为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种阻力装置,包括:阻力源、绞盘、拉绳、滑轮组、理线机构、拉线及固定板;所述阻力源的输出端与绞盘一端连接,所述绞盘另一端枢设于固定板,所述固定板与阻力源之间设有所述理线机构,所述拉绳的一端固设于绞盘上,所述拉绳的另一端凸伸出理线机构,所述绞盘另一端的端部凸设有绕线柱,所述滑轮组包括至少一定滑轮及至少一动滑轮,所述定滑轮固设于固定板上,所述动滑轮固设于理线机构上,所述拉线的一端固设于绕线柱上,所述拉线缠绕于绕线柱、定滑轮与动滑轮之间,当所述阻力源带动绞盘转动时,所述绕线柱转动使拉线缠绕或松开,所述拉线带动理线机构,所述理线机构带动拉绳有序在绞盘上卷绕。
所述阻力源为电机。
所述理线机构为导轨与滑块配合的移动机构或者杆件的摆动机构。
所述导轨固设于固定板与阻力源之间,且所述滑块可滑动地穿设与导轨上。
所述滑块的上方固设有一基座,所述基座设有一供拉绳的另一端凸伸出的通孔,所述通孔的一侧设有一具有凹槽的次定滑轮,所述拉绳卡入次定滑轮的凹槽内,所述通孔的另一侧设置所述动滑轮。
一种阻力装置还包括两间隔设于绞盘下方两侧的底支撑件,所述 底支撑杆连接固定于固定板与阻力源之间,所述杆件的摆动机构包括滑轮轴及至少一连杆,所述滑轮轴穿设动滑轮,所述滑轮轴的端部与连杆固定,所述连杆的底端可转动地连接于一套设于底支撑件上的连接块。
所述杆件的摆动机构包括滑轮轴、三角块及至少一连杆,所述滑轮轴穿设动滑轮,所述滑轮轴的端部与三角块的其中一角固定,所述固定板与阻力源之间固设有导轨,所述连杆的顶端可转动地连接于导轨,所述连杆的底端与三角块的另一角连接,所述三角块的最后一角连接一连接条,所述连接条可转动地连接于固定板上。
一种阻力装置还包括一卷簧组件,所述卷簧组件包括一卷簧外壳及一卷簧,所述卷簧外壳固设于固定板上,所述卷簧的一端固设于卷簧外壳,所述卷簧的另一端固设于绞盘另一端上。
一种阻力装置还包括一固设于阻力源与固定板之间的外壳,所述外壳包覆绞盘,所述拉绳的另一端凸伸出外壳,所述外壳设有供拉绳活动的绳槽。
一种阻力装置还包括弹簧,所述弹簧的一端与理线机构连动,所述弹簧的另一端与阻力源固定。
采用上述方案后,本发明通过滑轮组替代螺纹结构,且本发明通过滑轮组、理线机构及拉线的配合作用,起到导绳的作用,并减小了导绳过程中的阻力,即当拉绳缠绕于绞盘的过程中,带动绕线柱,使拉线松开缠绕绕线柱,所述理线机构运动,使得动滑轮与定滑轮之间的拉线长度逐渐延长,且所述拉绳与理线机构连动,让理线机构带动 拉绳在绞盘上有序卷绕,因此本发明可减少制造成本、降低制造精度要求及保证拉绳有序卷绕,且整体结构简单。

具体实施方式
为达成上述目的及功效,本发明所采用的技术手段及构造,兹绘图就本发明较佳实施例详加说明其特征与功能如下,以利完全了解。
请参阅图1至图5所示,本发明揭示了一种阻力装置,包括:阻力源、绞盘2、拉绳3、滑轮组4、理线机构、拉线6及固定板7;所述阻力源的输出端与绞盘2一端连接,所述绞盘2另一端枢设于固定板7,所述固定板7与阻力源之间设有所述理线机构,所述拉绳3的一端固设于绞盘2上,所述拉绳3的另一端凸伸出理线机构,所述绞盘2另一端的端部凸设有绕线柱21,所述滑轮组4包括至少一定滑轮41及至少一动滑轮42,所述定滑轮41固设于固定板7上,所述动滑轮42固设于理线机构上,所述拉线6的一端固设于绕线柱21上,所述拉线6缠绕于绕线柱21、定滑轮41与动滑轮42之间,所述拉绳3与理线机构连动,当所述阻力源带动绞盘2转动时,所述绕线柱21转动使拉线6缠绕或松开,所述拉线6带动理线机构,所述理线机构带动拉绳3有序在绞盘2上卷绕,其中,于实施例中,所述拉线6的另一端可以固设于固定板7上,但并不以此为限,所述拉线6的另一端也可以固设于理线机构上,还可以回绕至绕线柱21,或者其它可以固定的地方。
