Abstract

本申请要求于2019年12月31日提交中国专利局、申请号为201911423124.X、申请名称为“具有卷曲屏的电子设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及电子产品领域,尤其涉及一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备。
背景技术
随着手机、平板电脑等电子设备的不断演进与发展,电子设备的显示屏越来越大。然而,电子设备的显示屏的增大,电子设备的携带性较差。
为了解决上述问题,电子设备可以采用柔性屏,柔性屏相比于传统刚性屏具有可弯曲的柔性特点。一种具体的解决方案是,将柔性屏卷在卷轴上,使用时,将柔性屏从卷轴上展开,以增加柔性屏的显示区域。但是,该柔性屏卷在卷轴上时,柔性屏的有效显示屏过小无法满足用户正常使用需求,且柔性屏展开后柔性屏的背面没有支撑,柔性屏容易弯折。另一种具体的解决方案是,在柔性屏上连接转轴,使柔性屏可对折形成折叠手机。但是,在折叠后,手机整机的厚度增加。
发明内容
本申请提供一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备,满足用户正常使用需求的同时,能增加显示屏的显示区域,且能支撑增加显示区域的显示屏。
本申请实施例提供的具有卷曲屏的电子设备,包括设备本体、卷曲屏和支撑组件,该设备本体包括支撑轴,该卷曲屏包括沿第一方向排列的第一显示部分和与第二显示部分,该第二显示部分卷曲,且该第二显示部分绕设在支撑轴上;

本申请实施例提供一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备,该电子设备可以为手机、笔记本电脑、超级移动个人计算机(ultra-mobile personal computer,UMPC)、上网本、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)、可穿戴设备、虚拟现实设备或移动计算设备等其他具有显示屏的电子设备,本申请实施例对此不做限定。为了便于描述,本申请以电子设备为手机进行说明。

图3为现有技术中第二种电子设备的结构示意图;图4为现有技术中第二种电子设备处于展开状态的结构示意图。图3和图4示出了另一种具有柔性屏的手机200,该手机200包括柔性屏201、旋转轴202和两个用于支撑柔性屏201的支撑壳体203,两个支撑壳体203通过旋转轴202连接。该手机200呈折叠状时,两个支撑壳体203贴合,柔性屏201的显示区域为柔性屏201整体面积的一半,在满足用户正常使用需求的同时,便于携带。或者柔性屏201折叠至重合,使用时,需通过两个支撑壳体203打开柔性屏201,以露出柔性屏201的显示区域,这样,减小手机200的体积,便于携带的同时,避免柔性屏201划伤。当需要增加手机100的显示区域时,握住两个支撑壳体203使支撑壳体203绕旋转轴202转动,使柔性屏201呈展开状。但是,柔性屏201在折叠的状态下,手机200整机的厚度为现有的手机的厚度的1.5~2倍,同时增加的旋转轴202时手机200整机重量加重,手机200整体握持感及可携带性较差,柔性屏201折弯位置长期折弯,可能存在折痕,降低了柔性屏201的表面精致度,影响用户的使用体验。
为了解决上述问题,本申请实施例提供了一种手机300,包括设备本体30、卷曲屏40和支撑组件70;该设备本体30至少一侧表面形成显示区域,该设备本体30具有一初始显示状态,且该设备本体30能够被触发伸展至另一扩展显示状态,且该初始显示状态的显示区域面积小于该扩展显示状态下的显示区域的面积;支撑组件70用于支撑在扩展显示状态下的显示区域。其中,设备本体30可以通过手动触发伸展至另一扩展显示状态,也可以自动触发伸展至另一扩展显示状态。具体的触发方式在下述实施例中进行详细说明。
具体的,该卷曲屏40包括沿第一方向排列的第一显示部分401和与第二显示部分402;在该初始显示状态,该卷曲屏40的第一显示部分401构成的该设备本体30的显示区域,且该第二显示部分402卷曲;当该设备本体30被触发伸展时,该第二显示部分402随之被展开,以在该设备本体30进入该扩展显示状态时,使得该第一显示部分401与至少部分该第二显示部分402一起构成显示区域,即该初始显示状态的显示区域面积小于该扩展显示状态下的显示区域的面积。其中,第一方向可以为设备本体30被触发伸展时的伸展方向。
其中,在该初始显示状态,第一显示部分401构成的显示区域,即可满足用户正常使用需求。第一显示部分401构成的显示区域的对角线长度可以为5英寸、5.2英寸等,即手机300的主屏尺寸为5英寸手机、5.2英寸等。在扩展显示状态时,第一显示部分401与至少部分该第二显示部分402一起构成显示区域,相对于在该初始显示状态时,仅通过第一显示部分401构成的显示区域,增加了显示区域的面积,
其中,为了便于安装第二显示部分402,该设备本体30包括支撑轴305,该第二显示部分402绕设在该支撑轴305上。支撑轴305的轴线与第一显示部分401的显示面之间的距离与支撑轴305的轴线与第二显示部分402的显示面之间的距离相等。这样,当手机300处于扩展显示状态时,第二显示部分402和第一显示部分401位于同一平面内,增加了用户的体验感。
本申请实施例提供了的手机300,包括设备本体30、卷曲屏40和支撑组件70,该手机300在初始显示状态时,可满足用户正常使用需求。在扩展显示状态时,显示区域的面积大于初始显示状态时的面积,这样,增加了显示区域的面积,满足用户对于大屏幕的需求。同时,通过支撑组件支撑在扩展显示状态下的显示区域,避免用户在操作中该显示区域发生弯折的现象,提高了用户的体验感。
