一些实施例中,所述适配器还包括:第一防尘帽,所述第一防尘帽套设于所述对接部;以及连接绳,所述连接绳具有套设于所述安装部的第一环,所述第一环位于所述挡止部与所述螺母之间,所述连接绳还具有第二环,所述第二环连接所述第一防尘帽。
第二方面,提供了一种保护盒,其包括:盒体,以及安装于所述盒体上的上述的快速连接的适配器。
第三方面,提供了一种连接器组件,其包括:适配器,所述适配器包括夹持体,所述夹持体具有对接部,所述对接部内具有插接腔,且所述对接部具有贯穿其壁厚的穿槽,所述夹持体固设有可活动凸点;以及连接器,所述连接器包括插头以及套设于所述插头外的外壳,所述插头设有缺口;当所述插头插向所述插接腔,且所述缺口与所述可活动凸点的位置对应时,所述可活动凸点可移动到所述连接器的缺口中,使所述插头可插入所述插接腔;当所述插头插向所述插接腔,且所述缺口与所述可活动凸点的位置未对应时,所述可活动凸点阻挡所述插头插入所述插接腔。
一些实施例中,所述对接部的外表面设有锁槽,且所述锁槽的邻侧设有筋条;所述外壳的内壁设有第二凸点,当旋转所述外壳时,所述第二凸点越过所述筋条进入所述锁槽,使所述外壳与所述对接部锁紧。
本发明提供的技术方案带来的有益效果包括:
本发明实施例提供了一种快速连接的适配器、保护盒及连接器组件,由于在适配器上设置了可活动凸点,当连接器插向插接腔且连接器的缺口与可活动凸点对应时,在连接器插入的过程中,可活动凸点会进入插接腔并与连接器的缺口配合,保证连接器在插入适配器的过程中能够与适配器实现对准,顺利插入适配器,当连接器的缺口与可活动凸点的位置未对应时,所述可活动凸点会阻挡连接器插入所述插接腔,因此,该适配器能够支持连接器盲插,实现高效快速的链路搭建,对操作者的要求较低,且不易损害光纤。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例提供了一种快速连接的适配器、保护盒及连接器组件,其能解决相关技术中连接器和适配器配合需要位置相对精确的插入才能完成对接,对操作者提出较高要求,且使用和操作不当的情况下,容易损害光纤,导致整条光纤报废的问题。
参见图1、图2和图6所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种快速连接的适配器100,其包括:夹持体1,所述夹持体1具有用于与连接器200对接的对接部11,本实施例中,所述对接部11优选呈圆筒状,对接部11优选与夹持体1同轴设置,所述对接部11内具有插接腔111,且所述对接部11具有贯穿其壁厚的穿槽112,也即穿槽112自对接部11的外表面贯穿至内表面,且穿槽112可以与插接腔111连通;以及可活动凸点12,其固设于所述夹持体1,其中,可活动凸点12可以与夹持体1一体成型也可以与夹持体1分体成型,然后固接于夹持体1上,可活动凸点12可以部分位于插接腔111内也可以完全位于插接腔111外;当所述连接器200插向所述插接腔111,且所述连接器200的缺口203与所述可活动凸点12的位置对应时,所述可活动凸点12会至少部分穿过所述穿槽112进入所述插接腔111,进而进入所述连接器200的缺口203中,其中,连接器200在插入插接腔111的过程中,连接器200可以作用于可活动凸点12上,使得可活动凸点12至少部分穿过穿槽 112进入插接腔111,进而可以与进入插接腔111内的连接器200上的缺口203配合,当连接器200上的缺口203与可活动凸点12对应时,可活动凸点12具备向插接腔111内移动的空间,连接器200方可顺利插入插接腔111,当连接器200上的缺口203与夹持体1上的可活动凸点12未对应时,连接器200上缺口203周围的部位会对可活动凸点12形成阻挡,阻碍可活动凸点12向插接腔111内移动,同时可活动凸点12也会阻碍连接器200插入插接腔111,此时连接器200无法插入,需要旋转连接器200,使连接器200上的缺口203与可活动凸点12对准,方可插入。
进一步,本实施例中,连接器200包括外壳201,外壳201内设有C型结构,C型结构形成与可活动凸点12配合的缺口203,缺口203沿连接器200的轴向方向延伸。
本实施例中,由于在适配器100上设置了可活动凸点12,当连接器200插向插接腔111且连接器200上的缺口203与可活动凸点12对准时,可活动凸点12会进入插接腔111并与连接器200的缺口203配合,保证连接器200在插入适配器100的过程中能够与适配器100实现对准,顺利插入适配器100,其中,可活动凸点12可以通过连接器200的外壳201驱动向插接腔111内移动,也可以通过操作者的手来手动驱动可活动凸点12移动,当连接器200上的缺口203与可活动凸点12未对准时,可活动凸点12会因被连接器200阻挡而不能进入插接腔111,说明此时连接器200未能对准插入,因此,该适配器100能够支持连接器200盲插,实现高效快速的链路搭建,对操作者的要求较低,且不易损害光纤。
