背景技术
目前市面上洗衣机洗涤剂(洗衣粉或洗衣液)有两种投放方式,一种是一次性投放,即将洗涤剂放在洗涤剂盒中,洗衣机进水将洗涤剂冲入滚筒中,无论放多少都会全部冲入滚筒中。另一种为自动投放,即一次性将洗涤剂倒入洗涤剂盒中,每次根据衣物的多少来抽取一定量的洗涤剂,再冲入滚筒中,但是有一定的局限性,即自动投放只能投放洗衣液等液体,不能投放洗衣粉等固体颗粒。
综上,现有洗衣机,能一次投放洗涤剂的不能实现自动投放的功能,能实现自动投放的不能投放洗衣粉,造成了洗衣机不适用的问题。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种清洗装置及具有其的洗衣机,以解决现有技术中洗衣机不能同时实现自动投放和直接投放洗涤物料的问题。

盒体10上设置有连接卡扣50和连接柱60。这样设置能够提高盒体10的连接稳定性,其中,连接柱60可以是螺钉柱。
上述实施例中的清洗装置还可以用于洗衣机设备技术领域,即根据本申请的另一方面,提供了一种洗衣机,包括清洗装置,清洗装置为上述实施例中的洗衣机。
具体地,洗涤剂自动投放减少人工干预,使生活更加的便捷,体验自动化带来的好的用户体验,同时又有一次性投放的投放口,适用各种洗涤剂,给用户更多的选择空间。
此洗涤剂投放装置共包括两大部分,如图1所示,一部分为进水盒部分,由三个卡扣及两个螺钉固定在洗衣机框架上,静止不动。此部分包括进水盒下盖,水路流道板及洗液泵等相关零件。另一部分为洗涤剂盒部分,此部分可以抽拉以便添加洗涤剂。此部分包括洗涤剂存储腔、直接投放通道、投放口、拉手等相关零件。
当用户需要一次性添加洗涤剂时,如图1所示,洗衣粉或者洗衣液放在直接投放通道处,将洗涤剂盒推入进水盒中,进水喷淋头出水冲刷洗涤剂,洗涤剂沿着洗涤剂流向通过进水盒出口流进洗衣机滚筒内,完成洗涤剂投放。当用户使用自动投放功能时,将洗涤剂或者柔顺剂(只能添加液体)从自动投放口倒入,可以一次性倒入很多,倒满为止,可供多次洗涤使用。倒入的洗涤剂存储在洗涤剂盒中,洗衣机工作时,应用自动称重原理,向洗衣机发送一个指令,洗液泵开始工作,洗涤剂在吸液泵的作用下将洗涤剂流向由洗涤剂存储腔、洗液泵、过流通道、进水喷淋头、直接投放通道、滚筒中完成洗涤剂的自动投放。当自动投放处洗涤剂存储腔的洗涤剂用完以后,洗衣机显示界面会收到洗涤剂余量不足的提醒,用户再次添加即可。
为了便于描述,在这里可以使用空间相对术语,如“在……之上”、“在……上方”、“在……上表面”、“上面的”等,用来描述如在图中所示的一个器件或特征与其他器件或特征的空间位置关系。应当理解的是,空间相对术语旨在包含除了器件在图中所描述的方位之外的在使用或操作中的不同方位。例如,如果附图中的器件被倒置,则描述为“在其他器件或构造上方”或“在其他器件或构造之上”的器件之后将被定位为“在其他器件或构造下方”或“在其他器件或构造之下”。因而,示例性术语“在……上方”可以包括“在……上方”和“在……下方”两种方位。该器件也可以其他不同方式定位(旋转90度或处于其他方位),并且对这里所使用的空间相对描述作出相应解释。
除上述以外,还需要说明的是在本说明书中所谈到的“一个实施例”、“另一个实施例”、“实施例”等,指的是结合该实施例描述的具体特征、结构或者特点包括在本申请概括性描述的至少一个实施例中。在说明书中多个地方出现同种表述不是一定指的是同一个实施例。进一步来说,结合任一实施例描述一个具体特征、结构或者特点时,所要主张的是结合其他实施例来实现这种特征、结构或者特点也落在本申请的范围内。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种清洗装置,其特征在于,包括:
    盒体(10),所述盒体(10)具有直接投放通道(11)和存储腔(12),所述直接投放通道(11)的第一端用于投放洗涤物料,所述直接投放通道(11)的第二端靠近洗涤桶设置以将投放的洗涤物料导至所述洗涤桶内,所述存储腔(12)具有投放口(121)和排出口(122),所述排出口(122)与所述直接投放通道(11)的第一端相连通;
