Abstract
一种展示装置,包括支撑部,以及架设于相对设置的两个支撑部之间的移动部;沿两个支撑部长度方向至少设置有一个移动部,其中,移动部沿长度方向设置有展示件;移动部的两端通过快拆结构与支撑部可拆卸连接;移动部至少有一端与对应的支撑部电连接。能够方便灵活地调整架设于两支撑部之间的移动部的上下位置及移动部的安装数量,同时还能够左右调节沿移动部长度方向设置的展示件的位置,方便了展示件的调整和安装。
Description
本发明涉及广告技术领域,尤其涉及一种展示装置。
现有技术下的展示装置中的字符大多通过在字符的背面开孔锁螺丝或粘贴的方式对其进行固定,当多个字符进行组合安装时,大多只能在背面通过多条导线电连接的方式满足其设计需求,以此方式设计,无法根据展示装置的设计需求,方便灵活的调整字符的安装位置,且在安装过程中,组装工序繁多,操作费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种展示装置,该展示装置方便展示件的调整和安装,操作方便灵活,省时省力。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种展示装置,其特征在于,包括
支撑部;
移动部;架设于相对设置的两个所述支撑部之间,且沿两个所述支撑部长度方向至少设置有一个所述移动部,其中,所述移动部沿长度方向设置有展示件;所述移动部的两端通过快拆结构与所述支撑部可拆卸连接;且所述移动部至少有一端与对应的所述支撑部电连接。
其中,所述快拆结构包括与所述移动部紧固的连接件、设置于所述连接件远离所述移动部一端的电路板、以及埋设于所述电路板的电极柱,所述电极柱外露于所述连接件且与沿所述支撑部长度方向设置的电极片相卡接。
其中,所述电极片沿长度方向均布有多个卡位,所述卡位由两个内径大小 不等的圆孔交接过渡组合而成。
其中,所述连接件包括与所述移动部紧固的第一连接部,以及与所述第一连接部一体设置的第二连接部,所述第一连接部设置有与所述移动部的端部相配合的收纳位,所述收纳位的顶部贯穿设置有与所述移动部的端部紧固的安装位;所述第二连接部设置有与所述支撑部相配合的台阶位,所述台阶位顶部的凹坑内架设有所述电路板,埋设于所述电路板的电极柱外露于所述台阶位。
其中,所述电极柱外露端的外周面设置有便于和所述卡位相卡合的环形凹槽。
其中,所述连接件还包括盖设于所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部顶部用于遮挡所述安装位和所述电路板的盖板。
其中,所述移动部包括横梁、沿所述横梁长度方向开设的导电滑道、以及沿所述导电滑道长度方向设置的多个所述展示件。
其中,所述导电滑道的内壁设置有与所述展示件电接触的导电片,所述导电片的端部与所述电极柱电连接。
其中,所述支撑部设置为框体的相对两侧壁,所述框体的一侧设置有发光面,所述框体内埋设有与所述电极片电连接的导线。
其中,所述框体的一侧壁通过吊绳与安装体相连接。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供了一种展示装置,包括支撑部,以及架设于相对设置的两个所述支撑部之间的移动部;沿两个所述支撑部长度方向至少设置有一个所述移动部,其中,所述移动部沿长度方向设置有展示件;所述移动部的两端通过快拆结构与所述支撑部可拆卸连接;且所述移动部至少有一端与对应的所述支撑部电连接。以此结构设计,能够方便灵活的调整架设于两支撑部之间的移动部的上下位置及其安装数量,同时还能够左右调节沿移动部长 度方向设置的展示件的位置,进而极大的方便了展示件的调整和安装,使得操作方便灵活,省时省力。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
结合图1至图7所示,本实施例提供了一种展示装置,包括支撑部和移动部,具体的,本实施例中的支撑部为框体1的相对两侧壁,且该框体1的一侧面设置有发光面11,框体1内埋设有用于发光面11发光的灯条;此外,本实施例中的移动部包括架设于框体1相对两侧壁之间的横梁21、沿所述横梁21长度方向开设的导电滑道211、以及沿所述导电滑道211长度方向设置的多个所述展示件22。更具体的,为了方便横梁21沿框体1的相对两侧壁的长度方向上下移动,继而方便灵活的调整横梁21的架设位置,本实施例在横梁21的两端分别设置有连接件3,该连接件3通过快拆结构与设置于框体1相对两侧壁的电极片12相卡接,电极片12与设置于框体1内的导线电连接,以此在通过导线与外部供电装置电连接。
更具体的,本实施例中的所述快拆结构包括连接件3、设置于所述连接件3 远离所述移动部一端的电路板31、以及埋设于所述电路板31的电极柱32,所述电极柱32外露于所述连接件3且与沿所述支撑部长度方向设置的电极片12相卡接;本实施例中,固定于框体1侧壁与电极柱32相配合的电极片12沿长度方向均布有多个卡位121,所述卡位121由两个内径大小不等的圆孔交接过渡组合而成,进一步的,电极柱32的外露端的外周面设置有便于和所述卡位121相卡合的环形凹槽321,当电极柱32插入卡位121中较大圆孔后再向下移动电极柱32时,环形凹槽321正好与卡位121中较小的圆孔相卡合,以此完成移动部的定位;反之,需要调整移动部的安装位置时,可先向上移动电极柱32使其从卡位121中较小的圆孔中脱离,之后再从将其从较大圆孔中取出,更进一步的,本实施例中的电极柱的最下端向外延伸有凸头,与卡位配合后的凸头与电极片的安装壁接触,以此能够有效提升横梁安装后的稳定性,有效防止晃动。
