Description

一种带消防安全装置的智能集装箱 技术领域
本发明涉及一种带消防安全装置的智能集装箱,尤其是海运集装箱。
背景技术
目前,越来越多的货物采用海运和陆运集装箱的方式进行运输,随着这个发展趋势的要求,集装箱船的尺寸越来越大,装载能力也越来越大;随着装载能力的增加,集装箱船上的装载高度和装载密度也是越来越高。但是,不时有集装箱船发生火灾,火灾却难以扑灭,造成巨大的财产和生命损失,也对环境造成重大影响。
集装箱船上发生的火灾不容易被扑灭,造成巨大损失的主要原因是:在集装箱内发生火灾的初期阶段,所产生的火、烟等都被困在集装箱内,船员无法在火灾初期阶段发现火灾;当火势扩大,火、烟扩散到集装箱外,被发现的时候,消防介质又不能有效的进入集装箱内部,扑灭集装箱内部的火。
技术问题
为了克服不能及时发现并扑灭集装箱内部发生的火灾这一技术问题, 本发明提供一种带消防安全装置的集装箱,可以探测发生在集装箱内部的火灾,并发出报警,能让相关人员知晓发生火灾的集装箱的位置,开展灭火工作;并且,该集装箱还可以配备自带的灭火装置和/或外部消防系统接口,将合适的灭火介质喷入集装箱内部,有效扑灭集装箱内部的火。
技术解决方案
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:为集装箱安装集装箱内部火灾探测报警装置,和/或集装箱内部灭火系统;即安装合适的设备和火灾探测器等,对集装箱内部环境状态进行实时的监测,在探测到集装箱内发生火灾的时候发出报警,并将火灾报警信号、集装箱定位信息以及合适的灭火措施要求(基于集装箱内的货物)传输到船上的报警系统;集装箱内也可以安装自带的、合适的灭火装置(该灭火装置具有足够的灭火能力,能根据集装箱内的火灾探测信号自动释放,扑灭集装箱内的火)和/或布置能和船上相关消防系统相连的合适的管路(可以在需要的时候,手动将船上的灭火介质喷入集装箱内部,扑灭火灾)。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是,可以在集装箱内部发生火灾的初期阶段探测到火灾的发生,能在较短的时间内扑灭集装箱内部火灾,避免火灾蔓延到着火集装箱之外造成更大的灾难,减小财产和生命损失,避免对环境造成重大影响。

本发明的实施方式
在图1中,集装箱(1)安装了集装箱内部火灾探测报警系统,包括火灾探测器(2)、数据处理单元(3)、信号传输模块(4)和报警装置(5)。当火灾探测器(2)探测到集装箱内部发生火灾时,数据处理单元(3)通过信号传输模块(4)触发报警装置(5)给出报警,也可以将火灾报警传输到船上的报警系统,通知船上人员进行灭火。
在图2所示示例中,集装箱(1)安装了集装箱内部火灾探测报警系统,包括火灾探测器(2)、数据处理单元(3)、信号传输模块(4)和报警装置(5),并配备了集装箱内部灭火系统,包括自带的灭火装置(6)、释放装置(7)、灭火剂释放管路(8)和灭火剂释放喷头(9)。当火灾探测器(2)探测到集装箱内部发生火灾时,数据处理单元(3)通过信号传输模块(4)触发报警装置(5)给出报警,通知船上人员,与此同时,数据处理单元(3)发出信号打开释放装置(7),自带灭火装置(6)内存储的灭火介质通过灭火剂释放管路(8)和灭火剂释放喷头(9)被喷入集装箱内部,将火扑灭。

在图4所示示例中,集装箱(1)安装了集装箱内部火灾探测报警系统,包括火灾探测器(2)、数据处理单元(3)、信号传输模块(4)和报警装置(5),并配备了集装箱内部灭火系统,包括自带的灭火装置(6)和外部消防系统接口(10)、释放装置(7)、灭火剂释放管路(8)和灭火剂释放喷头(9)。当火灾探测器(2)探测到集装箱内部发生火灾时,可以根据需要选择使用自带灭火装置(6)或将船上消防系统连接到外部消防系统接口(10),扑灭集装箱内部的火。
工业实用性
本发明以现今广泛使用的海运集装箱为基础,安装消防安全装置,可以在火灾发生的初始阶段探测发生在集装箱内部的火灾,并发出报警,能让相关人员知晓发生火灾的集装箱的位置,及时开展灭火工作,还可以配备自带的灭火装置和/或外部消防系统接口,将合适的灭火介质喷入集装箱内部,有效扑灭集装箱内部的火,防止火灾进一步蔓延造成巨大的财产和生命损失以及对环境造成的重大影响。

  3. 根据权利要求1和2所述的带消防安全装置的智能集装箱,其特征在于,集装箱(1)还配备了集装箱内部灭火系统,包括自带的灭火装置(6)、释放装置(7)、灭火剂释放管路(8)、灭火剂释放喷头(9)。
