Description
本发明涉及一种安防工程领域,尤其涉及一种磁吸式便于安装的隐蔽监控摄像头。
监控系统是安防系统中应用最多的系统之一,现在市面上较为适合的工地监控系统是手持式视频通信设备,视频监控现在是主流。从最早模拟监控到前些年火热数字监控再到现在方兴未艾网络视频监控,发生了翻天覆地变化。在IP技术逐步统一全球今天,我们有必要重新认识视频监控系统发展历史。从技术角度出发,视频监控系统发展划分为第一代模拟视频监控系统(CCTV),到第二代基于“PC+多媒体卡”数字视频监控系统(DVR),到第三代完全基于IP网络视频监控系统(IPVS)。
但是现在很多常用摄像头的安装步骤繁琐,且体积过大,不便于调节摄像头的角度与方向。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种磁吸式便于安装的隐蔽监控摄像头,它可以实现便于对摄像头的安装,且便于调节摄像头的多角度和方向。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种磁吸式便于安装的隐蔽监控摄像头,包括外壳和摄像头,所述摄像头在外壳的内部,所述外壳的外侧壁固定连接有第一连接杆,所述第一连接杆远离外壳的一端转动连接有转轴,所述转轴的外端固定连接有第二连接杆,所述第二连接杆的上端设有固定块,所述固定块的下端开凿有放置槽,所述放置槽内部的内侧壁固定连接有电机, 所述电机的输出端固定连接有齿轮,所述第二连接杆靠近电机的一端开凿有凹槽,所述凹槽的内侧壁固定连接有齿条,所述齿条与齿轮啮合连接,所述第二连接杆的外端固定连接有多根L型杆,所述L型杆的下端均固定连接有滚轮,所述固定块的下端固定连接有空心圆框,所述第二连接杆转动连接于空心圆框的内侧,所述L型杆位于空心圆框的内部,所述滚轮转动连接于空心圆框的内底面上,所述固定块的上端固定连接有磁铁,它可以实现便于对摄像头的安装,且便于调节摄像头的多角度和方向。
进一步的,所述外壳的内侧壁安装有加热网,便于去除摄像头内部的湿度及玻璃罩上的雾状,能够更清楚的拍摄。
进一步的,所述外壳的内部安装有一对红外线灯,所述红外线灯安装在摄像头两侧,在夜晚光线较弱或无光时,能够拍出清晰影像。
进一步的,所述摄像头的外端设接有玻璃罩,所述玻璃罩与外壳螺纹连接,保护摄像头不被损坏,且便于对玻璃罩的更换。
进一步的,所述转轴与第一连接杆之间连接有锁紧组件,用于第一连接杆和转轴之间的固定,从而实现对摄像头的倾斜度的调剂。
进一步的,所述固定块的横截面呈圆形形状,能够增加整体的美观。
进一步的,所述固定块的上端固定连接有一对定位柱,通过墙面上预设的定位槽,使固定块不易转动。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
(1)本发明方案的可以实现便于对摄像头的安装,且便于调节摄像头的多角度和方向。
(2)外壳的内侧壁安装有加热网,便于去除摄像头内部的湿度及玻璃罩上的雾状,能够更清楚的拍摄。
(3)外壳的内部安装有一对红外线灯,红外线灯安装在摄像头两侧,在夜晚光线较弱或无光时,能够拍出清晰影像。
(4)摄像头的外端设接有玻璃罩,玻璃罩与外壳螺纹连接,保护摄像头不被损坏,且便于对玻璃罩的更换。
(5)转轴与第一连接杆之间连接有锁紧组件,用于第一连接杆和转轴之间的固定,从而实现对摄像头的倾斜度的调剂。
(6)固定块的横截面呈圆形形状,能够增加整体的美观。
(7)固定块的上端固定连接有一对定位柱,通过墙面上预设的定位槽,使固定块不易转动。

如附图1-4所示的本发明所述的一种磁吸式便于安装的隐蔽监控摄像头,包括外壳1和摄像头3,摄像头3在外壳1的内部,外壳1的外侧壁固定连接有第一连接杆5,第一连接杆5远离外壳1的一端转动连接有转轴7,转轴7 的外端固定连接有第二连接杆8,第二连接杆8的上端设有固定块11,固定块11的下端开凿有放置槽,放置槽内部的内侧壁固定连接有电机13,电机13的输出端固定连接有齿轮9,第二连接杆8靠近电机13的一端开凿有凹槽,凹槽的内侧壁固定连接有齿条10,齿条10与齿轮9啮合连接,第二连接杆8的外端固定连接有多根L型杆14,L型杆14的下端均固定连接有滚轮15,固定块11的下端固定连接有空心圆框17,第二连接杆8转动连接于空心圆框17的内侧,L型杆14位于空心圆框17的内部,滚轮15转动连接于空心圆框17的内底面上,固定块11的上端固定连接有磁铁12,本发明可以实现便于对摄像头3的安装,且便于调节摄像头3的多角度和方向。
