Description

一种拼合式倒角装置 技术领域
本发明涉及磨具加工工具领域,具体涉及一种拼合式倒角装置。
背景技术
如图1所示,现有倒角装置(倒角磨头或可与钻头配套使用的倒角套)为锥形的一体结构,在倒角装置的锥面上设有若干排水槽4,在排水槽4内设有连通倒角装置内部且向外排水的排水孔15,在倒角加工中冷水通过排水孔15向外排出以达到冷却的功效。其中,排水孔15的轴向高度位置不同以向不同方向排水。上述一体结构的倒角装置,存在如下的缺陷:
(1)排水孔15不能遍布在倒角装置的锥面上,因此排水孔15向外排出的冷水无法将倒角装置的工作面全部覆盖,冷却不彻底;
(2)由于排水孔15的轴向高度位置不同,当加工面刚好处在上下两排水孔15之间时,排水孔15排出的冷水无法到达加工面进行冷却;
(3)加工过程中,倒角装置在轴向上不同位置的加工量不不同,如图2所示,倒角装置上a处的加工量要大于b处的加工量,因此倒角装置上a处的磨损量要大于b处的磨损量,即倒角装置上磨距离H越长,磨损越大,因此不同位置的磨损不能同步(量),最终使得倒角装置失形(图2虚线)。
(4)倒角装置在工作面径向各点的圆周长随直径的变大而变大,即耐磨性及抗变形能力随直径的变大而变大,但径向各点所处圆周的加工量随直径的变小而变大,即磨损量随直径的变小而变大,直径越小处越易变形。
发明内容
综上所述,为克服现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供 一种拼合式倒角装置。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种拼合式倒角装置,包括基体和若干薄齿片;所有的所述薄齿片固定拼接在所述基体下部的侧壁上并形成锥形的倒角体,并且所有的所述薄齿片下部延伸到所述基体的下方,所有的所述薄齿片下部靠近所述基体的一侧相互抵靠住,相邻两个所述薄齿片之间形成连通所述基体内部通水孔的排水槽。
本发明的有益效果是:该倒角装置采用若干薄齿片拼接而成,每相邻两个薄齿片之间均形成排水槽,从而使得倒角装置的工作面密集分布排水槽,排水槽向外排出的冷却水能将工作面全部覆盖,提高工作效率并且延长了倒角装置的使用寿命。同时,在工作面径向各点的薄齿片周向厚度一致、圆周累计弧长相等,即耐磨性及抗变形能力一致;虽然工作面径向各点所处圆周的加工量及磨损量随直径的变小而变大,但相对于现有技术的倒角装置,径向各点之间相对比较的变形率趋于接近,变形问题得到缓解因而延长了倒角装置的寿命。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进:
进一步,所述基体的侧壁上设有插接所述薄齿片上侧的插孔,在所述基体的侧壁上对应所述插孔的下方设有将所述通水孔与所述排水槽连通的供水槽。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:实现通水孔与排水槽连通。
进一步,所述薄齿片中部一侧设有卡块,所述基体的侧壁上对应所述卡块的位置处设有卡槽;在所述基体上且对应所述薄齿片上方的位置螺纹套装有螺母,并且所述螺母向下挤压所述薄齿片的上端以将所述薄齿片固定在所述基体相应的位置。

以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例一
如图3-5所示,一种拼合式倒角磨头,包括基体1和若干薄齿片2,薄齿片2内设有加工磨料金刚石颗粒17。所有的所述薄齿片2固定拼接在所述基体1下部的侧壁上并形成锥形的倒角体,并且所有的所述薄齿片2下部延伸到所述基体1的下方,所有的所述薄齿片2下部靠近所述基体1的一侧相互抵靠住,相邻两个所述薄齿片2之间形成连通所述基体1内部通水孔3的排水槽4。该倒角磨头采用若干薄齿片2拼接而成,每相邻两个薄齿片2之间均形成排水槽4,从而使得倒角磨头的工作面密集分布排水槽4,排水槽4向外排出的冷却水能将工作面全部覆盖,提高工作效率并且延长了倒角磨头的使用寿命。同时,径向各点之间相对比较的变形率趋于接近,变形问题得到缓解因而延长了倒角装置的寿命,具体原因如下:
本发明采用薄齿片2拼合式结构:工作面径向某点所处圆周的加工量A=该点圆周长L*该点轴向加工距离H,对于同一倒角装置,径向直径越大,圆周长L越大,但H越小。工作面磨料实体,其径向各点圆周上的薄片齿2累计弧长为B,且处处近似相等(近似相等是指差异在于不同的径向点,弧的曲率不同,弧长略有差异)。如图2中,在a点圆周上薄齿片2累计弧长为B 1,在b点圆周上薄齿片2累计弧长为B 2,其中B 1=B 2。因此,B=n*l,(n-薄片齿的数量,l-薄片齿的周向弧长),磨料实体与各点的直径变化关联极小。
现有一体结构的倒角装置:工作面径向某点所处圆周的加工量A=该点圆周长L*该点轴向加工距离H。工作面磨料实体,其径向各点圆周长L与直径成正比例关系。如图2中,在a点圆周长L为B 1,在b点圆周长L为B 2,其中B 1>B 2(a点直径大于b点直径)。因此,B=L,磨料实体与各点的直径变化关联 较大。
倒角装置,大端处的加工量比小端处的加工量小。所以,大端的变形率小于小端的变形率。综上所述,本发明和现有技术相比,减少了大端的磨料实体,从而使大端的变形率增大而和小端的变形率趋于接近,即倒角装置的变形问题得到缓解因而延长了倒角装置的寿命。另外,由于在工作面径向各点的薄齿片2周向厚度一致、圆周累计弧长相等,其耐磨性及抗变形能力一致。
如图7和8所示,所述基体1的侧壁上设有插接所述薄齿片2上侧的插孔5,在所述基体1的侧壁上对应所述插孔5的下方设有将所述通水孔3与所述排水槽4连通的供水槽6。所述薄齿片2中部一侧设有卡块7,所述基体1的侧壁上对应所述卡块7的位置处设有卡槽8。在所述基体1上且对应所述薄齿片2上方的位置螺纹套装有螺母11,并且所述螺母11向下挤压所述薄齿片2的上端以将所述薄齿片2固定在所述基体1相应的位置。将薄齿片2的上侧插接到基体1的插孔5中实现对薄齿片2的径向定位,由于薄齿片2的卡块7卡合在卡槽8内,转动螺母11进使其向下挤压薄齿片2的上端,从而实现薄齿片2的轴向定位。通过上述方式,能快速将薄齿片2的固定拼接在基体1,并且定位可靠。
如图9和10所示,所述薄齿片2下部设有连通所述通水孔3并向外部排水的排水道9,排水道9保证薄齿片2下部即使相互抵靠也会有排水,保证冷却效果。优选的:所述排水道9为半圆形孔,其设有多个并分别上下轴向水平布置在所述薄齿片2下部。半圆形孔排水道9的既能保证薄齿片2下部有排水,又能避免薄齿片2厚度太薄失去强度。
该倒角磨头还包括将所述通水孔3内的冷水轴向阻挡住,进而使所述通水孔3内的冷水经所述供水槽6后再向所述排水槽4径向排出的挡水机构,所述挡水机构安装在所述基体1上。所述限位机构包括轴心10和挡盖。所 述轴心10的上端固定在所述通水孔3内部,其下端伸出所述通水孔3外,并且所述轴心10与所述通水孔3内壁设有间隙;所述挡盖固定在所述轴心10的下端并贴住所述薄齿片2以将所述通水孔3内的冷水轴向阻挡住。所述轴心10的上端延伸到所述供水孔13的内部,在所述接头12内对应所述轴心上端的位置水平设有螺孔14,在所述螺孔内设有挤压所述轴心10上端以将所述轴心10固定的螺钉。所述轴心10上端对应所述螺钉的位置为平面结构。所述接头12一端连接机床主轴,其另一端连接所述基体1远离所述薄齿片2的一端,在所述接头12内部设有将外部水源与所述通水孔3连通的供水孔13。外部水源先进入供水孔13后再到通水孔3,通水孔3内的冷水一部分会再经供水槽6并通过排水槽4向外排出对工作面冷却,另外一部分冷水通过排水道9向外排出对工作面冷却,从而实现冷却面积可以覆盖整个工作面,保证冷却效果。
实施例二
