Description

一种连接器和光纤连接组件 技术领域
本发明涉及光纤通信领域,具体涉及一种连接器和光纤连接组件。
背景技术
随着通信行业的快速发展,光连接器、电连接器等信号连接器得到了广泛的应用。其中MPO连接器、MTP连接器等信号连接器作为标准连接器,由于本身具有体积小、操作简便等特性,用量更是十分可观。
上述的MPO、MTP连接器组件的结构有着共同的特点,即二者的锁紧机构是相同的,均为推拉锁紧机构,在所述推拉锁紧机构中,轴向可移动的、防脱的装配在插头壳体上的连接帽是关键部件,在插合的过程中,插头与插座首先对插,在插接到位之前,连接帽一直呈被阻止的状态,而一旦插头与插座插接到位,则连接帽便会在弹簧的作用力下沿轴向移动将插头与插座锁定。当需要插头与插座分离时,捏住连接帽,向后拉动即可。
上述推拉锁紧机构设计的最初目的是为了方便插头与插座的锁紧和解锁,如今已经形成了相关的标准,但是,随着MPO、MTP连接器组件逐渐开始在基站室外应用后,如今该锁紧机构反而成了连接器应用的负担,究其原因,则主要是因为室外使用对连接器的密封性、耐候性等都有着更加严格的要求,一旦用于户外,则需要在连接器外部设置另外的保护部分,如果保护部分不带锁紧机构,一来难以保证 密封性,二来仅靠连接器的锁紧机构也不可靠。但是一旦在连接器外部的保护部分上设置了锁紧机构,则会出现内外双重锁紧的情况,给连接器的解锁分离带来了不便,无法再实现一步插合和一步解锁。
随着FTTH(Fiber To The Home,光纤到户)的大规模部署,减少施工成本,降低施工技术要求,简化施工难度的预连接产品应用越来越广。然而,现阶段使用的光纤连接器和适配器绝大部分采用的是行业标准型的连接器及适配器。该类型的连接器及适配器的设计初衷在于解决室内或者有保护盒(箱体)内的光纤连接,开通业务时需要打开盒体,在盒体里进行熔接,固定光缆等操作。为避免开通业务时开箱,熔接,固定光缆等动作,一种具有较好的防水性能,可预装在盒体外使用的光纤连接器和适配器逐步得到应用。
目前,市面上存在得备防水性的光纤连接器和适配器,大部分采用的锁紧方式为旋拧式,而旋拧式锁紧方式由于其自身特性,需要在连接器和适配器周边预留手指操作空间,在有限的安装空间下,特别是在密度要求较高的情况下,操作非常困难。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种操作简单方便且能实现预连接产品的高密排布的连接器。
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种连接器,包括:
连接器主体,其包括插入部,所述插入部一相对的两侧分别设有一定位卡扣;
卡扣组件,其包括固定在所述插入部的根部且位于所述插入部另一相对的两侧的两个弹性悬臂,每个所述弹性悬臂沿插入方向依次设有解锁卡扣以及用于与匹配的适配器卡接的锁紧卡扣;
弹性件,其设于所述插入部的根部;
解锁环,其套设在所述插入部上,所述解锁环一端抵持在所述弹性件上,另一端抵持在所述定位卡扣上,所述解锁环可沿所述插入部轴向移动,且当所述解锁环朝所述插入部的根部移动时,可挤压两个所述弹性悬臂,使两个所述弹性悬臂朝所述插入部靠拢。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述连接器还包括连接器外套,所述连接器外套套设在所述插入部上,并与所述解锁环卡接。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述连接器外套的内壁设有卡槽以及与所述解锁环的端面配合的连接器凸台,所述解锁环的外壁上设有与所述卡槽配合的凸筋。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述连接器还包括套设在所述连接器外套的拉绳。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述连接器外套的一端设有拉绳槽,所述拉绳槽的端部沿所述连接器外套的径向延伸形成一拉绳槽端面,所述拉绳包括一卡箍,所述卡箍上对称设有两个凸点,所述卡箍套设在所述拉绳槽上,且两个所述凸点抵持在所述拉绳槽端面上。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述连接器外套还设有用于与匹配的适配器定位的第一定位面。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述连接器还包括连接器帽,所述连接器帽上设有与所述锁紧卡扣配合卡接的连接器帽卡扣槽,且所述连接器帽上还设有与所述第一定位面配合定位的第二定位面。