限位结构20连接第一操作部11以限制第一操作部11的旋转,在第一操作部11位于第四位置的情况下,限位结构20与第一操作部11分离以解除第一操作部11的旋转限制以使第一操作部11能够旋转。
如此,通过设置限位结构20,来使得位于基座19不同位置的第一操作部11能够旋转或限制旋转以实现不同的功能。
在本实施方式中,限位结构20的中部可开设有限位槽201,第一操作部11的下部件115的外周面凸设有卡部116,基座19开设有收容空间192,下部件115部分地位于收容空间192,限位结构20设置在收容空间192内表面,在第一操作部11位于基座19的第三位置(见图2)的情况下,卡部116位于限位槽201内(见图4),因此第一操作部11被限制无法旋转。在第一操作部11位于基座19的第四位置(见图3)的情况下,卡部116脱离限位槽201,因此,第一操作部11被解除了旋转限制,第一操作部11能够旋转(见图5)。
当然,在其他实施方式中,限位结构20还可以为其他结构。具体可以根据不同情况来设置限位结构20的具体类型。只需要限位结构20能够限制第一操作部11的旋转即可。在此不对限位结构20的具体类型做限定。
在本实施方式中,第二操作部12位于第一操作部11的第一位置的情况下,第一操作部11位于基座19的第三位置,这样第二操作部12可相对于第一操作部11旋转,而第一操作部11被限制而无法旋转。第二操作部12位于第一操作部11的第二位置的情况下,第一操作部11被按压(可以通过按压第二操作部12或直接按压第一操作部11来实现)以从第三位置移动至第四位置,此时,第一操作部11被解除旋转限制,第一操作部11能够旋转。
请参阅图2和图3,在某些实施方式中,操作组件10包括第二弹性件21,第二弹性件21抵接基座19与第一操作部11。
如此,第一弹性件16能够自动驱动第一操作部11从按压状态的位置移动至初始状态的位置(未按压第一操作部11的情况下,第一操作部11的位置),结构简单,易于实现。
具体地,在本实施方式中,第二弹性件21的下端抵接收容空间192的底面,下部件的下周缘开设有第三缺口60,第二弹性件21的下端抵接第三缺口60的顶面。其中, 第二弹性件21包括弹簧、扭簧、弹片或其他具有弹性的元件。在本发明实施方式中,第二弹性件21为弹簧。在第一操作部11位于按压状态的位置的情况下,第二弹性件21处于压缩状态。在第一操作部11位于初始状态的位置的情况下,第二弹性件21处于相对于压缩状态的伸长状态。
请参阅图2和图3,在某些实施方式中,操作组件10包括开关件22,开关件22用于在第一操作部11被按压的情况下输出第三电信号。
如此设置,实现了按压第一操作部11输出电信号,而且结构简单,成本低。
具体地,开关件22包括本体221和设置在本体221上的弹性触件222,弹性触件222在受到外力的作用下能够相对本体221活动,弹性触件222在外力解除时能够恢复初始状态。请参阅图2,在图中的示例中,弹性触件222处于初始状态。请参阅图3,在图中的示例中,按压第一操作部11,此时,第一操作部11的下部件115挤压弹性触件222以使得弹性触件222相对本体221活动,而输出电信号,如此实现了按压第一操作部11输出电信号,而且结构简单,成本低。在一个例子中,开关件22可采用微动开关。在某些实施方式中,本体221可通过导线连接输出端19以输出相应的电信号。
请参阅图2和图3,在某些实施方式中,操作组件10包括编码器23,编码器23连接第一操作部11并用于检测第一操作部11的旋转角度,并根据旋转角度输出第二电信号。
如此设置,编码器23能够根据第一操作部11的旋转角度的不同对应输出不同的第二电信号,从而控制家用电器100实现不同的功能,方便快捷,提升用户体验。
具体地,编码器23安装在下部件115的底面,在第一操作部11的旋转角度不同时,输出的第二电信号也不相同,如此家用电器100能够根据不同的第二电信号实现不同的功能。
请参阅图1,本发明实施方式提供一种家用电器100,包括上述任一实施方式的操作组件10和面板101。操作组件10安装在面板101。
本发明实施方式的家用电器100中,在对第一操作部11和第二操作部12进行不同的操作时,可使操作组件10输出不同的电信号,通过两个操作部的设置,能够增加旋钮的功能,从而满足家用电器100的多功能化,结构简单,易于实现,提升用户的体验。
进一步地,在本发明实施方式中,基座19位于面板101的下侧,面板101上设置有开口102,第一操作部11穿过开口102并与基座19连接。基座19可固定在家用电器100的壳体内部。
