Description

一种新型卷取机卷筒 技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型卷取机卷筒。
背景技术
卷取机用来将带钢卷取成卷,并在卷取机和轧机之间建立张力。工作时,卷筒准停在初始位置,带钢头部进入钳口,钳口夹紧,卷筒旋转,开始卷取。目前,钳口大多采用液压结构形式,工作时,钳口液压缸无杆腔进油,推动活塞及牙板将带钢头部夹紧,有杆腔进油,活塞及牙板退回,将带钢头部松开。该钳口结构复杂,加工难度大,夹紧效果也不太理想,且由于卷取张力作用,活塞与缸体之间的密封、缸体与扇形板之间的密封容易损坏,漏油现象较为严重,一旦漏油,将严重影响带钢表面质量。现有的卷筒基本为有缝卷筒,在卷取薄板时,容易在薄板表面形成压痕,影响外观质量。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,能够对高强度板材进行折弯,减小回弹量,便于下卷,夹持力度强的一种新型卷取机卷筒。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是:
包括卷筒轴,卷筒轴的径向方向上均匀设有三个凹槽,所述凹槽内设有楔形块一,所述楔形块一上方设有与楔形块一相互配合的楔形块二,卷筒轴的中心处设有通孔,通孔内设有拉杆,拉杆一端固定连接有连接板,连接板与楔形块一固定连接,相邻楔形块二之间设有扇形板,其中一扇形板为钳口扇形板,钳口扇形板的上端面设有钳口,钳口扇形板两侧及扇形板通过螺栓与卷筒轴活动连接,螺栓与扇形板之间设有压簧,钳口设有与钳口扇形板固定连接的钳口板一,钳口底部设有导向槽,导向槽内设有楔形块三,楔形块三下方设有与楔形块三相配合的楔形块四,楔形块四与连接板连接,楔形块三上端设有与钳口板一相配合的钳口板二,所述钳口板二的夹持端面上固定设有钳口压条。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述楔形块二上端面两侧设有斜面,所述楔形块二张紧时与扇形板及钳口扇形板外表面形成无缝圆形。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述钳口板二下端面与楔形块三上端面通过燕尾槽结构连接。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述钳口板一的上端面为弧形面并与钳口扇形板的弧形面半径一致。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述钳口板二的夹持端面上设有嵌槽,所述钳口压条固定于嵌槽内。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述钳口压条的前端为刀尖状。
本发明的优点是:
本发明结构简单,通过采用本发明结构,能够对高强度板材进行折弯,减小回弹量,便于下卷,夹持力度强,张紧后楔形块二与扇形板及钳口扇形板外表面形成无缝圆形,不会对薄板表面形成压痕。

一种新型卷取机卷筒,包括卷筒轴1,卷筒轴1的径向方向上均匀设有三个凹槽,所述凹槽内设有楔形块一2,所述楔形块一2上方设有与楔形块一2相互配合的楔形块二3,卷筒轴1的中心处设有通孔,通孔内设有拉杆4,拉杆4一端固定连接有连接板5,连接板5与楔形块一2固定连接,相邻楔形块二3之间设有扇形板6,其中一扇形板6为钳口扇形板7,钳口扇形板7的上端面设有钳口,钳口扇形板7两侧及扇形板6通过螺栓8与卷筒轴1活动连接,螺栓8与扇形板6之间设有压簧9,钳口设有与钳口扇形板7固定连接的钳口板一10,钳口底部设有导向槽11,导向槽11内设有楔形块三12,楔形块三12下方设有与楔形块三12相配合的楔形块四13,楔形块四13与连接板5连接,楔形块三12上端设有与钳口板一10相配合的钳口板二14,所述钳口板二14的夹持端面上固定设有钳口压条15。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述楔形块二3上端面两侧设有斜面,所述楔形块二3张紧时与扇形板6及钳口扇形板7外表面形成无缝圆形。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述钳口板二14下端面与楔形块三12上端面通过燕尾槽结构连接。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述钳口板一10的上端面为弧形面并与钳口扇形板7的弧形面半径一致。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述钳口板二14的夹持端面上设有嵌槽,所述钳口压条15固定于嵌槽内。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述钳口压条15的前端为刀尖状。
在工作过程中胀径时,涨缩油缸通过拉杆带动连接板,连接板带动楔形块一和楔形块四移动,使之楔形块二沿径向移动,进而推动扇形板及钳口扇形板径向移动形成真圆,同时,楔形块三沿径向移动,楔形块三带动钳口板二径向移动,钳口板二带动钳口压条径向移动,实现钳口的开合,完成对板头的夹持;反之,则实现缩径。

  1. 一种新型卷取机卷筒,其特征在于,包括卷筒轴,卷筒轴的径向方向上均匀设有三个凹槽,所述凹槽内设有楔形块一,所述楔形块一上方设有与楔形块一相互配合的楔形块二,卷筒轴的中心处设有通孔,通孔内设有拉杆,拉杆一端固定连接有连接板,连接板与楔形块一固定连接,相邻楔形块二之间设有扇形板,其中一扇形板为钳口扇形板,钳口扇形板的上端面设有钳口,钳口扇形板两侧及扇形板通过螺栓与卷筒轴活动连接,螺栓与扇形板之间设有压簧,钳口设有与钳口扇形板固定连接的钳口板一,钳口底部设有导向槽,导向槽内设有楔形块三,楔形块三下方设有与楔形块三相配合的楔形块四,楔形块四与连接板连接,楔形块三上端设有与钳口板一相配合的钳口板二,所述钳口板二的夹持端面上固定设有钳口压条。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型卷取机卷筒,其特征在于,所述楔形块二上端面两侧设有斜面,所述楔形块二张紧时与扇形板及钳口扇形板外表面形成无缝圆形。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型卷取机卷筒,其特征在于,所述钳口板二下端面与楔形块三上端面通过燕尾槽结构连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型卷取机卷筒,其特征在于,所述钳口板一的上端面为弧形面并与钳口扇形板的弧形面半径一致。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型卷取机卷筒,其特征在于,所述钳口板二的夹持端面上设有嵌槽,所述钳口压条固定于嵌槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种新型卷取机卷筒,其特征在于,所述钳口压条的前端为刀尖状。