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述连接器帽与所述连接器外套的配合处还设有第一密封环。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述连接器主体与所述连接器外套的配合处还设有第二密封环。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述解锁环内壁一相对的两侧分别设有一与所述解锁卡扣配合的解锁凸台,所述解锁环另一相对的两侧分别设有一与所述定位卡扣配合的解锁环卡扣。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述插入部上还设有与每个定位卡扣位于同一侧并远离所述插入部的根部的转接卡扣,所述转接卡扣用于安装转接件。

与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本发明的连接器在连接器主体上设有解锁卡扣和锁紧卡扣这两级卡扣,采用插拔式的方式和适配器对接,比旋拧式的操作更便捷;
(2)本发明的连接器在插入部、解锁环和连接器外套上分别设有第一标识、第二标识和第三标识,在装配时通过简单的目视对准,起到很好的防错操作措施,方便操作;
(3)本发明的连接器设置的拉绳结构既方便省力又极大的节省了操作空间,可以实现预连接产品的高密排布。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参见图1至图5所示,本发明实施例提供一种连接器,其包括连接器主体10、卡扣组件、弹性件12、解锁环13、连接器外套14、拉绳15、连接器帽16、连接器尾套17、连接器热熔管18、连接器前套19a、连接器后套19b、铝杯40、连接器光缆50、插芯组件60和连接器连接绳70。
其中,连接器主体10,其包括插入部101,插入部101一相对的两侧分别设有一定位卡扣102。插入部101主要用于和匹配的适配器进行对接。
在连接器主体10的另一端,连接器光缆50通过铝杯40压接固定,再通过连接器热熔管18进行再次的固定和密封,作为连接器后端的光缆固定压接结构和防水防尘的密封结构。连接器光缆50及插芯组件60穿过连接器尾套17、连接器热熔管18,连接器后套19b,铝杯40、连接器前套19a后,再穿过连接器主体10,然后将连接器后套19b与连接器主体10扭紧锁住,将光缆的加强件通过铝杯40压接到连接器后套19b上,从而固定连接器光缆50。
参见图6和图7所示,卡扣组件,其包括固定在插入部101的根部且位于插入部101另一相对的两侧的两个弹性悬臂11,每个弹性悬臂11沿插入方向依次设有解锁卡扣111以及用于与匹配的适配器卡接的锁紧卡扣112。
弹性件12,其设于插入部101的根部。在本实施例中,弹性件12为弹簧。
解锁环13,其套设在插入部101上,解锁环13一端抵持在弹性件12上,另一端抵持在定位卡扣102上,解锁环13可沿插入部101轴向移动,且当解锁环13朝插入部101的根部移动时,可挤压两个弹性悬臂11,使两个弹性悬臂11朝插入部101靠拢。
同时参见图8所示,在本实施例中,连接器1还包括连接器帽16,在连接器尾套17上设有连接器连接绳70,连接器尾套17与连接器帽16之间通过连接器连接绳70相连,当连接器帽16在不使用时可以通过连接器连接绳70挂在连接器主体10上,不会掉落丢失。连接器帽16两侧设有连接器帽卡扣槽161,与锁紧卡扣112形成锁 紧机构。
在本实施例中,当锁紧卡扣112与连接器帽16的连接器帽卡扣槽161或者适配器的匹配结构扣合时,解锁环13就托在锁紧卡扣112下方,支撑锁紧卡扣112,以加强卡扣的扣合力度,防止卡扣变形,可以增强连接器与适配器之间的拉力强度。
参见图9和图10所示,优选地,本实施例中的解锁环13的内壁一相对的两侧分别设有一与解锁卡扣111配合的解锁凸台132,解锁环13另一相对的两侧分别设有一与定位卡扣102配合的解锁环卡扣133。
下面对本实施例中的解锁环13的原理进行介绍:
当解锁环13后退时,压缩弹性件12,同时解锁环13的解锁凸台132压住解锁卡扣111,使解锁卡扣111向插入部101贴合,此时锁紧卡扣112与连接器帽卡扣槽161或者适配器的匹配结构松脱,形成解锁机构。
解锁环卡扣133主要用来和定位卡扣102相互配合,定位卡扣102结合弹性件12,以限制解锁环13与连接器主体10之间的轴向行程空间。
