泡罩板装盒机推料装置一般包括有链条、链轮、环形推板导轨以及若干个推料单元,推料单元包括有推料座、推板组件以及推纸组件,推料单元通过其推料座连接在链条上,通过主动力源的传动,链轮带动链条转动,推料单元在链轮的带动下沿环形轨迹移动,而推板组件在环形推板导轨的导向下将药板推入到药盒内,推纸组件在环形推纸导轨的导向将说明书推入到药盒内。
然而现有泡罩板装盒机推料装置,由于链条既承载整个推料单元重量,又负责拉动整个推料单元运动,因此整个系统噪音很大,链条使用寿命很短。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明创新提供了一种能延长链条寿命、降低系统噪音的泡罩装盒机推料装置。
这种泡罩装盒机推料装置包括有链条、链轮、环形推板导轨以及若干个推料单元,所述推料单元包括有推料座、推板组件以及推纸组件,所述推料座与链条连接,所述链条绕于链轮上,其特征在于:所述环形推板导轨的两侧均设有环形导轨,所述推料座的两端均具有移动滑座,所述移动滑座配合滑动设在环形导轨上。
所述环形导轨呈条块状,所述移动滑座包括有上滚轮与下滚轮,所述下滚轮与上滚轮里外抱住环形导轨;其中一端的移动滑座还包括有左滚轮与右滚轮,所述左滚轮与右滚轮左右抱住环形导轨。
所述环形导轨具有左右并排的两条,两条环形导轨的转弯过渡段的表面具有高度差,所述上滚轮具有两个,两个上滚轮前后设置,两个上滚轮一左一右对应作用在两条环形导轨上。
所述推料座通过自适应件与链条连接,所述自适应件的一端与链条的轴销铰接,所述自适应件的另一端与推料座铰接。
所述环形推板导轨的外围设有导槽架,所述导槽架上设有环形推纸导槽与环形升降导槽,所述导槽架由上导槽架与下导槽架拼装而成,所述上导槽架可升降调节地安装在下导槽架上,所述上导槽架上具有环形推纸导槽上段与环形升降导槽上段,所述下导槽架上具有环形推纸导槽下段与环形升降导槽下段,所述环形推纸导槽上段与环形推纸导槽下段之间可延伸衔接,所述环形升降导槽上段与环形升降导槽下段之间可延伸衔接;所述推料座上安装有升降导轨,所述升降导轨上可滑动设有定位滑块,所述定位滑块上安装有升降滚轮与定位导槽,所述升降滚轮设于环形升降导槽内;所述推纸组件包括有推纸导杆以及连接在推纸导杆上的推纸板与推纸滚轮,所述推纸导杆设于定位导槽内,所述推纸滚轮设于环形推纸导槽内。
所述环形推纸导槽上段的端部具有竖直的导槽延伸部,所述环形推纸导槽下段的端部具有竖直的衔接调节槽,所述导槽延伸部可升降地设在衔接调节槽内。
所述环形升降导槽上段的端部具有竖直的上导槽侧壁,所述环形升降导槽下段的端部具有竖直的下导槽侧壁,所述下导槽侧壁与上导槽侧壁左右吻合。
所述下导槽架上安装有升降滑块座,所述上导槽架上安装有直线导轨,所述升降滑块座滑动设于直线导轨上,所述下导槽架上安装有调节螺杆,所述调节螺杆与上导槽架螺纹连接。
所述推板组件包括有推板头、推板滚轮以及推板滑块,所述推板滚轮位于环形推板导轨内,所述推料座上设有定位导轨,所述推板滑块滑动设于定位导轨上。
所述环形推板导轨的一侧设有推板保护导槽,所述推板保护导槽的两端均衔接在环形推板导轨上,所述推板保护导槽与环形推板导轨的上端衔接处设有推板变轨组件,所述推板变轨组件包括有推板变轨岔道与驱动推板变轨岔道转动的推板变轨动力源。
所述环形推纸导槽的一侧设有推纸保护导槽,所述推板保护导槽的两端均衔接在环形推纸导槽上,所述推纸保护导槽与环形推纸导槽的上端衔接处设有推纸变轨组件,所述推纸变轨组件包括有推纸变轨岔道与驱动推纸变轨岔道转动的推纸变轨动力源。
按照本发明提供的一种泡罩装盒机推料装置,通过在环形推板导轨的两侧均设置环形导轨,让推料座两端的移动滑座配合滑动设在环形导轨上,由此让环形导轨承载整个推料单元重量,而链条只负责拉动整个推料单元运动,因此整个系统噪音大大降低,链条使用寿命更长。

具体实施方式
