技术领域
本申请涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种定位件、背板组件及其安装方法、显示装置。
背景技术
随着科学技术的快速发展,液晶电视已经成为了人们生活中不可或缺的家用电器。
液晶电视灯条装配中,每个灯条安装过程都需要进行定位,当前灯条安装方式为:先在液晶电视的背板上抽牙攻牙形成螺纹孔,然后将转接螺柱安装到螺纹孔中,紧接着将灯条通过转接螺柱进行定位,在灯条安装完成后,再旋出转接螺柱,这样的灯条安装方式,灯条安装工艺复杂且工时较长。
技术解决方案
本申请的主要目的在于提出一种定位件、背板组件及其安装方法、显示装置,旨在解决当前灯条安装安装工艺复杂,安装工时长的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供一种定位件,所述定位件包括:
本体;
定位柱,所述定位柱设置于所述本体的一端;以及
连接件,所述连接件设置于所述本体连接于所述定位柱的一侧。

基于图1和图2,本申请提供的定位件10的实施例,本实施例中的定位件10用于引导图2所示的背板20配套灯条30安装,背板20设有第一定位孔21,定位件10包括:本体11、定位柱12和连接件13。
本实施例中的本体11可以是弹性材料也可以是塑性材料,本体11的形状和尺寸不作具体限定,例如,本体11为直径8mm,高40mm的圆柱体,或者本体11为高40mm的棱柱体;定位柱12设置于本体11的一端;定位柱12的材料不作限定,即,定位柱12可以是弹性材料或者是塑性材料,定位柱12与本体11可以是不同的材料,当然为了制造方便,可以将定位柱12和本体11采用相同的材料一体成形制造,定位柱12用于插接在背板20的第一定位孔21进行定位,因此,定位柱12的截面尺寸小于第一定位孔21的截面尺寸,第一定位孔21的截面尺寸小于本体11的截面尺寸,例如,定位柱12是圆柱体,截面为直径2mm的圆形,背板20中第一定位孔21的截面为直径3mm的圆形,本体11为圆柱体截面为直径5mm的圆形。

此外,为了加工制造方便,提高定位件的制作效率,本实施例中预先设置定位件模具,将磁性材料添加到模具中,生成包括引导部、本体、连接件和定位柱一体成型的定位件。
基于图2,本申请提供的定位件10用于将灯条30安装在背板20上的实施例中,本实施例中背板20设有第一定位孔21,其中,第一定位孔21的截面尺寸大于定位柱12的截面尺寸,第一定位孔21的截面尺寸小于本体11截面尺寸,第一定位孔21的深度大于定位柱12的高度,以保证定位件10中的连接件13可以于背板20的表面进行连接。
具体地,本实施例中定位件10的定位柱12插接于背板20的第一定位孔21时,所述定位件10的连接件13与所述背板20的表面可拆卸贴合固定,以使灯条30套接于定位件10,并与背板20连接。
在本实施例中背板20中设置第一定位孔21,第一定位孔21不需要进行抽牙攻牙形成螺纹孔,打孔的工艺简单,对背板20的材料要求不高,本实施例中的技术方案在提高灯条30安装效率的同时,还可以有效地降低背板20的成本。
基于上述硬件结构,提出了本申请实施例安装方法的实施例,本实施例中公开了一种基于上定位件对背板组件的安装方法。
参照图3,图3为本申请安装方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
步骤S10,将定位件10的定位柱12插接安装在背板20的第一定位孔21中,使得所述定位件10的连接件13与所述背板20的表面可拆卸贴合固定。
本实施例中安装方法应用于背板组件的安装上,背板组件包括背板20以及灯条30,背板组件是显示装置的一个部件,本实施例中背板组件灯条30和背板20,定位件10包括本体11、定位柱12(定位柱12设置于所述本体11的一端),以及连接件13(连接件13设于所述本体11设置于所述定位柱12的一侧,所述连接件13与所述本体11或所述定位柱12固定连接),本实施例中,将定位件10的定位柱12插接安装在背板20的第一定位孔21中,使得定位件10的连接件13与所述背板20的表面可拆卸贴合固定。
步骤S20,将所述灯条30的第二定位孔31依次穿过所述定位件10的引导部14、本体11和连接件13,将所述灯条30与所述背板20固定。
灯条安装过程中,将灯条30的第二定位孔31依次穿过所述定位件10的引导部14、本体11和连接件13,使得灯条30的第二定位孔31与背板20的第一定位孔21对齐,完成灯条30的定位,在灯条30定位完成时,将灯条30与背板20连接,对灯条30施加均匀的压力,使得灯条30的背胶32与背板20的表面粘连,从而将灯条30固定在背板20上。
步骤S30,将所述定位件10经所述灯条30的第二定位孔31取出。
在灯条30固定在背板20上后,将定位件10经灯条30的第二定位孔31取出,连接件13与背板20分离,使得所述定位件10与背板20拆卸,体现连接件13与背板20的表面可拆卸地固定,此外,灯条30安装的时候可以选单个灯条30安装,也只可以选择多个灯条30同时安装。本实施例中将定位件10用于灯条30的安装,可以提高灯条30安装的准确性,进一步地提高了灯条30的安装效率。
进一步地,参照图4,在安装方法第一实施例的基础上提出了本申请的第二实施例。
本实施例是第一实施例中步骤S20之后的步骤,本实施例与本申请第一实施例的区别在于。
步骤S40,将所述灯条的背胶与所述背板的表面粘连检测所述灯条30与所述背板20的粘合面积;
本实施例中将灯条30的背胶32与背板20的表面粘连,并检测灯条30与背板20的粘合面积;判断粘合面积是否大于预设阈值(预设阈值可以根据具体场景设置,例如,预设阈值设置为灯条30总面积的90%),在粘合面积小于或等于预设阈值时,控制按压灯条30以增加灯条30和背板20的粘合面积。
步骤S31,确定所述灯条30与所述背板20的粘合面积大于预设阈值后,执行所述将所述定位件10经所述灯条30的第二定位孔31取出的步骤。
在灯条30与背板20的粘合面积大于预设阈值(预设阈值可以根据具体场景设置,例如,预设阈值设置为灯条30总面积的90%)时,将定位件10经所述灯条30的第二定位孔31取出,以完成灯条30安装。本实施例中通过检测灯条30与背板20的粘合面积,确定灯条30的安装情况,使得灯条30的安装更加紧密。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者系统不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者系统所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者系统中还存在另外的相同要素。