值得一提的是,参见图11所示,本实施例中所述弹性悬臂11上还设有第一支撑凸台113,所述解锁环13上设有与所述第一支撑凸台113配合的第二支撑凸台135,且所述第一支撑凸台113和第二支撑凸台135被配置为:当所述锁紧卡扣112处于卡接状态时,所述第一支撑凸台113和第二支撑凸台135轴向对齐,当所述解锁环13朝所述插入部101的根部移动时,可使所述第一支撑凸台113和第二支撑凸台135错位。
当锁紧卡扣112与适配器或连接器帽16卡接时,此时第一支撑 凸台113和第二支撑凸台135轴向对齐,即解锁环13的第二支撑凸台135就托在第一支撑凸台113下方,支撑弹性悬臂11,也就是说此时弹性悬臂11无法被挤压以至于向连接器主体10靠拢,从而起到加强卡扣的扣合力度、防止卡扣变形、增强连接器与适配器之间的拉力强度的作用。当解锁环13朝所述插入部101的根部移动时,第一支撑凸台113和第二支撑凸台135错位,此时解锁环13的解锁凸台132方可压住解锁卡扣111,使解锁卡扣111向插入部101贴合。
参见图12所示,优选地,本实施例中的连接器1还包括连接器外套14,连接器外套14套设在插入部101上,并与解锁环13卡接。
具体而言,连接器外套14的内壁设有卡槽142以及与所述解锁环13的端面配合的连接器凸台141,解锁环13的外壁上设有与卡槽142配合的凸筋131。在实际装配过程中,以连接器外套14的连接器凸台141限位连接器外套14的行程,当连接器凸台141顶到解锁环13时,旋转连接器外套14一定角度,使解锁环13的凸筋131卡入连接器外套14的卡槽142中,连接器外套14锁定,此时连接器外套14可以在轴向方向上通过连接器凸台141向后压缩解锁环13后退,也就是说可以通过拉动连接器外套14以带动解锁环13一起沿连接器主体10的轴向移动,进而通过解锁环13压住解锁卡扣111,实现连接器与适配器或者连接器帽16的解锁。
为了方便实现连接器与适配器或者连接器帽16的解锁,参见图13所示,在本实施例中,连接器还包括套设在连接器外套14的拉绳15。具体而言,在连接器外套14的一端设有拉绳槽143,拉绳槽143的端部沿连接器外套14的径向延伸形成一拉绳槽端面144,拉绳15包括一卡箍151,卡箍151上对称设有两个凸点152,卡箍151套设在拉绳槽143上,且两个凸点152抵持在拉绳槽端面144上。
设置了拉绳15后,在解锁连接器时,省去手指接触连接器外套14的空间,在有限的空间实现连接器高密排布在设备上,解锁连接器时只需拉动拉绳15,使连接器拉绳15的两个对称的凸点152顶住拉绳槽端面144,使连接器外套14均匀受力向后退,连接器将受到的力传递到解锁环13,解锁环13后退过程中将力传递到解锁卡扣111,从而完成连接器与连接器帽或者适配器的解锁。
优选地,插入部101上还设有与每个定位卡扣102位于同一侧并远离插入部101的根部的转接卡扣103,转接卡扣103用于安装转接件。通过在转接卡扣103加装转接件,从而可以适配现有其他型号的预成端适配器,达到非常好的兼容性能。
当连接器需要适配其他厂商的预成端适配器时,此时需要将连接器外套14从连接器上拆除,然后再加装转接件适配其他厂商的预成端适配器。拆除时只需将连接器外套14沿轴向后退一段距离,然后沿安装时卡紧锁定的相反方向旋转一定角度,连接器外套14的卡槽142与解锁环13的凸筋131解除锁定,此时可以顺利的将连接器外套14从连接器上取下。
在本实施例中,连接器外套14内壁设有第一定位面145,第一定位面145为异形定位平面。与之对应,连接器帽16上设有第二定位面162、适配器上也设有相应的结构来与第一定位面145进行定位。从而使连接器帽16或者适配器可以快速方便的导入组装,防止插反或者误操作的发生。
为了便于组装,在本实施例中,插入部101与弹性悬臂11同侧的一端上设有第一标识104。第一标识104可以为定位侧壁。
解锁环13上用于挤压弹性悬臂11的部分的外壁上设有用于与第一标识104对齐的第二标识134。具体而言,第二标识134位于解锁 凸台132所在位置对应的外壁上。本实施例中第二标识134为一槽体结构。
连接器外套14上设有用于与第一标识104、第二标识134对齐的第三标识146。在本实施例中第三标识146为一指示箭头。
参见图14所示,当将解锁环13装配到连接器主体10上时,只需要将第二标识134与第一标识104对齐即可,而且还可以在解锁环13和连接器主体10设置定位端面,通过二者的定位端面使解锁环13快速方便的与连接器主体10组装配合。