因此,本发明通过滑轮组4替代螺纹结构,且本发明通过滑轮组4、理线机构及拉线6的配合作用,起到导绳的作用,并减小了导绳过程中的阻力,即当拉绳3缠绕于绞盘2的过程中,带动绕线柱21,使拉线6松开缠绕绕线柱21,所述理线机构运动,使得动滑轮42与定滑轮41之间的拉线6长度逐渐延长,且所述拉绳3与理线机构连 动,让理线机构带动拉绳3在绞盘2上有序卷绕,因此本发明可减少制造成本、降低制造精度要求及保证拉绳3有序卷绕,且整体结构简单。
其中,所述阻力源可以为电机1、电磁刹车装置、磁粉刹车装置、风阻发生装置、或水阻发生装置任意一种,本发明的实施例以阻力源为电机1进行说明,所述电磁刹车装置、磁粉刹车装置、风阻发生装置及水阻发生装置为本领域的公知内容,在此不赘述,所述理线机构为导轨8与滑块5配合的移动机构或者杆件的摆动机构。
再者,本发明还可以包括一卷簧组件9,所述卷簧组件9包括一卷簧外壳(图中未示出)及一卷簧(图中未示出),所述卷簧外壳固设于固定板7上,所述卷簧的一端固设于卷簧外壳,所述卷簧的另一端固设于绞盘2另一端上,使得当施力让拉绳3解开对绞盘2的缠绕过程中,会使得缠绕于绞盘2另一端上的卷簧收紧,而当不施力时,在卷簧的弹性恢复力作用下,卷簧会解开缠绕,使得拉绳3自动再次缠绕于绞盘2上,实现自动恢复。
其次,本发明还包括一固设于电机1与固定板7之间的外壳10及两间隔设于绞盘2下方两侧的底支撑件06,所述外壳10包覆绞盘2,所述拉绳3的另一端凸伸出外壳10,所述外壳10设有供拉绳3活动的绳槽101,所述底支撑件06连接固定于固定板7与电机1之间。
接着,所述电机1的输出端可以通过套设一垫片04及一轴承05与绞盘2一端连接,即所述电机1的输出端、垫片04及轴承05设于 绞盘2一端内,使得电机1的输出端转动使绞盘2的转动受到阻碍。
另外,本发明还可以包括弹簧02,所述弹簧02的一端与理线机构连动,所述弹簧的另一端与电机1固定,从而便于利用弹簧02使理线机构往复运动。
本发明的实施例一、实施例二及实施例三的区别如下:
请参阅图1至图3所示,本发明的实施例一中所述理线机构采用导轨8与滑块5配合的移动机构,所述固定板7与电机1之间固设有所述导轨8,所述滑块5可滑动地穿设于导轨8上,所述拉绳3的另一端凸伸出滑块5,所述动滑轮42固设于滑块5上,所述拉绳3的另一端与滑块5连动,让滑块5的移动量等于拉绳3在绞盘2上的移动量,于图1中所述定滑轮41罩设有壳体,图2中所述定滑轮41没有罩设有壳体,于本实施例中,所述滑块5采用U型,从而可以使得拉绳3贴靠于滑块5的壁面移动,所述滑块5的形状并不以此为限,也可以采用具有供拉绳3滑动的通孔的矩形块,使所述拉绳3的另一端与滑块5连动。
进一步,所述弹簧02的一端与滑块5连动,所述弹簧02的另一端与电机1固定,从而当拉绳3缠绕于绞盘2的过程中,带动绕线柱21,使拉线6松开缠绕绕线柱21,所述滑块5在弹簧02的弹力作用下朝弹簧02的另一端移动,使得动滑轮42与定滑轮41之间的拉线6长度逐渐延长,且所述拉绳3的另一端与滑块5连动,让滑块5带动拉绳3在绞盘2上有序卷绕。
进一步,所述滑块5的上方固设有一基座01,所述基座01设有 一供拉绳3的另一端凸伸出的通孔011,所述通孔011的一侧设有一具有凹槽0121的次定滑轮012,所述拉绳3卡入次定滑轮012的凹槽0121内,所述通孔011的另一侧设置所述动滑轮42,从而便于对拉绳3施力,减少拉绳3的阻力,使得所述拉绳3的另一端与滑块5连动。