如图1-图5所示,这种泡罩装盒机推料装置包括有链条1、链轮(未画出)、环形推板导轨4、环形推纸导轨以及若干个推料单元2。每个推料单元2都包括有推料座20、推板组件21以及推纸组件22,推板组件21与推纸组件22都装在推料座20上,而推料座20与链条1连接,链条1绕于链轮上。通过主动力源的传动,链轮带动链条1转动,而链条1带动推料单元2作环形运动。为了减轻链条1的承载负荷,本发明在环形推板导轨4的两侧均设有环形导轨3,而推料座20的两端均具有移动滑座23,移动滑座23配合滑动设在环形导轨3上。这里的“配合滑动”指的是移动滑座23能在环形导轨3作环形运动。通过这种结构,整个推料单元2的重量就作用在环形导轨3上,换个角度讲就是环形导轨3承受整个推料单元2的重量,而链条1只要拉着整个推料单元2作环形运动即可,因此整个系统噪音显著降低,同时大大延长了链条1的使用寿命。
环形导轨3的形式可以有两种,相应的,移动滑座23的结构也有两种,下面具体给出两种实施例。
第一种:环形导轨3可以是凹槽形式,这种情况下,移动滑座23可以只为一个滚轮,让一个滚轮在环形的凹槽内滚动,该凹槽最好是位于侧面,让滚轮从侧面进入凹槽内,这种结构也能使移动滑座23配合滑动设在环形导轨3上,达到同样的技术效果。
第二种:环形导轨3呈条块状,这种情况下,移动滑座23包括有上滚轮230与下滚轮231,如图5与9所示,下滚轮231与上滚轮230里外抱住环形导轨3,即下滚轮231作用在环形导轨3的内环,而上滚轮230作用在环形导轨3的外环,这样移动滑座23就不会发生里外移动;而其中一端的移动滑座23还包括有左滚轮与右滚轮232,左滚轮与右滚轮232左右抱住环形导轨3,即左滚轮作用在环形导轨3的左侧面,右滚轮232作用在环形导轨3的右侧面,这样移动滑座23就不会发生左右移动。这种结构也能使移动滑座23配合滑动设在环形导轨3上,达到同样的技术效果。
在第二种环形导轨3的基础上,为了提高移动滑座23与环形导轨3抱合的稳定性,本发明的环形导轨3具有左右并排的两条环形导轨3,如图8所示;而移动滑座23具有两个前后设置的上滚轮230,如图9所示,两个上滚轮230一左一右对应作用在两条环形导轨3上,如图5所示,两个上滚轮230与一个下滚轮231从侧面看形成一个三角形,这种移动滑座23结构的好处是:一、设置两个上滚轮230可以增加移动滑座23与环形导轨3的接触面积,这样可以分担每个上滚轮230所承受的力,进而减少每个上滚轮230与环形导轨3之间的摩擦力,最终降低系统噪音,提高移动滑座23寿命;二、两个上滚轮230前后设置可以使移动滑座23以三角的形式抱住环形导轨3,三点形成一个面,这样移动滑座23在环形导轨3的弧线段能更加稳固地实现转弯。基于上述结构的移动滑座23,根据共轭凸轮原理,为了使移动滑座23能实现平稳转弯(即在转弯段,两个上滚轮230与一个下滚轮231三者均始终与环形导轨3贴合),两条环形导轨3的转弯过渡段30的表面具有高度差。通过这种结构,移动滑座23在转弯段始终抱住环形导轨3,使移动滑座23的中心点在转弯段的运动轨迹无限接近半圆,从而使推料单元2的运动轨迹无限接近跑道型,最终保证推料单元2稳定工作。
如上面所述,链条1拉着推料单元2移动,然而随着时间的积累,链条1会被慢慢拉伸,随着链条1的拉伸,链条1将不能正常推动推料单元2工作。为了解决该问题,如图6所示,推料座20通过自适应件11与链条1连接,自适应件11的一端与链条1的轴销10铰接,而自适应件11的另一端与推料座20铰接(包括直接铰接或者间接铰接,图6中画的是铰接在一个连接座上,而该连接座与推料座20连接)。这种结构的好处是:即使链条1具有一定的拉伸,由于推料座20是限制在环形导轨3上,因此可通过推料座20拉着自适应件11,而自适应件11又拉住链条1,由此保证链条1能正常推动推料单元2工作,最终保证推板滚轮44在转弯时不会脱出环形推板导轨4。
目前市场上主流的泡罩装盒机推料装置在换规格时(不同规格的泡罩板其高度会有 差异),推说明书用的推纸板高度也要相应变化,现有结构只能支持逐一对单个推纸组件22进行调整或更换,费时费力,而且调整高度难以统一,进而对推料入盒产生影响。