参见图2和图6所示,在一些实施例中,所述可活动凸点12至少部分位于所述穿槽112内,且所述可活动凸点12至少部分凸出于所述对接部11的外表面,也就是说,可活动凸点12的一部分收容在穿槽112内部,一部分伸出穿槽112外,将可活动凸点12部分设置于穿槽112内可以节省空间,减小整个适配器100的体积,而伸出穿槽112外 的部分便于驱动可活动凸点12朝向插接腔111内移动;当所述连接器200插入所述插接腔111时,所述连接器200的外壳201可以压缩所述可活动凸点12,也即将可活动凸点12朝向插接腔111内压缩,使所述可活动凸点12至少部分穿过所述穿槽112进入所述插接腔111,同时,当连接器200的缺口203与可活动凸点12对准时,可活动凸点12可以进入缺口203同时进入插接腔111,当连接器200的缺口203未与可活动凸点12对准时,可活动凸点12不可进入插接腔111。
进一步,参见图2和图3所示,所述对接部11具有用于与所述连接器200贴合的对接面113,其中,对接面113可以是对接部11的后端面,所述可活动凸点12可以位于所述穿槽112内,可活动凸点12可以部分位于穿槽112内,部分伸出穿槽112,且所述可活动凸点12自与所述夹持体1的连接处向靠近所述对接面113的方向延伸形成,也就是说,可活动凸点12的前端与夹持体1连接,可活动凸点12的后端可以为自由末端,自由末端偏向靠近对接面113,使得适配器100在与连接器200对接的过程中,自由末端先发生弹性变形向插接腔111内移动,保证了连接器200在开始插入适配器100时可活动凸点12与缺口203就是对准的状态。当然在其他实施例中,可活动凸点12也可以是前后两端均与夹持体1连接,而可活动凸点12的中部向远离插接腔111的方向向外凸起。
参见图2所示,优选的,所述可活动凸点12可以包括弹臂121以及位于所述弹臂121自由末端的凸扣122,所述弹臂121与所述夹持体1连接,也就是说,弹臂121的前端与夹持体1连接,弹臂121的后端设置凸扣122,且所述弹臂121沿所述夹持体1径向方向的厚度小于所述凸扣122沿所述夹持体1径向方向的厚度,也就是说,弹臂121的厚度更薄一些,凸扣122的厚度更厚一些,使得弹臂121的弹性相对更好,更易发生变形,同时,弹臂121可以隐藏在穿槽112内,凸扣122可以部分凸出于穿槽112外,连接器200在插入适配器100的过程中,连接器200的外壳201可以压缩凸扣122,使弹臂121发生弹性变 形。当然,在其他实施例中,弹臂121也可以替换为弹簧等具有弹性的部件。
参见图3所示,在上述技术方案的基础上,所述可活动凸点12靠近所述对接面113的一侧可以具有倾斜面123,也就是说,可活动凸点12的后端设有倾斜面123,本实施例中,倾斜面123优选设于凸扣122上,所述倾斜面123自靠近所述对接面113的一侧向远离所述对接面113且远离所述对接部11的轴线的方向倾斜延伸,也即倾斜面123是自后向前且向远离对接部11轴线的方向延伸的,如此设置,使得连接器200在插入适配器100的过程中,连接器200的外壳201能够与可活动凸点12的倾斜面123平滑接触,并且压缩倾斜面123,使得可活动凸点12逐步向插接腔111内移动。
在一些实施例中,参见图3和图4所示,所述对接部11的外表面可以设有锁槽114,且所述锁槽114的邻侧设有筋条115;所述适配器100还包括套设于所述对接部11上的第一防尘帽2,所述第一防尘帽2的内壁设有第一凸点21,当旋转所述第一防尘帽2时,所述第一凸点21可以越过所述筋条115进入所述锁槽114,使所述第一防尘帽2与所述对接部11锁紧,本实施例中,通过设置筋条115,当第一防尘帽2与夹持体1定位后,旋转第一防尘帽2,第一凸点21可以与筋条115滑动干涉,形成明显的手感,并滑入锁槽114,完成第一防尘帽2的锁紧,夹持体1上还可以设有密封槽,密封槽内设有密封圈3,密封圈3优选位于夹持体1与第一防尘帽2之间,以实现对接部11的防尘与防水。
在一些可选的实施例中,参见图2、图6和图7所示,所述夹持体1远离所述对接部11的一侧可以具有安装部13,所述安装部13与所述对接部11之间还设有挡止部14,所述安装部13通过螺纹安装有螺母4,也就是说,安装部13设有外螺纹,螺母4具有内螺纹,且螺母4套设于安装部13外,使得螺母4与安装部13螺纹连接,并且螺母4可以从安装部13上取下,所述螺母4用于将盒体300夹持于所述螺母 4与所述挡止部14之间,使所述适配器100安装于所述盒体300,具体的,安装部13可以穿设于盒体300上,并且挡止部14可以位于盒体300的外侧,螺母4自盒体300的内侧安装至安装部13上,使得适配器100与盒体300实现可拆卸连接,同时,挡止部14的最大外径大于安装部13的最大外径,使得挡止部14能够阻挡夹持体1从盒体300上脱落。