所述弹簧02的一端固设于基座01上,所述电机1上固设有支撑架03,所述弹簧02的另一端固设于支撑架03上,使得当施力让拉绳3解开对绞盘2的缠绕过程中,滑块5带动基座01朝固定板7方向移动,拉伸弹簧02,而当不施力时,所述滑块5在弹簧02的弹力作用下朝弹簧02的另一端移动,使得动滑轮42与定滑轮41之间的拉线6长度逐渐延长,且所述拉绳3的另一端与滑块5连动,让滑块5带动拉绳3自动再次缠绕于绞盘2上,实现自动恢复。
请参阅图4所示,本发明的实施例二中所述理线机构采用杆件的摆动机构,所述杆件的摆动机构包括滑轮轴071及至少一连杆072,所述滑轮轴071穿设动滑轮42,所述滑轮轴071的端部与连杆072固定,所述连杆072的底端可转动地连接于一套设于底支撑件06上的连接块073,从而利用连杆072的摆动,带动滑轮轴071及动滑轮42,让拉绳3可以在绞盘2上有序卷绕,所述连杆072的摆动量等于拉绳3在绞盘2上的移动量。
进一步,本发明还可以包括弹簧拉板074及一具有凹槽0121的次定滑轮012,所述拉绳3卡入次定滑轮012的凹槽0121内,所述滑轮轴071穿设次定滑轮012及弹簧拉板074,所述弹簧拉板074可 以为U型,所述电机1上固设有支撑架03,所述弹簧02的一端固设于弹簧拉板074,所述弹簧02的另一端固设于支撑架03上,所述弹簧拉板074夹设次定滑轮012及动滑轮42,从而使得弹簧02能带动滑轮轴071往复运动,使得动滑轮42与定滑轮41之间的拉线6长度逐渐改变。
请参阅图5所示,本发明的实施例三中所述理线机构采用杆件的摆动机构,所述杆件的摆动机构包括滑轮轴071、三角块075及至少一连杆072,于本实施例中,所述连杆072及三角块075的数量均为二,但并不以此为限,所述滑轮轴071穿设动滑轮42,所述滑轮轴071的端部与三角块075的其中一角固定,所述固定板7与电机1之间固设有导轨8,所述连杆072的顶端可转动地连接于导轨8,所述连杆072的底端与三角块075的另一角连接,所述三角块075的最后一角连接一连接条076,所述连接条076可转动地连接于固定板7上,从而利用连杆072及三角块072的配合摆动,带动滑轮轴071及动滑轮42,让拉绳3可以在绞盘2上有序卷绕,所述三角块075的其中一角的摆动量等于拉绳3在绞盘2上的移动量。
进一步,本发明还可以包括弹簧拉板074及一具有凹槽0121的次定滑轮012,所述拉绳3卡入次定滑轮012的凹槽0121内,所述滑轮轴071穿设次定滑轮012及弹簧拉板074,所述弹簧拉板074可以为U型,所述电机1上固设有支撑架03,所述弹簧02的一端固设于弹簧拉板074,所述弹簧02的另一端固设于支撑架03上,所述弹簧拉板074夹设次定滑轮012及动滑轮42,从而使得弹簧02能带动 滑轮轴071往复运动,使得动滑轮42与定滑轮41之间的拉线6长度逐渐改变。
请参阅图6所示,为应用本发明的腿部伸展训练器的力量型健身设备,该设备主要包括训练器外部结构1’及阻力模块外壳2’,本发明安装在阻力模块外壳2’里面,阻力模块外壳2’有一个口可以供拉绳3从本发明伸出到外部,其中,一连动滑轮4’固定在训练器外部结构1’上,所述连动滑轮4’包括第一连动滑轮41’及第二连动滑轮42’,所述拉绳3从阻力模块外壳2’出来经过第二连动滑轮42’再经过第一连动滑轮41’最后绕至一设于训练器外部结构1’上的凸轮盘5’,当进行通过小腿进行伸展训练时会带动套上海绵球的训练器外部结构1’的把手7’进行移动从而带动凸轮盘5’进行旋转,凸轮盘5’的旋转就会伸缩拉绳3,把手7’与一设于训练器外部结构1’的位置调节机构6’通过刚性连接,位置调节机构6’是通过插销来改变刚性连接机构的角度从而改变把手7’的位置,小腿通过推动把手7’来进行伸展训练,固定大腿的训练器外部结构1’的另一把手9’与设于训练器外部结构1’的另一位置调节机构8’通过刚性连接,另一位置调节机构8’通过改变插销的位置来改变刚性连接结构的角度从而改变固定大腿的另一把手9’的位置。