为了解决该问题,本发明在环形推板导轨4的外围设有导槽架5,如1与图2所示,该导槽架5上设有环形推纸导槽52与环形升降导槽53,如图11所示,导槽架5由上导槽架50与下导槽架51拼装而成,而上导槽架50可升降调节地安装在下导槽架51上。上导槽架50上具有环形推纸导槽上段521与环形升降导槽上段531,而下导槽架51上具有环形推纸导槽下段522与环形升降导槽下段532。环形推纸导槽上段521与环形推纸导槽下段522之间可延伸衔接,而环形升降导槽上段531与环形升降导槽下段532之间可延伸衔接:即上导槽架50升降调节时,环形推纸导槽上段521与环形推纸导槽下段522之间的间距发生变化,但是两者依然形成闭环,环形升降导槽上段531与环形升降导槽下段532也是同理。
采用上述导槽架5结构后,为了能使推纸组件22能适应这种导槽架5,推料单元2的结构也要相应作出改进,具体改进如下:如图9所示,在推料座20上安装有升降导轨24,如图10所示,该升降导轨24上可滑动设有定位滑块25,定位滑块25上安装有升降滚轮26与定位导槽27,升降滚轮26设于环形升降导槽53内;推纸组件22包括有推纸板220与推纸导杆221,推纸导杆221一端与推纸板220连接,推纸导杆221另一端连接有推纸滚轮222,推纸导杆221设于定位导槽27内,定位导槽27对推纸导杆221起到导向的作用,而推纸滚轮222设于环形推纸导槽52内。
推纸板220的高度调整原理如下:当药板的高度变高时,推纸板220的高度相应也要变高。调节时,升高上导槽架50,这时环形推纸导槽上段521与环形升降导槽上段531同时升高,由于升降滚轮26在环形升降导槽53内,定位滑块25在升降导轨24移动并上升,定位导槽27也同时升高,而由于推纸滚轮222设于环形推纸导槽52内,推纸导杆221与推纸板220也同时升高,这样推纸导杆221依然在定位导槽27内,而推纸板220调高后就能适应药板的变高。通过这种,调节推纸板220的高度就十分简单,只要调节上导槽架50的高度即可,从而降低更换药板规格后调节设备的难度,提高生产效率。
环形推纸导槽上段521与环形推纸导槽下段522的可延伸衔接可以采用多种结构,比如可以采用可拉伸的延伸导槽,通过延伸导槽来衔接上下两段,本发明给出一种更加方便的衔接方式:如图11所示,环形推纸导槽上段521的端部具有竖直的导槽延伸部54,而环形推纸导槽下段522的端部具有竖直的衔接调节槽55,该导槽延伸部54可升降地设在衔接调节槽55内。在调整上导槽架50的高度时,上导槽架50上的导槽延伸部54就在下导槽架51上的衔接调节槽55内上下竖直移动,而环形推纸导槽52依然是封闭的导槽。
同样,环形升降导槽上段531与环形升降导槽下段532的可延伸衔接可以采用多种结构,由于环形升降导槽53是沿着横向开槽,可以在侧边采用可上下移动的延伸块,通过延伸块来衔接上下两段;本发明给出一种更加方便的衔接方式:如图11与图12所示,在环形升降导槽上段531的端部具有竖直的上导槽侧壁533,环形升降导槽下段532的端部具有竖直的下导槽侧壁534,下导槽侧壁534与上导槽侧壁533左右吻合。在调整上导槽架50的高度时,上导槽架50上的上导槽侧壁533与下导槽架51上的下导槽侧壁534虽然上下距离会变化,但是两者左右还是贴合在一起,升降滚轮依然可以在上导槽侧壁533或者下导槽侧壁534上,也就是说环形升降导槽53依然是封闭的导槽。
为了能更加平稳地调节上导槽架50的位置,本发明在下导槽架51上安装有升降滑块座511,该上导槽架50上安装有直线导轨501,而升降滑块座511滑动设于直线导轨501上,在下导槽架51上还安装有调节螺杆58,该调节螺杆58与上导槽架50螺纹连接。当需要调节上导槽架50的位置时,只要转动调节螺杆58(通过手动或者电机都可以),上导槽架50就通过直线导轨501实现上下移动,从而实现平稳调整。
