本发明技术方案中,在所述抵接件和所述支撑件处在抵接状态时,用户可以手动操作摇杆使得摇杆处在中位,使所述抵接件和所述支撑件在所述平衡位置抵接,所述支撑件对所述抵接件的作用力为竖向作用力,所述摇杆没有受到侧向作用力,而没有产生转矩,所述摇杆处在平衡位置,一旦,所述摇杆受到侧向扰动作用时,所述支撑件和所述抵接件的抵接位置将偏离所述平衡位置,则此时,所述支撑件对所述抵接件的作用力与竖向呈倾斜设置,如此,所述支撑件对所述抵接件的作用力在竖向和水平向均具有分量,其中水平方向上的分量使得所述摇杆产生转矩,以使得所述摇杆自动偏离中位向一侧偏移,所以,本发明提供的摇杆手柄能够实现“扰动后自动偏离中位”的功能。。

本发明提供一种摇杆手柄以及带摇杆手柄的游戏主机,图1至图6为本发明提供的摇杆手柄的一实施例。
请参阅图1至图5,所述摇杆手柄100包括安装载体1、摇杆2、抵接件3和支撑件4,所述摇杆2摇沿上下向延伸,所述摇杆2的中部转动安装于所述安装载体1,所述抵接件3设于所述摇杆2的下端,所述支撑件4设于所述安装载体1且位于所述抵接件3的下方,所述抵接件3和所述支撑件4呈上下相对设置,且至少其中之一设置为沿着上下向上可弹性伸缩设置,所述抵接件3的下端面3a和所述支撑件4的上端面4a至少其中之一设置为渐变的接触曲面,所述接触曲面的中部形成有平衡位置A。
所述抵接件3和所述支撑件4具有抵接状态(具体参阅图4和图5),在所述抵接状态下,所述抵接件3的下端面3a与所述支撑件4的上端面4a保持抵接,当所述摇杆2处在中位时,所述抵接件3和所述支撑件4在所述平衡位置A抵接时,所述支撑件4对所述抵接件3的作用力呈竖向设置,当所述抵接件3和所述支撑件4在所述平衡位置A之外位置抵接时,所述支撑件4对所述抵接件3的作用力与竖向呈倾斜设置。
在所述抵接件3和所述支撑件4处在抵接状态时,用户可以手动操作摇杆2使得摇杆2处在中位,使所述抵接件3和所述支撑件4在所述平衡位置A抵接,所述支撑件4对所述抵接件3的作用力为竖向作用力,所述摇杆2没有受到侧向作用力,而没有产生转矩,所述摇杆2处在平衡位置A,一旦,所述摇杆2受到侧向扰动作用时,所述支撑件4和所述抵接件3的抵接位置 将偏离所述平衡位置A,则此时,所述支撑件4对所述抵接件3的作用力与竖向呈倾斜设置,如此,所述支撑件4对所述抵接件3的作用力在竖向和水平向均具有分量,其中水平方向上的分量使得所述摇杆2产生转矩,以使得所述摇杆2自动偏离中位向一侧偏移,所以,本发明提供的摇杆手柄100能够实现“扰动后自动偏离中位”的功能。
在实施例中,所述安装载体1包括安装座1a,所述摇杆2、所述抵接件3和所述支撑件4均安装于所述安装座1a,显然,本设计不限于此,所述安装载体1可以由几个部件共同组成,所述摇杆2、所述抵接件3和所述支撑件4可以分设在所述安装载体1的不同部分上。
所述接触曲面为渐变的曲面,可以但不限于为球面,当为球面时,在成型制造时较为方便且在所述抵接件3与所述支撑件4形成滑移时,能够形成光滑的滑动接触,显然,本设计不限于此,所述接触曲面也可以是圆柱面,则此时,所述摇杆2绕一个转轴6方向转动,且该转轴6的轴线与所述圆柱面的轴线平行设置,也可以是,所述接触曲面设置为其他形状的曲面,只要能够实现所述支撑件4和所述抵接件3在所述平衡位置A以外位置抵接时,所述支撑件4的上端面4a对所述抵接件3的下端面3a的作用力与竖向倾斜设置即可。
在本发明中,只要所述支撑件4的上端面4a和所述抵接件3的下端面3a其中之一设置为接触曲面即可,显然,也可以是所述抵接件3的下端面3a和所述支撑件4的上端面4a均设置为接触曲面设置。例如,可以是,所述抵接件3的下端面3a呈下凸的接触曲面设置,所述支撑件4的上端面4a呈上凸或者下凹的接触曲面设置,也可以是,所述抵接件3的下端面3a呈上凹的接触曲面设置,所述支撑件4的上端面4a呈上凸的接触曲面设置。具体地,在本实施例中,所述支撑件4的上端面4a设置为下凸的球面设置,所述抵接件3的下端面3a设置为上凸的球面设置。