本发明的技术内容及技术特点已揭示如上,本发明的组成部件的数量并不以上述为限,本领域的技术人员仍可能基于本发明的揭示而作各种不背离本发明创作精神的替换及修饰。因此,本发明的保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示,而应包括各种不背离本发明的替换及修 饰,并为权利要求书所涵盖。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种阻力装置,其特征在于,包括:阻力源、绞盘、拉绳、滑轮组、理线机构、拉线及固定板;
    所述阻力源的输出端与绞盘一端连接,所述绞盘另一端枢设于固定板,所述固定板与阻力源之间设有所述理线机构,所述拉绳的一端固设于绞盘上,所述拉绳的另一端凸伸出理线机构,所述绞盘另一端的端部凸设有绕线柱,所述滑轮组包括至少一定滑轮及至少一动滑轮,所述定滑轮固设于固定板上,所述动滑轮固设于理线机构上,所述拉线的一端固设于绕线柱上,所述拉线缠绕于绕线柱、定滑轮与动滑轮之间,当所述阻力源带动绞盘转动时,所述绕线柱转动使拉线缠绕或松开,所述拉线带动理线机构,所述理线机构带动拉绳有序在绞盘上卷绕。
  2. 如权利要求1所述一种阻力装置,其特征在于:所述阻力源为电机。
  3. 如权利要求1所述一种阻力装置,其特征在于:所述理线机构为导轨与滑块配合的移动机构或者杆件的摆动机构。
  4. 如权利要求3所述一种阻力装置,其特征在于:所述导轨固设于固定板与阻力源之间,且所述滑块可滑动地穿设与导轨上。
  5. 如权利要求3所述一种阻力装置,其特征在于:所述滑块的上方固设有一基座,所述基座设有一供拉绳的另一端凸伸出的通孔,所述通孔的一侧设有一具有凹槽的次定滑轮,所述拉绳卡入次定滑轮的凹槽内,所述通孔的另一侧设置所述动滑轮。
  6. 如权利要求3所述一种阻力装置,其特征在于:还包括两间隔设于绞盘下方两侧的底支撑件,所述底支撑杆连接固定于固定板与阻力源之间,所述杆件的摆动机构包括滑轮轴及至少一连杆,所述滑轮轴穿设动滑轮,所述滑轮轴的端部与连杆固定,所述连杆的底端可转动地连接于一套设于底支撑件上的连接块。
  7. 如权利要求3所述一种阻力装置,其特征在于:所述杆件的摆动机构包括滑轮轴、三角块及至少一连杆,所述滑轮轴穿设动滑轮,所述滑轮轴的端部与三角块的其中一角固定,所述固定板与阻力源之间固设有导轨,所述连杆的顶端可转动地连接于导轨,所述连杆的底端与三角块的另一角连接,所述三角块的最后一角连接一连接条,所述连接条可转动地连接于固定板上。
  8. 如权利要求1所述一种阻力装置,其特征在于:还包括一卷簧组件,所述卷簧组件包括一卷簧外壳及一卷簧,所述卷簧外壳固设于固定板上,所述卷簧的一端固设于卷簧外壳,所述卷簧的另一端固设于绞盘另一端上。
  9. 如权利要求1所述一种阻力装置,其特征在于:还包括一固设于阻力源与固定板之间的外壳,所述外壳包覆绞盘,所述拉绳的另一端凸伸出外壳,所述外壳设有供拉绳活动的绳槽。
  10. 如权利要求1所述一种阻力装置,其特征在于:还包括弹簧,所述弹簧的一端与理线机构连动,所述弹簧的另一端与阻力源固定。