本申请实施例中,为了增加手机300的显示区域,手机300中的卷曲屏40可以朝向手机300的不同侧移动。本申请实施例中,将手机300中的卷曲屏朝向手机300的第一侧移动的场景设置为场景一、将手机300中的卷曲屏朝向手机300的第二侧移动的场景设置为场景二,将手机300中的卷曲屏40朝向手机300相对的两侧移动的场景设置为场景三。
下面,针对场景一、场景二和场景三,分别对手机300的结构进行描述。
场景一
图5为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备的结构示意图;图6为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备的仰视图;图7为图5中A-A截面的截面示意图。图5至图7示出了该手机300的初始显示状态。参见图5至图7所示,本申请实施例提供的手机300,包括设备本体30和卷曲屏40,该卷曲屏40包括沿第一方向排列的第一显示部分401和与第二显示部分402,该第二显示部分402卷曲在支撑轴305上;设备本体30包括主支撑架301和可相对于主支撑架301移动的移动支架302,移动支架302与第一显示部分401连接,支撑轴305位于主支撑架301上。
其中,设备本体30可以为手机本体,手机本体还可以包括位于主支撑架301内的电池、电路板等能实现手机功能的部件。本实施例对于手机本体不做限定。
该手机300在初始显示状态时,第二显示部分402卷曲在支撑轴305上,第一显示部分401构成的显示区域,以满足用户正常的使用需求。其中,第二显示部分402可以位于主支撑架301内,例如,第一显示部分401和主支撑架301围成容纳腔303,第二显示部分402卷曲在支撑轴305上,且第二显示部分402和支撑轴305位于容纳腔303内。第二显示部分402也可以位于设备本体30外,例如,第二显示部分402位于主支撑架301的侧面、正面或者与正面相对的背面,其中,主支撑架301的正面为第一显示部分401的显示面。
需要说明的是,卷曲屏40可以为一整体的屏幕,第一显示部分401和第二显示部分402用于区分卷曲屏40的不同显示区域。卷曲屏40也可以为通过第一显示部分401和第二显示部分402相互拼接形成的屏幕,本实施例在此不做限制。
其中,移动支架302可以为包覆在第一显示部分401可移出主支撑架301外的侧边上的包边,该包边可以包覆在第一显示部分401的至少部分第一侧边4011,其中,第一侧边4011为第一显示部分401可移出主支撑架301外的,且与第一显示部分401的移动方向垂直的侧边。该包边也可以包覆在第一显示部分401的第一侧边4011和部分第二侧边4012;或者,该包边可以包覆在第一显示部分401的第一侧边4011和部分第三侧边4013,或者,该包边可以包覆在第一显示部分401的第一侧边4011、部分第二侧边4012和部分第三侧边4013。其中,第二侧边4012和第三侧边4013分别位 于第一侧边4011的两侧。该手机300在初始显示状态时,移动支架302的边缘与主支撑架301的边缘平齐,这样,使手机300的外观较为美观。
图8为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备处于扩展显示状态的结构示意图;图9为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备处于扩展显示状态的仰视图;图10为图8中B-B截面的截面示意图。图8至图10示出了该手机300的扩展显示状态。参见图8至图10所示,移动支架302可朝向主支撑架301的第一侧移动,从而带动第一显示部分401朝向主支撑架301的第一侧移动,即带动第一显示部分401朝向图8中+X方向移动,通过第一显示部分401带动第二显示部分402移动,以使至少部分第二显示部分402呈展开状,并伸出至容纳腔303的外侧。此时,部分或者全部第一显示部分401移动至主支撑架301的外侧,以使手机300呈扩展显示状态。这样,第一显示部分401和展开的第二显示部分402共同组成显示区域,从而增加手机300的显示区域,在不增加手机300整机厚度的同时,满足了用户对手机300大显示区域的需求。
移动支架302可朝向主支撑架301的第二侧移动,其中,主支撑架301的第一侧与主支撑架301的第二侧相对。即移动支架302带动第一显示部分401朝向图8中-X方向移动,通过第一显示部分401带动第二显示部分402移动,以使至少部分第二显示部分402呈卷曲状,并伸入容纳腔303内,第一显示部分401移动至主支撑架301上,以使手机300呈上述图5所示的初始显示状态,将第一显示部分401作为显示区域。这样,在满足用户对于手机300屏幕正常的显示需求的同时,减小了手机显示区域的面积,保证了手机300的便携性能。
可以理解的是,为了便于移动支架302移动,在主支撑架301上设置滑槽或滑轨,滑槽或滑轨的延伸方向与移动支架302移动方向平行,即滑槽或滑轨的延伸方向为图8中+X或-X方向设置,第一显示部分401的端部位于滑槽内或者第一显示部分401位于滑轨上,设置滑槽或者滑轨为第一显示部分401移动提供导向作用,使第一显示部分401能顺畅的移动。
在本申请的实施例中,通过移动支架302带动第一显示部分401移动,以使第一显示部分401跟随第二显示部分402的移动。其中,触发移动支架302移动的方式可以为手动,也可以采用自动的方式驱动移动支架302移动,下面结合具体的实施方式进行说明。
图11为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备中滑动组件的位置示意图;图12为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备中滑动组件另一方向的位置示意图。图11和图12示出了一种手动移动移动支架302的方式。参见图11和图12所示,在本实施例中,手机300还包括滑动组件50,滑动组件50可以为双稳态滑轨机构,其中,双稳态机构是指在该机构在运动过程中有两个稳定平衡状态,双稳态机构使移动支架302移出主支撑架301为一个稳定的平衡状态,双稳态机构使第一显示部分401位于移动支架302上为另一个稳定的平衡状态。在一种可能的实现方式中,滑动组件50包括第一固定件501和相对于第一固定件501滑动的滑动件502,第一固定件501与主支撑架301连接,滑动件502与移动支架302连接。
