Abstract
L'invention concerne un événement de transformation EE-6726 de l'aubergine, ainsi que des plantes, des cellules végétales, des graines et des parties de plante comprenant un événement EE-6726 conférant une résistance aux dommages causés par les insectes lépidoptères. L'invention concerne également des séquences d'acides nucléiques spécifiques de l'événement EE-6726 et des plantes, des cellules végétales, des graines et des parties de plantes comprenant des acides nucléiques spécifiques de l'événement EE-6726. La présente invention concerne également des procédés de détection de la présence de l'événement EE-6726 sur la base de la séquence d'ADN de la construction recombinante insérée dans le génome de l'aubergine à l'origine de l'événement EE-6726 et/ou des séquences génomiques flanquant le site d'insertion.
