根据本申请的旋钮模块,当旋钮模块用于烹饪装置的控盒组件时,线路板以及开关部安装在控盒组件的盒体的内部,转轴部经盒体安装孔穿出与位于盒体外侧的旋钮部连接,导光件套装在转轴部的外侧且位于盒体的外部,用户操作旋钮部,通过转轴部使得开关部被开启,线路板的发光体被点亮,发光体的光线经导光件从盒体的内部导出到盒体的外部,使得用户能够经导光件观察到发光体所发出的光线,从而获知旋钮处于工作状态。在导光件上设置有散光结构,当光线经导光件导引时,散光结构对光线进行散射,从而使得光线的传播方向被打散,进而使得光线能够经导光件均匀显示,使得用户的使用体验得到了有效提升。

在本申请的一些实施例中,所述导光件包括凸缘部以及具有凹槽的本体部,所述凸缘部设置在所述凹槽的开口端且向所述本体部的径向外侧延伸,所述凹槽的底面设有用于所述转轴部穿设的过孔,所述发光体设置在所述过孔内且与所述过孔的孔壁相抵靠。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述散光结构包括设置在所述过孔的孔壁上的第一散光部,所述发光体与所述第一散光部相抵靠。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述第一散光部为锯齿结构。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述散光结构还包括第二散光部,所述第二散光部设置在所述凸缘部的边缘。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述第二散光部为磨砂结构。

盒体,所述盒体上设有安装孔,所述线路板和所述开关部均设置在所述盒 体的内部,所述旋钮部、所述导光件以及所述旋钮模块的连接座均设置在所述盒体的外部;
固定件,所述固定件设置在所述盒体的内部,所述固定件与所述连接座配合,以使所述导光件的凸缘部抵靠在所述盒体的外表面上,所述导光件的本体部与所述发光体贴合。

如图1至图8所示,根据本申请的实施方式,提出了一种旋钮模块12,旋钮模块12包括旋钮开关121、线路板124和导光件123,旋钮开关121包括旋钮部、转轴部和开关部,旋钮部通过转轴部与开关部连接,线路板124套装在转轴部的外侧,线路板124朝向旋钮部的一侧设有发光体1241,导光件123套装在转轴部的外侧且位于线路板124和旋钮部之间,导光件123上设有散光结构,发光体1241的光线能够经散光结构导引至发光体1241的边缘。
根据本申请的旋钮模块12,当旋钮模块12用于烹饪装置100的控盒组件 10时,线路板124以及开关部安装在控盒组件10的盒体11的内部,转轴部经盒体11安装孔穿出与位于盒体11外侧的旋钮部连接,导光件123套装在转轴部的外侧且位于盒体11的外部,用户操作旋钮部,通过转轴部使得开关部被开启,线路板124的发光体1241被点亮,发光体1241的光线经导光件123从盒体11的内部导出到盒体11的外部,使得用户能够经导光件123观察到发光体1241所发出的光线,从而获知旋钮处于工作状态。在导光件123上设置有散光结构,当光线经导光件123导引时,散光结构对光线进行散射,从而使得光线的传播方向被打散,进而使得光线能够经导光件123均匀显示,使得用户的使用体验得到了有效提升。
需要理解的是,导光件123为透明材质,反光体通过与导光件123接触,从而实现自盒体11内部向盒体11外部导出,便于用户观察获知旋钮的当前状态,使得用户的使用体验得到了有效提升。
需要指出的是,开关部可设置在线路板124上,也可以单独设置,对于开关部的设置方式本申请不再进行赘述。另外,当用户操作旋钮部,通过转轴部将开关部开启时,烹饪装置100进入了工作状态,烹饪装置100工作状态时的信号(如启动成功)反馈至线路板124上,并且经发光体1241的点亮进行显示,导光件123将发光体1241发出的光线导出,用户通过观察导光件123是否被点亮而获得旋钮开关121的工作状态,从而有效提升了用户的使用体验。
另外,发光体1241为发光二极管,发光二极管的能耗低,有效降低了能耗,同时使用寿命长,能够有效降低产品的维护成本。