进一步,参见图1和图8所示,所述适配器100还可以包括:第一防尘帽2,所述第一防尘帽2套设于所述对接部11;以及连接绳5,所述连接绳5具有套设于所述安装部13的第一环51,所述第一环51位于所述挡止部14与所述螺母4之间,当适配器100安装至盒体300上时,第一环51夹设于盒体300与挡止部14之间,连接绳5的材质为软塑,在螺母4的作用下挤压第一环51可以达到密封、防水的效果,所述连接绳5还具有第二环52,所述第二环52连接所述第一防尘帽2。
参见图1所示,所述适配器100还可以包括安装于所述安装部13上的第二防尘帽6,所述夹持体1内还安装有陶瓷套筒7。
参见图5至图7所示,本发明实施例还提供了一种保护盒,其包括:盒体300,以及安装于所述盒体300上的快速连接的适配器100,其中,适配器100可以采用上述任一实施例中提供的技术方案,为了方便快捷的连接两根光纤,并达到防水的效果,可以将适配器100安装于盒体300上,其中适配器100的防水端(也即设置对接部11的一端)位于盒体300的外部,适配器100的SC端(也即设置安装部13的一端)位于盒体300的内部,适配器100的SC端用于与SC连接器400对连,适配器100的防水端与外部的连接器200连接,达到通光防水效果。
参见图8至图11所示,本发明实施例还提供了一种连接器200组件,其可以包括:适配器100,所述适配器100可以包括夹持体1,所述夹持体1具有对接部11,所述对接部11内具有插接腔111,且所述 对接部11具有贯穿其壁厚的穿槽112,所述夹持体1固设有可活动凸点12;以及连接器200,所述连接器200可以包括插头202以及套设于所述插头202外的外壳201,所述插头202设有缺口203,形成C型结构;当所述插头202插向所述插接腔111,且缺口203与所述可活动凸点12的位置对应时,所述外壳201压缩所述可活动凸点12,所述可活动凸点12至少部分穿过所述穿槽112进入所述插接腔111,使所述可活动凸点12可移动进入所述连接器200的缺口203中,且当缺口203与可活动凸点12对准时,可活动凸点12具备向插接腔111内移动的空间,连接器200方可顺利插入,当缺口203未与可活动凸点12对应时,可活动凸点12因所述连接器200的插头202顶住,可活动凸点12无法移动位置而阻挡连接器200的外壳201插入,连接器200无法插入插接腔111。
在一些实施例中,参见图3和图12所示,所述对接部11的外表面设有锁槽114,且所述锁槽114的邻侧设有筋条115;所述外壳201的内壁可以设有第二凸点204,当旋转所述外壳201时,所述第二凸点204可以越过所述筋条115进入所述锁槽114,使所述外壳201与所述对接部11锁紧,当连接器200和适配器100完成插入后,旋转连接器200的外壳201,外壳201上的第二凸点204与筋条115滑动干涉,形成明显的手感,并滑入锁槽114,完成对接锁紧。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种快速连接的适配器,其特征在于,其包括:
    夹持体(1),所述夹持体(1)具有用于与连接器(200)对接的对接部(11),所述对接部(11)内具有插接腔(111),且所述对接部(11)具有贯穿其壁厚的穿槽(112);
    以及可活动凸点(12),其固设于所述夹持体(1);
    当所述连接器(200)插向所述插接腔(111),且所述连接器(200)的缺口(203)与所述可活动凸点(12)的位置对应时,所述可活动凸点(12)可移动到所述连接器(200)的缺口(203)中,使所述连接器(200)可插入所述插接腔(111);
    当所述连接器(200)插向所述插接腔(111),且所述连接器(200)的缺口(203)与所述可活动凸点(12)的位置未对应时,所述可活动凸点(12)阻挡所述连接器(200)插入所述插接腔(111)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的快速连接的适配器,其特征在于:
    所述可活动凸点(12)至少部分凸出于所述对接部(11)的外表面;
    当所述连接器(200)插入所述插接腔(111)时,所述连接器(200)的外壳(201)压缩所述可活动凸点(12),使所述可活动凸点(12)至少部分穿过所述穿槽(112)进入所述插接腔(111)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的快速连接的适配器,其特征在于:
    所述对接部(11)具有用于与所述连接器(200)贴合的对接面(113),所述可活动凸点(12)位于所述穿槽(112)内,且所述可活动凸点(12)自与所述夹持体(1)的连接处向靠近所述对接面(113)的方向延伸形成。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的快速连接的适配器,其特征在于:
    所述可活动凸点(12)包括弹臂(121)以及位于所述弹臂(121)自由末端的凸扣(122),所述弹臂(121)与所述夹持体(1)连接,且所述弹臂(121)沿所述夹持体(1)径向方向的厚度小于所述凸扣(122)沿所述夹持体(1)径向方向的厚度。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的快速连接的适配器,其特征在于:
    所述对接部(11)具有用于与所述连接器(200)贴合的对接面(113),所述可活动凸点(12)靠近所述对接面(113)的一侧具有倾斜面(123),所述倾斜面(123)自靠近所述对接面(113)的一侧向远离所述对接面(113)且远离所述对接部(11)的轴线的方向倾斜延伸。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的快速连接的适配器,其特征在于:
    所述对接部(11)的外表面设有锁槽(114),且所述锁槽(114)的邻侧设有筋条(115);
    所述适配器还包括套设于所述对接部(11)上的第一防尘帽(2),所述第一防尘帽(2)的内壁设有第一凸点(21),当旋转所述第一防尘帽(2)时,所述第一凸点(21)越过所述筋条(115)进入所述锁槽(114),使所述第一防尘帽(2)与所述对接部(11)锁紧。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的快速连接的适配器,其特征在于:
    所述夹持体(1)远离所述对接部(11)的一侧具有安装部(13),所述安装部(13)与所述对接部(11)之间还设有挡止部(14),所述安装部(13)通过螺纹安装有螺母(4),所述螺母(4)用于将盒体(300)夹持于所述螺母(4)与所述挡止部(14)之间,使所述适配器安装于所述盒体(300)。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的快速连接的适配器,其特征在于,所述适配器还包括:
    第一防尘帽(2),所述第一防尘帽(2)套设于所述对接部(11);
    以及连接绳(5),所述连接绳(5)具有套设于所述安装部(13)的第一环(51),所述第一环(51)位于所述挡止部(14)与所述螺母(4)之间,所述连接绳(5)还具有第二环(52),所述第二环(52)连接所述第一防尘帽(2)。
  9. 一种保护盒,其特征在于,其包括:盒体(300),以及安装于所述盒体(300)上的如权利要求1所述的快速连接的适配器。
  10. 一种连接器组件,其特征在于,其包括:
    适配器,所述适配器包括夹持体(1),所述夹持体(1)具有对接部(11),所述对接部(11)内具有插接腔(111),且所述对接部(11)具有贯穿其壁厚的穿槽(112),所述夹持体(1)固设有可活动凸点(12);
    以及连接器(200),所述连接器(200)包括插头(202)以及套设于所述插头(202)外的外壳(201),所述插头(202)设有缺口(203);
    当所述插头(202)插向所述插接腔(111),且所述缺口(203)与所述可活动凸点(12)的位置对应时,所述可活动凸点(12)可移动到所述连接器(200)的缺口(203)中,使所述插头(202)可插入所述插接腔(111);
    当所述插头(202)插向所述插接腔(111),且所述缺口(203)与所述可活动凸点(12)的位置未对应时,所述可活动凸点(12)阻挡所述插头(202)插入所述插接腔(111)。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的连接器组件,其特征在于,
    所述对接部(11)的外表面设有锁槽(114),且所述锁槽(114)的邻侧设有筋条(115);
    所述外壳(201)的内壁设有第二凸点(204),当旋转所述外壳(201)时,所述第二凸点(204)越过所述筋条(115)进入所述锁槽(114),使所述外壳(201)与所述对接部(11)锁紧。