    驱动部(20),所述驱动部(20)与所述盒体(10)相连接,所述驱动部(20)用于将存储在所述存储腔(12)内的洗涤物料,驱动至所述直接投放通道(11)的第一端内并通过所述直接投放通道(11)的第二端导至所述洗涤桶内进行清洗作业。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清洗装置,其特征在于,所述直接投放通道(11)第一端的至少部分的侧壁为凹陷的弧面结构,所述直接投放通道(11)的第一端的横截面的面积大于所述直接投放通道(11)的第二端的横截面的面积,所述存储腔(12)位于所述直接投放通道(11)的一侧设置,所述投放口(121)位于所述直接投放通道(11)内并靠近所述直接投放通道(11)的第一侧壁设置,所述直接投放通道(11)的与所述第一侧壁相对的第二侧壁与所述投放口(121)之间形成投放空间。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的清洗装置,其特征在于,所述排出口(122)位于所述直接投放通道(11)的第一端的上方。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的清洗装置,其特征在于,所述投放口(121)处设置有投放口盒盖(30),所述投放口盒盖(30)与所述投放口(121)的侧壁相连接,所述投放口盒盖(30)具有打开所述投放口(121)的打开位置,以及所述投放口盒盖(30)具有关闭所述投放口(121)的关闭位置。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗装置还包括盖板(40),所述盖板(40)与安装基础相连接,所述盖板(40)设置于所述存储腔(12)和所述直接投放通道(11)的上方,所述盖板(40)上设置有过流通道(41),所述过流通道(41)的第一端与所述存储腔(12)相连通,所述过流通道(41)的第二端的侧壁上开设有开口,所述开口形成所述排出口(122),操作所述盒体(10)可使所述盒体(10)相对所述盖板(40)移动地设置,以使所述直接投放通道(11)的第一端外露的投放位置,以及使所述直接投放通道(11)的第一端和所述投放口(121)隐藏于所述盖板(40)下方的隐藏位置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的清洗装置,其特征在于,所述开口为多个,多个所述开口均匀地设置。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的清洗装置,其特征在于,所述驱动部(20)包括吸液泵,所述吸液泵的进口端与所述存储腔(12)的底部相连通,所述吸液泵的出口端与所述过流通道(41)的第一端相连通。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗装置还包括:
    称重装置,所述称重装置与安装基础相连接,所述称重装置用于对待清洗物进行称重;
    控制器,所述控制器与所述称重装置和所述驱动部(20)相连接,所述控制器根据所述称重装置的读数,确定所需投放的洗涤物料的量,然后控制所述驱动部(20)作业直至将所需的洗涤物料的量驱动至所述洗涤桶内。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的清洗装置,其特征在于,所述盒体(10)的端部设置有拉手(13),操作所述拉手(13)可使所述盒体(10)位于所述投放位置或隐藏位置。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的清洗装置,其特征在于,所述盖板(40)上设置有进水盒(42),所述进水盒(42)的出口端与所述过流通道(41)的开口相连通地设置,或者,所述进水盒(42)的出口端与所述过流通道(41)的开口独立地设置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的清洗装置,其特征在于,所述进水盒(42)的出口端设置有喷淋头(43)。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的清洗装置,其特征在于,所述盒体(10)上设置有连接卡扣(50)。
  13. 根据权利要求1或12所述的清洗装置,其特征在于,所述盒体(10)上设置有连接柱(60)。
  14. 一种洗衣机,包括清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗装置为权利要求1至13中任一项所述的洗衣机。