在图示的实施方式中,面板101设有两个操作组件10。在其它实施方式中,操作组件10的数量可以是1个、3个或3个以上,操作组件10的具体数量可以根据实际需求进行设定,在此不作具体限定。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施方式”、“某些实施方式”、“示意性实施方式”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合所述实施方式或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施方式或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施方式或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施方式或示例中以合适的方式结合。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下可以对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种操作组件,用于家用电器,其特征在于,所述操作组件包括:
    第一操作部;
    第二操作部,所述第一操作部至少部分地设置在所述第二操作部内,所述第二操作部能够位于所述第一操作部的第一位置和第二位置,以及能够在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间来回移动;
    所述操作组件被配置为:
    在所述第二操作部位于所述第一位置的情况下,所述第二操作部能够相对于所述第一操作部旋转以产生第一电信号;
    在所述第二操作部位于所述第二位置的情况下,所述第二操作部能够带动所述第一操作部旋转,所述第一操作部旋转时产生第二电信号;
    所述第一操作部能够被按压以产生第三电信号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的操作组件,其特征在于,所述操作组件包括结合结构,在所述第二操作部位于所述第二位置的情况下,所述第二操作部通过所述结合结构带动所述第一操作部旋转。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的操作组件,其特征在于,所述结合结构包括卡块和卡座,所述卡块位于所述第一操作部和所述第二操作部的其中一个,所述卡座位于所述第一操作部和所述第二操作部的另一个。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的操作组件,其特征在于,所述操作组件包括第一弹性件,在所述第二操作部位于所述第二位置的情况下,所述第一弹性件抵接在所述第一操作部和所述第二操作部之间并用于向所述第二操作部提供从所述第二位置移动至所述第一位置的作用力。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的操作组件,其特征在于,所述操作组件包括第一接触件和第二接触件,所述第一接触件安装在所述第一操作部,所述第二接触件安装在所述第二操作部;
    在所述第二操作部位于所述第一位置的情况下,所述第一接触件与所述第二接触件连接,在所述第二操作部位于所述第一位置且所述第二操作部旋转的情况下,所述第一接触件与所述第二接触件发生相对旋转以产生所述第一电信号;
    在所述第二操作部位于所述第二位置的情况下,所述第一接触件与所述第二接触件分离。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的操作组件,其特征在于,所述操作组件包括基座,所述 第一操作部活动地连接所述基座,所述基座设有输出端,所述输出端用于输出所述操作组件的电信号至所述家用电器的控制器。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的操作组件,其特征在于,所述操作组件包括限位结构,所述限位结构设置在所述基座,所述第一操作部能够位于所述基座的第三位置和第四位置,及能够在所述第三位置和所述第四位置来回切换,在所述第一操作部位于所述第三位置的情况下,所述限位结构连接所述第一操作部以限制所述第一操作部的旋转,在所述第一操作部位于所述第四位置的情况下,所述限位结构与所述第一操作部分离以解除所述第一操作部的旋转限制以使所述第一操作部能够旋转。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的操作组件,其特征在于,所述操作组件包括第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件抵接所述基座与所述第一操作部。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的操作组件,其特征在于,所述操作组件包括开关件,所述开关件用于在所述第一操作部被按压的情况下输出所述第三电信号。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的操作组件,其特征在于,所述操作组件包括编码器,所述编码器连接所述第一操作部并用于检测所述第一操作部的旋转角度,并根据所述旋转角度输出所述第二电信号。
  11. 一种家用电器,其特征在于,包括:
    权利要求1至10任一项所述的操作组件;和
    面板,所述操作组件安装在所述面板。
