本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种按拉式餐盒,锁合结构与盖体紧凑配合安装,人们能够在餐盒本体上方便开启或合上盖体。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案为:
一种按拉式餐盒,包含餐盒本体及盖体,所述餐盒本体的开口处边缘向外翻折的外翻边,所述盖体的至少一侧边缘设有容纳腔,所述容纳腔内安装有锁合块,所述锁合块的顶部设有向外凸出的按压部,所述锁合块的内侧面至少设有两个外凸的卡块及至少设有一个弹性部,所述弹性部的底端内侧设有倒勾,所述锁合块的外侧面设有向外翻折的支撑部,所述容纳腔的内侧壁分别开设有伸出卡块及倒勾的第一缺口及第二缺口,所述卡块与外翻边的底端卡合连接,所述倒勾与第二缺口的底端卡合连接,所述支撑部与容纳腔的内侧壁互相抵持,所述盖体的内底壁边缘安装有一圈与外翻边的表面互相贴合的弹性圈。

采用上述技术方案,由于锁合块的外侧面支撑部与容纳腔一侧的内侧壁抵持,配合锁合块的内侧面的弹性部底端的倒勾与第二缺口的底端卡合连接,锁合块的两侧面的支撑部及倒勾分别与容纳腔的两侧内壁处于受力相反平衡,因此锁合块安装在容纳腔内不容易松脱,当盖体与餐盒本体盖上时,卡块的表面与外翻边的底端卡合连接,当人们在按压部向外拉时,锁合块在容纳腔内向外翻动,锁合块带动卡块脱离外翻边的底端,同时盖体的内底壁边缘安 装有一圈与外翻边的表面互相贴合的弹性圈,当卡块完全脱离外翻边的底端时,弹性圈恢复原有的形状使盖体向上弹起,使盖体与餐盒本体分离更加省力,当盖体与餐盒本体合上时,随着支撑部从外翻边的外壁滑动到外翻边的底端卡合连接,上述盖体及锁合块结构能够方便人们在餐盒本体上方便开启或合上盖体;当锁合块在盖体的容纳腔安装好时,使用者用手指从面盖内向外按压倒勾,便可将锁合块释放,让人们方便拆出锁合块清洗。清洗后只需要将锁合块从上向下的方向插入容纳腔,弹性部便会变形让倒勾扣紧第二缺口,锁合块容易安装在容纳腔内。

由于锁合块3的外侧面支撑部35与容纳腔21一侧的内侧壁抵持,配合锁合块3的内侧面的弹性部33底端的倒勾34与第二缺口23的底端卡合连接,锁合块3的两侧面的支撑部35及倒勾34分别与容纳腔21的两侧内壁处于受力相反平衡,因此锁合块3安装在容纳腔21内不容易松脱,当盖体2与餐盒本体1盖上时,卡块32的表面与外翻边11的底端卡合连接,当人们在按压部31向外拉时,锁合块3在容纳腔21内向外翻动,锁合块3带动卡块32脱离外翻边11的底端,同时盖体2的内底壁边缘安装有一圈与外翻边11的表面互相贴合的弹性圈4,当卡块32完全脱离外翻边11的底端时,弹性圈4恢复原有的形状使盖体2向上弹起,使盖体2与餐盒本体1分离更加省力,当盖体2与餐盒本体1合上时,随着支撑部35从外翻边11的外壁滑动到外翻边11的底端卡合连接,上述盖体2及锁合块3结构能够方便人们在餐 盒本体1上方便开启或合上盖体2;当锁合块在盖体的容纳腔安装好时,使用者用手指从面盖内向外按压倒勾34,便可将锁合块3释放,让人们方便拆出锁合块3清洗,清洗后只需要将锁合块3从上向下的方向插入容纳腔21,弹性部33便会变形让倒勾34扣紧第二缺口23,锁合块3容易安装在容纳腔21内。
此外,弹性部33的两侧锁合块3上开设有延伸到底端的裂口36,裂口36底端临近的锁合块3上设有定位缺口37,第二缺口23相邻的容纳腔21的内底壁上设有与定位缺口37配合的定位凸块24,定位缺口37配合定位凸块24作用使锁合块3在容纳腔内不容易移位,弹性部33的厚度小于锁合块3的厚度,弹性部在容纳腔内容易发生形变,人们开启或合上盖体更容易操作。锁合块3的内侧面设有三个卡块32,两个倒勾34分别设置在相邻卡块32之间的锁合块3,锁合块3上均匀分布两个倒勾34固定点与第二缺口23稳固卡合,锁合块3安装在容纳腔21内不容易移位。
卡块32的底面设有与锁合块3表面一体成型连接的加强筋38,该加强筋38的表面为斜面,起到加强卡块32下部强度的同时,加强筋38的斜面表面在外翻边11的外壁相对滑动更加顺畅。
按压部31的表面设有由两侧到中间逐渐像中间变宽、变深的凹槽,方便使用者多个手指放在凹槽中受力拉开按压部31。