当然,推板组件21包括有推板头210、推板滚轮212以及推板滑块211,如图9所示,推板滚轮212与推板头210均连接在推板滑块211上,推板滚轮212位于环形推板导轨4内,推料座20上设有定位导轨28,推板滑块211滑动设于定位导轨28上。随着推料座20作环形运动,推板滚轮212在环形推板导轨4上移动,在环形推板导轨4的导向下,推板滑块211在定位导轨28上移动,这样推板头210就实现推药板动作。
如图7与图13所示,一般情况下,推板滚轮沿着环形推板导轨4的路径进行运动,当推板滚轮212沿该路径进行运动时,推板头210能正常将药板推出;然而有时药板放置有问题,导致药板输送格栅内的某个格栅内没有药板,这时推板头210就可以不需要推出,当然推板头210也可以推出,不过由于推板头210推出的过程就是推板滚轮212走斜道的过程,而这会影响滚轮寿命。为了解决该问题,在环形推板导轨4的一侧设有推板保护导槽40,该推板保护导槽40的两端均衔接在环形推板导轨4上,推板保护导槽40与环形推板导轨4的上端衔接处设有推板变轨组件,推板变轨组件包括有推板变轨岔道41与驱动推板变轨岔道41转动的推板变轨动力源。当系统检测到某个格栅内没有药板时,推板变轨动力源就控制推板变轨岔道41转动,这样对应的某个推板滚轮210不再进入到环形推板导轨4,而是进入到推板保护导槽40,推板保护导槽40由于没有斜道,因此不会对推板滚轮210造成影响,从而增加滚轮等零件的寿命。
同样,为了延长推纸滚轮的寿命,在环形推纸导槽52的一侧设有推纸保护导槽59, 如图15所示,推板保护导槽59的两端均衔接在环形推纸导槽52上,推纸保护导槽59与环形推纸导槽59的上端衔接处设有推纸变轨组件,如图14所示,推纸变轨组件包括有推纸变轨岔道590与驱动推纸变轨岔道590转动的推纸变轨动力源。其原理与上述推板滚轮的变轨相同,这里不再赘述。
按照本发明提供的一种泡罩装盒机推料装置,通过在环形推板导轨4的两侧均设置环形导轨3,让推料座20两端的移动滑座23配合滑动设在环形导轨3上,由此让环形导轨3承载整个推料单元2重量,而链条1只负责拉动整个推料单元2运动,因此整个系统噪音大大降低,链条使用寿命更长。

Claims (11)

  1. 泡罩装盒机推料装置,包括有链条(1)、链轮、环形推板导轨(4)以及若干个推料单元(2),所述推料单元(2)包括有推料座(20)、推板组件(21)以及推纸组件(22),所述推料座(20)与链条(1)连接,所述链条(1)绕于链轮上,其特征在于:所述环形推板导轨(4)的两侧均设有环形导轨(3),所述推料座(20)的两端均具有移动滑座(23),所述移动滑座(23)配合滑动设在环形导轨(3)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的泡罩装盒机推料装置,其特征在于:所述环形导轨(3)呈条块状,所述移动滑座(23)包括有上滚轮(230)与下滚轮(231),所述下滚轮(231)与上滚轮(230)里外抱住环形导轨(3);其中一端的移动滑座(23)还包括有左滚轮与右滚轮(232),所述左滚轮与右滚轮(232)左右抱住环形导轨(3)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的泡罩装盒机推料装置,其特征在于:所述环形导轨(3)具有左右并排的两条,两条环形导轨(3)的转弯过渡段(30)的表面具有高度差,所述上滚轮(230)具有两个,两个上滚轮(230)前后设置,两个上滚轮(230)一左一右对应作用在两条环形导轨(3)上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的泡罩装盒机推料装置,其特征在于:所述推料座(20)通过自适应件(11)与链条(1)连接,所述自适应件(11)的一端与链条(1)的轴销(10)铰接,所述自适应件(11)的另一端与推料座(20)