在不做特殊设计时,所述接触曲面的平衡位置A为所述接触曲面上的一个点,以所述支撑件4的上端面4a和所述抵接件3的下端面3a呈球面设置为例,所述支撑件4的上端面4a的顶点为平衡位置A,所述抵接件3的下端面3a的中心点为平衡位置A(在所述抵接件3处在竖直位置时,所述抵接件3的下端面3a的顶点为平衡位置A)。若只是一个点为平衡位置A,则此时, 用户操作摇杆2至中位,且使得所述支撑件4和所述抵接件3在平衡位置A抵接难度很大,故而,在本实施例中,请进一步参阅图6,所述接触曲面的中部局部形成有一平面区,以形成所述平衡位置A,通过平面区形成所述平衡位置A,使得所述平衡位置A具有足够大的面积,可以减小所述支撑件4和所述抵接件3移动至所述平衡位置A形成平衡抵接的难度,并且,较好地,当所述支撑件4的上端面4a和所述抵接件3的下端面3a均设置为所述接触曲面时,所述支撑件4的上端面4a和所述抵接件3的下端面3a均设置所述平面区,以分别形成所述平衡位置A,可以进一步减小所述支撑件4和所述抵接件3移动至所述平衡位置A形成平衡抵接的难度。
在本发明中,所述抵接件3和所述支撑件4至少其中之一设置为沿着上下向上可弹性伸缩设置,如此通过所述撑件或者所述抵接件3的弹性伸缩,所述支撑件4的上端面4a和所述抵接件3的下端面3a可以滑移至不同区域接触,且在不同区域保持抵接。在本实施例中,所述支撑件4通过弹性件B沿上下向可弹性伸缩地安装于所述安装载体1,更具体地,所述支撑件4通过弹簧沿上下向可弹性伸缩地安装于所述安装载体1。
前述可知,在本发明中,所述支撑件4和所述抵接件3具有抵接状态,如此可以实现前述所说的“扰动后自动偏离中位”的功能,通常来讲,所述手柄摇杆2的摇杆2还要求能够实现“自动回复中位”的功能,为此,在本实施例中,所述支撑件4或者所述抵接件3可上下调节设置,以使得所述支撑件4所述抵接件3还具有分离状态(具体参阅图3),在所述分离状态时,所述抵接件3的下端面3a与所述支撑件4的上端面4a间隔设置,所述摇杆手柄100还包括中位自动复位结构,所述中位自动复位结构用以在所述抵接件3和所述支撑件4处在所述分离状态时,将所述摇杆2自动复位至中位,如此,当所述支撑件4和所述抵接件3自所述抵接状态切换至所述分离状态时,所述中位自动复位结构可以实现所述摇杆2的自动复位中位的功能。
以下结合附图1至图5分别介绍“所述支撑件4或者所述抵接件3可上下调节设置”和“所述中位自动复位结构的具体实施方式”
由前述可知,只要所述支撑件4和所述抵接件3其中之一设置为可上下调节设置,具体地,在本实施例中,所述支撑件4可上下调节地安装于所述安装载体1,更具体地,所述支撑件4通过弹性件B沿上下向弹性伸缩地安 装于所述安装载体1,则此时,所述弹性件B还起到使得所述支撑件4在上下向弹性安装,所述摇杆手柄100还包括电磁吸附结构,所述电磁吸附结构包括电磁座(未图示)和磁吸部(未图示),所述电磁座和所述磁吸部其中之一设置在所述支撑件4,另一设置在所述安装载体1,以使得,所述电磁座在得电时吸附所述磁吸部,以驱动所述支撑件4向下运动且压缩所述弹性件B设置,以使得所述支撑件4与所述抵接件3分离而处于所述分离状态,在所述电磁座失电时,所述弹性件B将所述支撑件4复位至与所述抵接件3抵接,以使得所述支撑件4和所述抵接件3处在抵接状态。
显然,所述支撑件4可上下调节地安装于所述安装载体1的具体实施方式不限于上述方式,在本发明的其他实施例中,所述安装载体1上设置有安装柱,所述支撑件4安装在所述安装柱,所述安装柱与所述安装载体1之间通过螺纹连接而可沿上下向调节设置,以使得所述支撑件4可沿上下向调节设置,如此,可以实现手动调节所述支撑件4,显然,也可以通过电机驱动所述安装柱转动,来实现电气自动调节所述支撑件4。
所述中位自动复位结构具体形式不做限制,在本实施例中,所述中位自动复位结构包括第一磁吸部5a和第二磁吸部5b,所述第一磁吸部5a设置在所述摇杆2,所述第二磁吸部5b设置在所述安装载体1,所述第一磁吸部5a和所述第二磁吸部5b相互吸附,以使得所述摇杆2复位至中位。如此,通过所述第一磁吸部5a和所述第二磁吸部5b实现两者自动复位。
所述第一磁吸部5a设置在所述摇杆2,可以直接设置在所述摇杆2,也可以借助其他中间件设置在所述摇杆2,在本实施例中,所述第一磁吸部5a设置在所述抵接件3,以通过所述抵接件3设置在所述摇杆2,更具体地,所述抵接件3的下端直接设置为所述第一磁吸部5a。
在本实施例中,所述第一磁吸部5a和所述第二磁吸部5b其中之一为在得电时具备磁性的电磁件,具体地,在本实施例中,所述电磁件包括电磁铁芯51(所述电磁铁芯51由硅钢片叠设形成)以及绕设在所述电磁铁芯51的线圈绕组52。