进一步理解的是,如图5和图7所示,导光件123包括凸缘部1231以及具有凹槽的本体部1232,凸缘部1231设置在凹槽的开口端且向本体部1232的径向外侧延伸,本体部1232的底面设有用于转轴部穿设的过孔1233,发光体1241设置在过孔1233内且与过孔1233的孔壁相抵靠。具体地,本体部1232为柱状结构,凹槽开设在本体部1232的一个端面上,凸缘部1231设置在凹槽的开口端,当旋钮模块12用于控盒组件10时,线路板124及开关部设置在盒体11的内部,转轴部经盒体11的安装孔穿出且与旋钮部连接,导光件123套装在转轴部的外侧,其中,凸缘部1231抵靠在盒体11的外表面上,本体部1232穿过安装孔并抵靠在线路板124上,线路板124上的发光体1241与本体部1232上的 过孔1233相抵靠,从而实现旋钮模块12的安装。旋钮模块12整体结构紧凑,有效满足了控盒组件10的装配要求。
需要理解的是,发光体1241被点亮后,发光体1241的光线经过孔1233的孔壁进入到导光件123的本体部1232内,并经本体部1232导引至凸缘部1231,最终经凸缘部1231的边缘进行显示,凸缘部1231沿旋钮部的周向设置,发光体1241发光时,整个凸缘部1231的边缘均匀发光,使得用户能够及时有效获知旋钮模块12的工作状态,从而提升了用户的使用体验。
需要指出的是,线路板124上的发光体1241的数量为多个,各发光体1241沿过孔1233的周向设置,进一步使得导光件123的导光均匀性得到了保证。
进一步地,如图7和图8所示,散光结构包括设置在过孔1233的孔壁上的第一散光部1234,发光体1241与第一散光部1234相抵靠。具体地,当旋钮模块12装配完成后,第一散光部1234与发光体1241相抵靠,当发光体1241发光时,光线经第一散光部1234进入到导光件123,进入导光件123的光线被打散,使得光线在导光件123中呈无规则的方式进行导引,从而使得导光件123内的光线均匀,进而保证了光线经导管件后能够均匀显示,进一步提升了用户的使用体验。
进一步地,如图7所示,第一散光部1234为锯齿结构。具体地,当发光体1241被点亮后,光线经锯齿结构进入到导光件123,光线在经过锯齿结构时,由于锯齿结构具有多个弯折面,光线被多次反射及折射,使得进入到导光件123中的光线被打散,从而在导光件123内呈无规则的方式导引,当导光件123中的光线导引至凸缘部1231的边缘被射出时,光线能够均匀射出,保证了导光件123导光的均匀性,便于用户的观察,从而提升了用户的使用体验。
需要指出的是,锯齿结构沿发光体1241的周向设置,从而能够进一步保证导光件123导光的均匀性。
在其它实施方式中,第一散光部1234为磨砂结构,从而提高了加工的便捷性。
进一步地,散光结构还包括第二散光部,第二散光部设置在凸缘部1231的边缘。具体地,当发光体1241被点亮后,光线经第一散光部1234进入到导光件123,光线在经过第一散光部1234时,由于第一散光部1234的锯齿结构具 有多个弯折面,光线被多次反射及折射,使得进入到导光件123中的光线被第一次打散,从而在导光件123内呈无规则的方式导引,当导光件123中的光线导引至凸缘部1231的边缘时,光线需要经第二散光部被射出,光线在经过第二散光部时被第二次打散,从而进一步提升了导光件123导光的均匀性,使得用户的使用体验得到了进一步的提升。
进一步地,第二散光部为磨砂结构。具体地,磨砂结构具有若干不规则面,当导光件123内的光线经磨砂结构射出是,若干不规则面对光线进行反射及折射,从而将光线进一步打散,使得经导光件123射出的光线更加均匀,有效提升了导光件123的导光效果,使得用户的使用体验得到了进一步的提升。
在其它实施方式中,第二散光部为锯齿结构,该锯齿结构沿凸缘的边缘设置,进一步提高了导光件123导光的均匀性。
进一步地,如图5和图6所示,旋钮模块12包括套装在转轴部上的连接座122,旋钮部的部分本体收容于连接座122内,并且导光件123与连接座122配合。具体地,当旋钮模块12装配在控盒组件10的盒体11上时,连接座122套装在转轴部上且设置在旋钮部和导光件123之间,导光件123的凸缘部1231抵靠在盒体11的外表面,连接座122与导光件123配合,旋钮部的部分本体收容于连接座122内,从而实现整体结构紧凑,提高了空间利用率。