外壳1的内侧壁安装有加热网,便于去除摄像头3内部的湿度及玻璃罩4上的雾状,能够更清楚的拍摄,外壳1的内部安装有一对红外线灯2,红外线灯2安装在摄像头3两侧,在夜晚光线较弱或无光时,能够拍出清晰影像,摄像头3的外端设接有玻璃罩4,玻璃罩4与外壳1螺纹连接,保护摄像头3不被损坏,且便于对玻璃罩4的更换。
转轴7与第一连接杆5之间连接有锁紧组件6,锁紧组件6包括螺杆和螺母,螺杆螺纹连接于转轴7和第一连接杆5的内部,螺母螺纹连接于螺杆的外端,通过螺杆和螺母实现第一连接杆5和转轴7之间的固定,从而实现对摄像头3倾斜度的调节。
固定块11的横截面呈圆形形状,能够增加整体的美观,固定块11的上端固定连接有一对定位柱16,通过墙面上预设的定位槽,使固定块11不易转动。
当相关的技术人员安装此摄像头3时,首先在墙面开凿与定位柱16相匹配的定位槽,墙面固定连接有与磁铁12互相吸附的磁片,将定位柱插入定位 槽内,使固定块上的磁铁12与墙面上的磁铁12相互吸附,通过定位柱16与定位槽进行限位,使固定块11不易转动动。
使用时,通过齿轮9与齿条10之间的配合,通过电机13带动第二连接杆8转动,第二连接杆8带动L型杆14在空心圆框17内部转动,实现滚轮15在空心圆框17的内地面滚动,使得第二连接杆8与固定块11之间稳定转动,从而调节摄像头3的方向,在通过转轴7调节第一连接杆5与第二连接杆8的角度,再通过锁紧组件6固定第一连接杆5的倾斜度,从而调节摄像头3拍摄的角度,本发明可以实现便于对摄像头3的安装,且便于调节摄像头3的多角度和方向。

Claims (7)
- 一种磁吸式便于安装的隐蔽监控摄像头,包括外壳(1)和摄像头(3),所述摄像头(3)在外壳(1)的内部,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)的外侧壁固定连接有第一连接杆(5),所述第一连接杆(5)远离外壳(1)的一端转动连接有转轴(7),所述转轴(7)的外端固定连接有第二连接杆(8),所述第二连接杆(8)的上端设有固定块(11),所述固定块(11)的下端开凿有放置槽,所述放置槽内部的内侧壁固定连接有电机(13),所述电机(13)的输出端固定连接有齿轮(9),所述第二连接杆(8)靠近电机(13)的一端开凿有凹槽,所述凹槽的内侧壁固定连接有齿条(10),所述齿条(10)与齿轮(9)啮合连接,所述第二连接杆(8)的外端固定连接有多根L型杆(14),所述L型杆(14)的下端固定连接有滚轮(15),所述固定块(11)的下端固定连接有空心圆框(17),所述第二连接杆(8)转动连接于空心圆框(17)的内侧,所述L型杆(14)位于空心圆框(17)的内部,所述滚轮(15)转动连接于空心圆框(17)的内底面上,所述固定块(11)的上端固定连接有磁铁(12)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种磁吸式便于安装的隐蔽监控摄像头,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)的内侧壁安装有加热网。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种磁吸式便于安装的隐蔽监控摄像头,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)的内部安装有一对红外线灯(2),所述红外线灯(2)安装在摄像头(3)两侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种磁吸式便于安装的隐蔽监控摄像头,其特征在于:所述摄像头(3)的外端设接有玻璃罩(4),所述玻璃罩(4)与外壳(1)螺纹连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种磁吸式便于安装的隐蔽监控摄像头,其特征在于:所述转轴(7)与第一连接杆(5)之间连接有锁紧组件(6)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种磁吸式便于安装的隐蔽监控摄像头,其特征在于:所述固定块(11)的横截面呈圆形形状。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种磁吸式便于安装的隐蔽监控摄像头,其特征在于:所述固定块(11)的上端固定连接有一对定位柱(16)。
