在一实施例中,所述纸箱包括还包括设于所述开口处的两个卡块,两个所述卡块相对设置,并与所述箱体围合形成所述内腔,所述内封盖装设于所述内腔时,所述内封盖的两端分别抵接于电子设备的顶面和所述卡块之间。
本申请技术方案通过左摇盖和右摇盖中二者之一设有限位块,二者之另一设有限位槽;如此设置,当所述左摇盖和所述右摇盖转动并配合盖合所述开口时,以使所述限位块限位于所述限位槽内,进而让左摇盖和右摇盖远离开口的一端紧密抵接,以密封所述箱体的开口,从而避免在封箱后两个外摇盖出现离缝的现象。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本申请提出一种纸箱。
在本申请实施例中,参照图1至图5,该纸箱包括箱体10和外摇盖20,所述箱体10设有开口10a;所述外摇盖20可转动地设于所述开口处,所述外摇盖20包括相对设置的左摇盖21和右摇盖22,所述左摇盖21和所述右摇盖22中二者之一设有限位块30,二者之另一设有限位槽40;所述左摇盖21和所述右摇盖22通过所述限位块30限位于所述限位槽40以盖合所述开口10a。
在本实施例中,通过在箱体10相对的两侧设置两个外摇盖20,其中一个外摇盖20为左摇盖21,另一外摇盖20为右摇盖22;且左摇盖21和右摇盖22均是通过在箱体10的开口10a处设置折痕形成转动连接关系。
在一实施例中,当左摇盖21在远离与开口10a处转动连接的一端上凸设有限位块30时,则右摇盖22也在远离与开口10a转动连接的一端对应设有与限位块30配合的限位槽40。可以理解的,装配时,只需将左摇盖21的限位块30限位于右摇盖22的限位槽40后,就可将左摇盖21和右摇盖22配合限位并连接,进而利用配合连接后的左摇盖21和右摇盖22密封开口10a。
在另一实施例中,当左摇盖21在远离与开口10a处转动连接的一端设有限位槽40时,右摇盖22也在远离与开口10a转动连接的一端对应设有限位块30。可以理解的,装配时,只需将右摇盖22的限位块30限位于左摇盖21的限位槽40后,就可将左摇盖21和右摇盖22配合限位并连接,进而利用配合连接后的左摇盖21和右摇盖22密封开口10a。
本申请技术方案通过左摇盖21和右摇盖22中二者之一设有限位块30,二者之另一设有限位槽40;如此设置,当所述左摇盖21和所述右摇盖22转动并配合盖合所述开口10a时,以使所述限位块30限位于所述限位槽40内,进而让左摇盖21和右摇盖22远离开口10a的一端紧密抵接,以密封所述箱体10的开口10a,从而避免在封箱后两个外摇盖20出现离缝的现象。
在一实施例中,参照图1至图3,所述限位块30为楔形限位块,所述限位槽40为楔形限位槽。通过将限位块30设置为楔形限位块,同时也将限位槽40设置为楔形限位槽,与限位块30的形状相适配;如此设置,楔形限位块限位于楔形限位槽40后,楔形限位块具有斜边,与具有斜边的楔形限位槽装配相互抵顶,进而使得限位块30与限位槽40水平方向上不容易相互脱离,从而提升左摇盖21和右摇盖22的。当然,在其他实施例中,限位块30的形状还可以是其他结构,例如:限位块30可设置成倒梯形、倒三角形或菱形等。
在一实施例中,参照图1至图3,所述左摇盖21设有多个所述限位块30,所述右摇盖22对应多个所述限位块30设有多个所述限位槽40;所述左摇盖21邻近每一限位块30还设有卡接孔50,所述右摇盖22对应每一卡接孔50设有卡接块60;每一限位块30限位于每一限位槽40内,每一卡接块60卡接于每一卡接孔50,以使所述左摇盖和所述右摇盖配合连接,并密封所述开口10b。
在本实施例中,通过左摇盖21设有多个限位块30,多个限位块30呈间隔设置,右摇盖22也对应设有多个限位槽40,多个限位槽40呈间隔设置;当左摇盖21和右摇盖22需要配合连接时,多个限位块30对应限位于多个限位槽40,直接提升了左摇盖21和右摇盖22的配合紧密度。
在一实施例中,左摇盖21在相邻限位块30还设有卡接孔50,右摇盖22在相邻限位槽40还设有卡接块60;当左摇盖21和右摇盖22配合连接时,限位块30限位于限位槽40后,卡接块60也卡接在卡接孔50中,进而提升左摇盖21和右摇盖22的装配紧密度。
在一实施例中,参照图1至图3,所述箱体10具有连通所述开口10a的内腔10b;所述纸箱还包括内封盖80,所述内封盖80可拆卸连接于所述内腔10b的腔壁,所述内封盖80设有插孔80a;所述左摇盖21和所述右摇盖22中至少一个对应所述插孔80a还设有连接件70;所述左摇盖21和所述右摇盖22转动并配合盖合所述开口10b时,所述连接件70插设于所述插孔80a内,以使所述左摇盖21和/或所述右摇盖22与所述内封盖80配合连接,并密封所述开口10a。
在本实施例中,内封盖80为发泡胶片,而连接件70通过设置折痕实现转动连接在左摇盖21和右摇盖22上;当电子产品放置在内腔10b后,内封盖80放置在内腔10b,并与电子产品的顶面抵接。通过固定内封盖80在内腔10b的腔壁并靠近开口10a后,且再利用内封盖80的插孔80a与连接件70配合插接,进而实现内封盖80与左摇盖21、右摇盖22配合连接,从而进一步密封开口10a。
在一实施例中,参照图1至图3,所述连接件70包括多个,所述内封盖80对应多个所述连接件70设有多个所述插孔80a;每一连接件70转动连接于每一限位块30远离所述左摇盖21的一端;且/或,每一连接件70转动连接于每一卡接块60远离所述右摇盖22的一端。在本实施例中,通过左摇盖21和右摇盖22设置多个连接件70,内封盖80也对应设有多个插孔80a,多个连接件70弯折一一对应插设于多个插孔80a中,从而进一步提升左摇盖21、右摇盖22与内封盖80的连接紧密性。
