- 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的窗式空调器的机壳,所述窗式空调器包括室外换热器,其中,所述机壳还包括:底盘,所述室外侧箱体设在所述底盘上,所述室外换热器适于放置在所述底盘上且适于设在所述室外侧箱体内,所述室外侧箱体包括顶盖和顶部设有开口的外箱,所述顶盖盖设在所述开口上,所述外箱的周向上间隔设有多个第一连接部,所述顶盖的周向上间隔设有多个第二连接部,多个所述第一连接部一一对应地与多个所述第二连接部相接触;多个固定件,每个所述第一连接部和相应的所述第二连接部均通过所述固定件连接以将所述顶盖连接在所述外箱上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的窗式空调器的机壳,其中,所述顶盖上设有侧边,所述侧边围绕所述外箱设置,部分所述侧边朝向所述外箱凹陷以限定出多个所述第二连接部;和/或,所述外箱的部分侧壁朝向所述顶盖凸起限定出多个所述第一连接部。
- 根据权利要求8或9所述的窗式空调器的机壳,其中,所述外箱的外侧面上设有通风口,所述通风口的至少一个侧壁上设有朝外凹入的扩口以增加通风量。
- 根据权利要求10所述的窗式空调器的机壳,其中,所述通风口的侧壁上设有位于所述扩口两侧的连接部,两侧的所述连接部分别与所述底盘和顶盖相连。
- 根据权利要求8-11中任一项所述的窗式空调器的机壳,其中,所述外箱的外侧面上设有通风口,所述通风口的至少一个侧壁设有遮挡侧边,所述遮挡侧边与所述室外换热器的换热管正对设置以遮挡所述换热管。
- 根据权利要求8-12中任一项所述的窗式空调器的机壳,其中,所述底盘上设有第一通孔,穿过所述第一通孔的第一固定连接件适于固定在所述室外换热器上,所述外箱上设有第二通孔,穿过所述第二通孔的第二固定连接件适于固定在所述室外换热器上,所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔正对设置。
- 根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的窗式空调器的机壳,所述窗式空调器包括电控盒,所述室外风道组件包括室外风机,其中,所述机壳还包括:后围板,所述后围板设置在所述室外侧箱体内,所述室外风机适于固定在所述后围板上,所述电控盒适于放置在所述室外侧箱体内,所述室外侧箱体的顶部设有固定部,所述固定部与所述电控盒和/或所述后围板相连以限制所述电控盒相对于所述后围板的位置。
- 根据权利要求14所述的窗式空调器的机壳,其中,所述固定部包括第一安装部和第二安装部,所述第一安装部适于与所述电控盒相连,所述第二安装部与所述后围板相连。
- 根据权利要求14或15所述的窗式空调器的机壳,其中,还包括:密封件,所述密封件密封设置在所述后围板与所述室外侧箱体的顶壁之间。
- 根据权利要求14-16中任一项所述的窗式空调器的机壳,其中,所述室外侧箱体的顶壁设有避让部,所述避让部适于与部分所述压缩机正对设置以避让所述压缩机。
- 根据权利要求1至17中任一项所述的窗式空调器的机壳,其中,所述机壳还包括:室内侧箱体和底盘,所述室内侧箱体与所述室外侧箱体前后间隔设置在所述底盘上以限定出适于窗扇伸入的容纳槽。
- 一种窗式空调器,其中,包括;机壳,所述机壳为根据权利要求1-18中任一项所述的窗式空调器的机壳;压缩机和室外风道组件,所述压缩机和所述室外风道组件均设置在所述室外侧箱体内。
- 根据权利要求19所述的窗式空调器,适合于安装在开设有窗口的墙体上,所述窗式空调器包括底盘及设于所述底盘上的室内侧组件与室外侧组件,其中,所述室外侧组件包括:所述室外侧箱体,包括外箱及顶盖,所述外箱设于所述底盘上,所述顶盖设于所述外箱远离所述底盘的一端,所述外箱包括出风部,所述出风部开设有通风口,所述通风口形成为室外侧出风口且沿第一方向贯穿所述出风部的两侧,并使得所述出风部包括沿第二方向间隔排布的第一翻边及第二翻边,所述第一方向为所述底盘与所述顶盖的排布方向;室外换热器,设于所述室外侧箱体内,并位于所述出风部处,所述室外换热器具有出风面,所述第一翻边及所述第二翻边分别与所述出风面位于所述第二方向上的两侧扣接,其中,所述第一翻边与所述第二翻边中的至少一者在所述第二方向上向外侧、内陷形成扩口,以露出部分所述出风面。