通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在如上所述的一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,终端,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种定位件,其中,所述定位件包括:
    本体;
    定位柱,所述定位柱设置于所述本体的一端;以及
    连接件,所述连接件设置于所述本体连接于所述定位柱的一侧。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的定位件,其中,所述连接件为磁性件或粘连件。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的定位件,其中,所述连接件为环形件,套设于所述定位柱上。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的定位件,其中,所述本体为弹性材料或塑性材料。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的定位件,其中,所述定位柱的截面尺寸小于所述本体我的截面尺寸。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的定位件,其中,所述连接件是所述本体与所述定位柱的过渡部。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的定位件,其中,所述连接件与所述本体固定连接,或者与所述定位柱固定连接。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的定位件,其中,所述连接件套设在所述定位柱上,所述连接件与所述本体固定连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的定位件,其中,所述本体背离所述定位柱的一端设置有引导部,所述引导部、所述本体、所述连接件和所述定位柱的轴心线在同一直线上。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的定位件,其中,所述引导部为圆锥件,所述圆锥件远离所述本体的方向横截面积逐渐减小。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的定位件,其中,所述定位件中的所述引导部、所述本体、所述连接件和所述定位柱一体成型。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的定位件,其中,所述定位件中的所述引导部、所述本体、所述连接件和所述定位柱一体成型。
  13. 一种基于权利要求9所述的定位件对背板组件的安装方法,其中,所述背板组件包括背板以及灯条,所述安装方法包括以下步骤:
    将所述定位件的所述定位柱插接安装在所述背板的第一定位孔中,其中,所述连接件背离所述本体一侧的表面与所述背板的表面可拆卸贴合固定;
    将所述灯条的第二定位孔依次穿过所述定位件的引导部、本体和连接件,将所述灯条与所述背板固定;
    将所述定位件经所述灯条的第二定位孔取出。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的安装方法,其中,所述将所述灯条的第二定位孔依次穿过所述定位件的引导部、本体和连接件,将所述灯条与所述背板固定的步骤,包括:
    将所述灯条的第二定位孔依次穿过所述定位件的引导部、本体和连接件,将所述灯条的背胶与所述背板的表面粘连;
    检测所述灯条与所述背板的粘合面积;
    确定所述灯条与所述背板的粘合面积大于预设阈值后,执行所述将所述定位件经所述灯条的第二定位孔取出的步骤。
  15. 一种背板组件,其中,所述背板组件包括灯条和背板,所述背板组件是基于如权利要求9所述的定位件利用如下方法进行安装获得的:
    将所述定位件的所述定位柱插接安装在所述背板的第一定位孔中,其中,所述连接件背离所述本体一侧的表面与所述背板的表面可拆卸贴合固定;
    将所述灯条的第二定位孔依次穿过所述定位件的引导部、本体和连接件,将所述灯条与所述背板固定;
    将所述定位件经所述灯条的第二定位孔取出,获得所述背板组件。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的背板组件,其中,所述背板组件还进一步通过如下方法进行安装获得:
    将所述灯条的第二定位孔依次穿过所述定位件的引导部、本体和连接件,将所述灯条的背胶与所述背板的表面粘连;
    检测所述灯条与所述背板的粘合面积;
    确定所述灯条与所述背板的粘合面积大于预设阈值后,执行所述将所述定位件经所述灯条的第二定位孔取出的步骤。
  17. 一种显示装置,其中,所述显示装置包括如权利要求15所述的背板组件。
  18. 一种显示装置,其中,所述显示装置包括如权利要求16所述的背板组件。