具体的,第一固定件501可以为平板,平板固定在容纳腔303内,且平面与第一 显示部分401平行,滑动件502可以为与平板平行的滑板或者滑片,滑动件502与移动支架302连接,平板上具有滑轨,滑轨的延伸方向与第一显示部分401的移动方向相同,滑板或者滑片朝向滑轨的一面具有滑块,滑块与滑轨连接,且滑块沿滑轨移动,以使与滑动件502连接的移动支架302沿滑动的延伸方向移动。可以理解的是,滑轨和滑块的位置可以互换,即在滑动件502上设置滑轨,在第一固定件501上设置滑块。
在需要移动移动支架302,增加手机300的显示区域时,通过用户手动施加力,朝向图11中的+X方向推动第一显示部分401的显示面,第一显示部分401通过移动支架302带动滑动件502沿第一固定件501移动,以使第一显示部分401能顺畅的移出主支撑架301,以使手机300呈上述图5所示的初始显示状态。朝向图11中的-X方向推动第一显示部分401的显示面,第一显示部分401带动滑动件502沿第一固定件501移动,以使第一显示部分401退回至主支撑架301上,以使手机300呈上述图8所示的扩展显示状态。上述手动移动移动支架302方式结构简单,操作方便。
可以理解的是,图11中两个滑动件502分别示出了第一显示部分401处于不同位置时,滑动件502的位置变化。图11中-X方向的一侧的滑动件502示出了第一显示部分401移至主支撑架301上时,即手机300处于初始显示状态时,滑动件502的位置,图11中+X方向的一侧的滑动件502示出了第一显示部分401移出主支撑架301时,即手机300处于扩展显示状态时,滑动件502的位置。
其中,为了使滑动件502能平稳的滑动,将滑轨的数量设置为至少两个。对于滑轨的位置不做限定,滑轨的延伸方向与第一显示部分401的移动方向相同即可。例如,可以在第一固定件501或滑动件502的中部设置滑轨,也可以在第一固定件501的相对端分别设置滑轨或滑动件502的相对端分别设置滑轨。
其中,为了便于滑动件502在第一固定件501上滑动,使滑动件502能顺畅的滑动,可以设置滚珠503,滚珠503可以设置在第一固定件501朝向滑动件502的面上,滚珠503也可以设置在滑动件502朝向第一固定件501的面上,滚珠503还可以设置在滑轨内。其中,滚珠503的数量为多个,多个滚珠503可以均匀间隔设置。
上述实施例,通过设置滑动组件50,以使用户能顺畅的通过手动推动第一显示部分401的方式,实现第一显示部分401的移动。但是,施加在第一显示部分401上的推动力不易控制,容易对第一显示部分401造成损伤。因此,在一些实施例中,可以通过自动的方式实现移动支架302带动第一显示部分401的移动。
图13为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备中驱动组件一种状态的位置示意图;图14为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备中驱动组件的结构示意图;图15为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备中驱动组件的另一种状态的位置示意图。参见图13至图15所示,本申请实施例提供的手机300还包括至少一个驱动组件60,驱动组件60可以位于主支撑架301内,驱动组件60用于驱动移动支架302移动,以将手机300从初始显示状态触发伸展至另一扩展显示状态。驱动组件60的数量也可以为两个或者两个以上,以增加移动支架302移动的平稳性,本实施例在此不做限制。
在一种可能的实现方式中,驱动组件60可以包括至少一个第一驱动件601,第一驱动件601可以为直线驱动件。直线驱动件可以为直线电机,直线电机的壳体与主支 撑架301连接,直线电机的输出轴与移动支架302连接。其中,直线驱动件也可以为等其他本领域技术人员熟知的驱动件,本实施例在此不做限制。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,驱动组件60还可以包括第一驱动件601和与第一驱动件601连接的传动组件602,传动组件602包括转动件6021和与转动件6021相匹配的第一移动件6022,第一驱动件601与转动件6021连接,第一驱动件601驱动转动件6021转动,以使转动件6021带动移动支架302移动。
其中,第一驱动件601可以为电机,电机可以为直流无刷电机,开关磁组电机,步进电机,伺服电机,力矩电机等。传动组件602可以包括但不限于齿轮齿条传动结构或丝杆电机传动机构。示例性的,参见图15所示,转动件6021为齿轮,第一移动件6022为与齿轮啮合的齿条,齿条与移动支架302连接。转动件6021也可以为丝杠电机,转动件6021为丝杠,第一移动件6022为连接在丝杠上的螺母,螺母与移动支架302连接。
在本实施例中,通过设置驱动组件60,通过驱动组件60驱动移动支架302移动,实现第一显示部分401的自动移动。该自动移动第一显示部分401的方式,传动平稳,便于控制驱动第一显示部分401移动的驱动力,不易对第一显示部分401造成损伤。
在本申请的实施例中,可以通过手动或自动的方式移动第一显示部分401,以使第一显示部分401带动第二显示部分402移动,在第一显示部分401带动第二显示部分402移动的过程中,为了避免第二显示部分402跟随第一显示部分401移动,以保证第一显示部分401能带动至少部分第二显示部分402呈展开状,需要固定第二显示部分402的一侧,即第二显示部分402的一侧的固定,第二显示部分402的固定侧与第二显示部分402与第一显示部分401的相邻侧相对。下面,结合第二显示部分402位于主支撑架301内和第二显示部分402位于主支撑架301外这两种不同的位置,对第二显示部分402一侧的固定方式进行说明。