在一实施例中,参照图1至图3,所述连接件70远离所述限位块30和/或所述卡接块60的一端呈楔形设置。连接件70远离限位块30、卡接块60的一端设置为楔形状,即连接件70的一端具有斜面,当连接件70插入至插孔80a时,连接件70可利用自身的斜面更容易滑入插孔80a中。例如:楔形可以是倒梯形或菱形。
在一实施例中,参照图1至图3,所述连接件70包括相连接的第一连接部71和第二连接部72,所述第二连接部72与所述限位块30和/或所述卡接块60连接,所述第一连接部71呈楔形设置,所述第二连接部72呈楔形设置,以使所述第一连接部71和所述第二连接部72的连接处形成卡位70a;两个所述卡位70a之间的距离大于所述第一连接部71和/或第二连接部72的宽度;可以理解是,第一连接部71的宽度指的是第一连接部71与左摇盖21或右摇盖22的长度方向一致的方向的任一宽度,第二连接部72的宽度指的是第二连接部72与左摇盖21或右摇盖22的长度方向一致的方向的任一宽度。在本实施例中,第一连接部71和第二连接部72均为楔形状,即可设置成倒梯形、倒三角形或菱形等,因此第一连接部71和第二连接部72均具有斜面,在连接件70插入插孔80a的过程中,第一连接部71和第二连接部72的斜面使得整个连接件70更容易插入插孔80a,加快连接件70与内封盖80的装配速度。
在一实施例中,参照图1至图3,第一连接部71和第二连接部72连接,且两者连接处形成有卡位70a,即第一连接部71和第二连接部72的连接处凸起形成有可与插孔80a的孔壁配合限定的卡位70a,且两个卡位70a之间的距离大于第一连接部71或第二连接部72的宽度,同时两个所述卡位70a之间的距离大于所述插孔80a的长度。使得连接件70的卡位70a的位置不容从插孔80a中脱离,进而提升内封盖80与连接件70的连接紧密度。
在一实施例中,参照图1至图3,所述限位块30和/或所述卡接块60与所述第二连接部72的连接处形成有限位台31/61;所述连接件70插设于所述插孔80a内时,所述限位台31/61与所述插孔80a周缘的内封盖80限位抵接。在本实施例中,通过第二连接部72设置成楔形,使得第二连接部72可与限位块30或卡接块60形成限位台31/61;当连接件70插设在插孔80a内时,限位台31/61与插孔80a附近的内封盖80限位抵接,进而避免连接件70过度插入插孔80a,保证连接件70与插孔80a装配合理,从而使得连接件70与插孔80a形成更好的
在一实施例中,参照图1至图3,所述第一连接部71远离所述第二连接部72的一边为顶边70b;所述顶边70b的长度小于或等于所述插孔80a的宽度;且/或,所述限位台31/61至所述顶边70b的垂直延伸线的长度大于所述内封盖80的厚度。
在本实施例中,通过将顶边70b的长度设置为小于或等于插孔80a的宽度,使得第一连接部71能轻松插入插孔80a,加快连接件70与内封盖80的装配速度。可选地,限位台31/61至顶边70b的垂直距离大于内封盖80的厚度,如此设置,连接件70插入插孔80a后,连接件70具有足够长的限位位置与插孔80a的孔壁限位抵接,从而保证连接件70与内封盖80的连接稳定性。
在一实施例中,参照图1至图3,所述纸箱还包括设于所述开口10a处的两个卡块11,两个所述卡块11相对设置,并与所述箱体10围合形成所述内腔10b;所述内封盖80装设于所述内腔10b时,所述内封盖80的两端分别抵接于电子设备的顶面和所述卡块11之间。
在本实施例中,卡块11相对设置在箱体10的开口10a的两侧,且卡块11与箱体10围合形成内腔10b。当内封盖80放置在内腔10b和电子设备的顶面时,内封盖80的一面与电子设备的顶面抵接,内封盖80另一面的两端限位在卡块11面向内腔10b的一面,进而保证内封盖80能固定在装设有电子设备的内腔10b的腔壁上,从而提升内封盖80和外摇盖20封盖开口10a的密封性。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种纸箱,用于包装电子设备,其中,所述纸箱包括:
    箱体,设有开口;和
    外摇盖,可转动地设于所述开口处,所述外摇盖包括相对设置的左摇盖和右摇盖,所述左摇盖和所述右摇盖中二者之一设有限位块,二者之另一设有限位槽;
    所述左摇盖和所述右摇盖通过所述限位块限位于所述限位槽内以盖合所述开口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的纸箱,其中,所述限位块为楔形限位块,所述限位槽为楔形限位槽。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的纸箱,其中,所述左摇盖设有多个所述限位块,所述右摇盖对应多个所述限位块设有多个所述限位槽,每一所述限位块可限位于每一所述限位槽内,以使所述左摇盖和所述右摇盖配合连接,并密封所述开口。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的纸箱,其中,所述左摇盖邻近每一所述限位块还设有卡接孔,所述右摇盖对应每一所述卡接孔设有卡接块,每一所述卡接块可卡接于每一所述卡接孔,以使所述左摇盖和所述右摇盖配合连接,并密封所述开口。