需要指出的是,连接座122包括插接部和凸台部,插接部上设有收容槽1221,凸台部设置在收容槽1221的槽口处且向插接部的外侧延伸。旋钮模块12装配时,开关部和线路板124安装在盒体11的内部,导光件123、连接座122以及旋钮部均设置在盒体11的外部,其中,导光件123的本体部1232经盒体11的安装孔插入到盒体11的内部且与线路板124上的发光体1241配合,导光件123的凸缘部1231抵靠在盒体11的外表面上,连接座122的插接部插入到本体部1232的凹槽内,连接座122的凸台部抵靠在凸缘部1231上,转轴部自盒体11内部依次穿过导光件123和连接座122后与旋钮部连接,旋钮部的部分本体设置在插接部的收容槽1221内,旋钮部能够相对收容槽1221转动。通过旋钮模块12的结构有效提升了空间利用率,便于控盒组件10的布局和装配,有效提高了生产的效率,降低了产品的制造成本。
进一步地,如图5至图7所示,凹槽上设有第一连接结构1235,连接座122 上设有与第一连接结构1235配合的第二连接结构1222。具体地,第一连接结构1235与第二连接结构1222的配合,使得导光件123和连接座122的位置相对保持,从而保证了两者之间的装配精度,进而提升了产品的外观协调性。
需要指出的是,第一连接结构1235为第一定位孔,第二连接结构1222为第一定位柱,定连接座122与导光件123装配时,第一定位柱插接与第一定位孔内,从而实现两者的定位装配;另外,在凹槽上还设置第二定位柱,在连接座122上还设置第二定位孔,通过第二定位柱插接在第二定位孔内,进一步提升了导光件123和连接座122的装配精度,使得外观的协调性得到了保证。
本申请的还提出了一种控盒组件10,如图1至图8所示,控盒组件10包括旋钮模块12、盒体11和固定件126,旋钮模块12为根据如上的旋钮模块12,盒体11上设有安装孔,线路板124和开关部均设置在盒体11的内部,旋钮部、导光件123以及旋钮模块12的连接座122均设置在盒体11的外部,固定件126设置在盒体11的内部,固定件126与连接座122配合,以使导光件123的凸缘部1231抵靠在盒体11的外表面上,导光件123的本体部1232与发光体1241贴合。
根据本申请的控盒组件10,其中,旋钮模块12的线路板124以及开关部安装在控盒组件10的盒体11的内部,转轴部经盒体11安装孔穿出与位于盒体11外侧的旋钮部连接,导光件123套装在转轴部的外侧且位于盒体11的外部,用户操作旋钮部,通过转轴部使得开关部被开启,线路板124的发光体1241被点亮,发光体1241的光线经导光件123从盒体11的内部导出到盒体11的外部,使得用户能够经导光件123观察到发光体1241所发出的光线,从而获知旋钮处于工作状态。在导光件123上设置有散光结构,当光线经导光件123导引时,散光结构对光线进行散射,从而使得光线的传播方向被打散,进而使得光线能够经导光件123均匀显示,使得用户的使用体验得到了有效提升。
另外,旋钮模块12在进行安装时,将线路板124设置在盒体11的内部且与盒体11的内表面贴合,固定板抵靠在线路板124上(两者之间夹设有柔性件125,如硅胶件等)且与盒体11的内表面连接固定,再将导光件123设置在盒体11的外侧,并且使得导光件123的本体部1232穿过盒体11的安装孔后与线路板124的发光体1241配合,将连接座122与导光件123配合,连接座122通 过螺钉与固定件126连接,从而使得连接座122压接在导光件123上,并且使得导光件123固定在盒体11的外侧,最后将旋钮开关121的开关部固定在盒体11的内部,使得转轴部依次穿过线路板124、导光件123和连接座122,旋钮部与转轴部的穿出端配合,从而实现了旋钮模块12与盒体11的装配。整个装配结构紧凑,能够有效节省安装空间,提高了控盒组件10的空间利用率,同时,装配便捷,有效提高了生产的效率。
此外,上述控盒组件10的其它的各部分结构请参考现有技术,在此不再赘述
本申请的另外提出了一种烹饪装置100,如图1至图8所示,烹饪装置100包括控盒组件和机体,控盒组件为根据如上的控盒组件10,机体上设有烹饪腔,控盒安装在机体上。