图16为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备中第二显示部分的位置示意图。参见图16所示,第二显示部分402和支撑轴305位于主支撑架301外,支撑轴305与主支撑架301连接,支撑轴305可以与主支撑架301转动连接。在主支撑架301上连接支撑轴305,支撑轴305的轴线与第一显示部分401的移动方向垂直,第二显示部分402卷设在支撑轴305上,第二显示部分402的一侧固定在支撑轴305上。这样,能避免第二显示部分402整体跟随第一显示部分401移动,以使第一显示部分401能带动至少部分第二显示部分402呈展开状。其中,第二显示部分402移动时,第二显示部分402带动支撑轴305绕支撑轴305的轴线旋转。
图16示出了一种第二显示部分402位于主支撑架301的侧面的固定方式,可以理解的是,第二显示部分402位于主支撑架301的背面或正面也可以采用相同的方式固定第二显示部分402,本实施例在此不在赘述。
其中,图16示出了支撑轴305和卷设在支撑轴305上第二显示部分402的位于主支撑架301外的状态。当支撑轴305和卷设在支撑轴305上第二显示部分402的位于主支撑架301外时,为了避免磕碰第二显示部分402,可以设置保护罩304,保护罩304与主支撑架301连接,支撑轴305和卷设在支撑轴305上的第二显示部分402位于保护罩304内,通过保护罩304防护第二显示部分402,避免第二显示部分402受 到磕碰等损伤。
可以理解的是,也可以将支撑轴305设置在主支撑架301内,以使卷设在支撑轴305上第二显示部分402位于主支撑架301内,以避免第二显示部分402受到磕碰。下面,对于以第二显示部分402位于主支撑架301内,第二显示部分402的固定方式进行说明。
图17为图5中A-A截面的第二种截面示意图。图17示出了一种第二显示部分402位于主支撑架301内的固定方式。参见图17所示,第二显示部分402位于主支撑架301内,即第二显示部分402位于容纳腔303内。在容纳腔303内设置支撑轴305,支撑轴305的轴线与第一显示部分401的移动方向垂直。主支撑架301上具有用于供第二显示部分402进入容纳腔303内的入口315,第二显示部分402经入口315进入容纳腔303内或者移出容纳腔303外。在第二显示部分402移动的过程中,通过支撑轴305的侧壁对第二显示部分402进行导向,以保持第二显示部分402的背面与支撑轴305贴合的状态进入支撑轴305内或者移出容纳腔303外,以避免第二显示部分402整体跟随第一显示部分401移动,以使第一显示部分401能带动至少部分第二显示部分402呈展开状。
具体的,主支撑架301可以包括中框306和后盖307,中框306可以位于第一显示部分401和后盖307之间,第一显示部分401覆盖在中框12的一面上,后盖307与中框306的另一面连接。其中,中框306包括中板3061和连接在中板3061外周的边框3062,中板3061位于容纳腔303内,第一显示部分401覆盖在至少两个边框3062的一面上。第一显示部分401未覆盖的边框3062与第一显示部分401之间形成上述入口315。其中,第一显示部分401未覆盖的边框3062的内侧壁与支撑轴305的侧面形成第一通道308,后盖307的内表面和中板3061朝向后盖307的一面形成与第一通道308连通的第二通道309,第二显示部分402经入口315、第一通道308和第二通道309进入支撑轴305内。通过第一通道308和第二通道309对第二显示部分402的移动进行导向,且使位于第一通道308和第二通道309内第二显示部分402的显示面保持平整,减小了第二显示部分402在反复卷曲时出现的拱起现象。其中,第一通道308为弧形通道,第二显示部分402经过第一通道308时呈卷曲状。
图18为图5中A-A截面的第三种截面示意图。图18示出了另一种第二显示部分402位于主支撑架301内的固定方式。参见图18所示,手机300还包括至少一个连接组件,第二显示部分402通过连接组件与主支撑架301连接。连接组件包括转轴311和卷在转轴311上的补强膜310,补强膜310的第一侧固定在转轴311上,补强膜310的第二侧与第二显示部分402连接,其中,补强膜310的第二侧可以与第二显示部分402的固定侧连接,部分第二显示部分402卷设在支撑轴305上,以使第二显示部分402伸出主支撑架301外并与第一显示部分401连接,其中,补强膜310的第一侧与补强膜310的第二侧相对。
其中,补强膜310可以为PI补强膜,通过补强膜310增加第二显示部分402的强度。第二显示部分402的固定侧与补强膜310连接,补强膜310卷设在转轴311上,部分第二显示部分402卷设在支撑轴305上,通过转轴311和支撑轴305支撑第二显示部分402。当第一显示部分401移动时,第一显示部分401带动第二显示部分402 移动,第二显示部分402带动支撑轴305转动,且第二显示部分402带动与第二显示部分402连接的补强膜310移动,通过移动第一显示部分401的驱动力和转轴311对补强膜310的支撑力共同为第二显示部分402提供拉伸力,使第二显示部分402保持平整,减小第二显示部分402在反复卷曲时出现的拱起现象。
其中,为了不影响第二显示部分402的显示效果,补强膜310与第二显示部分402的背面连接。即补强膜310与第二显示部分402的显示面相对的一面连接。其中,补强膜310可以与第二显示部分402的背面通过点胶或背胶等方式粘接。