更进一步具体的,本实施例中的所述连接件3包括与所述移动部紧固的第一连接部33,以及与所述第一连接部33一体设置的第二连接部34,所述第一连接部33设置有与横梁21的端部相配合的收纳位331,所述收纳位331的顶部贯穿设置有与所述移动部的端部紧固的安装位332,此安装位332中开设有两个螺丝孔,用于通过螺丝将连接件3和横梁21紧固;此外,为了方便第二连接部34与支撑部配合,本实施例在所述第二连接部34设置有与所述支撑部相配合的台阶位341,所述台阶位341顶部的凹坑342内架设有所述电路板31,埋设于所述电路板31的电极柱32外露于所述台阶位341,并与支撑部上的电极片12上的卡位121相卡合;更进一步的,为了方便使得电极柱32与横梁21上的展示件22导通,本实施例在横梁21的导电滑道211的内壁设置有与所述展示件22电接触的导电片212,所述导电片212的端部通过导线与电路板31焊接,此外,继而使其与电极柱32电连接,此外,本实施例中的展示件22通过导电滑 块与导电滑槽211中相对两侧壁的导电片212相导通。
更进一步的,为了便于连接件3的安装以及电路板31维护和固定,本实施例在第一连接部33和第二连接部34的顶部还盖设有用于遮挡所述安装位332和所述电路板31的盖板35。
采用上述结构设计的展示装置,在框体1与横梁21平行的一侧壁上设置有吊环4,吊环4通过吊绳5与屋顶等安装体相连接,之后再根据所要显示的图案或字符,灵活的调整架设于框体1相对两侧壁之间的横梁21位置及横梁21数量,以及沿横梁21长度方向滑动设置的字符的数量及位置,以此方便灵活的对外展示,继而起到较好的提醒或宣传目的,有效避免了采用传统展示装置时因无法方便实现字符之间的电连接、字符安装、字符调整等诸多问题所带来的麻烦。
需要进一步说明的,本实施例中的框体1可根据展示需要,灵活的调整框体1形状,譬如四边形框体、正方形框体、多边形框体或一边开口的U型框等。

- 一种展示装置,其特征在于,包括:支撑部;移动部;架设于相对设置的两个所述支撑部之间,且沿两个所述支撑部长度方向至少设置有一个所述移动部,其中,所述移动部沿长度方向设置有展示件;所述移动部的两端通过快拆结构与所述支撑部可拆卸连接;且所述移动部至少有一端与对应的所述支撑部电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种展示装置,其特征在于:所述快拆结构包括与所述移动部紧固的连接件、设置于所述连接件远离所述移动部一端的电路板、以及埋设于所述电路板的电极柱,所述电极柱外露于所述连接件且与沿所述支撑部长度方向设置的电极片相卡接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种展示装置,其特征在于:所述电极片沿长度方向均布有多个卡位,所述卡位由两个内径大小不等的圆孔交接过渡组合而成。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种展示装置,其特征在于:所述连接件包括与所述移动部紧固的第一连接部,以及与所述第一连接部一体设置的第二连接部,所述第一连接部设置有与所述移动部的端部相配合的收纳位,所述收纳位的顶部贯穿设置有与所述移动部的端部紧固的安装位;所述第二连接部设置有与所述支撑部相配合的台阶位,所述台阶位顶部的凹坑内架设有所述电路板,埋设于所述电路板的电极柱外露于所述台阶位。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种展示装置,其特征在于:所述电极柱外露端的外周面设置有便于和所述卡位相卡合的环形凹槽。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种展示装置,其特征在于:所述连接件还包括盖设于所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部顶部用于遮挡所述安装位和所述电路板的盖板。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种展示装置,其特征在于:所述移动部包括横梁、沿所述横梁长度方向开设的导电滑道、以及沿所述导电滑道长度方向设置的多个所述展示件。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种展示装置,其特征在于:所述导电滑道的内壁设置有与所述展示件电接触的导电片,所述导电片的端部与所述电极柱电连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种展示装置,其特征在于:所述支撑部设置为框体的相对两侧壁,所述框体的一侧设置有发光面,所述框体内埋设有与所述电极片电连接的导线。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种展示装置,其特征在于:所述框体的一侧壁通过吊绳与安装体相连接。