根据本申请的烹饪装置100,在控盒组件10中,旋钮模块12的线路板124以及开关部安装在控盒组件10的盒体11的内部,转轴部经盒体11安装孔穿出与位于盒体11外侧的旋钮部连接,导光件123套装在转轴部的外侧且位于盒体11的外部,用户操作旋钮部,通过转轴部使得开关部被开启,线路板124的发光体1241被点亮,发光体1241的光线经导光件123从盒体11的内部导出到盒体11的外部,使得用户能够经导光件123观察到发光体1241所发出的光线,从而获知旋钮处于工作状态。在导光件123上设置有散光结构,当光线经导光件123导引时,散光结构对光线进行散射,从而使得光线的传播方向被打散,进而使得光线能够经导光件123均匀显示,使得用户的使用体验得到了有效提升。
另外,上述烹饪装置为烤箱或或烤箱灶台组件,该烹饪装置的其它的各部分结构请参考现有技术,在此不再赘述。
以上所述,仅为本申请较佳的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种旋钮模块,其特征在于,所述旋钮模块包括:
    旋钮开关,所述旋钮开关包括旋钮部、转轴部和开关部,所述旋钮部通过所述转轴部与所述开关部连接;
    线路板,所述线路板套装在所述转轴部的外侧,所述线路板朝向所述旋钮部的一侧设有发光体;
    导光件,所述导光件套装在所述转轴部的外侧且位于所述线路板和所述旋钮部之间,所述导光件上设有散光结构,所述发光体的光线能够经所述散光结构导引至所述发光体的边缘。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的旋钮模块,其特征在于,所述导光件包括凸缘部以及具有凹槽的本体部,所述凸缘部设置在所述凹槽的开口端且向所述本体部的径向外侧延伸,所述凹槽的底面设有用于所述转轴部穿设的过孔,所述发光体设置在所述过孔内且与所述过孔的孔壁相抵靠。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的旋钮模块,其特征在于,所述散光结构包括设置在所述过孔的孔壁上的第一散光部,所述发光体与所述第一散光部相抵靠。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的旋钮模块,其特征在于,所述第一散光部为锯齿结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的旋钮模块,其特征在于,所述散光结构还包括第二散光部,所述第二散光部设置在所述凸缘部的边缘。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的旋钮模块,其特征在于,所述第二散光部为磨砂结构。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的旋钮模块,其特征在于,所述旋钮模块还包括套装在所述转轴部上的连接座,所述旋钮部的部分本体收容于所述连接座内,并且所述导光件与所述连接座配合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的旋钮模块,其特征在于,所述凹槽上设有第一连接结构,所述连接座上设有与所述第一连接结构配合的第二连接结构。
  9. 一种控盒组件,其特征在于,所述控盒组件包括:
    旋钮模块,所述旋钮模块为根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的旋钮模块;
    盒体,所述盒体上设有安装孔,所述线路板和所述开关部均设置在所述盒体的内部,所述旋钮部、所述导光件以及所述旋钮模块的连接座均设置在所述 盒体的外部;
    固定件,所述固定件设置在所述盒体的内部,所述固定件与所述连接座配合,以使所述导光件的凸缘部抵靠在所述盒体的外表面上,所述导光件的本体部与所述发光体贴合。
  10. 一种烹饪装置,其特征在于,所述烹饪装置包括:
    控盒组件,所述控盒组件为根据权利要求9所述的控盒组件;
    机体,所述机体上设有烹饪腔,所述控盒组件安装在所述机体上。