图18实施例相对于图17实施例增加了补强膜310和转轴311。图18实施例的其余结构可以与图17实施例的结构相同,对于图18实施例与图17实施例相同的结构,在上述图17实施例中进行了详细说明,在此不再赘述。
图19为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备中连接组件的结构示意图;图20为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备中连接组件一种状态的位置示意图。图19和图20示出了又一种第二显示部分402位于主支撑架301内的固定方式,图19为手机300处于初始显示状态时连接组件中各部件的位置,图20示出了手机300中的第一显示部分401移出至主支撑架301时连接组件中各部件的位置。参见图19和图20所示,连接组件包括安装件312和至少一个连接件313,连接件313的第一端与主支撑架301连接,连接件313的第二端与安装件312连接,安装件312与第二显示部分401连接,安装件312用于固定第二显示部分401的固定侧。
安装件312可以包括夹持件,示例性的,夹持件可以为夹板或者两个平板,第二显示部分401的固定侧夹在夹板内,通过调整夹板夹紧力,以使第二显示部分401的固定侧固定在夹板内,防止第二显示部分401的固定侧从夹板中脱离。或者第二显示部分401的固定侧位于两个平板之间,通过在平板上安装螺钉,通过螺钉连接将第二显示部分401的固定侧连接在两个平板之间,也可以通过粘接等方式将第二显示部分401的固定侧连接在两个平板之间。其中,为了便于安装件312与连接件313连接,在安装件312上设置连接部3121,连接件313与连接部3121连接,其中,连接部3121可以朝向连接件313延伸,连接部3121上可以具有连接孔。
具体的,连接件313可以为弹性件,示例性的,连接件313为弹簧或具有弹性的连接绳。弹性件的一端与主支撑架301相对固定,弹性件的另一端与安装件312连接。当手机300处于初始显示状态时,即仅通过第一显示部分401进行显示时,弹性件处于自由状态,当第一显示部分401朝向主支撑架301的第一侧移动时,第一显示部分401带动第二显示部分401移动,第二显示部分401通过安装件312带动弹性件拉伸,弹性件的拉伸力和驱动第一显示部分401移动的驱动力能使第二显示部分402保持平整,减小第二显示部分402在反复卷曲时出现的拱起现象。当第一显示部分401朝向主支撑架301的第二侧移动时,第一显示部分401带动第二显示部分401退回至主支撑架301内,第二显示部分401通过安装件312带动弹性件收缩至自由状态。
其中,为了能给第二显示部分402提供均匀的拉伸力,连接件313的数量为至少两个。即弹性件可以设置两个或者两个以上,弹性件之间间隔均匀设置。在一些实施例中,当弹性件的数量为两个或两个以上时,各弹性件的一端相互连接,各弹性件的另一端均匀且间隔与安装件312连接。以使各弹性件的拉伸力保持平衡。其中,各弹 性件的一端可以直接连接,或者通过另一弹性件连接,本实施例在此不做限定。
其中,为了使第二显示部分402能顺畅移动,主支撑架301内设置轨道314,轨道314可以设置两个,两个轨道314分别位于第二显示部分401的第三侧和第二显示部分401的第四侧,第二显示部分401的第三侧和第二显示部分401的第四侧与第二显示部分401的移动方向平行。
图21为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备中支撑组件的结构示意图;图22为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备中支撑组件展开状态的位置示意图。参见图21和图22所示,在本申请的实施例中,手机300还包括支撑组件70,支撑组件70用于在第一显示部分401移出主支撑架301时,即手机300处于扩展显示状态时,支撑位于主支撑架301外的第一显示部分401。当第一显示部分401移动至主支撑架301的外时,第一显示部分401脱离主支撑架301的支撑作用,导致第一显示部分401的强度降低,在第一显示部分401的显示面进行操作时,容易造成第一显示部分401弯折,难以保证第一显示部分401的平整性,导致用户体验感较差。因此,本申请中,手机300通过支撑组件70支撑位于主支撑架301外的第一显示部分401,避免用户在操作中第一显示部分401发生弯折的现象,提高了用户的体验感。
其中,支撑组件70位于主支撑架301内,支撑组件70包括第二固定件701和第二移动件702,且第二固定件701和第二移动件702相互拼合共同支撑第一显示部分401的背面,第二固定件701与主支撑架301连接,第二移动件702与第一显示部分401连接。这样,当第一显示部分401移动至主支撑架301的外时,第一显示部分401带动第二移动件702移动至主支撑架301的外,通过第二移动件702支撑位于主支撑架301外的第一显示部分401。
其中,在一种可能的实现方式中,第二固定件701可以与第二移动件702插接拼合,第二固定件701上可以具有间隔设置的第一凹部7011和第一凸部7012,第二移动件702上可以具有间隔设置的第二凹部7021和第二凸部7022,第二凸部7022插入第一凹部7011内,第一凸部7012插入第二凹部7021内。当第一显示部分401带动第二移动件702移动至主支撑架301的外时,第二移动件702中的第二凹部7021和第二凸部7022位于主支撑架301内,第二移动件702的其余部分位于主支撑架301外,这样,用户在位于主支撑架301外的第一显示部分401上进行操作时,通过第二凸部7022的支撑作用,使位于主支撑架301外的第二移动件702不易压弯,以增加第一显示部分401的抗压性能。