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的纸箱,其中,所述箱体具有连通所述开口的内腔;所述纸箱还包括内封盖,所述内封盖可拆卸地连接于所述内腔的腔壁,所述内封盖设有插孔,所述左摇盖和所述右摇盖中至少一个对应所述插孔还设有连接件,所述左摇盖和所述右摇盖转动并配合盖合所述开口时,所述连接件插设于所述插孔内,以使所述左摇盖和所述右摇盖中的至少一个与所述内封盖配合连接,并密封所述开口。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的纸箱,其中,所述连接件通过设置折痕与所述左摇盖和所述右摇盖中的至少一个转动连接。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的纸箱,其中,所述连接件包括多个,所述内封盖对应多个所述连接件设有多个所述插孔;
    每一所述连接件转动连接于每一所述限位块远离所述左摇盖的一端。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的纸箱,其中,所述连接件包括多个,所述内封盖对应多个所述连接件设有多个所述插孔;
    每一所述连接件转动连接于每一所述卡接块远离所述右摇盖的一端。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的纸箱,其中,所述连接件远离所述限位块的一端呈楔形设置或具有斜面。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的纸箱,其中,所述连接件远离所述卡接块的一端呈楔形设置或具有斜面。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的纸箱,其中,所述连接件包括相连接的第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第二连接部与所述限位块连接,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部均呈楔形设置或者均具有斜面,以使所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部的连接处形成卡位;
    两个所述卡位之间的距离大于所述第一连接部和/或第二连接部的宽度。
  12. 如权利要求7所述的纸箱,其中,所述连接件包括相连接的第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第二连接部与所述限位块连接,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部均呈楔形设置或者均具有斜面,以使所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部的连接处形成卡位;
    两个所述卡位之间的距离大于所述插孔的长度。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的纸箱,其中,所述连接件包括相连接的第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第二连接部与所述卡接块连接,第一连接部和第二连接部均呈楔形设置或者均具有斜面,以使所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部的连接处形成卡位;
    两个所述卡位之间的距离大于所述第一连接部和/或第二连接部的宽度;
  14. 如权利要求8所述的纸箱,其中,所述连接件包括相连接的第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第二连接部与所述卡接块连接,第一连接部和第二连接部均呈楔形设置或者均具有斜面,以使所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部的连接处形成卡位;
    两个所述卡位之间的距离大于所述插孔的长度。
  15. 如权利要求11或12所述的纸箱,其中,所述限位块与所述第二连接部的连接处形成有限位台;
    所述连接件插设于所述插孔内时,所述限位台与所述插孔周缘的内封盖限位抵接。
  16. 如权利要求13或14所述的纸箱,其中,所述卡接块与所述第二连接部的连接处形成有限位台;
    所述连接件插设于所述插孔内时,所述限位台与所述插孔周缘的内封盖限位抵接。
  17. 如权利要求11至14任一项所述的纸箱,其中,所述第一连接部远离所述第二连接部的一边为顶边,所述顶边的长度小于或等于所述插孔的宽度。
  18. 如权利要求15所述的纸箱,其中,所述第一连接部远离所述第二连接部的一边为顶边,所述限位台至所述顶边的垂直延伸线的长度大于所述内封盖的厚度。
  19. 如权利要求16所述的纸箱,其中,所述第一连接部远离所述第二连接部的一边为顶边,所述限位台至所述顶边的垂直延伸线的长度大于所述内封盖的厚度。
  20. 如权利要求5所述的纸箱,其中,所述纸箱还包括设于所述开口处的两个卡块,两个所述卡块相对设置,并与所述箱体围合形成所述内腔,所述内封盖装设于所述内腔时,所述内封盖的两端分别抵接于电子设备的顶面和所述卡块之间。