在本发明中,所述摇杆2转动安装于所述安装载体1,所述摇杆2至少有一个转动自由度,也即,所述摇杆2通过至少一个转轴6转动安装于所述安装载体1,则此时,所述摇杆2具有一个转动自由度。也可以是,所述摇杆2 通过多个转轴6转动安装于所述安装载体1,相应地,所述摇杆2有多个转动自由度。具体地,在本实施例中,所述摇杆2通过两个转轴6分别沿着第一方向转轴6和第二方向转轴6转动安装于所述安装载体1,如此使得,所述摇杆2可以绕第一方向转动和绕第二方向转动。第一方向和第二方向为与竖向呈交错设置的两个方向,具体地,在本实施例中,所述第一方向和所述第二方向其中之一为X轴方向,另一为Y轴方向。
具体地,在本实施例中,所述两个转轴6包括第一转轴61和第二转轴62,所述第一转轴61沿第一方向延伸,所述第二转轴62沿第二方向延伸,所述第一转轴61的两端转动安装于所述安装载体1,所述第一转轴61的中部贯穿设置有第一安装槽611,所述第一安装槽611沿所述第一方向延伸,所述第二转轴62的两端转动安装于所述安装载体1,所述第二转轴62的中部设置有第二安装槽621,所述第二安装槽621沿着所述第二方向延伸,所述第二转轴62在对应所述第二安装槽621的位置设有连接轴63,所述连接轴63沿第一方向延伸。所述摇杆2穿过所述第一安装槽611至所述第二安装槽621,与所述铰接部铰接,且所述遥杆设有与所述连接轴63转动套接的安装孔21。
当所述摇杆2绕着所述第一转轴61转动时,所述摇杆2具有在第二方向上的转动行程,此时,所述摇杆2与所述第一安装槽611的两侧的侧壁抵接,以带动所述第一转轴61转动,于此同时所述摇杆2沿着所述第二安装槽621活动,也即,所述第二安装槽621为所述摇杆2提供绕所述第一方向转动的转动行程。
同理,当所述摇杆2绕所述第二转轴62转动时,所述摇杆2具有在第一方向上的转动行程,此时,所述摇杆2会与所述第二安装槽621的两侧的侧壁抵接,以带动所述第二转轴62转动,而同时,所述摇杆2沿着所述第一安装槽611的长度方向活动,也即,所述第一安装槽611为所述摇杆2提供绕所述第二方向转动的转动行程。
所述转轴6转动安装在所述安装载体1,具体转动安装结构不做限制,在本实施例中,所述安装载体1具有供每一所述转轴6的两端的安装的两个安装壁11,所述两个安装壁11均设置供所述转轴6安装的圆弧槽111,所述安装载体1在每一所述圆弧槽111的位置设置有转轴压板7,所述转轴压板7与所述圆弧槽111共同围合形成供所述转轴6安装的安装孔21(未标号)。具体地, 在本实施例中,所述安装载体1包括所述安装座1a,所述安装座1a具有相对两个第一安装壁11a和两个相对第二安装壁11b,所述两个第一安装壁11a和所述两个第二安装壁11b均设有所述圆弧槽111,每一所述第一安装壁11a和所述第二安装壁11b均设置有所述转轴压板7,两个所述转轴6设置为2个,即所述第一转轴61和所述第二转轴62,所述第一转轴61的两端安装在所述两个第一安装壁11a的圆弧槽111中,且对应被所述两个转轴压板7限位,所述第二转轴62的两端安装在所述两个第二安装壁11b的圆弧槽111中,且对应被所述两个转轴压板7限位。

  1. 一种摇杆手柄,其特征在于,包括:
    安装载体;
    摇杆,沿上下向延伸,所述摇杆的中部转动安装于所述安装载体;以及,
    抵接件和支撑件,所述抵接件设于所述摇杆的下端,所述支撑件设于所述安装载体且位于所述抵接件的下方,所述抵接件和所述支撑件呈上下相对设置,且至少其中之一设置为沿着上下向上可弹性伸缩设置,所述抵接件的下端面和所述支撑件的上端面至少其中之一设置为渐变的接触曲面,所述接触曲面的中部形成有平衡位置;
    所述抵接件和所述支撑件具有抵接状态,在所述抵接状态下,所述抵接件的下端面与所述支撑件的上端面保持抵接,当所述摇杆处在中位时,所述抵接件和所述支撑件在所述平衡位置抵接时,所述支撑件对所述抵接件的作用力呈竖向设置,当所述抵接件和所述支撑件在所述平衡位置之外位置抵接时,所述支撑件对所述抵接件的作用力与竖向呈倾斜设置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的摇杆手柄,其特征在于,所述抵接件的下端面呈下凸的接触曲面设置,所述支撑件的上端面呈上凸或者下凹的接触曲面设置;和/或,
    所述抵接件的下端面呈上凹的接触曲面设置,所述支撑件的上端面呈上凸的接触曲面设置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的摇杆手柄,其特征在于,所述接触曲面设置为球面。