其中,第二凹部7021可以与第二凸部7022相匹配,第一凸部7012可以与第二凹部7021相匹配。示例性的,第二凹部7021和第二凸部7022可以为矩形,第一凸部7012和第二凹部7021可以为矩形。第二凹部7021和第二凸部7022也可以为半圆形、三角形等,第一凸部7012和第二凹部7021可以为半圆形、三角形等,本实施例在此不做限定。第一凹部7011和第一凸部7012可以间隔均匀设置,相应的,第二凹部7021和第二凸部7022也可以间隔均匀设置,以使第二凸部7022能更加平稳的支撑位于主支撑架301外的第二移动件702。其中,可以理解的是,第二凸部7022面积越大,第二凸部7022支撑位于主支撑架301外的第二移动件702效果越好。
图23为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备中支撑组件的结构示意 图;图24为图23中C处的放大示意图。参见图23和图24所示,在另一种可能的实现方式中,第二移动件702包括支撑部7023和与支撑部7023连接的伸缩部7024,伸缩部7024与第二固定件701连接,伸缩部7024具有弹性,支撑部7023与第一显示部分401连接,通过支撑部7023支撑第一显示部分401。通过第一显示部分401带动支撑部7023移动,以使伸缩部7024呈展开状或者收缩状,通过第二固定件701固定伸缩部7024的一侧。其中,伸缩部7024可以为设置在第二移动件702上的多个通孔。
当伸缩部7024呈展开状时,可以弯折伸缩部7024,以折弯第一显示部分401。可以在第一显示部分401的背面填充泡棉或者钢片等以达到手机300整机表面平整的目的。
在第三种可能的实现方式中,第二移动件702为可收缩的支撑板。其中,支撑板可以由多个支撑杆通过伸缩件连接而成,当伸缩件压缩时,相邻的支撑杆合并组成支撑面,当伸缩件拉伸时,相邻的支撑杆示相互分离,相邻的支撑杆7023之间具有间距,以增加支撑板的面积。或者,支撑板可以由多个支撑杆铰接而成,四个支撑杆铰接形成平行四边形,多个平行四边形依次铰接,形成类似于平行四边形伸缩门的支撑板。第二移动件702的一侧与第二固定件701连接,通过第二固定件701固定第二移动件702的一侧,通过第一显示部分401带动第二移动件702的另一侧移动,以使第二移动件702呈展开状或者收缩状。
图25为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备中锁定组件的位置示意图;图26为图25中D处的放大示意图;图27为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备中锁定组件的结构示意图。参见图25至图27所示,在本申请中,手机300还包括至少一个锁定组件80,锁定组件80用于在初始显示状态时和扩展显示状态时,固定第一显示部分401,以保持第一显示部分401和主支撑架301之间的相对位置,避免第一显示部分401移动。
其中,锁定组件80可以位于主支撑架301内,锁定组件80可以为机械自锁组件、电动自锁组件或滑轨稳态自锁组件。示例性的,电动自锁组件可以为现有的电磁式锁件。其中,机械自锁组件和电动自锁组件可以采用本领域技术人员熟知的锁定结构,本实施例在此不做限定。
其中,滑轨稳态自锁组件可以包括支撑座801、止位块802和至少两对弹片803,支撑座801与主支撑架301连接,支撑座801上具有滑道8011,滑道8011的延伸方向与第一显示部分401的移动方向相同,止位块802位于滑道8011内,且止位块802可沿滑道8011的延伸方向移动,止位块802与移动支架302连接,每对弹片803相对设置在滑道8011内,滑道8011的内部和滑道8011朝向第一显示部分401的一端均设置一对弹片803。
当手机300处于初始显示状态时,止位块802的两侧分别与位于滑道8011内部的一对弹片803相抵接,使止位块802保持当前的位置,以避免第一显示部分401朝向主支撑架301的第一侧移动。当移动支架302带动第一显示部分401朝向主支撑架301的外移动,以使手机300处于扩展显示状态时,移动支架302带动止位块802移动,使止位块802脱离与位于滑道8011内部的一对弹片803相抵接的位置,随着移动支架302继续移动,止位块802沿滑道8011的延伸方向移动,直至止位块802的两端分别 与滑道8011朝向第一显示部分401的端的一对弹片803相抵接,此时至少部分第二显示部分402呈展开状,通过该弹片803夹紧止位块802,使止位块802保持当前的位置,以避免第一显示部分401朝向主支撑架301的第二侧移动。
其中,在支撑座801上设置弹片固定架8012,通过弹片固定架8012固定弹片803。弹片固定架8012上具有安装槽80121,弹片803上具有抵接部8031和分别连接在抵接部8031两侧的固定部8032,固定部8032位于安装槽80121内,抵接部8031用于与止位块802接触。止位块802朝向弹片803的一面上具有至少导向部8021,弹片803经导向部8021的导向作用进入与止位块802一面相抵接,或经导向部8021的导向作用与止位块802脱离抵接的状态。
图28为图27中E-E截面的截面示意图。参见图28所示,止位块802上还具有螺纹孔8022,螺钉穿过螺纹孔8022与移动支架302连接。止位块802也可以通过粘接、卡接等方式与移动支架302连接,此处不做限定。
场景二
图29为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备的结构示意图;图30为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备的仰视图;图31为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备处于扩展显示状态的结构示意图;图32为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备处于扩展显示状态的仰视图。参见图29至图32所示,本申请实施例提供的手机300,包括设备本体30和卷曲屏40,该卷曲屏40包括沿第一方向排列的第一显示部分401和与第二显示部分402,该第二显示部分402卷曲在支撑轴305上;设备本体30包括主支撑架301和可相对于主支撑架301移动的移动支架302,移动支架302与第二显示部分402连接,支撑轴305位于移动支架302上。