参见图15所示,同理,当将连接器外套14装配到连接器主体10上时,只需要以第一标识104和第二标识134为基准即可。
为了起到更好的防水效果,连接器主体10与连接器外套14的配合处还设有第二密封环31,用于防止水或脏污通过连接器主体10外壁流入密封陶瓷插芯。连接器帽16与连接器外套14的配合处还设有第一密封环30,组合密封用于外部防止水或脏污流入连接器主体10外壁。
参见图16至20所示,本实施例还提供一种适配器,其包括适配器帽21、适配器连接绳22、适配器主体23、适配器密封垫24、适配器螺母25、适配器密封环26、SC卡座27和陶瓷套筒28。
参见图21和22所示,适配器主体23上设有与上述连接器中的锁紧卡扣112配合卡接的适配器卡槽231。适配器卡槽231用于与连接器主体10的锁紧卡扣112锁住,适配器主体23上设有与连接器外套14的第一定位面145配合的第三定位面232。第三定位面232也是异形定位平面,通过其与第一定位面145对齐配合,方便连接器1与适配器2的快速定位连接。
适配器主体23与适配器帽21之间通过适配器连接绳22相连, 以便于适配器帽21在不使用时还可以挂在适配器主体23上,不会掉落丢失。
适配器主体23还设有SC卡座弹臂233,当适配器主体23内部装好陶瓷套筒28后,SC卡座27从适配器主体23的轴向端装配进适配器主体23内,参见图23和24所示,SC卡座27底部的定位柱271与适配器主体23内部的定位孔234配合定位,适配器主体23的适配器卡扣235固定压住SC卡座27的扣合端面272,便于固定SC卡座27,保护陶瓷套筒28,从而使信号传输更稳定。适配器主体23端口设置有连接器导槽236,以便连接常规SC连接器。
适配器主体23的适配器帽插入端设有密封环槽237,以便安装适配器密封环26,阻止水或脏污沿适配器帽21外壁流入陶瓷套筒28。
当需要将适配器2与连接器1连接时,分别取出连接器帽16和适配器帽21,连接器帽16通过连接器连接绳70与连接器1相连,适配器帽21通过适配器连接绳22与适配器相连,连接器帽16与适配器帽21可以插入互配,防止在二者在不使用时被外界环境的污染,以便之后重复使用是保证防尘防水。连接器1插入适配器2中,锁紧结构与连接器帽16插入连接器1中结构原理相同,密封结构也与连接器帽16插入连接器1中的结构原理相同。
当连接器1需要退出适配器2时,只需拉动连接器外套14的拉绳15,连接器1就从适配器2上解锁退出适配器2。解锁原理与连接器帽16退出连接器1的解锁结构原理相同。
参见图25和26所示,本实施例还提供一种光纤连接组件,其包括连接器1和适配器2。

    卡扣组件,其包括固定在所述插入部(101)的根部且位于所述插入部(101)另一相对的两侧的两个弹性悬臂(11),每个所述弹性悬臂(11)沿插入方向依次设有解锁卡扣(111)以及用于与匹配的适配器卡接的锁紧卡扣(112);
    弹性件(12),其设于所述插入部(101)的根部;
    解锁环(13),其套设在所述插入部(101)上,所述解锁环(13)一端抵持在所述弹性件(12)上,另一端抵持在所述定位卡扣(102)上,所述解锁环(13)可沿所述插入部(101)轴向移动,且当所述解锁环(13)朝所述插入部(101)的根部移动时,可挤压两个所述弹性悬臂(11),使两个所述弹性悬臂(11)朝所述插入部(101)靠拢。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述连接器还包括连接器外套(14),所述连接器外套(14)套设在所述插入部(101)上,并与所述解锁环(13)卡接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述连接器外套(14)的内壁设有卡槽(142)以及与所述解锁环(13)的端面配合的连接器凸台(141),所述解锁环(13)的外壁上设有与所述卡槽(142)配合的凸筋(131)。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述连接器还包括套设在所述连接器外套(14)的拉绳(15)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述连接器外套 (14)的一端设有拉绳槽(143),所述拉绳槽(143)的端部沿所述连接器外套(14)的径向延伸形成一拉绳槽端面(144),所述拉绳(15)包括一卡箍(151),所述卡箍(151)上对称设有两个凸点(152),所述卡箍(151)套设在所述拉绳槽(143)上,且两个所述凸点(152)抵持在所述拉绳槽端面(144)上。