  6. 如权利要求1所述的摇杆手柄,其特征在于,所述支撑件或者所述抵接件可上下调节设置,以使得所述支撑件所述抵接件还具有分离状态,在所述分离状态时,所述抵接件的下端面与所述支撑件的上端面间隔设置;
    所述摇杆手柄还包括中位自动复位结构,用以在所述抵接件和所述支撑件处在所述分离状态时,将所述摇杆自动复位至中位。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的摇杆手柄,其特征在于,所述中位自动复位结构包括设于所述摇杆转轴处的扭簧。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的摇杆手柄,其特征在于,所述中位自动复位结构包括第一磁吸部和第二磁吸部,所述第一磁吸部设置在所述摇杆,所述第二磁吸部设置在所述安装载体,所述第一磁吸部和所述第二磁吸部相互吸附,以使得所述摇杆复位至中位。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的摇杆手柄,其特征在于,所述第一磁吸部设置在所述抵接件,以通过所述抵接件设置在所述摇杆;和/或,
    所述第一磁吸部和所述第二磁吸部其中之一设置为在得电时具有磁性的电磁件。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的摇杆手柄,其特征在于,所述支撑件可上下调节地安装于所述安装载体。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的摇杆手柄,其特征在于,所述支撑件通过弹性件沿上下向弹性伸缩地安装于所述安装载体;
    所述摇杆手柄还包括电磁吸附结构,所述电磁吸附结构包括电磁座和磁吸部,所述电磁座和所述磁吸部其中之一设置在所述支撑件,另一设置在所述安装载体,以使得,所述电磁座在得电时吸附所述磁吸部,以驱动所述支撑件向下运动且压缩所述弹性件设置,以使得所述支撑件与所述抵接件分离而处于所述分离状态。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的摇杆手柄,其特征在于,所述安装载体上设置有安装柱,所述支撑件安装在所述安装柱,所述安装柱与所述安装载体之间通过螺纹连接而可沿上下向调节设置,以使得所述支撑件可沿上下向调节设置。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的摇杆手柄,其特征在于,所述摇杆通过至少一转轴转动安装于所述安装载体,所述转轴与竖向呈交错设置。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的摇杆手柄,其特征在于,所述摇杆通过两个转轴分别沿着第一方向转轴和第二方向转轴转动安装于所述安装载体,所述第一方向和所述第二方向与竖向呈相交设置。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的摇杆手柄,其特征在于,所述两个转轴包括第一转轴和第二转轴,所述第一转轴沿第一方向延伸,所述第二转轴沿第二方向延伸;
    所述第一转轴的两端转动安装于所述安装载体,所述第一转轴的中部贯穿设置有第一安装槽,所述第一安装槽沿所述第一转轴的长度方向延伸;
    所述第二转轴的两端转动安装于所述安装载体,所述第二转轴的中部设置有第二安装槽,所述第二安装槽沿着所述第二转轴的长度方向延伸,所述第二转轴在对应所述第二安装槽的位置设有连接轴,所述连接轴沿所述第一方向延伸;
    所述摇杆穿过所述第一安装槽延伸至所述第二安装槽,且所述遥杆设有与所述连接轴套接的安装孔,以使得所述摇杆转动连接所述连接轴。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的摇杆手柄,其特征在于,所述安装载体具有供每一所述转轴的安装的两个安装壁,所述两个安装壁均设置供所述转轴的两端安装的圆弧槽;
    所述安装载体在每一所述圆弧槽的位置设置有转轴压板,所述转轴压板以与所述圆弧槽共同围合形成供所述转轴安装的安装孔。
  17. 一种带摇杆手柄的游戏主机,其特征在于,包括1至16任意一项所述的摇杆手柄。