- 根据权利要求20所述的窗式空调器,其中,所述出风面包括中心出风区及位于所述中心出风区外周的第一扣接区及第二扣接区,所述中心出风区与所述通风口对应设置,所述第一翻边及所述第二翻边分别与所述第一扣接区及所述第二扣接区扣接,所述室外侧组件还包括位于所述外箱内的压缩机,所述压缩机设于所述底盘,所述室外换热器的冷媒管自所述室外换热器靠近所述第二扣接区的一侧引出,并与所述压缩机连接,所述第一翻边开设有所述扩口,所述第二翻边遮蔽引出的所述冷媒管。
- 根据权利要求20或21所述的窗式空调器,其中,所述外箱为方筒,所述外箱还包括依次连接的第一侧板、第二侧板及第三侧板,所述第一侧板与第三侧板相对,所述第二侧板与所述出风部正对,所述第一侧板、所述第二侧板、所述第三侧板及所述出风部一体成型,所述第一侧板、所述第二侧板、第三侧板及所述顶盖均为进风板,所述进风板上开设有室外侧进风口。
- 根据权利要求22所述的窗式空调器,其中,所述扩口沿所述第一方向延伸呈长条状,所述扩口的两端部分别设置连接部。
- 根据权利要求22或23所述的窗式空调器,其中,所述第二侧板上设置有加强筋,所述加强筋位于所述底盘与所述第二侧板的所述室外侧进风口之间,以避免所述第二侧板向外隆起变形。
- 根据权利要求19-24中任一项所述的窗式空调器,适合于安装在开设有窗口的墙体上,所述窗式空调器包括室内侧组件与室外侧组件,所述室外侧组件与所述室内侧组件在室外至室内的方向上间隔、并限定出容纳槽,所述窗式空调器具有室外侧进风口,所述室 外侧进风口包括第一室外侧进风口,其中,所述室外侧组件包括:所述室外侧箱体,包括朝向所述室内侧组件的第二侧板、与所述第二侧板相对的第四侧板,以及连接所述第二侧板及所述第四侧板的周向板,所述第二侧板开设有所述第一室外侧进风口,所述第四侧板开设有通风口;以及电控盒,设于所述室外侧箱体内,并位于所述第一室外侧进风口至所述通风口的气流路径上,以使得经所述第一室外侧进风口进入所述室外侧箱体的气流至少部分直接吹至所述电控盒上,为所述电控盒散热。
- 根据权利要求25所述的窗式空调器,其中,所述室外侧组件还包括室外风机,所述室外风机设于所述室外侧箱体内,并位于所述第二侧板与所述第四侧板之间,所述电控盒位于所述室外风机靠近所述第二侧板的一端。
- 根据权利要求26所述的窗式空调器,其中,在室外至室内的方向上,所述电控盒与所述第二侧板间隔10毫米-40毫米。
- 根据权利要求26或27所述的窗式空调器,其中,所述电控盒位于所述第二侧板上的正投影覆盖部分所述第一室外侧进风口,以使得气流能经未被覆盖的部分所述第一室外侧进风口直接到达所述室外风机。
- 根据权利要求26所述的窗式空调器,其中,所述室外侧进风口还包括第二室外侧进风口,所述周向板包括多块板体,多块所述板体沿所述室外侧箱体的周向依次连接形成弯折板,每一所述板体开设有所述第二室外侧进风口,所述板体为三块,三块所述板体围合形成U形结构且分别为第一侧板、第三侧板和顶盖,所述第一侧板、所述第三侧板、所述第二侧板及所述第四侧板一体成型构成框结构,所述顶盖与所述框结构可拆卸连接,所述第一室外侧进风口包括多条平行间隔排布的第一长条孔,所述第二室外侧进风口包括多条平行间隔排布的第二长条孔。
- 根据权利要求19-29中任一项所述的窗式空调器,适合于安装在开设有窗口的墙体上,其中,所述窗式空调器还包括底盘、密封条、室内侧组件和室外侧组件,所述室内侧组件与所述室外侧组件均设于所述底盘上,且所述室外侧组件与所述室内侧组件在室外至室内的方向上间隔、并限定出容纳槽,所述密封条与所述底盘活动连接,能在收容位置与密封位置之间切换,当所述密封条处于所述收容位置时,所述密封条位于所述容纳槽内,当所述密封条处于密封位置时,所述密封条密封在所述窗口的底壁与伸入所述容纳槽的遮挡件之间。