在本实施例中,移动支架302可朝向主支撑架301的第二侧移动,即移动支架302朝向图31中-X方向展开,以使部分第二显示部分402展开呈平面状,这样,第一显示部分401和展开的第二显示部分402共同组成显示区域,以使手机300呈现为图31所示的扩展显示状态,从而增加手机300的显示区域,在不增加手机300整机厚度的同时,满足了用户对手机300大显示区域的需求。
移动支架302可朝向主支撑架301的第一侧移动,即移动支架302朝向图31中+X方向卷曲,以使至少部分第二显示部分402呈卷曲状,以使手机300呈上述图29所示的初始显示状态,将第一显示部分401作为有效的显示区域。这样,在满足用户对于手机300屏幕正常的显示需求的同时,保证了手机300的便携性能。
其中,主支撑架301的后盖307可以包括第一后盖3071和第二后盖3072,第二后盖3072上连接边框3062以形成移动支架302,驱动组件60与第二后盖3072连接,通过第二后盖3072驱动移动支架302和支撑轴305朝向主支撑架301的第一侧移动,或者驱动移动支架302和支撑轴305朝向主支撑架301的第二侧移动,以使第二显示部分402呈展开状或卷曲状。
场景二中的移动支架302与场景一中的移动支架302结构不同,且场景二中通过移动支架302驱动第二显示部分402呈展开状或卷曲状,而场景一中通过移动支架302 驱动第一显示部分402移动。手机300其余部分场景一和场景二的结构相同,此处不在一一赘述。
图33为图31中F-F截面的第一种截面示意图。参见图33所示,在本申请的实施例中,通过驱动组件60驱动移动支架302移动,以使第二显示部分402呈展开状或卷曲状。其中驱动组件60的结构和工作原理在上述场景一中进行了详细说明,此处不再赘述。
图34为图31中F-F截面的第二种截面示意图。参见图34所示,在本实施例中,支撑组件70可以为平台支撑组件,支撑组件70包括第二驱动件703和与第二驱动件703连接的支撑件704,支撑件704可以为平台,第二驱动件703驱动支撑件704向第二显示部分402的背面移动,通过支撑件704支撑第二显示部分402的背面。
其中,支撑组件70位于主支撑架301内,第二驱动件703与第二后盖3072连接。第二驱动件703可以为直线电机或者液压缸等。
支撑组件70还可以与上述场景一中任一实施例中的支撑组件70的结构相同,此处不再赘述。
在本实施例中,也可以设置和上述场景一种的锁定组件80,对于锁定组件80的结构和工作原理此处不再赘述。
场景三
图35为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备的结构示意图;图36为图35中G-G截面的截面示意图;图37为本申请实施例提供的一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备处于扩展显示状态的结构示意图;图38为图37中H-H截面的截面示意图。参见图35至图38所示,本申请实施例提供的手机300,包括设备本体30和卷曲屏40,该卷曲屏40包括沿第一方向排列的第一显示部分401和与第二显示部分402,该第二显示部分402卷曲在支撑轴305上;设备本体30包括主支撑架301和可相对于主支撑架301移动的至少两个移动支架302;第一个移动支架302与第一显示部分401连接,第二个移动支架302与第二显示部分402连接,支撑轴305位于移动支架302上。
其中,第一个移动支架302的结构与上述场景一中移动支架302的结构相同,第二个移动支架302的结构与上述场景二中移动支架302的结构相同。
通过第一个移动支架302带动第一显示部分401朝向主支撑架301的第一侧移动,同时通过第二个移动支架302带动第二显示部分402朝向主支撑架301的第二侧移动,以使至少部分第二显示部分402呈展开状,使手机300处于图37和图38所示的扩展显示状态。通过第一个移动支架302带动第一显示部分401朝向主支撑架301的第二侧移动,同时通过第二个移动支架302带动第二显示部分402朝向主支撑架301的第一侧移动,以使至少部分第二显示部分402呈卷曲状,使手机300处于图35和图36所示的初始显示状态。其中,主支撑架301的第一侧与主支撑架301的第二侧相对,主支撑架301的第一侧为图37中+X方向,主支撑架301的第二侧为图37中-X方向。
在本实施例中,可以根据用户的不同需求来增加手机300的显示区域。例如,两个移动支架302同时相反的方向移动,以增加手机300的显示区域;或者通过移动第一个移动支架302,以增加手机300的显示区域;或者通过移动第二个移动支架302, 以增加手机300的显示区域。
其中,第一个移动支架302带动第一显示部分401朝向主支撑架301的第一侧移动或朝向主支撑架301的第二侧卷曲,以使至少部分第二显示部分402呈展开状或卷曲状的实现方式与上述场景一中相同,此处不再赘述。第二个移动支架302带动第二显示部分402可朝向主支撑架301的第二侧展开或朝向主支撑架301的第一侧卷曲,以使至少部分第二显示部分402呈展开状或卷曲状的实现方式与上述场景二中相同,此处不再赘述。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种具有卷曲屏的电子设备,其特征在于,包括设备本体、卷曲屏和支撑组件,所述设备本体包括支撑轴,所述卷曲屏包括沿第一方向排列的第一显示部分和与第二显示部分,所述第二显示部分卷曲,且所述第二显示部分绕设在支撑轴上;