实施例一中的薄齿片2拼合式结构同样可以应用在可与钻头配套使用的倒角套上,如图11-14所示,薄齿片2通过盖板18和铝垫19同样固定拼接在基体1下部的侧壁上并形成锥形的倒角体,基体1通过抱紧环20与相应机床的主轴连接,并且相邻两个薄齿片2之间形成连通基体1内部通水孔3的排水槽4,薄齿片2下部设有连通通水孔3并向外部排水的排水道9。通过上述结构,倒角套同样在每相邻两个薄齿片2之间均可形成排水槽4以及排水道9,从而使得倒角套的工作面密集分布排水槽4以及排水道9,排水槽4以及排水道9向外排出的冷却水能将工作面全部覆盖,同样具有提高工作效率并且延长了倒角套的使用寿命等优点。另外,在基体1下部开设备用水槽21,备用水槽21的作用为薄齿片2使用磨损到一定程度后(备用水槽21外露时),通过备用水槽21后相邻薄齿片2依然能正常通水。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明 的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种拼合式倒角装置,其特征在于,包括基体(1)和若干薄齿片(2);所有的所述薄齿片(2)固定拼接在所述基体(1)下部的侧壁上并形成锥形的倒角体,并且所有的所述薄齿片(2)下部延伸到所述基体(1)的下方,所有的所述薄齿片(2)下部靠近所述基体(1)的一侧相互抵靠住,相邻两个所述薄齿片(2)之间形成连通所述基体(1)内部通水孔(3)的排水槽(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拼合式倒角装置,其特征在于,所述基体(1)的侧壁上设有插接所述薄齿片(2)上侧的插孔(5),在所述基体(1)的侧壁上对应所述插孔(5)的下方设有将所述通水孔(3)与所述排水槽(4)连通的供水槽(6)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的拼合式倒角装置,其特征在于,所述薄齿片(2)中部一侧设有卡块(7),所述基体(1)的侧壁上对应所述卡块(7)的位置处设有卡槽(8);在所述基体(1)上且对应所述薄齿片(2)上方的位置螺纹套装有螺母(11),并且所述螺母(11)向下挤压所述薄齿片(2)的上端以将所述薄齿片(2)固定在所述基体(1)相应的位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的拼合式倒角装置,其特征在于,所述薄齿片(2)下部设有连通所述通水孔(3)并向外部排水的排水道(9)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的拼合式倒角装置,其特征在于,所述排水道(9)为半圆形孔,其设有多个并分别上下轴向水平布置在所述薄齿片(2)下部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的拼合式倒角装置,其特征在于,还包括将所述通水孔(3)内的冷水轴向阻挡住,进而使所述通水孔(3)内的冷水经所述供水槽(6)后再向所述排水槽(4)径向排出的挡水机构,所述挡水机构 安装在所述基体(1)上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的拼合式倒角装置,其特征在于,所述挡水机构包括轴心(10)和挡盖;所述轴心(10)的上端固定在所述通水孔(3)内部,其下端伸出所述通水孔(3)外,并且所述轴心(10)与所述通水孔(3)内壁设有间隙;所述挡盖固定在所述轴心(10)的下端并贴住所述薄齿片(2)以将所述通水孔(3)内的冷水轴向阻挡住。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的拼合式倒角装置,其特征在于,还包括接头(12);所述接头(12)一端连接机床主轴,其另一端连接所述基体(1)远离所述薄齿片(2)的一端,在所述接头(12)内部设有将外部水源与所述通水孔(3)连通的供水孔(13)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的拼合式倒角装置,其特征在于,所述轴心(10)的上端延伸到所述供水孔(13)的内部,在所述接头(12)内对应所述轴心(10)上端的位置水平设有螺孔(14),在所述螺孔(14)内设有挤压所述轴心(10)上端以将所述轴心(10)固定的螺钉。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的拼合式倒角装置,其特征在于,所述轴心(10)上端对应所述螺钉的位置为平面结构。