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述连接器外套(14)还设有用于与匹配的适配器定位的第一定位面(145)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述连接器还包括连接器帽(16),所述连接器帽(16)上设有与所述锁紧卡扣(112)配合卡接的连接器帽卡扣槽(161),且所述连接器帽(16)上还设有与所述第一定位面(145)配合定位的第二定位面(162)。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述连接器帽(16)与所述连接器外套(14)的配合处还设有第一密封环(30)。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述连接器主体(10)与所述连接器外套(14)的配合处还设有第二密封环(31)。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述解锁环(13)内壁一相对的两侧分别设有一与所述解锁卡扣(111)配合的解锁凸台(132),所述解锁环(13)另一相对的两侧分别设有一与所述定位卡扣(102)配合的解锁环卡扣(133)。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述插入部(101)上还设有与每个定位卡扣(102)位于同一侧并远离所述插入部(101)的根部的转接卡扣(103),所述转接卡扣(103)用于安装转接件。
  12. 如权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于:
    所述插入部(101)与所述弹性悬臂(11)同侧的一端上设有第一标识(104);
    所述解锁环(13)上用于挤压所述弹性悬臂(11)的部分的外壁上设有用于与所述第一标识(104)对齐的第二标识(134);
    所述连接器外套(14)上设有用于与第一标识(104)、第二标识对齐的第三标识(146)。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述弹性悬臂(11)上还设有第一支撑凸台(113),所述解锁环(13)上设有与所述第一支撑凸台(113)配合的第二支撑凸台(135),且所述第一支撑凸台(113)和第二支撑凸台(135)被配置为:当所述锁紧卡扣(112)处于卡接状态时,所述第一支撑凸台(113)和第二支撑凸台(135)轴向对齐,当所述解锁环(13)朝所述插入部(101)的根部移动时,可使所述第一支撑凸台(113)和第二支撑凸台(135)错位。
  14. 一种光纤连接组件,其特征在于,包括:
    连接器(1),其包括,
    -连接器主体(10),其包括插入部(101),所述插入部(101)一相对的两侧分别设有一定位卡扣(102);
    -卡扣组件,其包括固定在所述插入部(101)的根部且位于所述插入部(101)另一相对的两侧的两个弹性悬臂(11),每个所述弹性悬臂(11)沿插入方向依次设有解锁卡扣(111)以及锁紧卡扣(112);
    -弹性件(12),其设于所述插入部(101)的根部;
    -解锁环(13),其套设在所述插入部(101)上,所述解锁环(13)一端抵持在所述弹性件(12)上,另一端抵持在所述定位卡扣(102)上,所述解锁环(13)可沿所述插入部(101)轴向移动,且当所述解锁环(13)朝所述插入部(101)的根部移动时,可挤压两个所述弹性悬臂(11),使两个所述弹性悬臂(11)朝所述插入部(101)靠拢;
    适配器(2),其包括,
    -适配器主体(23),其上设有与所述锁紧卡扣(112)配合卡接的适配器卡槽(231)。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的光纤连接组件,其特征在于:所述连接器还包括连接器外套(14),所述连接器外套(14)套设在所述插入部(101)上,并与所述解锁环(13)卡接。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的光纤连接组件,其特征在于:所述连接器外套(14)还设有第一定位面(145),所述适配器主体(23)上设有与所述第一定位面(145)配合的第三定位面(232)。