    所述设备本体至少一侧表面形成显示区域,所述设备本体具有初始显示状态和扩展显示状态,在所述初始显示状态下,所述第一显示部分构成的所述显示区域;在所述扩展显示状态下,所述第一显示部分与至少部分所述第二显示部分一起构成所述显示区域,所述支撑组件用于支撑在所述扩展显示状态下的所述显示区域。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有卷曲屏的电子设备,其特征在于,所述设备本体包括主支撑架和可相对于所述主支撑架移动的移动支架,所述移动支架与所述第一显示部分连接,所述支撑轴位于所述主支撑架上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有卷曲屏的电子设备,其特征在于,所述设备本体包括主支撑架和可相对于所述主支撑架移动的移动支架,所述移动支架与所述第二显示部分连接,所述支撑轴位于所述移动支架上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的具有卷曲屏的电子设备,其特征在于,还包括滑动组件,所述滑动组件包括第一固定件和相对于所述第一固定件滑动的滑动件,所述第一固定件与所述主支撑架连接,所述滑动件与所述第一显示部分连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3所述的具有卷曲屏的电子设备,其特征在于,还包括至少一个驱动组件,所述驱动组件用于驱动所述移动支架移动,以将所述设备本体从所述初始显示状态伸展至扩展显示状态。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的具有卷曲屏的电子设备,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括第一驱动件,所述第一驱动件为直线驱动件。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的具有卷曲屏的电子设备,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括第一驱动件和与所述第一驱动件连接的传动组件,所述传动组件包括转动件和与所述转动件相匹配的第一移动件,所述第一驱动件与所述转动件连接,所述第一驱动件驱动所述转动件转动,以使所述转动件带动所述第一移动件移动,所述第一移动件与所述移动支架连接。
  8. 根据权利要求2至7任一项所述的具有卷曲屏的电子设备,其特征在于,所述支撑组件用于支撑位于所述主支撑架外的所述第一显示部分和/或所述第二显示部分。
  9. 根据权利要求2至7任一项所述的具有卷曲屏的电子设备,其特征在于,所述支撑组件位于所述主支撑架内,所述支撑组件包括第二固定件和第二移动件,且所述第二固定件和所述第二移动件相互拼合共同支撑所述第一显示部分的背面,所述第二固定件与所述主支撑架连接,所述第二移动件与所述第一显示部分连接和/或所述第二移动件与所述第二显示部分连接,在所述扩展显示状态时,所述第二移动件支撑位于所述主支撑架外的所述第一显示部分所述和/或所述第二显示部分。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的具有卷曲屏的电子设备,其特征在于,在所述扩展显示状态时,部分所述第二移动件位于所述主支撑架内。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的具有卷曲屏的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第二移动件为可收缩的支撑板。
  12. 根据权利要求2至7任一项所述的具有卷曲屏的电子设备,其特征在于,所述支撑组件包括第二驱动件和与所述第二驱动件连接的支撑件,所述第二驱动件驱动所述支撑件向所述主支撑架的外侧延伸,以支撑位于所述主支撑架的外侧的所述第二显示部分。
  13. 根据权利要求2至12任一项所述的具有卷曲屏的电子设备,其特征在于,还包括至少一个连接组件,所述第二显示部分通过所述连接组件与所述主支撑架连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的具有卷曲屏的电子设备,其特征在于,所述连接组件包括转轴和卷设在所述转轴上补强膜,所述补强膜的第一侧固定在所述转轴上,所述补强膜的第二侧与所述第二显示部分连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的具有卷曲屏的电子设备,其特征在于,所述补强膜与所述第二显示部分的背面连接。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的具有卷曲屏的电子设备,其特征在于,所述连接组件包括安装件和至少一个连接件,所述连接件的第一端与所述主支撑架连接,所述连接件的第二端与所述安装件连接,所述安装件与所述第二显示部分连接。
  17. 根据权利要求2至16任一项所述的具有卷曲屏的电子设备,其特征在于,所述支撑轴的轴线与所述第一显示部分的显示面之间的距离与所述支撑轴的轴线与所述第二显示部分的显示面之间的距离相等。
  18. 根据权利要求2至17任一项所述的具有卷曲屏的电子设备,其特征在于,还包括至少一个锁定组件,所述锁定组件用于在所述扩展显示状态时,固定所述第一显示部分和/或所述第二显示部分。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的具有卷曲屏的电子设备,其特征在于,所述锁定组件包括支撑座、止位块和至少两个弹片,所述支撑座上具有滑道,所述止位块位于所述滑道,且所述止位块可沿所述滑道的延伸方向移动,所述弹片与所述支撑座连接,且部分所述弹片伸入所述滑道内,所述止位块与所述移动支架连接。