铰接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的泡罩装盒机推料装置,其特征在于:所述环形推板导轨(4)的外围设有导槽架(5),所述导槽架(5)上设有环形推纸导槽(52)与环形升降导槽(53),所述导槽架(5)由上导槽架(50)与下导槽架(51)拼装而成,所述上导槽架(50)可升降调节地安装在下导槽架(51)上,所述上导槽架(50)上具有环形推纸导槽上段(521)与环形升降导槽上段(531),所述下导槽架(51)上具有环形推纸导槽下段(522)与环形升降导槽下段(532),所述环形推纸导槽上段(521)与环形推纸导槽下段(522)之间可延伸衔接,所述环形升降导槽上段(531)与环形升降导槽下段(532)之间可延伸衔接;所述推料座(20)上安装有升降导轨(24),所述升降导轨(24)上可滑动设有定位滑块(25),所述定位滑块(25)上安装有升降滚轮(26)与定位导槽(27),所述升降滚轮(26)设于环形升降导槽(53)内;所述推纸组件(22)包括有推纸导杆(221)以及连接在推纸导杆(221)上的推纸板(220)与推纸滚轮(222),所述推纸导杆(221)设于定位导槽(27)内,所述推纸滚轮(222)设于环形推纸导槽(52)内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的泡罩装盒机推料装置,其特征在于:所述环形推纸导槽上段(521)的端部具有竖直的导槽延伸部(54),所述环形推纸导槽下段(522)的端部具有竖 直的衔接调节槽(55),所述导槽延伸部(54)可升降地设在衔接调节槽(55)内。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的泡罩装盒机推料装置,其特征在于:所述环形升降导槽上段(531)的端部具有竖直的上导槽侧壁(533),所述环形升降导槽下段(532)的端部具有竖直的下导槽侧壁(534),所述下导槽侧壁(534)与上导槽侧壁(533)左右吻合。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的泡罩装盒机推料装置,其特征在于:所述下导槽架(51)上安装有升降滑块座(511),所述上导槽架(50)上安装有直线导轨(501),所述升降滑块座(511)滑动设于直线导轨(501)上,所述下导槽架(51)上安装有调节螺杆(58),所述调节螺杆(58)与上导槽架(50)螺纹连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的泡罩装盒机推料装置,其特征在于:所述推板组件(21)包括有推板头(210)、推板滚轮(212)以及推板滑块(211),所述推板滚轮(212)位于环形推板导轨(4)内,所述推料座(20)上设有定位导轨(28),所述推板滑块(211)滑动设于定位导轨(28)上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的泡罩装盒机推料装置,其特征在于:所述环形推板导轨(4)的一侧设有推板保护导槽(40),所述推板保护导槽(40)的两端均衔接在环形推板导轨(4)上,所述推板保护导槽(40)与环形推板导轨(4)的上端衔接处设有推板变轨组件,所述推板变轨组件包括有推板变轨岔道(41)与驱动推板变轨岔道(41)转动的推板变轨动力源。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的泡罩装盒机推料装置,其特征在于:所述环形推纸导槽(52)的一侧设有推纸保护导槽(59),所述推板保护导槽(59)的两端均衔接在环形推纸导槽(52)上,所述推纸保护导槽(59)与环形推纸导槽(52)的上端衔接处设有推纸变轨组件,所述推纸变轨组件包括有推纸变轨岔道(590)与驱动推纸变轨岔道(590)转动的推纸变轨动力源。
